Room was clean and the staff helpful however there was a language barrier. Pool was nice however I had to clean it with the skimmer.

A sign to show that park your car at your own risk is troublesome. Worried about my vehicle entire time. Amenities are all broken. Toilet stopped flushing. The whole property looks like completely isolated and with that parking sign scared me.

The beds were so uncomfortable, old spring beds, the floor was dirty and the door didn’t shut properly, you could see sunlight through the shut door. And the tv didn’t work correctly and it was so small I couldn’t even read the guide.

Location of the hotel was close to our event venue Room was smelly and in bad condition like they were remodeling it our room was patch on several parts of the walls and not painted /cover.the sink was dirty the tub didn’t drain the water called front desk about it the guy told us the maintenance guy was not in yet and he couldn’t leave the front desk !!! This was probably the worst hotel room I've ever been in. The bathroom was dirty, moldy and the shower was dripping the whole time. It looks like there was water damage in the bathroom with part of the ceiling collapsed. There were several cigarette burns on the chair and ottoman in a non-smoking room.

The restroom was very dirty. There were flees everywhere. The air conditioning did not work. The water shower did not work. I demanded my refund and the manager said no.

Not good breakfast at all. Only cereal and toast. No coffee maker in room. Someone was running stomping back and forth upstairs every day and night. We had to leave a day early so we contacted Expedia and they told us we could not get a refund because we didn't tell the when we got there. We will never use Days Inn and we will never go through Expedia

Our room and my granddaughter s room had no electricity coming out all but 2 plugs! And my husband which was on oxygen need 4 plugs to run his oxygen equipment! Not happy with that!! We have stayed at this location several times !

I liked that the location was very convenient to the location of my event I was attending. Really had no dislikes. The motel was an older one with outdated facilities but they were functional. However the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was sorely lacking. There were bagels, wheat bread, and white bread, with butter, jam, and peanut butter. Also four kinds of sugary cereal, milk, coffee, and watered-down apple and orange juice drinks. I was expecting more, considering the ads I've seen on TV. But the breakfast area was neat and clean, with plenty of cups and utensils.

A/C was leaking water inside the room and had a puddle of water in front of the door and around the bed. Stairs to the second floor were broken and falling apart. Very unsafe. Smelled like weed all around the property. “Breakfast” was ok. Definitely would NOT stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Don't expect a 24 hour staff. I tried to arrive a day early and pay for an extra day but they did not have a staff on duty. They left a phone number to call but no one answered it. You can hear the phone ring inside the hotel. The outside of the property is falling apart. The did not have an elevator, so you have to use the outside stair case. Several of the steps (concrete) were broken and the only thing they did was paint the missing concrete yellow. Very unsafe. The inside of the rooms were not bad, possibly remodeled. Some of the towels were stained but they had others to choose from in the room. They smelled clean, if they replaced the stained ones, not a bad place to stay for the price.

Place was pet friendly and coincidentally my little dogs found a piece of pizza underneath/around the bed that had not been cleaned. When we got there there were people smoking weed outside their room but they weren't loud and apologized. We were missing an ironing board and an iron and hair dryer. The value is pretty good though.

This was a nightmare stay. I almost slept in my car! The room smelled of mildew and pot. The bathtub was disgusting, and the ceiling was full of holes. While using the bathroom, a voice yes, a voice came through the drain in the tub and said hello, anyone there?? It was the person in the next room above me. Nope! NEVER AGAIN!!

AC kept the room cool, linens were clean with a few stains, tv had been switched for gaming, unable to get hot water at sink, one mattress was hard. Breakfast was good.

The front desk person was friendly. Breakfast was really more of a token snack and we went to a restaurant instead. This was lower-cost than other hotels nearby, but I've stayed in several Days Inns that were low-cost and nicer.

Nothing Rooms smelled of weed and cigarettes. Beds were not made and food was in first room given to us. The beds were not comfortable. Elevators were broken and didn’t work. First floor didn’t have any hot water so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Price was too high for the bad quality.

This property is severely run down. The elevator didn’t work which made it difficult for my husband to go to and from the car and room. There was a loud party that kept us up late and there were signs that said “Park at your own Risk”. Not exactly a confidence builder.

I notified the property that I would have a late arrival. My plane was late, and I arrived probably an hour later than I said the front desk was empty. No one answered the cell phone number that was posted on the door and no one answered the doorbell that I rang numerous times so it ended up having to go down the street to the Motel 6 at 2:30 in the morning when you’ve been flying all day. This was an unacceptable experience and I probably will never use Days Inn by Wyndham again. Now is at the front desk no one answered the phone that number that was posted on the door, and no one answered the doorbell that I rang during the late arrival that I notified the hotel about.

