The breakfast was great, the beds comfortable, quiet area and nice cookies as a treat. Very friendly staff. The hot tub water looked like it needed changed. A little sketchy and shallow but we sat in it anyway.

The only drawback I noticed was the lack of actual curtains in the room. That east sun will wake you up fast, not allowing you to sleep in. And, the website still saus thete is a Keurig in the but they've stopped doing that. There os regular coffee in the breakfast area.

Looks like a newer built property however the room was dirty. hair pieces on bathroom counter and towels, dirty shower curtains, stains on carpet, smudges on sheets. I paid full price and still got a dirty room :(

We have been on the road a month. This stay was, by far, our best stay! Everything was wonderful. Staff were great. Really comfortable beds (so grateful for that!), and a much better breakfast than most! Thank you for caring for your property and making the stay comfortable and memorable!

Holiday inn express was wonderful . Very clean and nice.

Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly breakfast staff, lots of options, good hours for breakfast. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Fridge had a spill in it and some crumbs from food. Couch cushions also were dirty. Had something white spilled on them. Noticable that they had not cleaned the cushions at all. Pull out couch mattress was just springs. We had to call and try to get blankets to put on it because it was SO thin. Staff was nice.

The staff is friendly. There is a pancake machine that makes good pancakes in about a minute. The facility was clean and any messes were addressed promptly. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

This is a beautiful newer hotel. We stayed on a Sunday evening and the hotel wasn't very busy. When we checked in we asked for a quiet room as we are light sleepers. Unfortunately, we were given a room near the elevator and ice machine, with a floor above us (with a room occupied by a gymnast), facing the noisy frontage road, and above the hotel entry (which hosted a late arriving/early departing motorcycle group who had to rev their engines to show each other who could make the most noise). Even with a mostly empty hotel, they would have had to work hard to find a noisier room. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was almost as good as the standard breakfast at Holiday Inn Express.

We had a wonderful stay, overall. Hotel is very clean, amenities are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations on where to go for the evening. We enjoyed playing basketball and swimming in the pool. Breakfast was ok. But, the fresh fruit was rotten with very few fit to be served.

The room was nice, comfy bed. Even walking down the hall w/o shoes, the floor was soft. Nice workout room and pool area. Great location. Parking was a bit tight.

In our room the electric curtains were broken and the wall hook attached to a board was broken. We reported it to the front desk but no one came to fix either.

We stayed one night. The hotel was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast was good. We swam and the pool was awesome.

The front desk person signed me up for the IHG program, when another clerk told me to do it. This clerk was super helpful and suggested a restaurant that turned out to be awesome.

Overall, this was a nice, reasonably-priced place to stay when stopping off on a long cross-country road trip.

Standard hotel, but staff was friendly and professional. Common areas were clean. Half the channels didn’t work and you can see normal wear and tear on the room.

Checked in late. The room we got had a broken tv the the front desk gal could not fix. NO Discount would be given - said that HOTELS.COM would have to. (I doubt we will see any credit) The room also had an unpleasant odor. I would pass on this property.

The beds were comfortable, but as a general trend in the hotel industry in the USA at this price level, the sheets are a polyblend that doesn't make the body breathe and you end up easily sweating and feeling really hot. Where is cotton gone? See pictures about details in the bathroom, especially the smell from the sink overflow drain, that are not a deal breaker, but it is a pity to find, when everything else is quite good. The room doors close graciously and we couldn't hear noises from other rooms: an exception in these type of hotels. The HVAC though is extremely loud and the room ran hot even with the window cracked open (1in is all you get, at it was 32F/0C or less during the night). If you are a light sleeper, bring a noise machine in any case to even out all possible noises, also coming from the door to the corridor - the door is not noise insulating. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Excellent Mexican restaurant in walking distance as well as super fast EV charger next to the Starbucks. Complimentary breakfast was good, as much as breakfasts in hotels at this price range can be. We'll stay here again, but please pour some bleach down the sink overflow drain...it smells!!

We stay here every year for the weekend after Thanksgiving and it is never disappointing! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The kids love the breakfast and pool area! This year we even used the gym and it was perfect!

The room is nice. The pool is out of order. We weren't informed at check-in. Just when we went to enjoy the hot tub.

I was not allowed to check in because I am local. I had booked this for my son’s 12th birthday because I’m pregnant and we just moved so our house wasn’t ready to host. I ended up having to bring 4 12 year old boys back to my house and it was an extremely stressful evening.

Our neighbors were loud and smoking in the room. I could even hear the man throwing up. Also at 930 am I was showering and someone kept knocking on the door. My son went to look out the peep hole and the house keeper guy just came in without my son opening the door. What if my son wasn’t there. That is scary and they should not do that until it shows that we have checked out. I like this hotel but a couple of bad things this time.

If driving a larger vehicle you will need to park on the street do to not being able to park in the lot but everything was clean and it was very easy it check in

Front desk staff was friendly. Room had peeling wallpaper and mold or mildew behind it by the window. Looks like the sprinklers had gone off and they fixed the ceiling but didn't do anything with the walls. Kitchen person wasn't friendly. Food was typical, although the omelet with american cheese in it did not taste good.

Check in was great. Wished there had been a regular room available. All we could get was a handicap accessible hearing impaired room, which meant that the bathroom had no counter space. Only true complaint is that the shower curtain was moldy across the entire bottom.
