The amenities were worth the price, the staff was very accommodating, the property was very well kept, and breakfast was delicious. Pool, hot tub, large patio area, BBQ grills, fire pit, fresh towels daily, 24 hr coffee and water, large courtyard connecting other very nice properties, and great location to other venues and activities.

Purpose of trip: For my 2 California grandkids to meet my 2 Arizona grandkids for the first time. Arrived Saturday, plan was to have kids swim all day together Sunday. After settling in Saturday, we toured the pool area and was disappointed by the people hanging out there - alcohol in glass containers everywhere, and large groups of people yelling singing to Hispanic songs with no staff around controlling the environment or enforcing any rules. Made me second guess our plans for a pool day on Sunday if we were going to be around a rowdy crowd. Stress wasn’t on my agenda for this trip! We had a room w/2 queen beds and a pull out bed from a small sofa - the mattress on that bed was SO BAD - can feel every spring inside and can feel the frame right through - almost no padding left it in it which made our stay a little cramped by having to share beds. Breakfast buffet was great - 5 stars! No complaints. Check out on Monday, I raised my concerns to “Jesse” at the front desk - he graciously listened to me. offered me compensation. I told him I don’t ask for that, just wanted him aware of the problems but he insisted he help. Gave us a small discount. Very appreciated Jesse!! Thank you. Now the hotel just needs to replace the mattresses on the sofa beds and enforce the rules & I would return!

Really appreciated the customer service! They were on top of everything and just so kind. It was a stressful trip with our new baby and older kids but it was a nice stay. The kids loved the pool and they came by often to clean the area and provide new towels. They even helped us with late checkout at no additional fee based on availability. Rooms were well maintained which I appreciate given I have higher standards for cleanliness. Only negative was the breakfast was not good and disappointing other than the yogurt to go. Other food items tasted reheated and stale

The staff was friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to our checkout. Our rooms were spotless and a good size and the beds were very comfortable! We also enjoyed the pool . It was clean and the cabana areas were comfortable, roomy and very nice. The breakfast was tasty and we appreciated the large selection of hot foods and beverages. The dining area was nice, as well. We also loved the coffee bar available at all hours! We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Arizona!!

This is our second time staying here and we were still impressed by the staff and amazing amenities! We attended a concert nearby at the desert diamond arena and the hotel offers shuttle service to the arena and nearby restaurants. This helped us avoid walking in the heat to the concert. Everything is walkable which is nice. The pool was relaxing to use in the evening. The breakfast offered was excellent as well. Housekeeping was terrific, and the room was clean upon checking in. 10 stars!

It’s a clean hotel over all, just the pool needs more up keeping… Night crew not to friendly. Wish there was restrooms available out by the pool so there is no need to come in to the hotel… Having a snack to order hot food like nachos, hot dogs, quesadillas chicken fingers , beer, mix drinks, would be a huge +

The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedding was soft and well maintained felt good to touch made for a good night sleep. The days were mild so the one ac not working was OK tempoture in the room stayed comfortable it was just a bit loud from the one a overworking to keep the temp down. The pool was closed not hotels fault, they did what needed to be done after a child got sick. Unfortunately we planned to sit in the evening near a fire pit and that was closed also. Breakfast served was great. Staffed was there to keep it full and room were it was served was very clean.

Then, my room didn’t have WiFi capability. They said they’d see up maintenance but after 30 min, I called and just asked to switch rooms. They then switched me to a room where the tv didn’t work. After maintenance came up, they spent over an hour and a half trying to fix the tv just to be told they would have to fix it in the morning when the IT guy came in. Also, the plug in the wall to charge your USB device didn’t work. Additionally, I asked if they had any salt on hand for me for my dinner and they only had a pepper shaker. There was no place to purchase an alcoholic beverage AND you shared the pool with the hotel next to us. And while the website showed fire pits, no one actually came out and turned them on at night.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing. The front desk agent Joseph was very helpful and friendly during our stay. The pool was perfect for our kids, they loved every moment of it. The breakfast was also great. My kids loved the pancake conveyor belt. They kept going back for more! There was a good selection of foods every day and a variety of different things from day to day.

The overall stay was great and we LOVED the beds and pillows. The pool was decent and the staff was very friendly. Our son forgot his toiletry bag and they even had a full stock of essentials he could use. The only downfall was the use of the metal door latches by one of the cleaning staff. For several hours, we had to listen to her bang the door open and shut at least 50 times. Other than that, out stay was pleasant!

