The staff was very kind. For an old hotel, it was nice and clean. The pillows were old and lumpy. The bedding was ok but old. Even though the room was a smoke free, it did smell of old cigarette smoke.

The room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Shower was walk in. Brandi at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was kinda thin on selection.

Room smelled of body odor. If this is the standard for Super 8 now I will no longer stay with them.

I've stay in this hotel regularly a couple years back and it is just as pleasant of a stay now as it was then. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is good with a new Cracker Barrel right next door. Will be sure stay there when I visit the grand kids again in the spring.

Room had strong odor smoke; I was moved to another room, same smell, went to check bathroom and there was a roach crawling on the floor! Went and got my phone to record situation, sink had spilled cooking that had not been cleaned. Absolutely horrific!!

Very convenient location. 1st room we checked, there was traces of bedbugs. 2nd room we checked dirty bedsheets with nuts and peanuts under the sheets. 3rd room was ok. Destiny was excellent, Ionna was wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Surroundings was a bit iffy, my nephew was in the car and approached by a woman asking to borrow his phone, and asked if he needed rooms. I stayed with my sister in law for a baby's shower. Staff were very nice.

I kept having to go to the lobby bc the keys kept resetting. The rooms were cleaned well… there were dead flies UNDER the soaps and towels.

The stay itself was perfectly fine no problems, but our room smelled terribly of musty smoke throughout.

The room smelled like an ashtray. For someone like me it was gross, had to leave door open just to try n air it out.. the location was good and close to a lot of stores and food

The quality is very good considering the rate is reasonable. The only issue I have is the occupant above us in the second floor were loud and noisy like they are having a party or something.

Room had a terrible smell but we did not complain because it was very late when we returned to our room and neither us had the energy to care so that’s on us. Hopefully housekeeping noticed and handled it.

Smoking room available and it did not smell like a smoking room. All rooms open to outside so could be a safety concern but area is quiet and I carry a security bar to put under handle. And other safety tools. Con: NO ELEVATOR!! Need to be sure you can walk up stairs and carry your luggage upstairs. Was difficult!! Especially because it was raining. Front desk attendant said there were no first rooms available -- find that hard to believe based on cars in parking lot! Almost completely empty and we had reservations. Toss-up: Free breakfast? Coffee and biscuits okay.

Check in was rough. We had to wait outside in the cold for about 15 minutes before we could be helped. The building is older. Doors are thin. We could hear the TV in the room next to us. But the room was clean. Towels were really nice - nicer than the Hyatt Place we stayed at the night before. Breakfast had a good variety and was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly at check out.

The computer was broken so the were no room keys, had to go to the front desk to get the manager to open the room, the "chair" in my room had a duct tape seat cusion. The bed spread had a quarter size hole in it. Had I not already paid for the room, I would have found anothe place to stay.

Overall good stay. Room was clean, we did spot a baby roach which was a little unsettling but not surprising considering the price. Breakfast was good. I was surprised they didnt require a credit card for deposit... Overall good stay and affordable price.

The check in was not right. I got charged 2x for one room for one night. The clerk at the hotel claimed that my card was declined to only charge me again. To found out that it was ran wrong by her. It needs to be better.

Clean, pet friendly, and nice continental breakfast. Conveniently close to dining and shopping.

Checked in early and dropped my bags off early. Came back later that night to sleep and realized that the room was infested with fleas. Tried to get a refund. Would not because of the early check in. They set me up in a room that’s big free cause I was exhausted and couldn’t drive.

I was particularly pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of this place. The continental breakfast was satisfying. I highly recommend this if you are on a limited budget and looking for a clean, comfortable room.

Filthy, disgusting everywhere!

I hate that my door stopped working and I had to get the lady to open my door every time I closed it, the sheets also had burnt holes in them, stains everywhere me an my son had a horrible night there I suggest no one to ever book there and I’m not kidding

Needs quite a bit of updating

This place was old with no visible upgrades other than maybe the TV. Drapes were dirty, the AC was noisy and did not cool very well. There were holes on the bed cover and dirt and rust in the crevices of the walls and fixtures. The worst issue was the fact you could hear everything going on in the next room. We were awakened by the sound of the TV 5:30 in the morning as well as being able to hear their conversations and the sound of the hair dryer. To top it off, we had to hear the sounds of them having sex while we were packing up to leave this poor excuse for a $100 motel room!

I feel like I was misled when I looked up the reviews and saw that this property was rated 7.5/10 stars, I would hate to see what a 3 star would be like. We paid $100 a night for a cheap motel that would have hardly been worth half the price. It was old with maybe the only "new" thing would be the TV. Floors were sticky, the bed cover had holes in it and there were bugs flying around. The worst part of the whole experience was that the walls were paper thin, at 5:30 am we were woken by the loud sound of the TV in the next room as well as their conversations and the sound of a hair dryer. The coup de grace was the sound of them having sex while we were packing up to get the hell out of there.

Over all it was good. The two main issues were, the shower in room 209 only had one working position and that was the hottest setting. The second issue i had was with them closing their pool just after dark. They dont consider the people that can not be expose to the sun so the pool closing just after the sun set left no time to to swim.

