The King Suite was wonderful! Loved the separate bedroom, darkening shades, pillows and bed! Slept like a baby! Made to order breakfast (free with coupon) was delicious!

The room was clean and the hotel property was maintained. The fitness center is only one rack of free weights, one bench, and couple of treadmills. It was hard to see from the photos that it is that small. The staff was very helpful. You need vouchers for breakfast. I did not know that checking in. In the morning when I did not have voucher the front desk got me them no questions asked after I explained I had paid for breakfast as part of reservation.

The pool area was clean and my kids loved the pool. We did decide to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant and that was the only negative of our stay. It wasn’t cheap and almost all of our meals had elements missing and we weren’t told until the food arrived and we asked about it. So I would recommend going to one of the restaurants close to the hotel. But the hotel itself was somewhere I would stay with my family again.

This was my first time at the Courtyard by Marriot, had an amazing time, check in process was impeccable, I loved my room, clean and very comfortable, and the Bistro has good food. Thank you for a great experience. 👍

Please do not include the breakfast meal in your stay, Its a small cafe at the venue, has very less options. No Buffet Breakfast. They wanted to compensate the issue with a small snack from their cafeteria

For my 4-night stay, my room was immaculate, carefully prepared and very comfortable. Other than battling with the thermostat a bit (there was a wild weather swing when I was there), nothing to complain about. Special kudos to the housekeeping staff who made and kept the room spotless. The only suggestion I hope you'll take is to better mark the several auxiliary entry doors from the parking area to make it easier to figure out how to park closer to the elevator and room. They all had the same 4-digit address in large numbers!

I liked that it was a near some good restaurant. First, some staff seem very bitchy. Clean hotel. We did ask to stay in a non-smoking room, but to go in the room it stinks like Marijuana. ?. Me n my son has asthma and we kept using our inhaler. Second I paid for breakfast, to not really getting breakfast! Yes, they ran out of food, and gave me n my son fruit cups! Yes, like what the heck is that shit worth 13 bucks? Also I still got charge for breakfast on the day We did not eat breakfast. Everything was on 1st floor. Laundry room, pool, microwave, Inconvenience! Their drinks and food items are overpriced!!!! 4 bucks for a small small Landry soap! Bottle water was 6 bucks! Yikes! Also drinks was not cold at all either! I would go stay at best western which is behind court yard then staying here. Breakfast is free and they have better food options too.

Coffee, people! A great hotel stay is all about the coffee ... well, safety, cleanliness, comfort and value, too. But really, get the coffee right. I hate the extortionate pricing on the Starbucks lobby stand and the insipid little coffee sachets in the room that produce weak, wan imitations of the real beverage. Beyond that, clean, comfortable, quiet, agreeable staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. Each staff member we interacted with at the front desk (3) was each very knowledgeable, courteous and interested in making sure we had a very good stay. I mention this as having good, competent staff is challenging today. Each of these women knew something about our reservation, went out of their way to go above an beyond usual expectations and should be given very positive reviews at the very next opportunity. These would be the three front desk women (the voice of your business!) on duty at our check in on 12/22 late afternoon, the following afternoon and then on 12/27 am when we went to extend our stay.

The room was clean and the woman who checked us in was wonderful. We had a leave a day early due to a major storm that has hit the area and has actually shut down O'Hare. We were disappointed that they were uncooperative about refunding us for the last night as we had to leave early so we could get home ahead of the storm. Given that, we will likely not stay there again as there are a lot of hotels in the area close to our family that we were visiting.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff is excellent, very friendly and attentive. The room was large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard which was beautifully landscaped and had plants of seating. One of our favorite things about this hotel was the large, comfortable lobby with a cozy fireplace and Starbucks cafe that served warm food and drinks all day. The location is great, easy access to both the city and Lake Michigan suburbs. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend and will stay again if we’re back in the area.

There was no sheets or bedding for the pullout couch, and only two towels. Call down to the front desk to ask for them. 45 minutes later, we had to call again and ask for them.

I only had one issue I asked for the room to be cleaned.And when the maid did come up, all she did was hand me some clean towels at the door and ask me if I could give her the dirty towels. i'm not sure why these marriott bonvoy hotels have their own concept of maid service. She didn't come in to change sheets. Also, the front desk told me to leave any garbage outside in the hallway. Which I did.

The entrance in the front of the hotel is completely updated however, the carpets, rooms and the rest of the hotel is not as nice. The elevator (1?) stinks so badly I was shocked. The staff was great, amenities were adequate, bed is comfortable, etc otherwise making it a good value.

