Very clean spacious room. Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals. Lots of storage room and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel! It was very clean and the staff was super helpful. I would for sure stay here again.

Our room door had latch issues and was not correctly lining up. Made enter/exit of room difficult.

Super clean everything. Well maintained. Free fresh coffee & tea. Nice simple fitness room. Spacious parking lot. Good location.

If you need a suite in GJ, this is the one. Excellent accommodations all around. No pool, so if that’s your thing, you might be disappointed. Would stay here again!

Spacious and had a bathtub The sofa bed was awful! Our adult son could hardly sleep on it. No pool, expensive for not having a pool. I left an expensive pair of earrings there and they were “supposedly” never found!

not really a down side, but when we arrived, I checked all the lights to be sure they were working, and the one on the desk was actually missing the light bulb,. I called for a new bulb, but the bulb they left me with didn’t fit the lamp; so I called again, and told them we needed a new desk lamp. They came right up and looked at it, and found me another lamp.. Also, only one of the two phones in the room was actually working. One was just there, but not able to be hooked up. It would help if their staff had a checklist of what works and what does not before leaving the room after housekeeping has finished.

Very clean, friendly service. Full breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. Convenient to places we wanted to go.

Location good, another hotel shared parking lot. Smelled of pot when you get out of the car to check in, no one at check in to greet new arrivals Smelly pot outside entryway. Confusing parking lot. No staff at front desk for check in. Sign say to us properly phone to call for check in assistance, there's nothing there, just some business cards.

Safe and quiet. Rooms are new and comfy. It’s the only place I’ll stay when visiting Grand Junction.

very nice hotel. only issue was the pull out couch queen bed it was VERY uncomfortable. felt like sleeping w springs stabbing you. pull out bed very bad!

Convenient location, easy access to dining

Well the first thing that we discovered was the fact the elevator didn't work and you have a four-story hotel. Second thing, there were no king beds or two queen beds. Seth, no breakfast. Not even a continental breakfast or muffins. But the worst thing was checked in late. Crashed into the bed after hauling my gear up to the top floors. Not leaving it in the car for sure. Fell asleep. Woke up in the morning to get dressed. Noticed around the base of the bed there was food and debris around the bed. Somebody did not vacuum. Just not an overall good stay there.

The phone was not answered when we tried to call. No one was at the front desk later. No signage “will return” or “helping another customer.” Lame.

Our room (108) shared a wall with the elevator. The elevator hummed and vibrated all night, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. We tried to drown it out with the a/c and fan, but that wasn't enough. Hotel was fine otherwise. Out stay was DEFINITELY not worth the $200+ we paid for it.

Late checkout request was uncomfy. No free breakfast. Beds were super comfy. Room was immaculate.

Great Hotel ended up booking it late in the night again and it was a easy and clean stay. The water is really pure here doesnt wash the soap off and the pressure is perfect. (Sign of pure water)

Only thing was the lack of included breakfast. There were items to purchase and microwave. We ended up at a grocery/gas store for donuts!

Hotel and room were dirty

Completely adequate for a night’s stay. Used WiFi to work without issues.

Took a hour and a half to get warm enough water to shower and at the end it was hot

There was no hot water in the a.m. to take a shower.

The room was noisy. No place to sit except on the bed, no place to put the suitcase except on the desk. We chose here mostly for price and closeness to Community Hospital.

Love that they had the stovetop and dishes.

I don’t know all around they need some structure or better management.

As is typical for Candlewood Suites, it was an amazing stay in my favorite hotel.

The door from the hallway needs a better latch/spring it doesn't shut completely unless you pull/push it closed. But, other than that. It was good.

The location is nice! Easy access to I70, food, coffee and grocery stores…. The rooms are always clean when we’re staying and the beds are comfortable! The parking lot is well lit so it makes parking feel more secure! The little kitchen area is always a bonus!

Every thing went well from check in to check out. The room was very spacious and clean. I almost wished I could stay another night!

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, and there was someone’s bar of soap in the shower and lots of food in the refrigerator. There was hair on the towels. Internet did not work at all, and I could not connect to do my work meetings. Walls are super thin and I could Hear the people in the next-door talking.

This was a quick easy stop over for a client visit I had in Grand junction. Close to the highway with convenience is all around.

Was a very convenient property in an office Park area. Very close to i-70. Made for an easy lodging night.

Well, almost no TV channels, apparently because of the dispute between Disney and Direct TV. But, what surprised me, is this is the 1st hotel out of about 5000 I've stayed at, that has no place in the room to put a suitcase. No folding stand, no where but on the bed - very inconvenient.

This is a new hotel that is shiny clean. Even the dog area is spotless since they clean it every day if owners do not. Extra friendly, thoughtful check in. The rooms are a delight with every detail one always wishes for. We could easily have spent weeks there very happily.

