We only stayed 1 night, but still enjoyed a very nice stay. We felt very welcomed at check in and found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The room had a stale smell, carpet had patches and sections cut out that was clearly visible. And worse of all, there were ants coming out of the bathroom sink and roaches coming out of the shower drain. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE stay away!!!

There was a large bed bug by my head at 4am when I woke up to use bathroom. Told feont desk and they took a pi ture of bug and miv3d ua across the hall but its was impossible to sleep after that. Scared and worried about bring a bug with us. Have to wash everything and now dry on hot.

The breakfast was prepared just as I would have expected. So that was the only plus during our stay.

It’s a bit outdated but it was clean. Staff was courteous. The indoor swimming pool though was freezing cold.

Not overly pleased, I was charged for 1 night stay on 2 different credit cards. The card I booked my reservation under and the card I used for 1 night of incidentals which was $25. Not happy outside out that I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and this hotel needs to be updated and doesn’t meet brand standards in my opinion.

The indoor swimming pool/hot tub area (reason I stayed at this location) had SO much chlorine in the pool that it was burning our eyes. It was totally unbearable to the point we couldn't even get in the pool. If that treatment is necessary it should not be done while guest are trying to use the area.

The staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean. Liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer available to use. We used the pool and hot tub, but the lighting was very dim. When i asked if they could turn on the lights, they said something about the pool being heated and the lights being hot, causing condensation? On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Bathroom smells like urine and stains on the wall but the bathtub and towels are clean and toilet is clean. Small TV. Beds are comfortable and sheets are clean. Staff is friendly. Very nice people. It’s fine for a one night stay.

The staff was very friend helpful but the locations was the problem. Besides being in a bad location the back door was broken so anyone could come and go. I think there might have been four rooms occupied.

It was a great location and the parking was accommodating for all. The breakfast was top notch and hot. The staff was amazing and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. We celebrated a wedding night and they were so amazing, letting us decorate and even contributing their special night! They went above and beyond for us. Never had that kind of service before. Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

It was nice and clean. Breakfast hours were a bit on the early side and the price was a bit steep.

The hot water was barely lukewarm. The toilet float had to be fixed by my husband, and as we were leaving, it would not flush again. The bed was too springy. The chair had stains. Furthermore, the room got too hot at night and the air conditioner would not cool the room as it should have.

It was okay. There was no remote in the room and it took a while for them to figure out the TV was busted. By then I had been there an hour. But they did switch rooms for me. So I appreciate that.

The smell in our room was stale, small space for sleeping 4. The shampoo and conditioner bottles they had were dove and im 1000% sure it was the cheapest crap they could find to refill the bottles. The hotel was trashy.

The breakfast was not as good as expected. The dining room staff was not very friendly or attentive.

We were in town for a couple of days and this place was convenient, quiet, and safe. A good place to stay for sure.

Location Price gouging due to a local music festival Breakfast was horrible. Watery gravy with no salt or pepper available to help the taste. Sausage was so bad even little kids were spitting it out. You can tell whoever prepared the breakfast just didn’t care. The yogurt was good though.

Hard to get to

We had a pretty good stay here although the key card to our room didn’t work multiple times and we kept having to go to the desk for a new one. Then the key card didn’t work to the pool either. Still our room was clean and the pool and hot tub were nice once we got in and the breakfast was pretty good.

The property is conveniently located right next to a freeway but our room was on the side of the hotel away from the road and was so quiet, We slept very well!

Location For the price of our King Suite, we expected a comfortable bed, but instead, we were met with a lumpy mattress that has definitely seen better days. The sofa bed was a nightmare; the mattress was nothing but springs. This experience reminded me why we had avoided this location in the past. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we book at the Holiday Inn Express in Georgetown. The cost was far too high for such uncomfortable bedding and outdated furniture. I also want to emphasize that the sofa was equally uncomfortable to sit on. I would like to request a reimbursement for our stay, as this experience felt like a complete scam.

Beds were cery comfortably and love their breakfast.

I got in late in the evening and left early both mornings that I was there. The place was nice and clean. I slept well even though the hotel is next to the highway.

On initially entering the room, discovered a cockroach on the wall. Also, the heating unit had a problem, very loud.

The bed was so comfortable i could barely keep my eyes open the second i laid down. My only problem is it seems like they have some kind of internet blockers unless you use theirs. I had 5G all bars and my phone wouldn't connect to the internet until i was off property even to put in my GPS directions. So You HAVE to use their WIFI while on the property. I found that weird and i did not like that. Luckily like i said I couldnt stay awake that long once I was in that bed.

Amenities were spot on, and the staff was responsive to all needs. Bath tub was dripping during stay, but thankfully wasn't disturbing enough so we could sleep.

Having to remove the back top of the toliet and fiddle with the guts to make it flush is just...well kind of gross.

The property was decent, but I feel like it needs a bit of an update. Most of the Holiday inn and suites I've stayed at have been either new or refreshed. This one looks a Little tired. I did not care for the water pressure in the showers, and the lack of a bathroom fan was also a disappointment. I was put in a accessibility room, and there is basically a big drain in the middle of the bathroom that is a perfect vehicle for bugs to crawl out of. I did not like that and put towels on top of it. The shower head didn't stay in place so I had to constantly keep pushing it back up. Overall, I think that this location needs to be refurbished and give it some new life.

Facility just looked worn down and dirty. All the furniture in our room was scratched up, and the door was not sealed properly, and there was noise and lite that came through it all night. I won’t stay there again.

A bedside lamp is all the lighting available. Couldn’t see to make coffee without cellphone light. 2nd night staff found another lamp for the table with coffee maker. Breakfast staff couldn’t or wouldn’t speak English. That should not happen! Didn’t bring out bacon when pan was empty, same with rolls.

Two of the three exercise machines did not work. The exercise room was warm. The machine that worked was old and noisy.

We booked a room with a King bed for my husband and I, and a full size pullout catch bed for our daughter. The pull out mattress was super thin and springing, you would feel the springs coming through. We ended up putting our daughter on the couch cushions to make it more comfortable. Rather disappointing.

I was bitten by ticks

We were in town New Years Eve for my hubby and son to play at Hardtails Bar & Grill. We had 2 other couples stay and the hotel was great at making sure we were all on the same floor. My hubby dropped his debit card outside the room and staff collected and made sure and returned it to us. We will stay again!

Mac who checked me in greeted me with a smile! She was Very Personable and Welcoming! Very rare in this time to experience great service!

We left our room in the middle of the night. BEDBUGS EVERYWHERE!!!! I’ve never had an experience like such before. I had bedbug bites all over. Upon walking in the room smelled like decay. Everything in the room looked like it was beat up.

Hotel and room was clean …. Easy check in. No vending machines a little inconvenient. Ram out of coffee on a Friday morning at 7:30. Covieniently located near fwy and shopping/dining

The interior of the room was clean, doors and hallways were a mess with scuff marks, dings and just overall ugly appearance. Like the owners don’t care! My toilet didn’t flush correctly so I had to remove the lid and deal with that my last evening there. Rooms on the I35 are extremely noisy due to traffic. Earplugs didn’t mute the noise much! Ran out of eggs for breakfast.

So clean and new. Great staff! Everything in our room was comfortable and worked perfectly.

Check in/out was an easy process. Spacious king suite with pull out sofa couch. Great option for families with young children. The hotel shop was completely out of bottled water, but that was the only issue we had.

I like the location and the breakfast.
