Amazing hotel. The only flaw is the blackout curtains are not very dark or helpful at blacking any sun out. My room was sooo bright at 5 am, not the best way to start off the day you intended to sleep in for.

Rooms are small but very cozy

Staff was always available, cheerful, and happy to assist! The bar was lovely and I found a new favorite drink (Paloma) thanks to your fantastic bartender who excitedly answered when I asked for a drink idea. Most people just say “I don’t know what you like” and look at me with annoyance as if I’m imposing on their valuable time. The drink process were a little high though.

It is a "loft" so it is a small space, only complaint would be no curtain, door or anything separating the shower from the whole bathroom/bedroom, even frosted glass on the shower doors would be better. If you are traveling with someone that you don't plan on seeing butt naked, maybe find a different hotel lol!

The hotel was very nice and it surrounded many locations that were in walking distance and the night life was immaculate but there was some loud noise within the hotel that was very distracting and the pool was nice and relaxing but it needed more consistent cleaning and better safety measures in the surrounding areas of the pool’s location.

The staff were extremely kind and they were very knowledgeable about everything that went on during graduation season. I loved my time there.

Love the location, did not care for the parking. The room furnishing was nothing to write home about. Carpet needed to be changed out or cleaned properly. The furnishings could have been more of a hard surface where it could have been wiped down.

The only thing for me is the lack of a closed shower for privacy, especially when sharing a room. This is just personal preference as the shower itself is nice.

I went for my nieces graduation ceremony, so it was a quick overnight trip. Everything and everyone (staff) was great! Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was comfy and parking was easy, lots of spaces. Lots places to choose from when your hungry or want to plan a fun night out!

Interesting but small room. It was clean and had a nice view. The location was perfect. It looks like there's a pretty decent full bar, which was the only reason I chose this place over others. But I was told the bartender called in sick, so they just never opened the bar for the night. The $15/day parking is kind of a scam unless you're there for special event as there's free parking 20 feet away on non-event days.

Clean room

Everybody that works there is kind and sincere. The hotel is really cute and there are fun things to do right in the lobby area. The location is phenomenal. Especially if you're attending an event at Desert Diamond Arena. The only thing close yo criticism is that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but there are plenty of options nearby and Uber eats is super convenient. We will be back.

The rooms are clearly designed for young folks, not elderly. No restaurant on premises, no complimentary breakfast, no privacy in bathroom area, no closet, low toilets.

We only had our room serviced once despite spending 4 nights on our stay. When re requested our trash to be taken out, we were told “oh you’re checking out today, they’ll change it after you leave”. For anybody that has kids, you know the smell of a poopy diaper can quickly spread to an entire hotel room. We were very disappointed by the service of the lobby staff.

The hotel was to the Westgate Entertainment District. There was a lot to do at the WED; restaurants, entertainment, and family friendly recreations. The location is close to Tanger Outlets and the Pro Bass Shop. The only thing for site-seeing. You would need to venture outside of Glendale.

Room and staff just ok

My room was not cleaned on the third day of my stay even though the front desk staff guaranteed me it would be. The bar was closed on Sunday. The front desk made many apologies and brought me fresh towels, but I still had to sleep in a room that could have been cleaner. I would have liked to have had my sheets changed.

Room was good, staff courteous, but no breakfast because they were short staffed. What really got me was they charged a separate $15 dollar charge just to park in their parking lot.

Hotel is great my second visit but this time the staff was rude. The older woman that works at front desk check in was extremely rude don’t recall her name but she was not welcoming at all. I arrived around 12 pm noon and I just wanted to make sure my transaction went through, I knew the check in wasn’t until 3pm & still she was rude being sarcastic when I asked her if my reservation cleared she just said “Wonderful , you still can’t check in” when I returned an hour later at 1pm a couple arrived and she checked them in instantly while I was waiting at lobby then there was another younger woman at front desk and she helped me out and checked me in. Overall good hotel nice safe & convenient but that older women was so rude she has 0 customer service.

Highly recommend staying here, my husband and I plan on returning. We didn’t use our car at all during our stay because everything you need and more is just a short walk away. We went to an event held at the State Farm stadium and I fell in love with that area. It felt very safe as that whole area had security and police on standby. There were some very nice restaurants, activities, and stores for shopping, all within walking distance. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. I hit the pool and the gym which was nice. They also have a laundry room so I was able to bring all of my clothes back home clean.

Was an easy check in after the AZ Cardinals game. Very nice and comfortable rooms. The room had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker to listen to your music or sports radio. We will definitely make a return trip next game time!

The check in process was horrible. We waited for 2 hours after check in time for a room to be ready. We were there early and multiple people came in after and got a room before us. We were late to an event we came into town for. I will not be staying again.

I reserved a king room and was actually given a 2 double bed room. They were definitely not the size of queen beds

We enjoy staying at aloft wherever we go- Tempe, Vegas and now Glendale!

The property was very clean. Our AC was out and they switched us with no issues and waved our parking fee. Anytime we needed something they were always helpful.

We stayed here to attend a concert at State Farm Stadium. It was a very easy walk to the stadium with lots of food and drink options on the way. Will definitely stay here again when we come for a concert or football game.

