    Our first room had a bubble in the ceiling with mold in it. The second room had several stains on the walls, hair in the bathroom and trash under one of the beds. At 4:15 in the morning the guests in the ajoining room began beating on the door and talking very loudly. We had to call the front desk to report them. It then got quiet for about 4 hours, but they were back up about 8 with more loud talking and music.

    The breakfast was good, but definitely a TRUE continental breakfast...bagels, cereal (hot & cold), yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, tea. Shared microwave in the lobby with mini convenient store. Mini fridge in room. IHOP located next door, you can easily walk to it. I didn't go, but nice to know there was something close open 24HRS. 7 Eleven located over the bridge for snacks, food, ice & gas. Not bad, since they started in TX. They even sell a Japanese egg sando (not exactly the same, but not bad either). Overall, good experience. I would stay again, if in the area & close to Six Flags.

    I regularly stay at the Spark Hilton hotel when I travel from Houston to Dallas. Last time, I made a reservation through Expedia for the Spark Hilton by the airport. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to an emergency and needed to leave Dallas. However, the hotel refused to refund my payment. I am a VIP member with Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel manager on my behalf, but the manager still refused. I understand that, since I confirmed the booking, it might be non-refundable, but given that I have been a loyal guest for over a year, they could have made an exception. Because of this, I will no longer choose Spark Hilton in the future.

    The room smelled like smoke and the TV said that it couldn’t connect to the internet. We let the front desk know and they couldn’t fix it. I liked the shampoo and conditioner but I didn’t like that there was not any shower gel. A working TV. Shower gel. A room that didn’t smell like smoke.

    Older property that gets the job done. It could've been a little cleaner in the room. Mini fridge, no freezer or microwave. Ice machine and microwave on the first floor. Breakfast consisted of a yogurt machine and some toppings, plenty of bagels and spreads, cereal and orange juice. Elevators were old and wonky and we avoided them after the first use.

    This property looks like Hilton took a motel six and put new paint on it. The elevators are old and make noises as if they are right on the brink of falling to your demise. The breakfast choices are minimal. The rooms are tiny, they could barely fit the two beds. With the door sensors falling off for multiple rooms, literally littering the hallway. The parking situation is ridiculous, they have enough for fifty cars with a four floor hotel. The air conditioning is from 2006. 2/10 would not recommend

    room is small as well with the king size bed. Looked like they were doing some upgrades. Looks like another older property has pool up front. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok just cereal yogurt juice coffee danishes. Nothing fancy since there's a IHOP right next door that good. Staff was friendly. Parking is great along the sides of property and also parking in a gated area next to hotel. Overall for what we needed it. It was good.

    -price was amazing! -area felt safe -room was clean -staff was very kind -good breakfast options -safe parking, and easy work-around option for a full lot -close to stadiums Great place to stay for cheap without running into anything sketchy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked in past midnight and we could only find one parking spot along the perimeters of the building that wasn't reserved for the Hilton Diamond rewards status members (even then, only 2 of those spots were open). There is an IHOP open 24/7 that was basically in the same parking lot, so I think I saw other guests parked there when I checked out in the morning. For guests sensitive to smell, I will say the lobby had a light odor and our room was heavily fragranced with an air freshener-like scent. We got used to it quickly though, but just a fair warning. But the room was clean and comfy with sufficient amenities (including mini fridge!). Coffee and a microwave are available in the lobby at all times, so you don't need to worry about the room not having that. Breakfast was frequently being restocked by the staff, and they had a good variety: there was this fun vanilla yogurt machine and a toppings bar, as well as juices, muffins, bagels and spreads, oatmeals, cereals, milks, and more (just not the eggs/bacon/sausage/waffles, if that's something you really care about). Convenient location to AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.

