our rooms werent ready for check-in when we arrived we had to go wait in town with all of our stuff and we came back hours later to find them still not ready. staff was unhelpful and difficult. other people in the hotel got locked out of their rooms and got no help from front desk and they had to find a different place to stay since they couldnt get back in. people were loud in the rooms all day n night and dogs were barking and going crazy.
- 2/5
Bed was okay. When I arrive they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned
- 2/5
The room served its purpose but was definitely not clean. Our floors turned my feet black and there was urine on our toilet seat when we arrived. I think, hope, the beds were clean.
- 1/5
Awful. Was greeted by a blast of smoke and a request for a $250 cash deposit because we were supposed to stay 8 days. Appears to function closer to a halfway house not extended stay hotel. Not clean and did not feel safe. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

The hotel was a mess upon checking in. I was given a discounted rate by the manager for my troubles. Then upon returning home they charged me for the differences in the rate I was promised and what I had booked at. This was after I had checked out and made sure that everything was squared away. The hotel was filthy, smelly, had numerous broken down cars in the parking lot and people sleeping in the parking lot. Housekeeping did not visit my room the entire 4 days I was there. I had to take my own trash out. It smelled terrible in the hallways. The front desk clerks were rude and abrasive. I would recommend a state cleanliness inspection of this place, never ever recommend anybody stay here. Maybe stay anywhere but here. I’ve been to many hotels on trips and this was by far the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of having to stay. 0/10 do I recommend this place. Total waste of money
- 1/5
This place was a nightmare. The staff was horrible. We booked a 2 bed room and ended up with one bed, not big enough for the 2 of us. The place smelled of dogs and pot. Security was constantly there but we never saw them control anything. needless to say we only stayed 1 night but we had booked 4 nights. We tried to contact someone (including Expedia) trying to get refunded but no success. STAY AWAY!!

It was so affordable that when I left and early and didn't even use my second paid for night I wasn't bothered about the money lost. There was no bathroom I could use before checking in. There was no one at the desk and when I used the "lobby" phone to dial the extension to alert for a desk clerk it continuously told me that the extension I was dialing was invalid. I ended up hollering for the staff member.... I'm 6 months pregnant and was desperate for a restroom after driving so long. Was told there was none for me to use until check in was done. I had an accident after my baby kicked my very full bladder. When I got to the room I cried and went to shower only to find out that the toiletries were used and not replaced and there was mold in the bathroom shower. I was so mentally drained I tried to go right to bed but couldn't sleep due to endless noise like people were moving furniture around until 2am.

Beds are small (full size only) and uncomfortable. Staff is MIA in the evenings, mostly because they are out front smoking with some of the long term residents. This place seems like it's more of a shelter than a hotel.
- 0.5/5
Traveled a long distance to end up arriving and being told that our room was already rented out.
- 3/5
Overall it wasn’t a bad stay for a cheap hotel it’s not bad but it’s super basic and bare minimum the suite that we stayed in came with two office chairs and the pillows were super thin also the queen was more like a full than a queen it wasn’t a bad stay but our saying most of the weekend was “it can only go up from here!” But to add a caveat the room for what it was extremely clean.