I checked in and accidentally left my phone at the front desk. I had gone home to look for it there and realized it wasn’t there. I looked up the location on my Mac laptop and it showed it was there at the hotel. I had my mother, daughter and husband calling it, to see if anyone found it and no answer. I even sent the signal for Find My iPhone as lost with a message to call my husband’s number if found. While I was heading back to the hotel, my husband had my daughters asked the front desk for my phone but they were told no phone was found. When I got there after waiting in line for a while, I asked about lost and found. Which the new front desk rep asked me what my phone looked like and I told her it was an iPhone 15 Pro with a screen saver pic of my late father and my husband. She looked at it and handed it to me. I went back to the room to ask my kids why they didn’t ask for it, and they confirmed they had but were told no phone was found. I then go back to the front desk and the rep there said it must’ve been the other rep who advised them that because it wasn’t her. I had also noticed my phone was on silent. Which I didn’t have that setting before, so I knew it must’ve been done by one of the staff members there. Funny enough, one of my best friend’s also stayed there and had checked into the hotel while I was at home and said she heard my phone going off ringing while she was being checked in and had even suggested to the front desk rep to answer it but she refused.

Overall great stay. Great parking for a truck and small trailer.

Celebrated my anniversary with my better half, everything about this hotel was amazing.

Stayed for a concert. Hotel was clean, very cute, staff was amazing and so friendly!! Hotel is super close to many restaurants, bars, plus the stadium where the concert was located was just a short walk to and from which was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

We chose this exact location to stay because of its extreme comfort, the beds are to die for. The blackout curtains let me sleep in. The perfect pool dip to cool off before playing all day at Westgate. Breakfast across the street, mini-golf, movie, arcade, bars, casino, shops, and pickleball.

This property is incredible. They literally did not come in and service the room the fray after our first night. Why I have no clue. We did not have a do not disturb on the door. Very disappointing. But that was the only negative.

I love this hotel. I’m going to be spending more time in Westgate since my son and daughter-in-law moved to the area. I’ll look forward to more visits to Aloft! I love the boutique hotel vibe! Perfect location!

Awesome front desk staff and amazing property!

The hotel was very sheek, very clean and oh so cozy. There is plenty of things to do around there. We went to a concert, a cigar lounge, played golf and pickleball, we caught a movie as well. Overall a nice place and the staff was the bomb! 10/10 reccomend

Comfortable. It was disappointing that the restaurant was not available it should be taken of the description. The bartender was awesome and friendly. My other suggestion would be to have water bottles in the room for vip members I love that perk at Hilton

Unfortunately my stay wasn’t good I checked inn and they had over sold the rooms so they downgrade my reservation from what I had paid for and requested but they did not refund me any money back and they also charged me for parking a lot of stomping and running inn the hallway from other guess I was able to hear everything from other guess I was exited to stay at this location but was not the best decision in my part .

This hotel is located in a perfect spot for walking to many local eating and drinking establishments, an outlet mall and other shops. It is also well located for traveling to spring training games and there are other attractions nearby. The service was very good by the front desk, bar staff and maintenance.

It all went well, I would be more than happy to go back there again and stay a week. Everything was clean and well cared for.

Stay was fine, however the shower head was awful, I tried to do all I could to make it better, but there was no pressure and the shower head was clogged. Also another negative. I had booked my say weeks in advance for a king bed, since I was a solo traveler. When I arrived I received a double queen room. When I said something to the staff, I was told they had sold out of king rooms and that there was nothing they could do because of the game day. Mind you the California wildfires are the only reason the games were played in Arizona. And the game was changed last minute. So I felt that because I didn’t pay a premium price that every one else did, I got the short end of the stick because of it.

We liked the friendly courtesy of the check-in staff, who was able to find a room for early check-in. The room was very clean and functional(my only complaint was there was only one sink). Also on the negative side is the fact that we smelled marijuana around 2am, presumably from our neighbors - very strong odor! And the loud music from somewhere was deafening.

Smoke alarms went off at midnight and the rooms on the south side are by the street. Loud all night

Great location for music events at the arena, can walk there & to Westgate for dining. Free parking. Staff never responded to problem with safe so we left after waiting an hour. They wouldn’t fix safe without us in the room. Other than that it was great & we are repeat customers. Would stay there again.

We could walk to the game, and ate at several dining spots in the area, so it was very convenient. The hotel didn't seem prepared for all the Hawks fans in attendance. I checked in online but never got a nofication that our room was ready. When we arrived, the front desk was unattended, as the single front desk clerk was retrieving luggage. The room was roomy and had all the amenities we needed. The sink was not totally clogged, but very slow to drain, and given what appeared to be the sparse personnel, we decided not to report it until we checked out. The parking was very confusing. We were initially told the hotel rate was the same as the nearby parking lot, but discovered that option was double the hotel rate. We finally made it into the hotel lot and parked. We were given a dashboard card in the evening when we checked in, and realized we could have been towed without it...whew! So the front desk staff could have been better informed about event parking.

From checking in to checking out, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Everyone was friendly. The lobby smelled amazing, everybody was welcoming, there was games and things to do in the lobby. The bar area was inviting, not at all awkward like sometimes hotel bars can be. The beds were probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. We had to have an ambulance pick up my daughter for a medical condition, which was no fault of the hotel. They were very accommodating and was worked with us for a late checkout if needed, which thankfully we did not. They even recognize me when we came back in and asked how she was doing. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone stopping in.

We went for the Cardinals / Seahawks game and it was the PERFECT location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

I payed 109 for room and the pet cost me $115, completely insane. Will never stay again
