The pool was green and foggy we didn’t dare get into it. And I know it’s Texas but we had a GIANT red headed centipede in our bathroom on the second night that was venomous. I know we can’t control the creatures but it was very big and frightening

Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I could smell how good the hotel smelled from OUTSIDE the lobby doors before we even walked in. Loved the glass shower bathroom, and the employees were extremely friendly. The breakfast was great. Just wish y’all would add biscuits. The blueberry waffles, scrambled eggs, & sausage were delicious. The hotel was packed & the breakfast hostess refilled everything quickly with hot food! It was a great experience & we will be back! No issues!

The breakfast bar was not in very good shape the orange juice machine just let out clear water in the coffee. Water was cold.

Room was as expected. Clean and well stocked. I stay at these properties often when I travel and they are a nice experience generally. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was above average. I didn't use any of he amenities, mainly just slept there. The location was a bit far from the friends I was visiting but that was alright. It is close to the amenities in and around Austin, which is a nice town to visit with much to do.

Brand new property and pretty good amenities and location. Shower rod hung incorrectly so water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was nice but disorganized.

The hotel is nice and new. The staff are welcoming and professional. The pool and back patio are great for relaxing. Our room #207 had a musty smell and it looked like there had been water damage above. Overall a great stay.

Excellent hotel and in a very good location.

The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning especially on our last day with the spinach quiche. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the area.

The first time we stayed at this hotel, everything was alright. This time though, we found a roach in the bathroom (we also filmed it) and there was long blond hair all over the bed, like someone has slept in it already. Very disappointing, to say the least. The receptionist was apologetic and offered to refund us for the night spent there, but until today no refund and also total silence from the hotel, even though I wrote already 3 messages. I will NOT choose this hotel ever again!

The only issue was the water pressure in our bathroom. The sink pressure was much less than desired. I did not try the shower to see if it had a similar issue.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean - it even smelled amazing! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast space very comfortable. The location was very convenient - close to restaurants for dinner. I'd give it a rating of 10 out of 10.

The facility was exceptional. My only complaint is that I requested a king room that was not "accessible" and I received a room that was. Small inconvenience. Otherwise great!

Most quiet in room ac unit I've ever had in a hotel. Wonderful selection of breakfast items and preparations. Highly clean rooms. Lotion bottle in bathroom of room was already used and mostly empty. Check in was, interesting. A character of a personality. The water pressure in the sink was low to my standards but also prevents splashing I suppose.

This is my 3rd time staying here. I love this property. Very clean. Safe. Staff very friendly. The location is wonderful.

It was a lovely stay. The front desk was great, especially Patricia. I was dismayed there was no housekeeping, which I discovered when returning late to the hotel. I would have called but Ivwanted privacy after a long day. Would recommend bacon be added to bfast bar, and ice for ice tea. Also recommend at least one comp bottled water per guest.

The only thing I didn’t like it was the mirror in the bathroom it was all with spots and very dirty . The furniture it was with grease and spot under the telephone it was two sticky spots !!!!

Absolutely incredible people very clean very friendly. Spent three days at one point Toilet was stopped up the entire time I had to usually toilet in the hall and I did ask for someone to tend to it but no one ever did.

No hot water!

The water in the shower was cold. When called down to the front desk i was told that the hotel was having trouble with their water heater and i needed to let the water run for 15-20 mins for it to start getting warm. I ran it for 25 and made no difference water stayed cold so i left the hotel and checked into a different place

Breakfast was more than sufficient, offering a wide variety of choices in a pleasant dining area. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however housekeeping is provided every other day. Stuff was excellent. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience, amenities, and welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast was healthy and we enjoyed the daily varieties on the menu. We were disappointed though when we checked in we were informed that for 2 days we wouldn’t have water from 9 to 5.

