The room was spacious, clean and well equipped.

A perfect spot for our spring training vacay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, bfast was great and it was a clean, new hotel. Easy to hop on and off the highway. Lots of restaurants nearby, especially loved PopStroke. We didn’t get timing right, but worth trying to get a tour of the nearby cardinals stadium.

Check in was easy and fast! Our check in employee was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, glad they have a variety of things to eat. Place was very nice and clean!! The only thing I don’t care for is having to pay parking if your staying at hotel, otherwise it’s a 10 I would stay again and recommend.

The hotel is new and modern. In 2026, my room had that new hotel smell… new construction, very clean and comfortable.

I booked this hotel because of its location. We were attending a concert at the Desert Diamond arena. This hotel is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the room was a good size. Breakfast was decent. We were even able to get a late checkout which was great especially because the concert finished late and we checked out the night life in the entertainment district after. I would defiantly stay here again or recommend to friends.

Clean, friendly, and we got nice room even though it was one that had not been remodeled yet. The staff was very friendly to our dogs and the hotel is extremely dog friendly while also being clean. We were provided waters through our stay and breakfast was included. The property is well maintained with a lot of nice amenities. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants nearby. It is my top choice when I travel here again.

Breakfast was decent, and Jerry made it special for our 5-year-old, who had her birthday. Overall, it was a great trip for us. Thanks for helping us make sweet memories.

The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. The pool and hot tub were great and very much needed after a very long day. Staff were very friendly and talkative. Breakfast in the morning was ample and delicious.

The rooms were much larger than I thought they'd be and having an almost full sized fridge and having things like dishes there for us to use made it so welcoming.

I did not like paying for parking.

The rooms are big, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay especially with family!

The breakfast was passable. One day was scrambled eggs and I guess chirizo burritos. The meat was uneatable, there was no cheese, salsa or anything. The next day was cheese omelets which were passable. All in all, not good for such an expensive hotel.

Out of your control, on a non smoking room, could smell unwanted Pot smoke coming from rooms in the hallway. I can't stand this smell

The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked staff was attentive and very friendly. The room was very clean and had a very homie atmosphere. We had family come visit and staff was great with them as well. I will make sure to stay here when I’m in the area again. Thank you to the front desk staff all the way to the housekeepers.

The price was stupid high and didn’t sell out kinda bull shot that because there is an event close the jack prices the couldn’t even sell all the rooms

On our first day, there were no bananas available, so we made a request. The staff responded promptly and ensured bananas were provided the very next day, along with apples and oranges. Their quick response and willingness to accommodate made our stay even more enjoyable.

Clean, spacious room that was well stocked with everything I needed. The free water bottles in the lobby were a huge bonus.

I LOVED IT. FRONT STAFF WAS AMAZING. don’t recall the names but a white gentleman was awesome. Went past 10am for breakfast and they still allowed my wife and I to eat. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Amazing service.

Unrelated to our stay, I am disappointed in the Hilton Hotel chain for supporting ICE and allowing them to stay in their hotels. Do better Hilton.

Place, amenities, and room was nice. Breakfast buffet was a bonus…and, the location to the Westgate area was fantastic. Only complaint was the bedding/mattresses…both sofabed and queen bed need updating.

Yes when we requested more bedding Eric told us everything for bedding was dirty and that there was nothing available. I had to call him from my cell phone, because the phone in the room was not working due to it being unplugged. When I told the lady at the front desk about this she said they have to get a hold of engineering and it would be a few days. The fact that there was no extra bedding for my daughter.

Our bed was incredibly uncomfortable, room was it very clean. Everyday items were out at 9 am for breakfast. If you wanted more you had to ask and wait a long time.

From start to finish, our overall experience was wonderful. The young lady at check was extremely friendly and helpful, upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. The room had some normal wear and tear, but it was spotless. Parking was very safe and secure, and the lobby and outdoor seating were clean. We would stay here again, literally across from State Farm Stadium.

The room smelled like a bottle of perfume was sprayed to cover up the smell of dirty diapers and death, but instead all the smells just mixed. The couch was so filthy and stained we couldn’t use it or even set our stuff on it. There was no bathtub. Though the staff was kind, we had to wait while the receptionist made a police report about an attempted car jacking in the parking lot.

The booking, check-in, and check-out were hassle-free. All the staff at the motel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offered was adequate and typical. We had a queen suite that was very roomy on the 4th floor and we liked the pet-friendly atmosphere. We were surprised when they charged for parking. $18 per night per vehicle. We did not notice that before booking and wouldn't have minded if there was a reason for it. The property does not have security buzzing the parking lot watching our vehicles.

The room had a musty smell. The ac unit had a fan running the whole time even if it was turned off that made a weird noise the whole time. The drain in the shower was clogged. The beds were not comfortable. The room just felt dirty and the bedding had a smell that didn’t seem to be freshly washed. The food at breakfast was never replenished both days we stayed. When the food was gone they never brought more out, regardless of time.

Everything was great except the bed. The matress and bedding was very uncomfortable. The bed itself sounded unstable. This is my third 3rd time staying at this hotel and the first issue or dislike i have had.

It was conveniently located to the freeway. Front desk lady in the evening was nice and efficient. Many of the staff working for the hotel were kind and hard working folks. The place was managed well, despite some hiccups. There’s a parking fee for staying at the hotel. And I was annoyed that a maintenance staff knocked at my door at 7AM despite the Do Not Disturb Sign! The guy in charge of cleaning my room didn’t do a good job. Not sure if he is new? They clean the rooms very late. I left at around 7:40AM and came back at 1:00PM and my room hasn’t been cleaned. I wasn’t able to rest because I had to leave my room for then to clean it. When I came back, it wasn’t done properly.

room 202 needs some maintenance, the toilet water tank has a leak and the lamp mounted on the wall of the bedroom flickers on and off all night. During breakfast coffee, juices and some other foods ran out and it toók too long to replace.

