Nothing wrong with my stay. The room was clean and you can get the ac very cold if you like that, bed was comfy, staff was nice. Only thing is the breakfast isnt that great, some egg patties and sausage, then waffles and cereal kind of stuff. But other than that I would recommend them. No complaints. Thanks for a quiet nice stay!

We experienced significant issues with the room key cards. Around 11 PM, we needed hot water but could only find lukewarm water; the fact that there was no hot water available in the hotel is quite baffling. Another issue concerns the gentleman who treated us rudely when we informed him—late at night—that we were unable to open our door.

It's a small thing but I appreciated it. I have never been a coffee drinker so the machine that makes fresh coffee on demand is great but not important but when I found that it also made hot cocoa Wow. BTW it makes expresso, latte etc. one cup at a time.

It was all great except for the tripping hazard between the room and the bathroom. Instead of the usual angled strip, it was a quarter inch squared off strip. It was an excellent way to trip senior citizens. Breakfast was good.

Comfort Suites Georgetown was conveniently located, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options, and admired, but did not use the pool this trip.

One of the cleanest well kept hotels we've stayed in!! The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and appreciated. Even the parking lot and sidewalks were well maintained. Also the ladies at the desk offered me an umbrella when we woke up to rain 1st morning. We liked it all

Older property. It wasnt what I expected. If you’re traveling with children I would not recommend staying here. Most of the people here are construction workers… mostly stayed in my room because I just didn’t feel too safe… the beds were comfortable. I didn’t did not eat the breakfast so I can tell you how it is…

We stayed here because we wanted a hotel with a hot tub…this hotel has their hot tub shut down, indefinitely. This is not listed on Expedia…the room itself was fine, but A/C does not stay on. Staff was super friendly, but breakfast was incredibly watered down (ever have biscuits and gravy soup before?) The consistency of the gravy was that of a thin soup, same with the juice. Overall, highly disappointing. For me, this is a budget hotel, but not at a budget price.

Great ac. I could make the temperature lower than 65 which was great. The bed was very comfy. Love the soft high quality bedding. Love the indoor pool. Breakfast was great. Not very diverse but great. Love having paper plates available for the room. Love the couch and the size and cleanness of the room. The staff was over all pleasant just not very accommodating if I needed to leave early. The hot tub was boarded up. The black out shade doesn’t black out. The fridge is cold which is great, but too cold busted my sodas. I couldn’t adjust the fridge. The microwave had a hard to press start button. The carpet felt very old. The maids were very pushy about cleaning the room daily. She would keep knocking on the door very profusely even when I didn’t answer. The front desk even called me after she left and let it ring and ring until I answered. The door was clearly locked. It woke me up. One day the front desk called me and woke me up just to let me know mangers could be out side my window checking on things. It woke me up. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Usually when you don’t answer the maids light knock she stops after the first or maybe second knock. When I talked to the manager about trying to cut my reservation short. She said I got the rate based on the nights I was staying. She was unwilling to pull up when I could leave the hotel early. I wanted to see other accommodations but had to stay. Because I already payed. Sucks there was no kitchenette. The TV had no smart features I could not watch my shows from my memberships. The hotel was very outdated for the price. Comfortable but needs an upgrade. And I am use to not being messed with by house keeping.

Room was clean and best of all It was quiet.

Part of the shower plug was already ruined, and maintenance personnel was already gone for the day. We had to transfer to the only available room that left us uncomfortable, and we didn't sleep well.

I requested a room close to the front so my mom (90) didn’t have to walk a long distance. I also asked for late checkout. They accommodated us and were very cheerful about it. Room was clean. Breakfast included waffles, pastry, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, etc. Very nice hotel.

The room was much bigger than I expected. Cleanliness was definitely an obvious focus of their staff. The breakfast was what hotel breakfast were 10 years ago... Plenty of choices and kept fresh. Fluffy pillows & faux down blanket = was very comfy We had an unplanned overnight stay and had not brought toiletries. The absolute only negative thing I could say is that the toiletries left a lot to be desired.

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The location is perfect. The room was clean and nice. Only complaint is that the hot tub(posted on website) wasn’t working. It was working the previous time we stayed either.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of drawers. The towels were surprisingly soft when compared to fancier hotels. It’s within walking distance to Chili’s. We slept in so we didn’t have time to eat breakfast. I wished the bathroom sink vanity had had more counter space but there were plenty of places in the room to put our stuff. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in when staying in a hotel. Recently we were in Charleston, SC and stayed at a Hilton. The bed at the Comfort Inn in Georgetown exceeded the comfort of the bed in Charleston. Provide bottled water in bedrooms for coffee maker. Its not a huge deal, we went to walmart and got water. We needed it anyhow to drink.

