Good choice

Hotel was nice, room was spacious. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were broken though and rendered unusable due to this. The lobby and common areas of the hotel were also SUPER hot for some reason. But otherwise no complaints, it generally was nice and good value.

They got over 100 people and they took care of every single one of them! Great team, and very nice clean place.

Someone came up later and threw some towels and coffee next to the stuff they were supposed to clean up. There is only one dresser drawer so enjoy jamming everything in because all the male and fermale stuff in one drawer is pretty awesome...NOT There was nothing to order room service with. Lawn and fountain overgrown with weeds. Gazebo rotted with broken seats and rusted brackets with no bolts Almost fell. They missed a lawsuit by inches. For what I paid unacceptable and 4th class. Go to a Motel 6 instead

Amazing hotel

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable for a family of 5. We had an AC problem on our first night but they promptly fixed it. They were very accommodating and always checking if everything went well and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Liked the location right off the interstate. Close to Rosemont & other West Suburbs of Chicago. Jacuzzi in the pool area. Maybe include the buffet breakfast as part of the price of the hotel.

Decent breakfast and the beds are comfy, but the rooms and facilities are a bit dirty. We used the pool and one of the lights was on the pool deck with the wires exposed. The carpets are very dirty.

The best choice I've made in this trip is to get a hotel with free parking and good rating and rent a car. I always go to Hampton inn in Loyola university area however the nicely right there was close to $500. I was able to get a suite in Renaissance Marriott and Glenview for 4 days for less than $500 total. I rented a Jeep Wrangler 2026 from route car rental for 4 days for $170. You can never get anything better than this. I owned my travel and went everywhere I wanted to go in the city of Chicago and it's suburbs.

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was quite a hike from the elevator and with small kiddos, luggage, and being by myself made it just a little crazy at times.

It was more than 1 hour away from Chicago. And the pool was filled with children and very small.

Everything was great from start to finish. The only hitch I ran into was no ice on the 5th floor ice machine (they should also have ice machines on every floor). But I went down to the lobby and they got some ice for me. The person I worked with was very helpful and polite.

Very safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, and very spacious room. I liked the door that separates the couch/tv room and the bedroom/bathroom. If you have kids, they can stay up late and watch tv on the pullout couch, without bothering you in the main bedroom

Very friendly staff the amenities are very clean and they have a Starbucks and restaurant inside the hotel it is also Pet friendly . The 2nd floor is gorgeous with many tables to eat I really enjoyed my stay.

There were several cleanliness issues, including rust, stains, dust, and mold. Due to the nature of our visit, we didn’t notice everything until later in our stay. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, our room was cleaned on the first day without being requested, but afterward we were told cleaning is only done if you call, even though we never used the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I addressed concerns with staff and the supervisor, Eli, but was told we should have reported it earlier. Given the circumstances of our trip, that response was disappointing. The only resolution offered were points for my membership. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Hotel is very nice. I think they just need to update the carpet in the rooms. Everything else seems to be updated. Gym was very clean and plenty of machines.

This was the easiest booking. Checking in and checking out was incredibly quick and painless. The staff was unbelievably pleasant. The hotel was clean, beautiful and calm/quiet. I've worked for many hotels and have never witnessed such a well run, professional and calm establishment. I didn't get a chance to try breakfast but it smelled so good when passing by. The room service was prompt. The food was surprisingly good for hotel steak and ribs. More importantly, the price of our stay was not over the top for such a luxurious hotel. And I also want to mention the very expensive Aveda and Kevin Murphy toiletry products provided in the rooms!! WHAT?? That was just an awesome and unexpected bonus.

Worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The staff was incompetent and even after complaining they didn’t apologize or fix the issue. Our room type was changed and room key wasn’t working, they moved our rooms twice from floor to floor. The room was dirty, no room cleaning was done even after asking twice each day of stay. Pathetic hotel experience even with being a mariott Bonvoy member.

The hotel rooms are showing age and the bedding and couch mattress needed to be replaced. Plenty of space and friendly staff. Our room did smell stale though.