The place is a dump
- 2/5
The room was clean but the bathroom sink did not drain well, the tub drain was broken and the mattress had a large hump in the middle of it. I let staff know on check out as I stayed only 1 night. The counter staff was friendly but disappointed that they did not offer and discounted rate for the issues.
- 3/5
There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen as far as any dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc. There is no ice machine, no coffee pot in the room or coffee in the lobby. The tv worked, the WiFi did NOT and we were required to make a $100 cash deposit because we were “local” even though we live a couple hundred miles away. If all you need is a clean room and a bed and bathroom, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I’d stay somewhere else and will the next time I’m in Grand Junction.
- 3.5/5
No dishes silverware or cookware stocked in the room
- 0.5/5
It was in a good location The staff members were extremely disrespectful and rude. They canceled our room without calling us to let us know. We shows up at 9:30 pm with three kids and weren’t able to stay due to them being sold out and canceling our reservation. Did not show any remorse, or help us in any way to get another hotel. It was awful.
- 3/5
The one thing I liked about this property was the fact that there was a bunch of undeveloped land across the road from it and I got an unobstructed view of the sunset.
- 4/5
Bare bones but clean. Easy in and easy out, I stay ther again
- 1/5
This is a garbage hotel in a sketchy area full of questionable people. We were fortunate enough to get turned away on our reservation – after paying no less. I think it was some type of scam they were running because I watched them turn away at least four other parties while I was trying to find another hotel to book at 10 o’clock at night. That has never happened to me anywhere. Beyond the complete failure of the staff, I couldn’t believe how rundown everything was on the property and around the property. Stay away!
- 4/5
Pot smell in elevator. Bad smell in hallway on 2nd floor. Bed was a full size instead of a queen.
- 3/5
Tv did not work
- 4/5
However overall Id recommend this hotel. Very high quality for the price <3
- 3/5
Was in a good area by nice name hotels but this one was just ok. The main front desk is a very small area that is closed off with a locked door so just felt odd. Definitely looked worn down inside, our room smelled really bad like weed that was coming in through bathroom vent, tried calling front desk but no one answered. A/C fan worked but very noising while it is running. Beds comfortable enough but probably will not stay here again.
- 1/5
the room was not as pictured, we did not stay at this place, had to book a different hotel
- 3/5
The toilet had mold growing by the ring which I could see clearly while taking a bath. There were not enough towels, no Kleenex whatsoever, WiFi was of poor quality, the wall above the bed had no decorative picture hanging, just nails sticking out. Something needs to be done to improve the quality of this hotel
- 3/5
•Kitchen, but no pans or dishes to use. Empty. •Parking was sketchy. •Upon checking out to leave this morning, I was stopped by police and questioned, they thought I was invvolved with some domestic violence call. I was late for work! What a mess.
- 5/5
The room served our purpose.
- 2/5
Had a suite with a kitchen, however there were no plates, utensils, pans. Nothing. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Also noticed there was dirt in the corner of the bathroom. Will not be back.
- 5/5
Yes everyone was so kind and helpful rooms were so nice and clean
- 1/5
It was a third-party booking and there was no communication so I didn’t have a room that night on a Saturday I had to drive to Delta just to get a room. I was not happy thank you you
- 1/5
First off, the bed was not attached to the headboard and scooted away from the wall all the time. Then I had to stay there for 10 days and I don’t realize that it was an “extended stay” type of environment. The hotel had people that was living there. The staff looked like tweekers. They didn’t come to clean my room not even once after requesting them to empty the garbage and new bedding multiple times. I was told that the cleaning crew was busy cleaning out and I quote “rooms that been lived in for months and were nasty!”
- 4/5
Was not a typical hotel setting. With kitchenette capabilities, the smell of people cooking meals was heavy.