    The lady at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I don't remember her name but she was from Louisiana. Our room 202 had the window broken and only had Scotch tape over it to hold it (I'm guessing) Our first night showering the water was not going down so we were standing in water up to our ankles. I had to call twice to the front desk for someone to finally answer. I told the night lady (i dont know her name she didnt give it when she answered the phone) that the water was not going down when we were showering and it was up to our ankles. She told me she would see if maintenance was still around and if they were she would send them up. (It was 11:45pm no maintenance person would even be around ?) I never received a call back letting me know anything. The next morning we went to the front desk to tell the lady about the water in our tub.(She was the same lady who checked us in) she was very understanding and apologized for the issue and moved us to another room (from 334) right away. After moving rooms and going about our day and when we went back to the motel later on that afternoon my husband realized that he had forgot his pillow (this pillow is an expensive pillow that's why he was so adamant in finding it) in the old room we were in. So he went to the front desk and told the man who was working he told my husband that the room hadnt been cleaned no on has been in the room. He gave him a key card so he could go and look, he gets in the room and the pillow is no where to be found, (everything was like we had left it hadn't been cleaned) My husband goes and tell the man in the front desk that his pillow wasn't in there and the man at the front desk told him that housekeeping had already left for the day. So the next morning my husband went to the front desk to let them know about his pillow.

    Elevator was broken upon arrival.The clerk gave me the option to take the stairs or wait a few hours for it to be repaired. Im in good shape so i opted to walk up four flights of stairs. When I arrived to my room, I discovered that the bed was unmade, lights and television were on, giving the appearance that the room was still occupied. I walked back down four flights of stairs to the lobby to complain. Clerk was very nice and apologized. I received a room on the first floor and a free beverage. Other than this, the room I stayed in was clean. Thats all I can say.

    Where to start I thought being a part of Hilton we were in Good hands. I was wrong. We show up and there wasn’t anyone at the counter took fifteen minutes for her to show up. While we waited we tried the coffee bar it was so cold I didn’t need ice to make iced coffee. Meaning it had been there all day without being changed. Let’s get to the room the room, was so run down just painted over. The sheets had blood on them. That was disgustingly awful and when we called they just brought us different sheets. Not a new room just use having to change the sheets and make the bed ourselves. The phone didn’t work we had to call the desk from our own phones. We had to kill a few roaches that was disturbing. When I tried to speak to the lady at the desk she seemed like all I was doing was interrupting her cell call. Talk about the design of the room there wasn’t one drawer in the room we had to leave all our stuff in our suitcase for almost a week. Really not one drawer. All we had was five hangers in some kinda storage closet thing. The bathroom omg I’m not a big guy I’m 5’5” and I had to sit sideways on the toilet cause it was literally three inches from the tub. Trust me I measured it and have pictures to prove everything I have said. There is more like the breakfast wasn’t worth getting up for the plain bagel and cream cheese with some water downed juices. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

    The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition and not too clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. The parking situation was not ideal and didn’t make me feel the safest traveling with a kid. The elevators were very ire and sounded like they were going to stop/get stuck. I will not book with them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know….

    When we entered the lobby, there were multiple people hanging around inside and outside who did not appear to be hotel guests. The front desk employee openly stated that she did not care if they were there as long as no one reported them. This immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, the elevator was not working. When we asked about assistance with our luggage since we were staying on the second floor, the front desk clerk simply told us to “try our best” to get up and down and offered no help. Once we entered the room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the bed had a very strong body odor smell. During the night, the alarm system started going off. When we called the front desk to ask whether we needed to evacuate, the employee was extremely rude and told us we just needed to deal with it while she tried to turn the alarm off. The next morning I reported that the room had not been cleaned, the bed linens smelled, and there were still no towels. We left for the day expecting it to be addressed. When we returned that afternoon, nothing had changed. The bed still smelled and there were still no towels provided. To make matters worse, the ice machine area was filthy.     The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like not having an actual chair for the workspace so it was hard to work. The elevators were dirty and frankly they reaked of vape and other smells every time I stayed and I stayed 3 times in the last few weeks. The hallways downstairs near the elevators and exits were dirty. So while the room was clean each time I stayed and the entrance and breakfast area was clean, outside of that, the public areas were dirty. I only returned because it is a Hilton property that was more affordable.