The staff was the friendliest and most eager to help ive ever met. I wish i got their names because they deserve special recognition. The bad; the rooms are drab and the internet is painfully slow. This is likely because their tvs provide platforms such as Netflix and hbo (though you have to use your own account to login in which isn't ideal as if you first to logout before you leave you have strangers using your account in perpetuity) so with everyone streaming tv shows it makes the internet super slow and the cable offerings are also sparse, likely because they offer the streaming services to use. But the internet is painfully slow for business travel. i don't understand how it is 180 dollars a night when last year it was 100, insane. Will stay again for accessibility but lots of room for improvement!

This property was a letdown. The front advised that rooms are only cleaned every other night; so during a 4-night stay, the room was cleaned only once and when done was done poorly. Towels seemed to be a rarity given the only time they were replenished during the first three nights was after I called the front desk (twice) - both times each time I was met by . Although the property did have a nice courtyard and lobby the overall stay and experience was disappointing.

Check in was troublesome as I had already paid on hotels.com. Establishment asked to verify my card and charged it for incidentals. Normal procedure, but also charged me again for the room. It took 4 days for the charge to get refunded. Travelers may need that money while on their trip. I was lucky to not need those funds, but others may not. Establishment did not seem to understand or care about the charge not being refunded promptly.

We had a great stay here at the Courtyard Marriot. We found the hotel to be very clean and the hallways even have a nice smell to them. Some updates could be done to the hotel as some features are outdated, but the whole experience overall was great. The customer service was amazing from most of the hotel staff as well, especially the lady that checked us in.

Nice hotel with a very nice staff. I only have three small complaints. 1) the toilet is oddly low to the floor, 2) i called guest services with a question and never got thru...twice, 3) there was only one person cooking breakfast and so there was quite a line. No one wants to stand in a long line for breakfast. The hotel is nice, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. I would definitely recommend.

In the women's restroom off the main lobby, there was no toilet paper or receptacle to hold it in the regular size stall. In the handicapped stall, there was toilet paper, but the latch didn't really work. The baseboard trim was also missing along one wall, giving the room a tacky and unfinished look. The main lobby area was nice, but the hallway and room carpeting throughout is looking worn. We arrived too late from a family event to enjoy any of the amenities. The staff we interacted with was friendly, and the hotel was quiet when we were there.

When we got to our room it looked nice but then we looked a bit closer. One of the drinking glasses was still dripping wet from having been used. The toilet seat had drops of pee all over it as if someone had just been in there. I went to go use a towel after showering and pulled a “clean” one off the rack only to find a long black hair. I’m blonde. When we used the pool the pool area was covered in people’s items and wet used towels yet it looked like nobody had been there for some time.

My stay was nice and the staff were great, but i will not book through hotel.com again. I made a mistake and booked the day before i was supposed to stay. The hotel said they would refund it but i had to contact hotel.com. I did that and they say the inn will not respond. I called the inn and they have never heard from the app.

Checked in around 8:30 pm, very friendly & helpful gal! Our confirmation showed free breakfast for 2 but the morning front desk gal said no free breakfast for us. Our bathroom was dirty around the toilet. There was a bug crawling above the mirror above the sink! Sure hope it wasn’t a roach! Showers could use and update! Towels were VERY SCRATCHY and only two provided! Very NOISY by that road!

The room was immaculate clean. The shower had very low pressure. The soap and shampoo dispensers hardly worked. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Food at restaurant limited but we compensated it by eating in many restaurants nearby. Overall, nice stay.

They were doing a renovation on the first floor of the other side of the hotel but our area was great. We were on the 3rd floor and it was clean and smelled good. Other members our party we first given a room on the second floor and said both rooms they tried smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They also finally ended upon the 3rd floor and their room was great. I think they are renovating this hotel so it will probably be really nice when it’s finished

The front desk greeted us in a friendly and professional manner upon our arrival. Our check in was very quick and the hotel staff referenced our pre check in requests and successfully met all of them without a reminder from us. The accommodations themselves were very clean, cozy and comfortable! Our hotel manager, Mohammed, introduced himself and remarked several times during our stay that he was at our disposal at any time to meet any requests that might improve the quality of our stay!! My wife and I were traveling with my 103 year old Dad and not only were all of our needs met, but all of his needs were prioritized and met as well! We chose to have dinner at the hotel the day of our arrival and all our meals were hot, tasty and properly prepared. ‘Hats off’ to the hotel staff and management team of this property for providing us with an overall excellent experience and stay!!

Over the past five years I've stayed in numerous hotels in the area, and this is the best by far. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, beautiful pool, free parking, Starbucks in the lobby, upscale breakfast/dinner options while dining fireside in the tastefully decorated lobby. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples and families!

I purchased a suite with 2 queen beds but upon arrival, host could not accommodate that room. Instead I was given a suite with one bed and guest had to sleep on fold-out sofa. It was rather uncomfortable.