- 2/5
The room was clean but I've slept on camp cots that were more comfortable. The mattress was sitting on a metal frame of springs that squeaked with every move. The elevator smelled like weed.
- 1/5
It was dirty and they never gave me my deposit back
- 3/5
Looks more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, kinda cool, kinda weird but its okay! Main problem is the bed. Other wise okay!
- 2/5
I stayed at the WoodSpring Suites SPECIFICALLY because it had a kitchen. BUT...there were no dishes, no utensils, not even hand towels. I thought maybe I could check them out from the front desk (for an added deposite, even). Nope. Nothing. That two burner stove and microwave were pretty useless with my stainless steel travel mug. The room smelled like pee and was really not well cleaned. There was grime in the bathroom corners, toothpaste splatters on the faucet and mirror, and food splatters on the walls near the tiny table. The floors turned the bottom of my white socks grey. The only thing this hotel had going for it was relatively inexpensive rates and a comfortable full-size (not queen!) bed. Also, the front desk lady was very nice (but the front desk man was not very pleasant).
- 2/5
I had requested an accessible room. There was nothing accessible about the room. My card key would not work and i had to keep asking someone to open the door to let me in. I did not feel safe. No breakfast. Elevator was sketchy. I will never stay here again. Ever!
- 2/5
Hhhh
- 5/5
We stayed there because it was pet-friendly and close to the hospital where I had an early morning procedure the next day. The price was right and claims to be “bare bones.” It has a large refrigerator, sink, and stove!
- 5/5
Very nice clean room!! Kitchen was more than good, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff!! Always helpful and smiling!!! Thank you
- 3/5
I stayed here on two different occasions, for a medical procedure. If closeness to Community Hospital is what you need, it has that, but not a lot more. It has a kitchenette, but no pans, no paper towels, kleenex or coffee maker. It also doesn't have a hair dryer. The beds are ok, not super comfortable, and if you need to be in the dark, stay somewhere else, they have mediocre blinds but no blackout curtains. The staff are odd. There are several permanent residents, who smoke near the entrance and have dogs that bark quite a bit. The first time we were there, the keys didn't work, ours quit working partway through our stay. The second time, the hotel phone system didn't work, so you couldn't contact the desk. The staff are also often not at the desk.
- 4/5
I enjoy my stay here so much, I have decided to make it my long term resudence for a while.
- 1/5
Tried giving our room away, overbooked.
- 1/5
I DO want to compliment the one young lady with blond hair...very nice and friendly. Other than that, walking in and seeing grumpy faces from the office female never said hi or smile...was scary. I didnt realize what kind of place this was when I stayed. People wearing ankle monitors, people living there for years, I was harrassed by 2 blk girls in the laundry room the 1st night staying in that hotel...I think were exotic dancers or prostitutes because I saw their outfits. The room I had, had food splattered on the ceiling, on the walls and on the baseboards in the kitchenette, a broken bed, cob webs in the corner, not even a decent paint job, holes in the walls that my son covered with a napkin, there was no toilet lid on the toilet...gross. I wasscared to drop my things in the toilet because the shelf is right above it. The whole building was so dark and dingy. Only 1 hook for a bath towel. The staff and tenets smoked right in front of the entrance, it was so gross and stunk so bad. Made me cough and sick to my stomach. It was just so gross inside the building and scary. I saw a couple abusing their dog, homlessp lady wondering in the parking lot and used the hotels outside table...clean travelors would want to sit because that was a gathering of smokers and drinkers. This is not made for the average traveler or people that have nice homes that have to stay in a hotel because of plumbing failure and under construction. Its like a halfway house and is embarrassing.
- 3/5
The smell was the most unattractive. The only decent thing about this place was the bed was comfortable and the price. Other places we wanted to stay were sold out or over $200 a night.