The main reason for giving this review the rating I did was due to cleanliness. It could been much cleaner. You could tell it isn’t being properly cleaned. That alone would increase my review. Also, the pool water wasn’t the best but seemed as if it got a lot of use that day as well.

The woman who checked me in seemed like I was an inconvenience. I reported her the next day. The woman who checked me out was very helpful. There was dirt on the bed sheets.I was too tired to have them change the sheets, so I put a towel over it. The next morning the toilet paper holder broke and was hanging off the wall. I should have stayed at a Motel 6.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful. It was easy to check in and get all the information we needed. There are lot of dining options within 10 minutes driving radius. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in suburbs of Chicago and I'd definitely stay here again.

My air conditioner never worked the entire time I was there. They kept sending up a maintenance guy with a blow dryer, supposedly to fix it.He never did. The maid came to so-called clean the room. However, she never took out the garbage and had to be asked to put on Clean sheets. Cleaning the room obviously is a different concept to them than to the rest of the world. I have one dinner from the restaurant downstairs. Salmon, it was dry and tasteless. Most of the food actually was God awful! One day I went to the breakfast buffet and ended up paying eighteen dollars for a banana and four pieces of fruit.I checked out.I went to another hotel

No free breakfast? Very difficult to get out at parking lot into the street, towels are very scratchy, to noisy kids screaming late at night and knocking on our door.

The staff were friendly and cooperative. Accomodatiions were surprisingly spacious and and provided a fridge, large comfortable bed and an extra room with a TV and couch (convenient for those with insomnia). My only complaint was that the breakfast offered was a one price brunch with no other options.

The rooms were average.....however the convenience of an onsite restaurant were lacking. Lunch was not available at this facility which is important to travelers who check in around lunchtime.

Claudia at the front desk checked us in (what a nice lobby area!), she is super welcoming and professional. A+++ for reception at this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The only issue was that my husband noticed a little mold in the corner of the shower grout - the bathrooms do not have fans - so it might be time for the hotel to do a little updating on that. Housekeepers were readily available and kept the premises pretty darn spotless during out stay. We also noticed that the door to the parking lot was broken at the time of our arrival, but then quickly repaired within the day. A+++ on maintenance here too! The gym is pretty big and super clean, much more spacious than those at other hotels, and with more equipment options. Highly recommend this hotel if you need a safe, quiet, clean, restful place to stay in the Niles/Glenview area. Cheers~

Loved the idea of an all-suite hotel—nice living space with a wet bar. The bedroom was spacious. It is great to have a bar restauant on site. No charge for parking.

Very quiet though close to airport. Amazing job of insulating noises!

Property staff allowed a youth hockey tournament to take over the place; kids were loud and rowdy until 11pm, even played knock and run on many of the floors. Families with kids yelling and running around in the bar area till close made the bar unattendable. Staff sat back and did nothing. Will never stay here again.

The restaurant has limited options but prices make it a good option. Our initial room was dirty with mold spots on bathroom ceiling, signs of water damage on wall, it vacuumed. There was an event until 9 PM in the indoor courtyard that all rooms open to - we weren't notified of this. Only bright spot was service by Leah, who moved us. The room was better but also not vacuumed - our dog found random food on floor.

I got bedbug bites while staying at this hotel.

We loved this hotel as we were traveling both with a teenager and a dog. The room was spacious and clean! It is a perfect hotel to bring a dog. Lots of green areas around and the extra charge was not as high as a lot of other hotels in the area. The hotel had a bar and a restaurant with good food, nice breakfast and - most important - a coffee machine in the room. The staff was super nice and this is definitely a place I will return to if in the area.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. For the price you receive a lot of value. I would highly recommend staying here.

Affordability was what drew me to the place. Although upon arrival the room maybe needed a second cleaning. Hair in the restroom on the floor and on towels from previous guests I assume. The property only had one working washer and two dryers. Ended up using a local laundry service instead. Staff is friendly and polite.

We had a great experience with our stay at the hotel. It was incredibly close and convenient to all of the activities we were getting up to during our visit. Check in and out was a breeze. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool but it locked wonderful.