1st room had a noisy AC, second room had a dirty floor. There was somebody for 2 hours sitting in their vehicle smoking dope and I had to call 911 due to feeling not feeling safe going outside! Second day the internet and tv went down. I returned about 1:00 and the driveways was blocked and I could not drive to my room. I had to walk to it (disabled) to retrieve to my luggage so that I could get another room elsewhere. I hope that I do not get charged for the second night do this this inconvenience. They should comp the one night due this this very unpleasant stay!

Unless you count the fact that I couldnt get a reimbursement when I tried to cancel the second night, which I told them at 6:30 am I would not be staying for. Also, when I tried to book it, I had to book through booking.com because when I called the hotel, the phone rang for about 20 minutes and nobody answered. breakfast was one option. A plain bagel and coffee. I don't drink caffeine, so my option was water, since their juice was out. Not happy about that, since one of the reasons I chose this place is that they advertised free breakfast. Bathtub needed maintenance. One light didn't work at all

Just the bed it was comfortable. Restroom was the issue and the lock issues with door. The front door would lock securely unless you slammed the door shut. Looks like that door had been broken it before and not fixed professionally. The floor of the bathtub had a bubble and not safe to stand and take a shower, had to hold the sides as I turned. It was a redo but again not done professionally. Sheets were not changed between days.

It was close to the location I had to be in. Th property is very old. I was charged for having a service dog with paperwork so that's another issue. The room had holes in the walls, the paint in the tube was ripped halfway up. The sink leaked, the sheets and towels were dingy, and the breakfast bar was a mess. I was on the third floor and thought the stairs were going to fall every time I had to use them. There's a lot of repairs that need to be done at that property if they plan on staying around and having business since they're right off the freeway

This hotel is going thru renovation and difficulty with hotel rooms that were too cold due to heater not working. Had to switch two rooms to find one where heater worked.

Initial room was unacceptable, front desk person was so pleasant and understanding and accommodating. He put me in a different room which was so much better than the first . However didn’t stay , renovations still being made to property and was really not feeling the stay. Turned in my key and thanked front desk and again , he was understanding. Really just wanted to highlight how comfortable front person made experience for me .

The A/C in the first room i was in sounded like a jet engine. The shower had no curtain, so water got everywhere. So i switched rooms. The a/c was better, but there were arguments outside my room and someone setting car alarms off. Then, at 3am, someone checked in to the room above and walked around with, what sounded like cement shoes on. The toilet was not securely attached to the floor, the bathtub hardware didn't work properly and the diverter barely sent water to the shower. The sink in the room had a clogged aerator and no water came out. I think thats enough. I should've gotten my money back, but, i just wanted to get out of there with my life.

It's incomprehensible that the Days Inn and Windham chains don't audit this kind of dump run by a filthy Indian who doesn't even clean the rooms. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The rooms are the dirtiest I've ever seen.

When we arrived it was obvious the property was undergoing renovations because there were stack of bathtubs in the parking lot. We checked in and were given adjoining rooms. The walls of the room were filthy, the doors between the rooms were covered with dirt and mildew, and the safety catch on the door of one room would not catch. Upon returning from dinner, one of the bathrooms was flooded and the ceiling over the tub had fallen in. We were given new non-adjoining rooms. The walls were filthy with marks where liquid had run down them. The wall beside the toilet had a smear of some brown substance I didn’t care to identify. Thankfully, the sheets and bedding appeared to be freshly laundered. I would never stay here again. I’m surprised Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this hotel.

This was under construction. No one say anything about that. The room was half done too 10 mins to get hot water and two remotes to work the tv.

The property itself on the outside looks pretty worn and the lobby was hard to find since it all looked closed with no signage. Weathered exterior with debris all around. Badly taken care of with non professional paint work done inside. Tub and toilet did give the most confident feeling that they were cleaned thoroughly and bedding was not the cleanest and had some stains on it. If it weren’t for the fact I was not spending much time in the room I would’ve not stayed here as it gave me the ick! First time I have felt that way about a place. So much so that I wore my sandals inside at all times to not walk barefoot. Holes in the bathroom wall near the baseboard and just on and on. I do not recommend this property at all.

