    Traveling throughout the state of Texas and this was a great spot because it was close to a lot of attractions and a good rate. Great customer service and very quiet area. No noise in the hallways. And they had a really nice gym. Also a printer and computer for your needs and snacks as well. Plus a laundry room.

    The morning staff was friendly. I did not see anyone at the desk in the evening. The room was clean, and the AC worked great. The pet area in the back was dirty. There were cigarette butts and other items that a dog or cat can eat and get sick.

    Checkin took 50 minutes. The TV didn't work and had to be fixed 2 times and very inconvenient since I was staying there for a business trip for 4 nights!! There were also little nats in the covers. Horrible stay,. I normally do not give complaints. I am a pretty easy person. I did address these to your front office. She was very sweet. She was also extremely overwhelmed and probably needs an assistant, especially during the end of the day when the poor woman has a line out the door of people checking in. There is nobody available for hours during the high peak times. So if you lost a key, had a basic question, you would not be able to get an answer or anyone to pick up the phone.. Nobody wants to stand in a line for 45 minutes to ask for anything. Also, the room was never cleaned in 5 days. No clean towels. Had to literally ask for everything needed.

    Check-in and check-out was great. The room was nice. But the handheld shower head needs to be replaced. Didn’t work at any options it had. It had 90% blockage. Towels were left on the bed, when we walked in to our room. It was about 6pm when we checked-in. Over all stay was ok.

    Overall it was a nice stay, not much to eat or do around it. The entrance is in and awkward position to enter if you're coming from the east over the bridge, you have to pass it, go on the round about and come back, beware of the median. There's no ice machine in the hotel and didn't have ice in room either. The hotel looked clean and the rooms were too.

    The staff was pleasant The staff had no resources to meet needs. We asked for a can opener and they said they had one but couldn’t find it. The dishwasher was broken but there was no one to repair it because of weekend. I went to dollar store and picked up what I needed and left utensils in the unit.

    Room had not been cleaned well before I got there; old coffee grounds still in the coffee pot and hair in the shower. But the beds were fresh. I stayed 3 days and no one ever came to make my bed or bring fresh towels. I had to get those myself. The desk staff was helpful, especially the young woman with the physical challenges. She worked very hard and was friendly.

    The shower was a very strange design which got water all over the bathroom floor. That wasn’t good and it was messy. We missed the tub which would have given us more options. The beds were really good and comfortable. The pillow were great and so were the linens. We had plenty of towels and washcloths which was great. Overall stay was really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Office chair material was torn. Room phone not working. Remote from another room left in the room so it had to be removed before we could figure out how to use the TV on the right remote. There were no do not disturb signs to let housekeeper know we were still in the room before checkout.

    We went to the store to buy roach sticky pads and I wish I could post the picture of the amount of roaches were stuck on it. It definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid for and the rating is wrong, it should be rated 3 out of 10. It was definitely one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. I hope this review gets posted to help future travelers.

    Front desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean but had water stains on the ceiling and soap dispenser was coming off the wall. So needs updating. When I made the reservation said last Queen room left at the price. There were only 7 cars in the parking lot both in the evening and next morning so I doubt that. Made the reservation a month in advance and rooms were cheaper the day of arrival. So the value definitely wasn’t there.

    Checked in, room smelled like someone died in it. Asked for a new room and they lied and said none was available. Went to take a shower and no hot water. Complained so they sent a maintenance man to check it. Then never said a word to me so I thought it was fixed. Went to take a shower again no hot water refuse to move me after covering water. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they still refused to take responsibility. Sent up another maintenance guy to check the water. The maintenance man went in my room said you’re right there’s no hot water and it’s barely coming out and then told the front desk that everything was fine. Incompetent manager and staff. Finally on my 5 th day offered to change room. Walked into room to check it out and it smelled worse and lo and behold a roach on the wall. They refused to comp my room. Called Health Department and they are investigating. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! Disgusting, trash everywhere outside and on dog run. I am not done with this. I am going to continue and take this as far as I can take it including a lawyer completely unacceptable accommodations. I have been in hospitality for over 27 years and I have never experienced such discussed in my life.

    Rooms need updating. Cleaning crew not effective. Room was spacious, receptionist was friendly and attentive. Linens on bed were worn. Towels had holes and were shredded. Room clearly had not been vacuumed as 17 toenails were found in front of the bed. One pass of a vacuum and this would have been a non issue. During my stay cleaning crew entered two rooms adjacent to mine to clean and never used a vacuum. If your not vacuuming... receptionist came to vacuum the toenails.