Dirty and slow service
- 5/5
I highly recommend them they have a great staff and treat people better then any hotel in Grand Junction.

The gentalman that took care of us in the lobby was fast, friendly, and respectful. Thank you, its nice to have a hotel that is good to the customers while also being clean.

Do not like it.

Kitchen, laundry
- 2/5
I checked out 2 days earlier and notified the front desk about that. There is no refund it is ok. But they charged my card extra for $88.45. I called them they said the transaction is pending and it will be gone. I see it is posted. Gonna call them again(
- 2/5
The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms had kitchens but no dishes or pans.
- 1/5
This place is a dump. We had swarms of flies in our room and stains all over the walls. No utensils or cooking supplies. Says quiet hours after 10pm, people were still up slamming doors, running through the hallways at 2am. Barking dogs all night until the early morning. Don't waste your money, I wasted mine by having to buy another hotel room because I refused to stay another night.
- 4/5
THE GEN.MGR CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE, OR EMAIL----EITHER THIS PLACE IS MANAGED BY THIEVES OR ?????

I have nothing kind to say. Staff were overly nosy, unhelpful &: treated us as if they were our parents working at a detention facility.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
Stay was good
- 3/5
We were on the first floor at the end of the hallway with the exit door on that end. The door had no key entry security anyone could walk in. There is a big homeless population in Grand Junction and anyone could come in and sleep under the stairwell or who knows what someone could do. All day and night people would just let the door SLAM shut.
- 4/5
The WiFi was extremely poor hard to get connected then was extremely slow! Could not connect to the web because it was so slow!
- 3/5
Very bare, not very welcoming. Clean and best price I could find, but not a top notch experience
- 1/5
The entry way was dark and uninviting. The smell of smoke permeated through out the entry way.
- 3/5
The gent who was at the front office when we were checking in was really helpful and welcoming. The room was something else, Under the mattresses was so dirty, food pieces and crumbs were there. Other than that it was nice.
- 1/5
Bed is uncomfortable and noisy. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Electric outlets were loose, didn't work, and produced a spark when trying to use them. Dogs barking from other rooms. Walls are paper thin and you can hear other people's alarms. Chair is hard plastic. Night stand only on one side of the bed.
- 3/5

Staff was very nice. My room had a pretty strong chemical smell.
- 3/5
We kept noticing things that were half fixed. Like the hand shower was attached to the shower head with electrical tape.
- 1/5
They bumped our handicap access room for 3 people to a room with only one bed and no handicap ammenities. We had to find last minute accomodations. The said it was because we booked thru Expedia that they would not guarantee our room booked 3 weeks in asvance
- 5/5
I’ve had a good stay
- 3/5
Not the experience I was expecting at all. For a hotel room, this was the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed. The bed was atrocious. I’ll never book a room here again.
- 5/5
We were using Community Hospital for a surgery event. It was great to be so close to the hospital and be able to include our dog, a nervous border collie.
- 2/5
Atv first friendly then they turnecsour
- 1/5
The property felt unsafe and unwelcoming. There were people smoking and t the front door. The room had stains on the wall. There was trash all over. the hallways were dirty with litter. The place felt like a prison. When asked for more towels the staff had to report wich room it was for. Which was a poor attempt to disquise the fact that they dont trust the guest not to steal towels
- 2/5
Should be cheaper in cost. Seems to be somewhat new. Room was clean but sort of beat up. Neighbors upstairs were so pound and had some type of bear/dog running around. Did not get to bed till late. Had to get up early and it was a boat town when I left. No one in office and around property. Very strange experience. Shame, in a nice location.
- 2/5
I didn’t like the dog barking in the hall all the time. The beds were really weird and hard to sleep on. The people staying there seem to look like try we’re on drugs.