This property is under renovation, so I'm sure after they have completed it, it will look nice. They are tearing out sinks, countertops, showers & toilets. Hopefully they will work on front entrance doors. Huge gap where someone can use a plastic card (hotel key card) to slide between the door jam and the door latch plate to slide the latch in to unlock it.

The light in the bathroom wouldn't stay on. There was dog hair on the bed skirting. My sheets had stains on them. The bath tub leaked. Mold in the shower. There was dust everywhere. Had I not been so tired i would had asked for my money back.

There was a water leak upstairs and management took their time moving my family to another room. I expressed my medical conditions and they seemed to not take the matter seriously. Staff kept saying no rooms are available but there were a few rooms available.

Bed mattress comfortable, pillows typical sucky, flat hotel pillows. Bathroom and room seemed to be under construction. Walls patched and unpainted in MANY areas, AC wall vent rusted or moldy (there was dark red or black “stuff” all over vent) and vent was hanging askew, half off the wall. Chair rail, ice bucket, sink, hairdryer, walls, doors filthy. Bath tub has several black hairs (I’m blonde), shelf behind tub broken and hanging off of wall, plaster peeling from ceiling, section of wall missing behind bathroom door and covered with clear packing tape, no plug for tub or sink, sink had thick layers of mildew. I don’t think anyone actually cleans the rooms, just changes sheets and towels

We needed a couple of rooms for family for one night, and booking was easy. It's not a luxurious hotel, and it is older and could use some "fixing up", but beds were comfortable, we liked that there was no carpet, but a solid flooring, and it seemed clean. For the price, it suited us. It appears to be family owned and they were very polite, helpful and thanked us for our stay, which we appreciated.

Terrible, staff was rude and unaccommodating. I opted to stay another night, booked on site and agreed to pay at location as I did the previous day. At 2 PM Male staff literally burst into the room as I was changing clothing. They waited until it was pouring down rain; two male staff members burst into the room - without permission. They threatened to call the police and refused to get out until I left. They were saying disrespectful things, threatened to “throw my belongings over the balcony” and were taking pictures of me as I nervously gathered my items. I felt very endangered and helpless. I suffer from PTSD, this experience was very traumatic for me. Avoid this place at all costs if you can afford it. Everything about this “establishment” is SKETCHY at very best.

The top lock for the door was missing, door was not locked right. Gap at the bottom of the door. Headboard on one of the beds was not attached. The bath tub looked like it had mole. Didn’t seem like the room was cleaned good. There’s is t enough light for the room.

Television turned on, but had no active channels. No hot water from the sink basin. Was afraid to step into the shower so I don't know if the hot water worked there.

Although the beds had clean sheets and the towels were clean( they were definitely new), the room was reeeaaalllyyy dirty. TllThere was literally a bloody syringe in the trash bag and blood drops on the floor and a smear on the light switch. And this was after the man at the front charged me twice.

I dont understand why you have this as hotel vendor under expedia. I felt unsafe, the room next to me was with 2 male that watch me get out of my car until i walked to my room. It was so bad that i did not want my daughter to share a room. The entire experience was horrible and scary. The walls were filthy, the tub was dirty, floor we dirty, it smelled like smoke, the tv was green with to visibility to watch it. I was at a lost, had no idea where I was and tried to find a number to call for help to be move to another property but could not find any. I've used expedia in the past and was never disappointed, they say never say never because I was highly disappointed and my to top it off, my points was used towards this filthy hotel. The picture is NOT what I had it was 10x worst. I have a video and I have Pictures.

The direction to the Hotel on your weh and in the room were the woest I have ever seen in my 78 years. There is a 8 lane freeway in fron with multiple decisiions thaa must be made quitely. My returne at nigh from Soutwestern University average about 1.5 hours a night because there were ssome mqmany chace to make a mistake, also the hihway has no signs to direct an person without a smartphone and if you could see the phone and drive at the same time then you would get hit. YOu need a sigh tall enough to be seen fron the servise roads on the otheer soiod because of the slight roll of hills. F-

I walked into the room and was immediately disgusted with the amount of insects and Cobb Webb’s on the trim below and from the ceiling. I was provided some extra towels and a broom to clean the room. I then had to get new bedding because of all the bugs dusted off the walls. The front desk proceeded to tell me there was no way the room was that way because he inspects all rooms before check-in. I requested to inspect another vacant room to see the conditions and he refused. I noticed vomit and boogers on the walls. I requested some cleaner to scrub the walls myself before sleeping and they refused. Upon our return after dinner, we walked in the room and immediately smelled black mold. It was clear the water damage in the room reached a foot from the floor based on the damage to the wood of the door jam to the bathroom. We requested a different room and the front desk said it wouldn’t matter because all rooms are the same. They ended up calling the police to have us removed after I attempted to purchase a mold test kit. Please do not stay here, for your health and safety.