They were accommodating

While the reception and attium floors had a lot of money invested to make it look good, our room looked shabby and neglected. Everything worked fine, thats why not a lower rating, but paint chipping on the bathroom ceiling, and stains were ugly. The bathtub/shower looked like a 12 year old installed it. Just disappointed.

The cafe provides adequate food and drink options, but we were disappointed to find it was not open on Sunday evening, the one time we needed it the most. It is located right next to a major highway, so the outside seating area they show in the pictures means you are listening to 6 lanes worth of constant heavy traffic. They are pet-friendly, which is a bonus, and there is a grassy area on the property to walk dogs. Unfortunately, there is also a wonderful large dog park nearby by but you have to be a member to use it, so your dog recreation is limited.

I had to call the front desk because there were two brown lumps underneath the coffee table and I was afraid to investigate too closely. Ended up being balled up pieces of plastic, but then how clean is the room? I asked to change my room to other side of hotel after the first night, because of the constant highway noise that felt and sounded like semi trucks were running over my head all night—they refused. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, asked for a refund for final night because my plans changed. Expedia blames the hotel, and the hotel blamed Expedia—no refund.

It is the first time I had to go through this kind of ordeal for a simple reservation I hope No one has to go through this kind of process in future using your app

Do not stay here. This hotel was so gross and unsanitary. Two separate towels had brown and red stains on them. The bathroom was not cleaned. Hair in the shower. Hair on the floor. Dirt on the floor. The shower did not drain. It smelled too. I stay at a lot of hotels and this place was probably the worst I have ever stayed at.

Staff was great, AC broke in our room and they moved us immediately, breakfast buffet isn’t worth the $17 it’s a continental breakfast nothing special. Room was nice and clean.

We always stayed at the Rennesiance Hotel when we are in Glenview. Staff is always nice and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated with their decor and carpeting and our bathroon wasn't as clean as previous times that we had stayed here. Bathtub was dirty and there was a piece of hair on the shower curtain. I chose this hotel because its close to all the asian restaurants and parking is plentiful. It does the job.

Everything was very nice. We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoy the convenience and room layout.

The hotel changed ownership a few years ago. However, it appears nothing was remodeled. Same furnishings as we remember. Bathtub was old and harder to climb in and out of. A walk in shower would be great. Bathroom lighting made it hard to put on make up.

Rooms are dark, dingy, filthy carpet, filthy windows, this isn’t isolated this is the condition throughout. Not enough staff wait time at the desk was unacceptable. When I asked about the Internet I was told it’s very slow due to Hotel capacity. However, I was later told that they were at low capacity and their Internet was always slow. I way over paid for this place. I don’t recommend!

The following morning I went to the front desk now this is Sunday morning still I was told no supervisor was on site. I was given a business card of the supervisor who I’ve emailed furious. I’m still waiting on a respond! I’m not considering ever doing business here again!

Shower room drain not working

Late check in. Shower woukd t drain and overflowed. I asked to have room changed since it was late and other families needed to shower. The staff insisted I wait for repair to check it out first.

The staff was very sweet, but I could hear my neighbors through the wall on both sides. The elevator took 800 days, the stairs are non existent, and the closet stairs are the emergency exit, which is just covered in dirty towels. The room was very dusty, and the bath tub didn’t drain. Was definitely not a great experience.

Last 2 nights the room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke (aweful). Assume someone close by was too lazy to go outside.

Awesome stay. We got the king suite which divided the bedroom from the living room/sofa bed. It allowed our teenager to have a her room next to us.

The only problem which we mentioned during checking out that the AC fan was too loud specifically during the night was disturbing the sleep. Hope that issue get fixed for next customers.

Very nice and clean Hotel, we arrived around 3:30 AM, one thing to mention, the receptionist was unfriendly at all. Otherwise was a nice stay.

Room was nice and provided lots of extra towels and housekeeping did a nice job of picking up the room. The bar closed really early and breakfast is kind of pricey. Pool is not as big for the number of rooms and water was cold.