Wifi did not work at all!! Very frustrating traveling from a different country and relying on that! Pool had a lot of leaves and flower petals and wasn’t cleaned regularly. The pool chairs were mostly all broken and had holes in them.

The front desk mentioned that I booked through a third party and gave me the worst room in the hotel. Our room was located above the open breakfast area. Every morning we were woken up by furniture be moved at 5:30am and people talking and kids screaming and running. I wouldn’t recommend. The staff was uninterested when I complained and we were told the hotel was full. The elevator was broken and the stairs were filthy. Definitely won’t be back here.

The hotel and room were modern and sparkling new. The pool and pool area were inviting so we didn't get a chance to swim or use the hot tub.

Did not have any housekeeper on staff to bring me an extra blanket and called front desk they put me on hold said they would come right back 20 minutes later no call back no answer back. Went down to get an extra blanket to the front desk. Breakfast was not well for the price at all.

Parking was great. The young lady who helped us at check in was fabulous, very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and up to date. Checkout lady was very nice.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The fire truck and firemen all arrived. After being dragged out of bed half asleep and having to lug my luggage down the stairs because the elevators were closed, we were informed there was no actual fire. There was some sort of malfunction with Holiday Inn’s alarm system and the manager on duty didn’t know how to turn it off so we were all dragged out of bed for no reason. Would NOT recommend staying here if you want to sleep.

Roach crawled under the mini fridge. Drunk guy arguing with front desk for over 30 minutes at midnight. Room was right next to elevator. Where he was trying to go. Woke up out of a dead sleep. People in the jacuzzi past 11pm, jacuzzi was right outside of room window. So only got about 3 hours of sleep.

Located walking distance to Desert Casino Arena 15 min. Was there to see a concert, Breakfast good and nice pool area. Only thing I wanted to use their free area shuttle to get to concert when I arrived. Front desk had no way to locate driver. So I took a Lyft. Cost $5 so very easy. Easy walk back after performance.

The location is perfect for attending a sporting event. Walking distance to the stadium and restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean comfortable and safe. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options. We would stay here again. We chose the location because of the sunrise hot air balloon tour early morning nearby. The location was good for a day visit to Scottsdale as well.

The guys at front desk was great when came to check in for the room. Pool was good also. The first room that eas giving had a very strong smoke smell and also the bathroom toilet bowl under it was very dirty and was push off . So I did ask for another room. Second room was better but had a very is strong smell like the carpet has not been cleaned. I went to get carpet fresher to help try n get the smell out.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking is great. Room was clean and mattress was comfortable. Pillows are still full size and you have a choice of soft or firm. Breakfast was good and we were there for 5 days and nice variety every day. Not the same old thing. Pancake machine was broke but it was still good.

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. Our room was very large and clean (no bedbugs!), beautiful pool, friendly staff and SAFE area! The breakfast was really nice and plenty of shops close by. The casino is also 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!!

The property was nice and convenient for our event. The biggest problem we came up against was our check in. The front staff was polite and doing their best, but the rooms that shld have been available weren’t and it pushed all check ins behind. We had a specific time to be at our event and it was a hard time to get there on time.

This is your typical Holiday Inn Express, with a decent pool and spa shared with the neighboring hotel. There’s also seating areas with fire tables and a few bbq’s. Breakfast is only served until 9 a.m. so we missed that every day, we like to sleep in on vacation. You can walk to the Bass Pro Shop across the street and a short drive to the Glendale restaurant and shopping district where there are some great restaurants We went to spring training in Peoria which as a 15-20 minute drive. This location is very convenient, however I do feel the room was overpriced and an elevated rate for spring training season.

Hotel room was nice. Seemed updated. Several lounge chairs at the pool were broken so there weren’t enough for everyone. A lot of kids at the pool with little parental supervision.

Clean and quiet hotel, however in a very bust area. Lots of traffic. Plenty of restaurants and shopping if that's what you are looking for. Not the best location for a relaxing vacation spot.

Checked in healthy & became very ill & even had to prolong my stay because of it(upper respiratory infection) think Maricopa county is a huge health risk everybody here is coughing/running noses or having stomach flu...yuck! Naturally in hotels is a hotspot for this.

Property was well maintained and staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent and outdoor spaces beautiful ❤️