Was not expecting the hotel to be so outdated and unclean. The staff was friendly. The outside was dirty and seemed unsafe. The room itself was fair - sheets and towels were clean, but there were patches on the wall that were not painted. The bed was uncomfortable, air conditioner did not work well, bathroom door would not close and the bathtub was very dirty. I have stayed at older hotels before that did not have this level of uncleanness. I will not stay at this location again.

if i could give a negative start amount, i would. i don’t know HOW it can get this bad and still charge what they do. unpainted patched walls, chipping paint on the tub and sink, pipes exposed and moveable, sucky pillows. there was a LITERAL BROKEN WINDOW PATCHED WITH TAPE. uneven steps, hazardous rails. what MORE could go wrong?

Window was broken and taped over. Room was filled with dead bugs. Requested them to clean the area around broken window as the AC was blowing the big bodies all over the beds. Ac fan worked but not the cold air. Bathroom and tub covered in mold. Stairs had rotted wood and rusted railings. The staff were unkind too

This hotel is unsafe and inhabitable.

The room was a absolute disaster holes in the wall mildew and mold in the bathroom i paid for a pet deposit for a room that my dog could not destroy anymore than it already was i have pictures of it all not to mention i told them.i had a dog and they put me on the third floor what since does that make

Lots of black mold. Missing door lock mechanism. Dripping tub.

AC didn’t work in room and bathtub had bad mildew & peeling paint. Hot water didn’t work well (and I prefer Luke warm showers but it was only COLD). Mattresses were old and badly stained (could be seen through sheets).

One leg on desk is not attached. Bed fine & comfortable. Several crickets present.

The place doesn’t deserves to be classified as hotel as it is just a roadside motel. Surprise Windham is sponsoring this place. It’s dirty, better said, nasty. As soon we entered smell old musty smells. The toilet wasn’t clean and still had remains from previous use. The sink is part painted with regular paint and had residue from toothpaste from previous guest. A total disaster. I could not stay there and had to find another place. Please, don’t stay there. You will regret it.

If you are look for cheap place to stay snd sleep its ok. Property dose need some work and updating. Staff seem pretty friendly

The property was relitively clean. It really needs a facelift. Chipped paint and sheetrock in need of repair. Don't beleive anything about the breakfast, it's a joke.

This hotel is affordable for a reason. Very dirty both outside and inside. Stuff stuck to floors and walls, tub falling apart, barely any hot water.

For a hotel it was a disaster I got stuck in the elevator doors would not open, graffiti on the walls in the room, tv was going out colors going in and out, staff didn’t care that the elevator door would get stuck, buttons missing on the control panel inside the elevator, the walls looked like a 5 yr old tried to patch big holes the list goes on. If the city was to to go in and inspect the property they would shut it down.

Hotel was horrible, room was dirty. We did not stay, we walked out and left as soon as we opened the door. It was a non refundable reservation but I didn’t care. We were not staying in that disgusting place!

Good place to sray

We ended up on the third floor. Being as we are in our 70's. We should have asked for a different room down on the first. We will, if we are in the same area again in the future. The price was reasonable and fairly close to restaurants and where we needed to be. The ice machines didn't seem to be working very well.

Mold on bathroom ceiling and water stains on room ceiling. Breakfast was limited juice/ coffee / coffee and toast.

The Room was dirty

It was a convenient stay unfortunately our room was not clean, beds were made daily and we did get clean towels. Unfortunately the floors were dirty, the walls and doors were very dirty and there is a lot of mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.

This hotel was so unacceptable to both me and my family I was visiting. So, the next morning they moved me to the Home to Suites in Round Rock. And to my delight It was everything I hoped for. And, It included a free breakfast and the lobby was always staffed.

Don’t stay here unless you really need to save money . It’s not good but it’s cheap

This room was supposed to be cancelled. Upon arriving was informed the room had no air conditioning and it was 100 degrees outside. It was the only room they had.

The bathroom could use an upgrade around the walls. Bathtub has stains where someone was smoking which was a non-smoking room.

Always a great and affordable setup. Room had alot of plaster work done and needed to be painted.

Awful all the way. Bugs and not at all handicap accessible.