Got there and sign at desk said no housekeeping on Sat/Sun bc staffing issues. They also didn't come on Mon or Friday. Room was filthy upon check in. Towels were folded nicely but when unfolded, you could see dirt as if they'd been used to wipe floors. Staff mopped on Wed with dirty water and just slopped water everywhere but didn't soak back up. I ended up buying Clorox wipes and wiping every surface. Only good things was no bed bugs and check in staff was nice.

Listennnn. Some of these reviews have to be fake. Listen to the bad reviews. No idea how this place has a 7.6 / 10 rating and I feel tricked. The floors were disgusting. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the beds. Just two flat sheets. There were stains on the sheets. Also had a room with a gap in the door and saw a roach and had multiple flies. I wasn’t expected it to be the greatest experience but I also didn’t think it would be that bad. Only saw one lady working there and she was nice. So that’s good I guess. Glad it was only for a night but didn’t get much sleep. Only stayed because we had pets and the cost for pets was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean too. Loved the pool and convenient location. Overall a very good experience, I will definitely stay there next time.

I took a trip to the area to see family and chose super 8 initially for the reasonable rate. Was impressed by how friendly Lisa was at the front desk, friendly neighbors, great pizza delivery and clean room/linens. All around a great experience :)

One of our beds wasn't made, there were no towels, and the floor was filthy. They took care of the bed and towels rather quickly. The checkin and checkout process was very quick and easy. The front desk staff were very accommodating.

Overall it was acceptable, but the handle to the shower didn't work so I couldn't take a shower.

The Manager was quite a combination

It was terrific. The staff was very nice especially the young lady who checked us in on the 28th. The were very accommodating to my needs with an accessible room and my service animal. I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful room and huge bathroom.

I got horrible bed bug bites all over my body the day before our wedding. It was super embarrassing to be in my dress with welts all over, the room had cigarette burns all Over the blankets, no sheets on the bed, and overall very dirty! Would never stay here again! It cost me money to stay here after the Dr apts and switching hotels last min.

Front desk very nice. Room, not so nice. Our sheets even had burn holes in them. Filters needed to be replaced months ago. Cleanliness problem was more Maintenace than housekeeping. The sink didn't even drain. Would not stay there again.

CHECK IN WAS SIMPLE AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. I WAS ABLE TO PARK DIRECTLY OUTSIDE MY ROOM DORR SO THE PARKING WAS GREAT. WHILE I WASNT THERE LONG ENOUGH TO NEED ANY OTHER ACCOMODATIONS, THERE WER MANY EATING CHOICES CLOSE AND A WALMART FOR SHOPPING AS WELL. THE PLACEMENT OF THIS MOTEL IS VERY USEFUL.

The bathroom floor was filthy! One of the beds did not have a bottom sheet on the mattress. The coffee maker was missing a part so you couldn’t use it. But what really was the icing on the cake is that they charge you a $10 each night pet fee that is not known until you check in. No mention of it when making the reservation. Reservation was for $83 per night I ended up paying $93 per night with that charge added. I could’ve found a much nicer, and cleaner, hotel!!

The place was disgusting. There were bugs, condoms under the bed and dirty hat. The floors were so dirty , the shower when you use it flows into the bed area. The phone was so dirty as well

When I checked in, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. My key card stopped scanning after the first day. The comforter and mattress protector had cigarette burns in them. There was no fitted sheet. Just the mattress protector, a sheet, and the comforter.

Maybe we can have 4 pillows better then 3 as I normally use 4-6 myself . Large towels cause there is a lot to dry lol thank y

Helpful staff and a clean room.

If you just need a place to lay your head for a night, this will do. No frills and the beds were clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly However, the room we had needed a thorough cleaning. There were splatters on the wall over the bed, the wood flooring had pieces missing, and there was so much dust on the coffee pot that I refused to even use it--I did peak inside of it and definitely decided not to touch it again.

Everything was fine! Good clean hotel! A bit overpriced for a Monday night almost $100 a single room at a Super 8 not sure if I would have stayed if I didn’t have to work! Also really small pool!!!

The desk clerk was available each time we had a question and responded quickly to provide an excellent level of service.

Good basic motel. Room was clean except for the floor which was dirty. Great place to ruin a pair of socks. There was a cigarette smoke odor when the exhaust fan in the bathroom was turned on. Great location.

Room was average, clean, with a few minor maintenance issues. Re: weather strip on door bottom was half apart, handle on dresser was bent down.

Convenient location with lots of food and fuel nearby.

The bed was firm and comfortable enough to our liking. Evidence of some updates were apparent, i.e. new bathtub enclosure, updated lighting, updated faucet, new flooring; however some minor areas were left undone and obviously needed tlc. That was the toilet lid, the rusted toilet paper dispenser, molding along the bathroom floor needed tacking to wall, shower rod fasteners at each end were rusted and could have been replaced. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and yes, we would stay again.

They wouldn’t allow me to have a room when I arrived but still went on to charge me 92 dollars. Very disappointing

Nothing good....place was bad. Room dirty, flies in the room, no iron, toilet didn't flush properly, floor was sticky, and staff would not leave fresh towels or amenities (soap) ! I CAME BACK TO THE ROOM TO A HALF BAR OF SOAP TO SHOWER WITH! i will never stay here again