    Our shower had hair all in it. Our a/c smelt so disgusting and so did our room, so we didn’t use it. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and front desk didn’t know how to disarm it. The next morning the housekeepers were banging on the walls in the morning cleaning the rooms next to us again waking us up way before we wanted to be awake.

    This hotel was pretty railer for a Hilton. It had an odd smell and seemed pretty run-down. Our room smelled like body odor. It just was sort of creepy, not a place that I would stay at again—definitely not your typical Hilton quality.

    The shower leaked, the room smelled like dog and the sheets smelled like dog. In the middle of the night I turned on the lights and the table holding the TV had roaches crawling on it. The roaches scattered after I turned on the lights.

    The hallways and lobby smelled like weed. The room was clean but the toilet ran funny and my father in law had a room too and he went to turn the shower on and the shower knob fell off and we let the front desk know and they didnt do anything to fix it like they said they would.

    Yes, the rooms are small, but coat racks excellent! Bathroom very functional, plenty of clothes hangers (thank you). AC kept me warm and toasty It is a bit pricey for what it is, not for much. Yes they could do a lot better for the gym, there is hospitality area next to that does not appear to be used much could expand the gym and make it better. Also can have a better breakfast it's ok could be better

    2nd room she found a pubic gair, a faucet about to fall off the wall and cockroaches. She is now looking for a new place to stay but is developing an itch that has become a radh and is working its way up get armand neck. We are disgusted.     Had 2 rooms. We stayed 4 days n housekeeping never went to clean or collect trash. Went to complain, staff said they didn't have anyone to collect the trash, then gave me a bag and said to collect the trash there. They said they would make sure it was cleaned next day but they never went. Asked for clean towels since they haven't replaced them and they said they didn't have enough for my 2 rooms. Had to go up and down to talk to staff because the phone in the room was just for "show" because it was not connected to any outlet or had a cord to connect to an outlet. Outdoor doors were kept unlocked without needing a key to access facility. Elevator makes loud noises and rumbles. Every night we were locked out of both our rooms. Every night after trying to go in our room, we had to go downstairs and get our keys rescanned.

    Toilet backed up multiple times. Phone in the room did not have a card, so it was inoperable. No room service scheduled because it was every other day. Cleanliness is not displayed throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, this was my second stay to give the hotel another chance because my first stay was not nice.

    The photos of the bathroom in the rooms online is very misleading. My shower handle and faucet were so loose that when I went to turn it on, the entire thing felt like it was going to fall off. The drain was corroded and mold in the grout tile. Would not recommend booking .

    The staff was friendly and helpful, but the area felt unsafe and the hotel didn’t seem new as advertised. While checking in, a man attempted to kick in a nearby door, which made us feel very uneasy. As locals from Las Vegas, we’ve never felt this uncomfortable before unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Fine but not great. Limited parking meant parking in the lot further away and walking a ways to the front door, in the dark, past some homeless people sleeping outside, didn’t feel so safe. Room was clean but thin walls and doors meant we could hear everyone and everything. No plug for the bathtub meant no bath for little kids. Breakfast wasn’t great: stale bagels and tiny muffins, nothing warm. For the price, not really worth it. Won’t book a Spark by Hilton again .

    Check in and check out was easy. If you dont return early you wont get parking near the hotel and will need to park in the extended parking area. Breakfast didnt offer allot of options but you do get a discount at IHOP. Would stay here again on my next girls trip.

    The area wasnt congested with traffic. There was an ihop adjoining the hotel but we didnt eat there because there were only two people working at the time. The parking wasnt very good as we had to park in a gated area next door and seemed a little inconvenient to walk back a little farther. Hotel room and facility was clean and staff friendly.