The people that worked there were great The room was dirty- there was black mold inside the sink and the room smelled awful- they tried 2x to clean it - the carpet and furniture were dirty - the WiFi was very week and you had too reconnect every time you left the building. It really needs a grab bar in the bathtub - they have one outside . I would have checked out after the 1st nite had I not booked with booking.com and was unable to alter the reservation, I won’t make that mistake again .

The hot tub was out of service and has been for two weeks. We reserve this hotel for the hot tub amenities and we were upset that it was out. Other than that everything else was awesome.

Our room was recently remodeled, the bath was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable.The breakfast buffet had everything you would want, even Texas shaped waffles. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the beds and cleanliness and AC. I wished the TVs connected to Netflix. The only negatives are that the walls seem a little thin and I could here people in the hall a little too much. There was a also a slight but perisitent smell inside of our room that I did not like. The hallways smelled nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites this past weekend! The staff were very friendly and provided awesome customer service throughout my visit. The entire hotel was spotless, including the fitness facility and pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options each morning. The location is also fantastic, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Parking was mostly full all the time, we had to circle the building a couple of times to find space. The elevator was out on the second day of our stay, but it looked like the manager had already called the repairmen. the property is convenient to I-35 which was good for us.

Was really dissapointed that the breakfast is offered an hour later on the weekends than during the week. We came in for a softball tournament and had to leave the hotel by 6:30 am. Usually breakfast is served at 6, but we were not able to enjoy as they pushed it back to 7 for weekends. Please keep in mind, not everyone gets to sleep in while on vacation.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The pool was open and available and the cost was very. Rooms were clean seemed a little dated but the entry and lobby seemed nice and fresh.

I like that everything was well-maintained and clean. I like parking my car out in front because I felt that it was safer if I came too late then there were no spots open so I had to park in the back which made me a little uncomfortable. One morning I went to my car which was parked in the back, and somebody had left a plastic clear drinking cup half filled with orange juice on the roof of my car. I would have felt more comfortable if there was a security guard Occasionally driving around the parameter. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which was much nicer than just a continental breakfast.It was scary pulling off the main street when everyone was going 70 miles an hour. There should be a turn off lane going off the main street

Parking in the front was easy, check-in was quick. The hotel is close to restaurants. Room was a comfortable size. There were stains on the curtains and we had a situation where the bathroom sink faucet sputtered when we turned it on and dark grey water flowed out. We just used bottled water to brush our teeth. It may have been an isolated event but it was nasty. Overnight sleep was fine. Breakfast was standard, the other guests in the breakfast area were loud and made things uncomfortable. There was no one at the front desk when I checked out, so I was not able to pass on the information that made our stay not great.

We also held a little graduation party in the breakfast area in the afternoon, and it was perfect! The staff made sure it was clean after breakfast and it worked out wonderfully! Highly recommend this Comfort Suites!

It was clean, it smelled good and the breakfast was good. But I didn’t get much sleep. Between hearing everyone on the stairs, the neighbor blasted music until after 10 on a weekday and hearing everyone above us it was a noisy stay.

Very convenient and easy to find. Next time, we'll try to remember to get a room facing away from freeway side of hotel, lol.

The room that I got was very clean and very, very comfortable. I could not have asked for better but what made my stay so incredible was the staff but particular Dawn, the desk clerk. She was friendly, professional and hospitable. Just chatting and joking with her made my stay a pleasant experience.

When we get in I see it’s a bathtub shower, but does have bars. She could not use it… so wash rag baths. She got trapped in bathroom due to it being too narrow for the walker. After I got it out she backed in every time. We managed.. so weren’t going to complain. Upon leaving I noticed the room across the hall had wheelchair logo, ours didn’t The lady at checkout asked if all was ok, so I told her we were disappointed in the accessible. She stated they only had one room and if it was already taken we couldn’t get it. I asked her why they took the reservation and that I asked when we checked in. She kept stating he was new and didn’t know what he was doing. I said we did it online… she looked at it and insisted I didn’t. I told her I had researched very hard before booking it. She kept stating we had hearing accessible. I absolutely did not appreciate her lack of customer service at all she was quite short. My itinerary does not show accessible But I know that is what I booked..

The property was very clean. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a minor issue (refrigerator was out) in the first room and they were nice enough to move me to another room. The pool is indoors. The hot breakfast in the morning was great!

The front desk staff - not all of them say’s Hi or Welcomes you, though those who cleans the room are awesome. The breakfast food - some of them did not taste fresh.

The room on 2nd floor was quiet with good air conditioning and comfortable king bed. Young man who checked us in was very kind and accommodating to us. We’ll be back!
