Must stay here is great. Everything was clean and the atmosphere had good energy. Definitely recommend for my next vacation. Only thing the stopper in the tub was broke in the room that I stayed in. They should pay more detail details with little things like this, but other than that great job!

The location and front desk staff were kind and professional. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The room was spacious. The mattress sunk in on one side. The mattress needed to have been replaced.

The location of the property was perfect and we enjoyed the our stay. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast options were delightful.

The pool was not available apparently till next Friday. The pool man said there wasn’t enough water or chemicals to go in till 5/22..

Additionally, the bathroom in the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. The caulking around the bathtub was in bad condition and showed visible wear, which affected the overall cleanliness and appearance. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel.

Clean and a nice breakfast

The staff was friendly and location was perfect for us. Hard to find for the price .. maybe more variety of yogurt and fruit for breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty good for what they offered. Hotel was easy to reach off interstate and was clean. Front staff not very friendly and was not trained in how to split the hotel room between (2) people. I had to request they call the Manager, since he was not on-site to inform the front desk staff in the process of splitting the hotel bill between to people. Front staff stated they could not do that even though I have stayed at that hotel for the past 7 years and never had a problem of splitting the hotel bill between 2 people.

Complementary breakfast was great place was very clean and the room was very comfortable I tried calling a couple of times to speak to a person and no one was available

The young lady at the desk was very, very busy. She was also very professional, very pleasant and very helpful. She handled my last minute request with grace. She made my day. And when I went for extra towels she wrote down names and numbers for places that delivered. As a seior citizen. I needed assistance.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. I loved that check out time was at 11am. The breakfast was great. The people that worked at the front were very nice. The price was great. My main problem was the tub/shower. You could tell that it had been re painted with refinisher or paint. It was peeling off. I wanted to take a bath so bad. But all the stuff kept coming off. Also around the drain had rust stains. The bed was way too hard for me personally. This is our second time staying at this hotel. And we will be back in town January but unfortunately we have already decided that we will not stay here again. The corners of the bathroom were pretty dirty too. They never gave us more towels. They never got our trash.

I am a regular guest at this place and they over charge people I was there on November 1 2025 and I don’t smoke cigarettes and they said I smoked in the room plus I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she was very rude and disrespect

Our sta was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly. The only thing that could have been better was the clock in the room was set to military time and I could not figure out how to change it.

Unfortunatly there was a power outage when we got there, so we couldn't check in for several hours, but after that all was pretty good except kind of skimpy breakfest. There were no shades to control incoming light when sun came up, but room was nice and clean,

Nice clean hotel. Do hear some road traffic noise a little. Breakfast had a good selection. Beds were comfortable and I like the adjustable shades instead of current. Having Dove liquid soap instead of bar soap was nice little touch.could use more tv channel selections. But over all very nice hotel.

The rooms were clean in the beds were comfortable. It was a close drive to The airshow at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro as well as to visit friends in Raleigh. The breakfast was tasty and hot and included eggs bacon sausage as well as pancakes. One drawback was that the pool had not been opened (May 3rd). One outstanding thing is that the sun blocking shades on the window made the room 100% dark. We had a great night sleep both nights we stayed there.

only problem is this tv system with three different guides that is difficult to navigate with no written instructions. Need written instructions for tv at check in.

We had water coming in our bathroom from the floor above due to them not putting shower curtain in tub. Staff was very nice and offered another room but it was our last night and late.

Overall, my stay was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

New and clean. Area felt safe. A Cracker Barrel a one minute walk away. Easy parking. This Holiday Inn Express had a very good breakfast with lots of choices and the woman who ran the breakfast bar kept it stocked and very clean. Very nice stay.