    Overall stay was decent; Staff was really nice. The only thing cleanliness of room wasn't really up to my standards. Stains on the bed linen, I requested new sheets front desk to put on bed, hair strands in bathroom on the counter and sink. And the mini fridge was broken and was leaking water onto the carpet. I only notice later because I walked barefoot in the room. (I never walk barefoot on hotel floors) Other than the terrible of smell smoke on floor I was on. Stay wasn't too bad. This is good for a quick one night stay

    We had a TV that had issues with the audio always on mute, we had to go twice in our stay to be taking care, the first time it did second time they didn’t repair ir, we just gave up. The shower was a bit outdated and had stains on the wall. We stayed for 3 nights (4 days) they didn’t come to change the towels or do the beds.

    The hotel was decent and worked fine for a short 24–48 hour stay. The hallways tend to feel warm, and the AC system is definitely older, matching the age of the building. The elevators also show their age, only capable of holding about four people at a time, which can be inconvenient. Breakfast is complimentary but very limited, offering only bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, and yogurt. The staff are friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. However, the items advertised as available for purchase were a bit misleading and not as expected. Overall, this place is fine for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term lodging.

    No microwave in room, no coffee pot in room, no ice bucket in room, went to take a bath and something was going on and pulled a foot long wad of hair from the tub. My disabled 10 year old daughter got the flu in the middle of the night and ran to the bathroom to throw up and got a little on the sheets and a little on the floor we cleaned it up with a towel (not colored throw up). We cleaned the room put everything in trash can took covers off put in a pile with towels 30mins after we left they tried to charge our card 100.00. we told them no way for a little bit of throw up on a towel!! Still tried to charge us... Walking in the door to go to our room both days a man was sitting out side smoking weed where my kids had to walk though it. Older looking hotel repainted. Breakfast is just bagels and muffins which me nor my daughter can eat bread or sugar. Front desk lady was very nice when we checked in.

    Great for a quick stay! Beds are comfy but bring extra pillows there is 1 on each side andvthey are kinda flat. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great with an Ihop in the parking lot. The continental breakfast is not a hot breakfast but had cereal and muffins. The pool was very nice and is outside. Will definitely stay again.

    Wasn’t planning my mom to end up in the hospital called hotel to see if I can get a credit or move the date to another date. Well they said no, the person I talked to said who care if she in the hospital you booked and we don’t care. Very disappointed lost my money. This was my first time staying here not again. Other hotels do make arrangements with you and work with you. Sad that this is how they do business you can’t predict accidents or situations. I even told them I have paperwork and there response who cares

    I have a thing for customer service because it really makes a huge difference in travel. I was greeted and smiled at often. Grateful for people like Janice at the front desk. The place over all was clean, just wished our trashes were cleared out more often. Im sure I could have voiced it and it would've been taken care of. The breakfast first few days had boiled eggs then it didnt, but IHOP a fee feet away has a hotel discount, which was a plus. Beds were comfy!

    The building is very dated- I should have read more reviews before booking. Cracked ceilings, shower curtains that don't fit properly, refrigerator in room plugged in and running but not cold. I booked for 2 nights. Would have checked out early and found another room elsewhere, but it wasn't in my budget and I knew I wouldn't get refunded for the 2nd night. Only friendly staff was at checkout. Very sweet young lady. I would not recommend this hotel. Also hard to get to- sharing a lot with overrun dumpsters and thrown out furniture.

    I enjoyed my stay at Spark by Hilton. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Staff was pleasant and very welcoming. The room was clean and Lily renovated. The breakfast was continental style, including a bagel bar, muffins, juice, and yogurt. They also have cereal and coffee, which was nice as well. I would definitely stay there again.

