The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy, balcony is nice, pool is nice, breakfast was decent. Rooms could use some maintenance, but overall a nice enjoyable stay.

Ok first of all, give Jason ( front desk) a raise! Everyone else told me they were booked and I was going to have to move hotels. But a Jason was able to keep 2 hotel rooms - 1 bedroom suites booked for 10 days! Every time I saw him he told me what the dinner was and was just so friendly. He makes you want to go visit the front desk! The room was clean, I’m kinda bougie and it was great for the money. Not one single issue in either room in 10 days I stayed. I will 100% stay here again next month. Fantastic 10 out of 10! Thank you Jason, you were awesome!

Spacious rooms, with convenience of a kitchen. Front desk was friendly and breakfast buffet looked good. Except it didn’t open till 7:30 and we had to be at a track meet by 8 so couldn’t eat. Overall great for families

Very noisy especially on weekends when traveling sports teams take over the hotel. In addition to the track events they hold in the hallways, the pool area becomes unavailable to other guests as many of these sports groups noisily set up camp poolside all weekend. Other than that, the positives of this location during the week make up for the allowance of this weekend behavior.

Awesome love it well stay again

The staff is very helpful and proactive.

TV was not fixed during my stay. I was there for 4 days. House keepers knew that this was an issue since a year but they never do anything to resolve it. But other than that it was ok. But In the future I wouldn’t stay there again.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. I love the property. I love the amenities. The staff is very friendly great breakfast great pool. We had a two bedroom which fit perfectly definitely a 10.

The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said they would refunded the charge but it still has not been refunded. I may have to file a complaint to my bank to get my money back, so be careful.

If the opportunity arises I will definitely stay here again. The room was spacious. Perfect for our family of 4. Everything looked clean and remodeled. The pool was positioned well so it stayed shaded a majority of the day and it wasn’t too deep so we were at ease when the kids were in it. The continental breakfast was good and had a nice variety of foods. The room were spaced far enough so that guests don’t hear each other. There was plenty of parking. Overall I have no complaints.

Breakfast was hit-or-miss. The waffle mix didn't taste like the typical waffles I’ve had at other bed and breakfasts. While the oatmeal and eggs were good, the bagels were not so great. They had shuttle service to nearby restaurants etc. in the evening, which was an added bonus!

Free breakfast was very good and certainly far better that the typical sad continental offering. This one has eggs and various meats, toast, bagels, waffles, usually a French toast, and fresh fruit, etc. all in proper buffet style. Staff was very nice. The whole building was nice and clean. Felt very safe and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again.

Other downer was that the shuttle only runs from 5-10 nightly…. SEVERAL guests found this to be an inconvenience…. The pool area was very nice! Several nice places to sit and visit… room itself was wonderful! We stayed in a 2 BR unit and it was perfect for 2 families.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good (much better on Saturday than Friday)

Stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom suite with the family that gave everyone their own space. Everything from the greeting and checking to the breakfast and room were pleasant, immaculate and enjoyable.

Upon Arrival the Hotel couldn’t find my reservation that I booked through Expedia in May 2025. Turns out they cxld my pay at the hotel reservation due to inability to charge my card prior to arrival. Isn’t the idea of pay at the hotel is to pay once you arrive? They tried calling me while driving through the desert with no cell service. Luckily I was still able to get a room after a 5 hour drive.The room was nice and comfortable (1 bedroom suite with a kitchen) however the door to the balcony was very difficult to open, the shower drain was partially clogged,the vents in the room were covered in thick dust and the TV’s in both rooms didn’t work properly and took 2 of my 3 nights stay before getting it fixed. Also requested an additional luggage rack to avoid putting my son’s suitcase on the floor. After two days they said they didn’t have one. I guess after paying $393/night I didn’t expect to have so many issues..maybe it was a fluke I’d probably stay again but definitely not for that price.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The cleanliness was great. The only issue I had was the comfort of the bed, it was hard. Personally I prefer a softer bed.

The staff was so friendly and nice! They have a shuttle which can take you during the operating hours he has anywhere within 2miles! The casino and entertainment district are very close by!!! The pool was clean nd fresh over all a fantastic stay!!!

I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and the area has so much to do. My was nice and spacious, my only complaint would be the bathroom door is awkwardly place and my particular door had a little water damage at the bottom that made it very hard to move. I was staying alone so I decided just not to close it, so the issue didnt bother me....