    Staff and front desk personnel were super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. There was a cute little baby deer in the field by the back parking area… it was also surprisingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area! Don’t let all the law enforcement cars parked in the parking lot be of concern; they are only using the parking lot as their training facility is located near by.     The hotel was full of bikers from the Bandito Biker Gang. There were at least 50 motorcycles parked all around the hotel. Late every night these bikers would party all night in the parking lot below our room. Lots of drinking smoking pot and yelling going on. The worst part was they would start up their very loud motorcycles (several at a time) and bitterly shake the hotel with the rumble and loud noise. I have never seen any hotel allow this sort of thing to go on. We stayed at this hotel 3 nights, and it only got worse each night.

    I had to walk all around the hotel from the back where I had to park my car as the card reader did not work on the back door. The hotel is undergoing some updates so that should be fixed.

    When I arrived at the property the staff was super nice and welcoming. Upon entering I noticed it was under construction. There were signs saying they were improving the facility etc. When we got to our room, it was dirty. The toilet seat was broken off. The bedding was dirty. The bathroom was clearly not clean. There were hairs all over the place. There was a stain in the tub that looked to be soap residue. I called to report the toilet seat and bedding. Was brought new bedding but asked to put the dirty bedding in a baggy. I didn’t really want to touch it. I was told a work order was turned in for the toilet seat. A couple of hours later we still didn’t have a toilet seat and called back. Was then informed that the maintenance person was out due to the flu so it would not be fixed. Was offered at that point to love rooms but we were honestly too tired from traveling at that point to move. Had we been told that initially, we’d have definitely moved. It was just very frustrating all the way around. I wished I’d booked through the hotel directly so that I could get a refund. Will not ever be staying in a Candlewood Suites again.

    Hotel was clean, Priscilla at the front desk who checked me in was very nice and polite. The only problem I had was that the bed was way too hard and made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. 😩

    From the first step inside there was dust and construction everywhere. The stairs smelled of strong pet odor and the elevators were dirty. The room itself had 3 chairs which were all very old, torn up and had stains. There was even a card in the room that stated it had been cleaned but the card itself had actual dirt and dust on it. They also had no ice or drinking water available. We do take into consideration the remodeling but it was never mentioned during the booking process and does not appear to be reflected in our payment.

    The refrigerator in our room was so loud we had to turn it off. Turns out the fan went out and the part had to be ordered. There was also a leak under the bathroom sink. Staff was friendly and did offer to move us to another room for the inconvenience.

    Our first room #207 had wet carpet, and soap scum on the shower wall. We were promptly moved to room #208, which was clean, but the ice maker did not work, sugar/creamer container was not refilled, there were no charging ports on the room; the recliner and desk chair were pretty torn up, table chair had paint stains all over the cushion, and several of the bathroom light bulbs were out. Room def needs attn. Also, our room key cards did not work on the back or side doors. We had to walk around to the front of the bldg and were given new key cards. Over all, though, it was clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant.

    This hotel is in a really weird and inconvenient location. You have to do a loop every time you leave or go, depending on where you're trying to get to. Getting into the hotel is one way only. Our ice maker didn't work, and their solution was asking us to come down for a tiny bowl of ice, couldn't even bring it to our room. Also, one of our bathroom lightbulbs was on the fritz, we had to take it out. The staff seems very uneducated and confused. Overpriced for the sub par quality of the stay. Ended up leaving before the second night to stay with friends instead!! What a WASTE.

    Hotel was a nice facility - very clean with great amenities. The only issues I had were the distance to dining (both fast food and restaurants) and the mattress (it was not all that comfortable). The staff was friendly and helpful.

    The hotel is great. Staff was great. Finding it was not so easy. GPS just said I had arrived but the hotel was a Holiday Inn Express. Turns out, this hotel is basically attached to the back of the Holiday Inn. Poor signage. Fortunately we could go around the block and come in the back entrance

    Very hard to get in and out of due to location. The most uncomfortable beds and tons of cars screetching when they miss their exit due to construction outside. Had to move rooms due to first being very unclean (and smelly). Price gouged due to sold out rooms across Georgetown. Would not recommend.

    Well I check in and the person at the front desk was really nice. But when I got to my room the TV volume did not work. I reprogramming remote and did not work. And they couldn't fix so I ask for a discount and she said she would contact Manager but no response. No happy at a room with TV no sound. So I would not recommend staying here at this place.

    The room rate was different 4 of the 6 nights of our stay. Took minutes (10-20) for hot water to arrive in our 3rd floor room. No vent fan in bathroom. Had to shower with the door open causing steam to be I the entire sleeping area.

    If I was IHG I would take my brand off of this hotel. Furnishings are trashed the floors flity. The elevator slow, controls bad, and you can tell it has not been cleaned in years. The showers need upgrade. To bring up to IHG standards this hotel is redo.

    The hotel needs a lot of attention. It didn't feel quite clean. The furniture was very warned out or needed cleaning. The recliner in my room was not very good. It something that should have been been thrown out. The bed was hard and the sheets were not comfortable.