    Staff were excellent and friendly. You can tell they've done a lot of work to the hotel, but it's still a little rough. Smelled like mildew in the halls. You could tell the ac had leaked in my room at some point as the floor around it was wet. But it did the job, it was a safe place to stay, there was no signs of uncleanliness or bugs.

    The smell of Fabulosa cleaner was so strong in this hotel, I had to leave. I've never had this issue in a hotel before. So if you are sensitive to chemicals, be informed. They are heavy on the use of this cleaner in all areas of the hotel.

    The restroom flooded from flushing the toilet. Overall this hotel is one of many “remodeled “ hotels but everything is still old. Oh and also a few girls got stuck in the elevator, they had to call rescue. So if you honestly have no other choice to be near the globe life field I honestly don’t recommend.

    Loved that it was close to places we were going to. Convenience was great! Upon entering room, assaulted by extremely strong bleach smell. Bathroom could’ve used grab bar outside shower.     One night stay to attended the second night of a sold out concert, checking in the day of at 4 pm, only to be told that there were no rooms ready for check-in. Several families were sitting in the lobby waiting for their rooms as well. From that point, it was well after 6pm before we were given a room key, which i was told that housekeeping was just finishing up, but should be done in about 5 minutes. We go to car for luggage then to the room, but housekeeping was still there cleaning. Waited another 5-10 minutes in the narrow hallway before they were finished. After driving most of the day, we needed to freshen up and get ready for rhe concert that started at 7:30, which we ended up being late for, due to the room situation. Upon returning from concert, we noticed one of the elevator doors were torn off, so we got on the other elevator, along with two other people. The elevator doors closed and it attempted to lift, but got stuck on floor 1. None of the buttons worked to open it, no response from the HELP button. My 11 year old daughter was having a panic attack. I had to call the main number of the hotel and let them know we were all stuck on the elevator. The doors eventually opened and we were able to get off. The clerk laughed it off as if it happened all the time. We had to take the stairs back to our room on the 3rd floor. They seemed to be working fine at checkout. The daytime clerks were exceptionally nice and apologetic.

    I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon checking into my room, I noticed a blood stain on the bedsheet, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this property. It was unsettling and made me question whether the bedding had been changed at all. I reported it to the front desk, but the response was slow and lacked any real apology or urgency. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this place until they significantly improve their housekeeping standards.

    I arrived for check in around 11:45 pm as I had a late flight when I arrived the lobby smelled like weed, there was a man standing around out front. I felt immediately uncomfortable and asked to change my reservation from two nights to one then a guest comes out yelling down the hall to pop her popcorn. I then said never mind just cancel my reservation and was told since I booked through hotels.com the agent was not able to cancel it. I sat in the front lobby and called and uber to pick me up. When I got to a safe and secure location I asked to cancel this reservation and put on hold the chat agent was trying to cal back to the hotel no answer because I a single woman and kid traveling alone didn’t feel safe staying at this location. Learning the next day the hotel charged me a no show fee when I in fact showed up just didn’t feel safe and left.

    I did not the smell of the Hotel. It smelled of mildew. The hot water went out on my last day. Had to get a late check out. The parking was terrible, had to park in the next parking lot that had a gate dividing it from the Hotel.     As for the hotel it was nice and clean and staff was very friendly .As for our night was a nightmare. We were on the 2nd floor and it was full of teenagers acting like fools. They were knocking on doors and slamming doors and running away screaming. Not a parent or adult in sight. yes I thought about calling the front desk. Not sure if it would’ve done good or not with no parents or adults to supervise the kids. Finally around 6am they stopped. I spent 120 dollars to get no sleep.

    Spark is a new concept brand for Hilton. They are 100% nonsmoking and seem to be designed to be a bit minimalistic- no excess room service (it comes every other day unless requested otherwise), a coffee bar in the lobby instead of in each room, etc. Great bagel and muffin bar in the morning with a few extra items to choose from. My only advice is to grab a couple of coffee cups from the coffee bar on your way to the room as they do not provide any in your room or bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. Fridge is available in the rooms, beds comfortable. Other than the cups missing from the room, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable single night stay. We would use Spark again.

