We arrived and were greeted by staff at the desk. I was not asked about my honors points. Our room was spacious and had a clean king bed. The breakfast was ok but not great. The wait staff was friendly. We did not use the pool and fitness areas.

Room was very spacious. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Property was convenient to restaurants and parks. Only real issue was a larger than normal gap in the door which made the hallway noise a bit more noticeable.

Had an issue with the toilet but the management didn’t fix it and said maintenance would come in the morning but they didn’t. Said because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t touch the room and didn’t offer to switch rooms either with a functional bathroom.

The room was spacious. I liked that the kitchen wasn't near the bathroom. There was a table in the middle to eat at that divided the living and sleeping spaces. For breakfast there was variety and it was tasty. Spacious bathroom as well with separate toilet and shower room. You could hear the noise from the hall as the workers were cleaning. My husband asked for extra towels but they weren't given to us. There were 4 lamps but that wasn't enough to keep the whole room bright.

We weren’t able to regulate the temperature in the room so we were hot our stay there. Plus, they had an Internet outage so we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi or TV but other than that our stay was great.

This is not a place for resting, I stayed here for 2 very expensive nights, and both morning had to wake up before 8:30am since the cleaning crew just started banging buckets and running vacum cleaners. When i went to reception to complain about it, the answer was, “this is the time that they clean the rooms” and that “it is like this in all hotels”. Sadly for them i travel a lot for work and i know for a fact that this is not real. Very Disappointed i would get my money back if i could. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is by far my worse experience at a Hilton hotel.

I chose this hotel for its location and that was a benefit. Almost positive I had stomach issues from the food served at breakfast. There were multiple long hairs stuck on different things in the bathroom that were not mine and stay even after a "cleaning". I also got in very late 2am and was then called repeatedly to be woken up to run my credit card number again at 4:30am. I found this to be quite annoying and unnecessary as the hotel already had my information and the courteous thing would be to just ask for it the following day not while I was trying to get as much sleep as possible before my work that morning.

The hotel is updating flooring, wall covers, etc. Third floor was complete and very nice. No distraction from the work being done on secondifloor which was closed to visitors. Everything was very nice.

The stay at the hotel was fine. The parking situation was terrible. At least a third of the parking spots were taken by storage containers, forklift, and work trailers. We had to park in the nearby Burger King parking with the possibility of being towed.

In competent staff drunk people passed out in the hallway on the second floor. Booked an extended stay only to be told. I have to pay full price although Expedia had me sick $60 less than the hotel demanded I pay said due to weather it’s corporate greed go elsewhere.

No cleaning after first night. So no coffee no cream and sugar no clean towels on 2nd night. If we were supposed to ask for cleaning service we didn’t know. Also, the smoke/air alarms flashed every 8 seconds during our sleep so didn’t sleep well either night.

Besides the main water break and not having water for 24 hours, the hotel was nice. Staff was very helpful and accommodating during the water issue. Garrett at the front desk was fabulous.

I left an airpod in room according to my FIND MY app but staff did not tell me they found it.

We were in town for a wedding. We checked in around 3pm and went up to our room to get cleaned up and relax after a 10 hour drive. The water was not working in the shower or sink so I tried to call the front desk. Neither of the two phones in our room worked so I went downstairs. I got told that there was no water in the whole hotel and that if the phone was a “big deal” someone could come look at it. I ended up having to call the water company myself to figure out what was going on. Long story short we checked out at 10:30 am and still did not have water. No showers. No flushing the toilet. The bride and many other family members were staying here and couldn’t shower either. We want our money back. The hotel said they couldn’t do anything for us since we didn’t book through them. I have video proof that the water wasn’t working. After paying that much money we should have at least been provided the basics.

The property was ok but I would not stay here again. It was convenient to the freeway, had 2 fast food places within walking distance. There was a microwave and mini-fridge and a respectable breakfast. The bed was comfortable. But. There was almost no water pressure in the sink (shower was ok), the shower leaked, the lighting was dim both in the bedroom and the bathroom, and the air conditioner blew right on me while in bed. I was able to move a chair in front of the vent and that helped.

Our door to our room didn’t work and the ice machines didn’t work. Plus the hook in the bathroom came off

The sliding bathroom door has no handle on the inside. It also pushed out some and got stuck. If my son hadn’t been able to help from the other side- it would have been very pretty to open. The toilet wouldn’t flush easily and there was an x on three of the bathroom walls. Couldn’t tell if it was makeup or what. Also there was old cupcakes in the fridge that was not cool at all. It did cool down when we turned it up and the front desk person was very nice. Room was clean besides that

Were not happy with the services. There was no information on wifi when checked in and no information was given in the room. Called front desk, was not greeted politely. All they said "front desk", not even how can I help you?? Rude and not professional. Paid almost $200 for each and rooms were not given as requested on booking.

Great service and friendly staff. Disappointed my door key and lock stopped working first night. Was totally locked out of my room for 45 min while helpful staff tried to fix. Were going to fix the following day, so I packed everything up… it wasn’t fixed during the day, so waited to get in my room again the following evening. I couldn’t leave the room once inside to go workout, get breakfast, etc as I was traveling solo.

Nice property near interstate and downtown

The people above me where running and stomping all night. The bed squeaked every time I turned over. Two of the employees where arguing at the from th counter while I was trying to eat my breakfast.

Hotel is newer, but service has always been poor. I forgot that I was never staying at this hotel ever again, but I obviously did again, so here I go again... not happy and never booking here ever again.

Everything was very nice but the mattress was not too comfortable. Mine was hard and my cousin said hers was uneven. She ended up sleeping crossways. The pillows were too soft and flat. The outlet beside my bed on the wall did not work.
