Front desk staff was phenomenal, rooms were very clean and the hotel was well maintained and felt really safe. Bathrooms need a fan on the exhaust vent.

Elevator was broken. I had to carry all my luggage up 3 flights. Had trouble signing into wifi that evening. Finally got it. Straightened out the next morning.

Great location, friendly attentive staff. Elevator didn't work for our entire stay. Not fun with an injured knee.

The elevators were not working I told the receptionist that my knees couldn’t make it up 2flights of stairs she hunched her shoulders and said to you want to voids out your payment! After finally making up to the room I went to the bathroom pubic hairs were all over the toilet seat and in the shower!

Convenient to my daughter's house. The elevator wasn't working. My husband is 85 and I'm 76, not up to the steps to the second floor.

My family of 3, including my 13-month-old son, recently stayed here while we were visiting friends and family who live in the area. We would highly recommend this hotel to any family. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a toddler (a pack-and-play, a high chair, a fridge, and a microwave). The pool was well-maintained and peaceful. The staff were hands down the best I have ever encountered at any place I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot for business. Mark (maintenance), Debbie (breakfast area), and the hotel manager were so friendly and helpful. My toddler got excited to go to breakfast to see them. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I liked that the pool area was nice. I appreciated clean and safe places to smoke outside were provided. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom. I told staff about it before leaving.

Pretty good breakfast with a waffle maker, cereals, eggs, juices, yogurts, etc. Just a little inconvient that there is some remodeling going on, but nice to see that there are keeping the hotel upgraced.

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. You can tell it has been remodelled in many areas which is a good thing. The hotel staff were extremely kind. Breakfast was great and parking was plentiful and easy.

The room smelled like burned toast or burned something, when we checked in. Room was clean, shower was weak and shower floor felt as if you would fall through the floor. Hotel charged us a cleaning fee of 50$ for room being dirty beyond their normal, after we checked out. We have traveled all over the country and stayed in hotels and have never been charged a extra cleaning fee. We left the room clean and smelling better than we found it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, shower was weak and when in the shower you felt as if you were going to fall thru the floor. Area is convenient, you have everything needed close by.

The staff was very nice. Sandra the front desk employee was super wonderful and made our stay feel welcome. She even made a suggestion for a place to get breakfast for myself, my boyfriend and our friend. The rooms were clean, the view outside our room is beautiful and the suite that I booked was huge. I’m so happy to stay here for the weekend.

The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned well prior to check in

Breakfast was appetizing with a variety of selections. Room was clean! Didn’t like barn door for closet and bathroom. Could use one more chair! All and all very good experience!

The front desk staff was excellent and provided an early ckech-in. The room was not spotless but adequately clean.

Difficult to find entrance.. Parking too far from hotel, toilet not working properly, toilet too low very difficult to get on and off. Molding coming off. Hotel was just not safe for senior citizens.

I have always liked this hotel, it's very quiet and clean and comfortable.

I got in late, the guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly. It was much appreciate after the day I had. The AC was cold, the water pressure was food and I slept like a rock.

The mattress was very comfortable, the room smelled very nice & was clean (except one wash cloth that I wouldn't use, because it had something red on it) & the check-in/check-out was easy. All of the staff we interacted with was very friendly as well. I just wished they had cinnamon buns, or at least a better variety of breakfast danish, instead they had the same items all 3 days.

Wasnt crazy about the breakfast, fake eggs every day, omelet was good and with pork sausage, I didnt care for the chicken sausage, . I was looking forward to the weekend for sausage and biscuits, but they didnt have any, guess it was the other place, we had them. but coffee was good. it was clean, workers were very friendly.

The check-in and check-out staff were friendly, but the room had a strange smell. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it seemed to smell like cigarettes.

The Hampton Inn Raleigh/Clayton I40 is clean,comfortable and safe. The bed in my room was very comfortable. The gentleman on the front desk was polite and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came here from Hawaii for my niece who is sick and wanted a place near to her home. This place is excellent! Everything is so close ! Places to eat, places to shop and it is not congested like Honolulu Hawaii. I am recommending this place to all my family back home. Plus there is free breakfast from 6-10 am

Great single room with the king size bed. Large shower, everything was incredibly clean. Staff were very kind. Looking forward to using this place as a stop on any family trips down the road

Great stay! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were the best! We traveled across the country, staying in lots of different hotels, and the pillows at this hotel were the best pillows of all of them 😁. The room and bathroom were clean, the bathroom needs some TLC but not the end of the world. I would stay here again!