    Everyone was super friendly and nice. Any time I called with any questions Courtney and Janice were both extremely sweet and answered every question I had.     It was not the greatest. Luckily we only stayed one night. When we arrived two police officers were outside and it did not feel like the safest neighborhood. Next morning the whole hotel had no hot water. Managment couldn’t tell anyone why and they offered no alternatives or compensation.     Had to change rooms due to a smoker. They also had covered up the smoke detector and it went unnoticed by housekeeping. 2nd room - toilet kept running, tub and toliet were not clean, got bites in 3 different areas on my body.     We were in Grand Prairie for a series of Rangers games. I wanted a hotel that was not super expensive and this literally fit the bill. The hotel was staff was kind and efficient. Overall the hotel was very basic but clean and served it's purpose. My kids swam even though the pool was not heated and had a great time. We did not eat breakfast there so I cannot speak to that. I would stay here again.

    This was one of the lowest quality places I have stayed under the Hilton brand. Definitely an old hotel that was given a face-lift and branded under Hilton. Breakfast was bagels yogurt and some apples/oranges - but it was well stocked and everything was very clean there. At the end of the day it’s your money and there are better options in the area.

    Hotel chains need to realize that most travelers do not need to bathtub. I walk in shower would be so much better. The stopper in the tub was missing so even if you wanted to use the tub you could not. The water pressure in the toilet was reallylow and hotels need to put it full size toilet. The toilet seemed to be on the small size. The room was clean but smaller then other hotels. The area was nice a the common area of the building was nice and the staff was friendly. What i found strange was the sign that started "For your convenience, the room will be cleaned every other day ". We had three adults in our room so we would have to lay the bath towels on the bed or desk so they could dry if we would have stayed longer than one night. This does not make things convenient in any way. All and all the hotel was nice but a lot of small things need some more looking into.

    Start the day off no coffee in the rooms, I had to get all the way dressed to go downstairs to get coffee in the lobby. That is where I was told we would have a complementary breakfast bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal. To me very cheap than to top it off there was no hot water in the entire building. After talking with front desk they claimed the hot water situation was being effected by many more hotels. I guess to make it sound better. Needless to say my wife wasn’t very happy to not have hot water in the morning shower or to even brush her teeth. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with my service this weekend. 2-22-25

    I booked this stay for my friend's birthday weekend. The staff was incredible and very kind. Whenever I had a question they were always there to assist me. I also liked that there were several restaurants around the area. This is a great hotel and very affordable. The only thing that I would comment on is my rooms phone did not work and the wiring was out of place. However all I had to do was go to the lobby and ask for the things I needed or if I just had questions, I knew that the hotel staff would be there to answer it.

    Our only complaint was the breakfast. (Bagels, yogurt & a very select choice of fruit.) Coffee was good however.

    Staff was amazing. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location is a little tough to get to with traffic and GPS directions from the south. Safest way to get there is to go to the light and turn back thru the office park driveway.

    Remolded turned in to new hilton property. Just opened 3,4 months. Looks good. I Can tell it will be a good place. Worked well for me, business traveler. Location and price point. Hope it stays that price.

    The first two days the staff was awesome, it was not till my last day when I tried to check out that the gentleman was very rude. Their was no one at the front desk I heard noise coming from the pantry so I went to go knock he swung the door opened and asked what I wanted I told him that I needed to check out he snatched my room cards and said your good and proceeded to slam the door. They do have a sign in the room stating that room service will go every other day of the stay however we did not get any room service.

    The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy!! The elevators were a little sketchy with only 3 to 4 visitors allowed to ride at a time. The breakfast was bagels, yogurt or muffins. Lobby area very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful!! Parking is somewhat limited and we had to park in an empty lot that was overgrown and full of semi trailers.