Comfortable room, spacious, quiet. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, kitchen was well equipped. We had trouble with missing a lot of the channels on the TV, but since we got in late it wasn't a big deal. The shower mat/floor towel looked stained, but seemed to have been washed. Might just be an item they need to take out of circulation due to the stain. Overall, pleased with our stay and would consider staying again if we come through there.

The hotel staff was accommodating to our early arrival, we waited about 20 minutes for our room to open up. The room was nice size and had everything we needed. I loved the dove products that were complimentary. We brought our two dogs and there was a large walking area around the hotel that was dog friendly. The hotel was in walking distance to shops and dinning options. Would stay here again.

Very quite area

A little spendy, but a new hotel that is very clean. Finally there are some nice places to stay on the west side of town!

I called and requested a first floor room because my 4 year old treats every bed like a trampoline, they said no problem they had one. When I arrived to check in they didn’t have one. Gave me a second floor room then called us saying we were being too loud. Well I told them about my kid and how I had requested a first floor so it was not my concern

I’ve been staying at hotels for over 40 years and that’s the first time that has happened. I’ve stayed at that hotel at least 3 times, but will probably go to another hotel in the area the next time we travel through there in May.

Snack area and a place to socialize. Did it for two nights and we appreciated being able to have the area to ourselves this trip.

The location was great. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and safe. Staff was nice but the front desk coverage was minimal, maybe due to not enough people working.

When we arrived, our reserved room had not been cleaned. There were food crumbs on the crumpled bedding bed, the pullout couch had unmade/dirty sheets, the bathroom counter had visible cup rings, the floor didn’t look vacuumed and the dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. I originally booked a room with a king bed bedroom but we were moved to a double queen studio as no bedroom options were available. Though assured the cost difference would be adjusted on my final bill, I was charged the original amount. I have spoken with 3 different people who continue to assure me that ‘they will figure out the problem’ but that I should keep calling back to check. ?? The newer building is also oddly and poorly constructed. The hallway had an open, leaking ceiling with trash can all weekend and our room’s main door and bathroom door were hung crookedly. The bath door wouldn’t latch. Overall- disappointing.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue was there was no remote for the TV so I had to go to the front desk and ask for one

All good, great kitchenette, loved the Dove bath products in the large pump bottles. We were traveling with our dog, very easy grassy area he could use! Coffee in the room was mediocre. The lobby coffee machine was out in the morning. So, improve on the coffee. Otherwise, great experience, I will come again!

Check in was great but Friday night at almost 11 pm the fire alarm went off for over a minute then was shut off. We all stood in the hallway wondering what to do since alarm was shut off. no one came to talk to us. My husband called downstairs and was "I dont know whats going on". Fire trucks then showed up and all that time noone had us leave the building. We had no idea what to do since alarm was shut off. We had to be up early ti get on the road. We will not be back the worst money Ive ever spent

Bed was not comfortable, there were water bottle caps on the floor, and black hairs all over the bathroom.

I will never stay at this hotel again.

The property was great.

One of the best hotel's so far. Traveled from Pa to vegas. This hotel topped them all so far,staff was friendly, checkin easy. No restaurant on site but little store. Beds were the best and extremely comfortable,was sorry it was just a 1 night stay.

Bloody sheets, blood on the toilet, dog hair all over the bed and floor. Poop on the bathroom floor.

An absolutely wonderful new hotel. Extremely clean and quiet. I have no complaints and loved the free use of the laundry for guests. Pet friendly is a huge plus as well.

The rooms had great USB connections on lamp nightstand and room very very clean. Pillows and bed wonderful.

We love that it is QUIET and clean and we love the kitchen and full-sized fridge.

Room spacious for work trip and great internet

The room could have been cleaner. Food crumbs along the base of the bed. There was toothpaste, lotion or something all over the inside of the bathroom door that wasnt cleaned off. My last stay here , I was very satisfied.

The expedia advertisement for "pet friendly" is wrong. They are only dog friendly (which is weird to me as cats are less destructive) I drove over 15 hours and almost wasnt able to check in due to my kitties The gentleman behind thr counter did call the manager and they made an exception. But dont bring your feline friends here, they dont like cats!

Stayed one night here while traveling between Salt Lake City and Louisiana. The hotel is located not far from the interstate. It was quiet and the room was clean. Close distance to shopping and restaurants.

I've had to write so many bad reviews since the pandemic that I'm SO EXCITED to finally write a glowing one. This place was top notch- felt new or just renovated, perfectly clean, quiet, big, friendly staff, comfy beds,everything working. It doesn't sound like a lot but it was such a relief. I will definitely use this as my "go-to" hotel in GJ.

Overall a great place to stay, Water pressure in shower was to low for my liking.

Clean and newly renovated property. Room was comfortable and provided the amenities needed for a two-night stay. Nothing to complain about.