Everything about this hotel was great, except the other guests. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly, the hotel was clean inside and out, the room was well laid out, the bed was comfy, and the included breakfast had great options! The only problem we experienced were other guests on our floor yelling, slamming doors, and running up and down the hallway from 2-4am. That made it difficult to sleep, but obviously that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Was dreading finding a last minute place for our family on Valentines weekend, but the price for our room with breakfast included was awesome. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Enjoy the stay, the staff were great.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. It was nice to have the Dove brand products in the shower. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, toast, cereals, oatmeal, grits, juice, coffee and fruit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Surprisingly, even though being by the interstate, the room was very quiet. The only improvement I would suggest is a little more variety for coffee. Maybe one other brand option other than Green Mountain which is bitter. Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay here again.

I had MAJOR WIFI ISSUES every day for the entire stay. The staff at the desk were friendly and always called tech support for me to have the access point reset, but for the last few days tech support WOULDN'T EVEN CALL ME after the front desk asked them to (tech support claimed the problem was just my computer), so I ended up switching hotels--the price of the hotel was steep to begin with, and there was no way I was paying for it without even getting internet. I never had a problem with wifi at the other hotel after switching (or any other hotel I've ever stayed at), so clearly the problem was NOT my computer; they obviously need to replace some of their access points in this hotel, but aren’t willing to. Cleaning service is only available once per week, and you have to request to be put on the list. As I said, the front desk staff were always friendly, so that was a plus.

Great overall experience. I accidently left an item in the room and didn't realize it until the next day. It was a pillow, so something that may not have been immediately obvious to the housekeeping staff. I called the next day and the on site manager quickly and kindly checked and did find it. They sent it to me and it arrived a few days later, and only charged me for the actual cost of the shipping. I was/ am very pleased and impressed with the staff.

Good location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and highway

Check in was super easy and staff was very friendly. Very thankful for that after a long stormy trip getting there and missing the exit due to construction and going an extra 12 mins out of the way to get back there. The lobby/dining area very clean. Tables and chairs in great shape. Elevator was nice and clean. The halls are clean and smell of cleaner. My room was really clean too. Sheets, towels, tub, sink, toilet all white and clean. I was very impressed with this hotel!! Kudos to the staff here!!

It was a one night stay. The room was very clean. The level was quiet. The shower water pressure was fantastic(which is rare) and the breakfast was good.

The room was very clean, which was the main thing I wanted! In fact, all the hotel appeared clean, even the stairways. The breakfast room had a 100% health dept rating. It had been updated. While one of the 2 beds was firmer than the other, they were reasonably comfortable.

Very Clean and Modern

Hotel stay was good. Staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean, but the beds was so hard and the pillows were terrible. I had to use all 4 pillows and they still sank in really bad. The pool was dirty with leaves and bugs. Overall the stay was great. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10 because they need a waffle maker. The pancake maker that makes the pancakes in 1 minute is trash. You have no control over the time or how dark they are. The pancakes were not done and they were like rubber. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door, so for breakfast that’s always a plus! Not to far from Raleigh and things we wanted to do. I wouldn’t stay again because the address said Garner but clearly it was not in garner. More like Fuquay. I really was trying to stay in Garner which was like 15 min away. I was very thrown off by the address and the location. That was very very confusing.

I like the location’s proximity to the interstate, shopping center, and restaurants.

The room, lobby, dining area, we’re all great!! Our problem is with the 800# customer service. The people answering calls, no matter when you call, they WILL NOT HELP YOU, and theyHANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU MID SENTENCE. It is so FRUSTRATING !!!! I could NEVER imagine treating customers that way. You can’t get a hold of the front desk of the hotel you are trying to book with. You think you are talking to them, until they keep hanging up on you. My niece works for your company, and even she as an employee gets hung up on from the 800# staff. You need to check into this,because I’m telling you, IT IS JUST WRONG!!!

Clean room, clean front desk, clean tables. Clean clean clean. I am not picky, but this place is noticeably clean.

On the down side, there were scattered guidance to Mask Up and Social Distance, as if the hotel didn’t get the memo that 2021 is over. Thankfully, the staff didn’t take the guidance seriously as the only person wearing a mask was wearing it over her Adam’s Apple. The only other issue was the A/C, which functioned erratically and the little fridge in the room that barely worked. Overall, the hotel is pretty good.