My husband and I booked a room here in order to celebrate our birthdays in Austin, Texas. We were not disappointed with the cleanliness and overall quality of the property. I always do a wipe down with antibacterial wipes and Lysol, and I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of dirt found on the surfaces. We will definitely, without a doubt plan to stay here again. This place actually has me considering starting a membership to retrieve points.

Was looking forward to using the outdoor pool, but it was closed. Close to downtown Georgetown, nice place to walk around and eat.

The man at the desk around 2:45 p.m. on 10/10/25 had no interpersonal skills. No hello, welcome-in, thank you... Very cold, probably best suited in the back office versus front desk. Other than this, the stay was good. Breakfast good.

We were given a handicapped room when we reserved a regular room which we could have dealt with not a huge issue. However, the television did not work because it wouldn't recieve a signal. The a/c was cold but was extremely loud, but it wasn't loud enough to block out the dog barking coming from a neighboring room. Everytime we flushed the toilet we would have to open the lid and move the float so it would fill back up with water. We were told no other rooms were available because they supposedly were booked.

Front desk service was excellent! Bed was very comfortable. I did not like the shower pressure at all. Property was clean and conveniently located. Shares a parking lot with Aldi's and other businesses. Liked location.

Your hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This time we were traveling with our dog and our experience was great. The outdoor pool was very refreshing and our family ordered pizza and we had dinner on the patio. Next time we visit family we will stay here. Excellent experience.

The mattress was too soft offered no support. I talked to the manager about it and was told that all of the mattresses had recently been replaced. They had received complaints that the mattresses were too hard. I guess that you can’t please everyone. Next time I will be sure to ask about the mattress. Everything else I would give a high rating.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location. It was spotless. Every staff member we dealt with was professional and super friendly. The young gentleman working on Monday and Tuesday morning, who was in charge of the breakfast, was spectacular. He was so friendly and helpful. This guy needs a promotion and a raise! The breakfast (Texas pancakes!) was tasty and even provided gluten-free/vegan options. Would stay here again.

We weren’t told that the rooms are cleaned every 2nd day of stay. On check in that would have been nice to know .

The only reason I gave 4 stars overall was the firm mattress in the room and the air conditioner noise. Both my husband and I tossed and turned on the mattress. The air conditioner seemed fine until it came on around 3am and started blowing noisily. I finally had to get up and turn it off completely. This maybe my fault for trying to reset the room temp from 70 to 75. The bed needs some memory foam.

The bed in the room selected for my stay are too low. Additionally, the free breakfast should begin at 6am, not 6:30am. This delayed start gives the impression that you're establishment is hoping many will skip due to time.

The room was small, but nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Requested garden view room and was accomodated. Hotel is close to I-35 so fair amount of highway noise but A/C drowns out. Breakfast was very nice. Rated cleanliness good because our room wasn’t vacuumed at first service but when we told front desk they got it done right away. We enjoyed our stay.

My family & I came to rest, not Wor for Marriott. We asked house keeping & the Desk attendant for our room be serviced. After a long day we entered into our room & it was still filthy, beds unmade, trash not emptied, towels were all dirty. I went to desk & they gave me the linens & towels to change out, then I had to clean the trash up before my family. I let the manager know in the morning & she acted as if it was no big deal… She said, I’ll get be you some points. I’m sorry this is unexceptionable.

It was like a totally different place. Cleanliness was not a concern. Comfort? The beds were lumpy and sagged as badly as any Motel 6 bed I had stayed in in the 70's. My husband and I are mobility impaired. We do not require wheelchair access but do best with a walk in/step in shower. After much discussion, we were finally given a "wheelchair accessible" room, even though it was obvious we did not need that accommodation. The beds were extra low to the floor, very difficult to get in and out of for MOBILITY IMPAIRED people with bad knees, hips and backs. I explained this carefully to the General Manager Rashad, and was told "this is the only room" for us. We won't be back. Sleep Inn will get our business from now on.

We were on first floor. We could loudly hear the people upstairs walking. Then at 6:00 am our alarm went off. I shut it off but could hear another alarm going off in another room. Bed was a little hard.