Checking in was awful! It took about 20 minutes while the young lady argued with a customer about how she could only have three towels even though she had four children. Then her printer jammed and she had trouble printing the multiple papers she had me sign. Then when we got to the room it was AWFUL! It was not clean, there were no lamps and the beds looked like cots in prison cells! There was no way we could stay there. No coffee amenities at all either. The hotel did not come close to my standards for cleanliness or comfort.
- 1/5
Their computer is not working rite, according to desk clerk. Took anger out on us as if it is our falt. Told to leave if we dont like told us to leave or be removed. Corporate dont like us to use expedia. We are good people.
- 1/5
After checking in we were threaton to to get out. Asked why, tolled corp. Dont want us using expedia. Corporate has problem with expedia.. now staff is stairing like trying to start a fight. Maintenance man especially.
- 3/5
Too may people on the verge of being homeless live here or on a moth to month. Little on the unkept side.
- 1/5
The stay was terrible. You have to bring your own used towels and bedding down to the front to get new ones. And on top of that the staff was very rude. Also the housekeeper never cleaned our room we had to get our own swifter mop and clean the room. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
- 1/5
The hotel is a tenement for the poor or housing projects. The entire place inside and out reeks heavy of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Dr*g pushers and criminals frequent the hotel says local PD. The dregs of society and ex convicts run the place. Hotel staff who live on site are dullard, disgruntled, inexperienced, and have HOSTILE attitudes. They will try to scam you out of your money. No trained general manager or mediator. They only give tw* towels no matter how many the guest. There are not utensils for the stove or kitchen. The walls are paper thin and everyone has dogs. Unsafe environment. Not a hotel! If you need a stove please stay somewhere else. All good reviews are from the same person have you noticed. Please don't stay here.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad
- 1/5
Unclean, unsafe, unfriendly. The grossest place we’ve ever stayed and we travel at least two long weekends a month. The room smelled of cigarette smoke so badly my child had an asthmatic episode; there was blood and hair on the walls, the floors had not been swept or mopped, cigarette burns on the bedding, drawing on walls, nail polish all over the bathtub. Employees talking loudly to each about a drug addicts in the building and an arrest hours before we had arrived. Barking and yelling all night. We checked out at first light (arrived very late the night before) and attempted to be refunded for the three additional nights we did not stay. Manager never contacted us, even after multiple phone calls asking them to do so. This place is a health hazard.
- 1/5
The description says a $50 per deposit and $5 charge per night, but they actually take a $50 charge (front desk called it a non-refundable deposit, which is a fee or charge, not a deposit) AND another $100 refundable (cash-only) deposit. We did get the $100 back but not the $50. False advertising. Also the hotel is cheaply built with thin doors and you can hear unsound outside all night. Would not recommend staying here again, not even at the $58 rate (plus the additional $50 pet FEE).
- 2/5
This isn't a normal hotel. People live here. Entire families live in a room with their dogs. I saw people carting in their entire grocery shop for the week. Lots of people smoking cigarettes outside the entrance. A few folks looked pretty strung out. It's not a "regular" hotel experience, so just be prepared for that. Also the rooms and furniture were very bare bones and basic. Thin blankets. No frills. The artwork had been stolen off the walls. I was happy to check out early the next morning.
- 4/5
It was priced right and did the job. Very basic, Not fancy but that’s ok. No complaints. I appreciate the affordability.
- 4/5

This was tthe worst time ever . We have stayed in a lot of hotels and suites and this was by far the worst experience we had ever had never again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very loud screaming cussing throwing stuff at the walls dogs barking not sure what thay call this place but it is not a hotel or suite .
- 2/5
The property is really not a hotel and meant for people WITH PETS who are between rentals. It smells, lots of barking, uncomfy bed and pillows, poor room lighting, smells of wet dog and lightly of urine. I'd recommend multiple other areas in town
- 4/5
this is an extended stay hotel for longer stays, i did not realize this when booking this stay, we did not stay long. if you are put on the west side of the building it is extended stay, where the longer stays receive limited housekeeping services. the east side is for regular travel stays that receive full housekeeping services.
- 1/5
Bathroom has black mold in it . Rude staff ignored me and my fiance when our key stopped working . No-where said cats werent allowed and we informed the staff member checking us in we had two cats. last day of our stay one of the staff members came banging on the door to inform us we wouldnt be getting our 100 $ deposit back and that we couldnt renew because we have cats ?! Ridiculous they wait until the last day to inform us that ? Sketchy . Oh and there is no room service and full amenities . False there isnt even cleaning services let alone full amenities there wasnt even a spoon ! When we arrived the sheets were stained and dirty . Wifi didnt work and the toilet refused to flush . This whole place is a problem.

We are Happy with the staff and the feeling we get when we go outside around the area. Friendly.