We had a staff member told us that we could stay outside until.midnight and then as soon as we stepped out someone else came out and told us we couldn't benout because we were making noise, granted we had just walked out. Intried to tell him that we were told something different and he disregarded me.

The staff at Staybridge were very friendly and accommodating even when a family emergency required me to shorten my stay. The room was well appointed but smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

First of all I need to say a word of my big appreciation of breakfast quality. You know when you travel your day should start with a home-like-made cup of coffee and tasty food. I felt as if I was visiting my granny's house on this matter. Also it's very important to have a good rest in your bed, right? The beds are just perfect! I was sleeping like a baby. And of course staff! Those people treat you like their best friends and help you out in any your request. I'll deff stay here again and recommend all my friends.

Very pleased with our stay. So it fit our families needs, have a son with autism and the room was perfect. Didn't hear our neighbors, black out curtains pool was very clean. Many options for breakfast. Will be back.

Room unavailable as advertised, Rude staff who personally laughed at my face when asked why the room wasn’t available on time, uncomfortable bed, terrible breakfast. Leave this in the worst of your possible places to stay when going to State Farm arena or Desert Diamond. Never again!

Enormous kitchen and clean facility plus walking distance to State Farm Arena

We stayed the night because we were going to a concert nearby at the State Farm Arena. The lobby felt clean and nice when we arrived. The room was great! It was modern and even has a full kitchen! The breakfast was a typical continental type breakfast with a waffle bar, eggs, yogurt, etc. and we could walk back from the arena after the concert. Great place to stay!!

What an amazing stay! Martina at the front desk was fabulous and beyond helpful. They should give her a raise before someone steals her away. The room was lovely and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the evening social event with a burger and mini pigs in a blanket. The breakfast was good, as well. We will definitely be back!

I love that this property was next to everything I needed to get to this weekend plus the shopping was right there with so much food choices. Would definitely come back and stay.

Con: free breakfasts were typical continental with only 1 morning of a couple of different dishes...

We stayed here because the kids played in a pickleball tournament nearby and our stay was excellent. The daily breakfast is such a game changer for two hungry boys. But a heated pool and hot jacuzzi at night was perfect in April. Such a great value and so much to do around the area.

We were pleasantly surprised that the 2 bedroom suite had a bathroom in each bedroom. The living area & kitchen were so nice to relax & hang out in. We were very happy with our stay there. We will definitely stay there every time we visit Glendale. We highly recommend Staybridge!!!

I like that the room we were in had a separate area for a couch/tv and a decent little kitchen so you could actually cook meals if you didn’t want to eat out. The surrounding area had a lot of option la for food and shopping, and we enjoyed the nearby mini golf. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly the hotel was clean and close to everything , only one complaint the breakfast was always out of food they didn't have enough workers in kitchen.

Great place, we’re able to check in in our room early. Was able to walk to restaurants, bars, and stadium.

Biggest issue was breakfast, first day we were there we asked the woman with blue tinted hair if the hasbrowns were glutem free, she went in the kitchen came back and confidently said yes, we asked if she had the ingredients or if she was guessing and she said she was guessing. Almost no gluten free options, poorly stocked, dirty and juice was like drinking water staff in kitchen didnt care and this was for 8 days so not just one person. The highlight was the heated pool and the day i asksd for hot chocolate they were out but took the effort to go get some from sister hotel next door.

Nice, spacious, well thought out room! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Even had a shuttle to take us, for free, to the State Farm Stadium. Was a little far to walk to the Entertainment Center, thought it would be a little closer. Only downside, without a car you must depend on Uber/Lyft as there is nothing in a 5-10 walk.But now I will look for Staybridge Suites for any future trips.

Great stay for a very busy Holiday weekend

We were here for a week for a baseball tournament. Property and room were very clean and comfortable. Felt like our own apartment. Very nice pool area with lots of shade and areas for BBQing. Enjoyed the included breakfast and complimentary dinner three nights a week. Convenient location to all the fields. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

Laundry room that was complimentary and you can purchase pods/dryer sheets from them. But we also used twice. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was different each day we stayed I'm sad we missed the social hour (I forgot about it). Only downfall is when we were gone and came back the sink was leaking and had gotten every where in the sink area, which is why I knocked one star down. But! They were very quick at responding and sending someone and it was an easy fix. So I appreciate that which is why everything else is 5 stars. I'm glad we stayed here and can't wait for our next visit up!

The property is very clean and the breakfast is amazing. My only issue was having to walk further down the property to get to another elevator because the one closest to our room seemed unsafe. It jerked really bad and scared my kids.