For as much as we paid for the rooms, service could have been better. Our toilet got plugged early the first morning we were there and there was no one at the desk until 6 a.m and maintenance wasn't scheduled until 8. I had a race so we were up early and had to use the bathrooms down in the lobby. When maintenance got there they did get it corrected. Breakfast had decent options.

When my sons were in the jacuzzi they were told to get out cause someone reported poop in the jacuzzi but they were swimming in it for a few hours back n forth from the pool he got pink eye

From San-Diego to LA, day at Universal studios then to Las Vegas 2 nights, to Page AZ... overated antelope canyon booo... horse bend was awsome, 2 days here.. off to flagstaff... eeehh.. though grand canyon was perfect weather and sedona is nice.. then to Phoenix... i cant ever live here way to hot and air is full of asbestos dust from the desert deposits all of the home2 suites were truly excellent was able to sleep well felt like a small studio and it was homie feel. Worth the extra coin to head to the next city.

The lady who checked us in was kind of rude. I get she was probably stressed about the gentleman in front of me. I also didn't like how if we had guests, we had to pay $18 per person and per vehicle that stayed more than 20 minutes. I was told this by 2 staff members and if I didn't report them then we would've received a ticket. We're not from the area, so we had family stop by for a while to make sure we had everything. Another thing is that our shower head was broken, and it was just placed on the little shelf in the shower. But the lady at the front was quick to solve the issue, but we did have to switch rooms after we had gotten comfortable.

Quick one night pit stop on our road trip. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pillows were too soft/floppy and didn’t offer very much support. It was a decent stay and we would stay again in the future.

While I didn't have a issue with really anything, my only issues were that some things needed some work. Some things like the curtains being replaced so it doesn't show bend lines, or the elevators sounding like they are long overdue for mantinance work.

The hotel offered valet and self parking the location was great and a 5 minute walk to state farm arena the room was clean quiet and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful and very professional. The breakfast was good and offered many varieties of choices I will definitely be staying at this location in the future again

The rooms offered alot of space. If you have more then two people everyone still has space to move around.

Property was nice and safe. Warm and relaxing pool area with grills that were clean and plenty of outdoor seating. Gym and restaurant on site. Eureka has great food! Late night front guest desk is great, cannot say the same for during the day. Stayed for business. Carpets in rooms need a deep clean but otherwise room was very clean and had all the necessities. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day but they came everyday and replaced towels and tidyed up. I would stay here again.

Great spacious room for my family during a taekwondo tournament

Service was great. The only thing i did not like was how much i could hear people running in the hallways, on my floor and above it. Maybe some soundproofing would help otherwise I had no other issues

Great facility. Had issues with the Minor League LA Dodgers in the room next to use being loud and music until 3 am. Staff did everything to get them to stop.

It was clean and spacious. The beds.were not as comfortable. There were some.broken fjnishes in our bathroom. The pool was out of clean towels so we had to use room towels It was convenient to the outlet mall, the stadium and Westgate which was very helpful. Overall a good stay.

I did like the property but when I arrived for check in, I was not able to immediately because of a power outage I was told. They called about an hour later as they prepared a room. Then I did not have no tv channels at all during my stay due to the power outage they told me. So outside of those two things the visit was good.

Staff was welcoming, kind and accommodating. This property is very conveniently located across the street from Sate Farm stadium and close to many shops and places to eat. Breakfast was well stocked and amenities throughout were really wonderful.

It was a great place for my son and grandkids and anothrt grandchild all to gather and visit us. Shopping and resturants in walking distance. The elevator was moody at times. Refusing to shut doors or go up or down a couple of times over 3 days.

It was good. A little noisy. We had a room in the front above the eating area. I cannot believe they charge us for parking. wow..... We only use this hotel because it is close the football field. So I guess they feel they need to get more money off the customer, for what they are providing. We hardly eat there. I believe with the LACK of sports in Glendale, that this hotel price will go up. And that may effect us in the future considerations to book there.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you’re attending an event at State Farm stadium. It served its purpose. Only 2 main complaints- I’m not fussy with hotel breakfasts.. it’s a little buffet and it’s always fine. This one really wasn’t good at all- except the waffle station. 2nd, and this isn’t their fault, but if you want to rest and relax, know that there A LOT of pets here. The people next to us left their room at 6:30am and their large dog cried, yelped, barked and howled for HOURS. So much for the sleep-in we were really looking forward to while the grandparents took kiddo for the weekend so we could get away. It was awful. Again, not much the staff can do (I did call after about 6 hours of crying and they said they’d try to reach the owners.) overall decent stay.

$15 per day to park. No climate control in the room! They brought up a nasty old box fan with no switches on it. How can you not have climate control in Phoenix! I will never stay here again. Took a $1000 cleaning deposit on a separate card that is still on hold 2 days after I left!

We attended the football game. This is a great place to stay. Everything is so close and convenient especially if you do not want to drive. Kitchenette is also a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed this hotel stay. Room was clean, spacious, employees friendly and breakfast was ok. Will stay there again. Just a recommendation: the shower head was very high and could not reach it to adjust. I realize most people are taller than me. I would suggest a different shower head. See attached picture.

We booked this location for its walkability to State Farm Stadium and it was a fantastic location. Room was clean and quiet and has everything you need. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Close to shopping and restaurants galore. Would definitely stay there again.

Only have Queen beds which is not comfortable. The water would not get hot in the shower.