That was the cleanest room I’ve seen anywhere, and I probably travel more than anybody you know. I discovered the housekeeper’s name, left a tip and reported how spotless the room was to the management. Exceptional talent at the front desk and I noticed the maintenance man tackling several projects like he was the Energizer Bunny. And he was personable too. Thanks 👍

Every staff member was very friendly. unfortunately your free breakfast could use some help. simple scrambled eggs would be welcomed we had to pay a full stay amenity free even though the pool was not open for the first day we got there.

Great place to stay if you are traveling with a dog. Convenient to everything in town during our family visit.

Only issue was daily mandatory room inspection/housekeeping was an inconvenience. Dog friendly hotel should have a disclaimer through 3rd party app making clients aware of this additional policy.

Great location! Close to my son’s house. We were there for my grandsons wedding and the staff was overly friendly, room was really spacious and very clean ANDu was very impressed with the number of outlets that were available. Electric and USB. Oh and let me not forget the really nice FREE breakfast spread. Great place. I highly recommend it!

Our check in was great with Latoya’s help. She was professional and courteous along with the man she was training. The room was very clean. We had absolutely no issues while being there. Breakfast was amazing. Employee cleaning during breakfast was friendly and made sure everything was in order.

Service was great, cleanliness was not an issue. The smell in the room was bad! When asked for the odor to be neutralized the problem was addressed with the desk, and they responded immediately. The prompt response was greatly appreciated however the smell remained, just not as strong as prior to the spray.

I appreciate being able to lower the temp in the room below what other places allow. Plus leaving the HVAC fan in the “on” position to help me sleep.

Just needed a night stay while traveling but gosh this hotel exceeded expectations in quality, customer service and price !! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Perfect accommodations for a quick trip!!

The staff were welcoming and one particular staff member was helpful above and beyond. Latoyia is a great role model and asset to this Hampton Inn.

The sofa was comfortable, hassocks were perfect for putting up our feet or to place a suitcase. The room was spacious and had nice pull out convenient wire drawers to hold clothing or other items. The bathroom was exceptional with large shelves and also pull-out sheves on both sides of the sink. Another nice feature was inclusion of pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body gel installed inside the tub area. There is also lotion installed near the sink. And we loved the special touches of fanfolded washclothes and flower design made out of the toilet paper roll! The only suggestion I would make is to have more washclothes, at least four instead of only two. The lady at the front desk was fantastic upon our arrival and made check-in smooth and pleasant. She even came to our room within minutes when we needed help operating the t.v. We had another very pleasant lady at check-out. Breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs. The eating area and lobby are very nicely decorated and inviting. In conclusion, I cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay at this Hampton. It was fantastic! Hampton Inns are top notch which is why we stay there!

I've stayed at this location before and everything is always wonderful. The room is clean, spacious with comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. The breakfast has pretty much anything you would want and there is fruit available for a snack throughout the day. The front desk people are among the friendliest and most helpful people i have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Even the maintenence workers are friendly and helpful. The location is great and normally very quiet. There's a lot of road construction going on currently but I hear nothing when im asleep so it wasn't a problem for me. I visit family in the area a few times a year and will always stay at this location. I wanted for nothing anytime I've been here.

Everyone was kind and helpful. The only two downsides were a chirp heard on the third floor for our entire stay. It was likely a smoke alarm and we asked the desk about it, but nothing changed and we heard it all night for all six of our nights. The second was the firmness of the bed.

Everything was great from the ladies at the front desk to the very comfortable and clean room. I will definitely be back.

There was no issues with cleanliness, everything was very clean and orderly. Breakfast ladies always kept things very clean. Our room was also in great shape and although we didn’t need anything from household a young lady knocked to see if everything was ok.

Excellent breakfast, not super many options but exactly what I wanted, including hot items, tasty and well served. If only there was an indoor pool and hot tub, but I can't complain for this price. Quite a few dining options right next door. Quiet, no noise from the road at all.