We didn't even get checked in to our room. We arrived very late about 2am due to a storm that delayed our arrival time by an extra 2 hours. I had called the hotel to let them know we'd be in around midnight but the drive was slow due to snow. They had told me it wouldn't be an issue & to just use the phone in the lobby to call the desk & someone would come out to help. We tried for 30min to get a hold of someone but no one ever came so we had to find another hotel that was more expensive.
- 5/5
Nice and safe place to stay.

Good property
- 1/5
the cash deposit you dont get the cash back they put it on your credit card
- 3/5
There’s no carpet anywhere, so the noise in the room and hallways travels. Bed was very uncomfortable and the washroom sink tap was broken. But the staff were lovely.
- 2/5
Seems to be a haven for homeless folks.
- 2/5
Also, I had to sign several times that I would not be smoking in the room (which I don't smoke) but yet marijuana smoke was wafting through the hallways every time I exited the room. The floor was pretty dirty too. I walked around with bare feet and my feet turned black.
- 1/5
The staff there repeatedly attempt to charge your card for erroneous reasons. I filed a police report on the staff for charging up my card.
- 4/5
I needed a bed for one night to sleep in. It did the job. That was the only time I spent in the hotel.
- 3/5
Hotel has no lobby, beds are rock hard and smell musty upon returning from College visit. The channel guide on TV has absolutely no correlation to the actual channels
- 1/5
The property had people camping/living in the parking lot. Hotel seemed like a halfway house or something going on. Felt very unsafe. Would never stay there again. No ice on premises. Had to drive to the store to get ice. Not recommend.
- 5/5
The alarm clock wake us up middle of the night. Other than that it was a nice stay
- 1/5
I would never recommend this place. It is more like a place for the homeless. People rent it by the week the month if you're looking for a night stay run go somewhere else. They were smoking outside her window and chatting all night. No towels no wash rags
- 1/5
We could not check in as property was abandoned! Advised property in advance on booking as well as by phone on the day of check in that we would be checking in late and was told it was ok. When we arrived there was no one there. Called customer service and was told someone would be there within 30 min. Waited over an hour with additional calls to customer service, which kept getting disconnected. No one ever showed up! Will be disputing charge on credit card!!
- 2/5
This property was poor at best. The walls were thin and you can hear everyone who walked by. They offer a stove cooktop but no dishes, pots/pans, cups, or silverware. They sprayed some chemical into the wall unit and it filled your room when you turned it on. Gross!
- 3/5
Perfectly safe but not in a great part of town.
- 1/5
It reminded me of a rundown flop house
- 1/5
The room I was provided had not been cleaned, and had diapers strewn about, no linens, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, etc. Upon getting a new room that was much better, I read through Expedias ad for this hotel, and it turns out that it’s an extended stay hotel. This explains the panhandlers hitting me up for $$ /food. If your dream is to stay in a hotel that’s frequented by lowlifes, this is your dream come true.

But it was cheap. I suppose you do get what you pay for. Mine was a quick overnight stop so it wasn’t terrible ( and I’m a make do kind of guy) - but I’ll avoid Woodbridge in future unless I get backed into it.

However, the staff are very, very kind and friendly!

Rooms are very basic. Walls are thin with people coming and going all day and night. Not a quiet place to stay. Smells of feces and disinfectant throughout hall ways. For a cheap price. You get what you pay for.

I had paid for a reservation and they didnt hold my room. I had to sleep outside. This is completly unacceptable.

We did not like anything. No amenities what so ever. Staff was incompetent. Room was in disrepair "blinds broken, chipped paint. and no toilet seat lid". Rear door to the hotel. was broken, so anyone could access entry. Did not feel safe in the room. We were on the ground floor, so with the blind broken, anyone could see into the room. You gave this place a 3 and a half star. I would not give it even one star. would not ever stay there again.

The bed was a bit springy, but not too bad. Internet was excellent. TV options were pretty easy to access - as I watch a little. Black out curtains were not as good as I would have liked. Bathroom was good. Water really hot! That surprised. 4.5-6 out of 5.
