I liked that they had a parking place reserved for veterans.

I had a missed connection at the airport and had to spend the night. I specifically chose this hotel for its location and its airport shuttle. I called at 10:10 pm for a pickup and the person that answered couldn’t help at the time and said he’d call back in 10 minutes. He did not. I called back around 10:35 to again request a shuttle and was told by the same person that I couldn’t be picked up because the shuttle ends at 11 pm (and it was 10:30 when he told me this) and the shuttle was already out. So, it cost me $40 for an Uber. And the shuttle was unavailable in the morning because there was no driver so that cost me an additional $30 for an uber back to the airport. Overall, I paid nearly double because of this. Not happy.

They didn't have shuttle service to pick me up at airport. Refused refund and was stuck at airport all night!!! 😡

The room had pungent odor

This place is close to the airport but in poor shape. Plus they promote free shuttle which isn't accurate and will cost you $20 ea way. Terrible breakfast. Don't stay here even if your late flight get cancelled.

Our room smelled like weed and housekeeping cleaner when we arrived at midnight. It was hard to sleep because of the smell The whole place felt very rundown. The continental breakfast was minimal and the coffee was really bad. I was grateful to have a place to sleep after our flight got canceled. The morning clerk was helpful and the van driver she was really nice.

The property was accessible to surrounding shops and restaurants. But also to itself. Very peaceful Could of had more breakfast selections

Tip: don’t assume their airport shuttle will be circling—it’s not a big hotel. Call and let them know which Terminal you are at and that you need a ride. The airport shuttle back to the airport in the morning was great—they scheduled me to a specific departure time and even double checked my flight terminal (which was appreciated because there had been a last minute flight change).

Reserved my room through Expedia and paid through Expedia. Get to the hotel and have been charged again for my room. Now, this is where the terrible rate kicks in. The bed was so hard (you could feel the inner springs, sitting on the bed hurt my back and I’m still working on getting my back to not hurt. The breakfast or the lack of breakfast was head turning. Very disappointing

I booked the room because there was a hotel shuttle. But after multiple calls the shuttle never came to pick me up and we were unable to get to the hotel.

It’s not the worst place I have ever stayed. It’s also not the best. You can tell they have tried to upgrade the property but it was either poorly executed or just half done. Check in and out was fast and trouble free seeing is how I booked last minute at 2300 and checked out at 0500. The bed wasn’t exactly comfortable but it was a bed. The pillows are plain awful and they were completely useless. Over all it’s good for when your plane is cancelled last minute.

Chair in room was ripped up, AC dusty and no ice machines but had an ice bucket.

I asked them to cancel my reservation in the reception, they told me I had to call expedia, expedia called them to confirm the cancellation and the person in reception told them they could not authorize it. I was still in the lobby when this happened, and the manager was nowhere to be found. They have YET to respond to any of the refund inquiries, and dared send me a “satisfaction survey”. This place is disgusting. DON’T STAY HERE!

Our room had a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. There is also an outdoor pool.

Hotel was adequate for a nights stay as we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. Many restaurants nearby - some walking distance. Had trouble with room keys not working for more than 1-2X. Had coffee and some breakfast items in the morning. Allow pets.

I stayed at this Super8 because I was having surgery at a hospital nearby. I needed ice packs after surgery and BOTH ice machines were broken!!! The desk clerk offered me a bottle of frozen water which was kind but not helpful. My daughter tried to use the gym but the machines were broken !!!! The upkeep on this property is dismal. The rooms were clean so kudos to the cleaning staff but the management needs to improve !!! Fix your broken things so the $$$$ I spend is worth it.

It’s a super 8, can’t expect a lot but it wasn’t that expensive either.

The night staff was very nice. Furniture was old and run down. Sheets were stained. Neither ice machine worked. Key card only worked on the room door. To enter the hotel you had to go thru the front door or have someone hold the side door open for you.

Breakfast was almost in invisible. Just waffles and yogurt. Froot Loops in the cereal container marked Raisin Bran. No tea. Staff very disinterested. All ice makers broken.

It’s an older property but has had some renovations recently. We were only there to sleep and catch an early flight. There are a lot of restaurants and businesses around there which is nice. Great shuttle service and friendly driver!!

The rooms seemed to have undergone minimal updates, primarily with new vinyl flooring, but the overall decor felt dated by over 15 years. The beds were quite firm, and even minor movements produced creaking sounds. In the bathroom, stains were evident, and the yellow tub appeared quite old. While the walls didn’t offer much sound insulation, at least the air conditioning functioned well.

Wow what a difference! Stayed here two years ago and was pleased. What happened? Room filthy, broken down bathroom, would not have paid this much for this quality of a room. Very disappointed. Love the location but please maintain the room properly.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the staff wasn’t outright rude, they were far from welcoming or accommodating, which made the overall experience feel impersonal from the start. The property itself is extremely outdated. The hallways were dim, worn, and honestly unsettling—they felt more like something out of a horror movie than a place meant for guests to feel comfortable. The room didn’t offer much relief either. The pillows were overly soft and mushy, providing little to no support, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.What was most concerning, however, was the lack of basic safety measures. The windows in the room did not have locks. While I was on the third floor, this is still a serious safety oversight and not something guests should have to worry about.The “continental breakfast” was another major letdown. It was advertised as an amenity, but the options were extremely limited just waffles, coffee, juice, and a few basic cereals. It did not meet expectations at all and feels misleading to promote it as a highlight.Although the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, even that experience was frustrating. I was initially told to wait at Gate C35, only to find out it was under construction and had to relocate to Gate C3. During this process, the staff over the phone were not helpful or patient. Instead of assisting, they rushed me, despite the fact that I was unfamiliar with the area and traveling from out of state.

I chose this location of Super 8 because it was convenient to the activities I attended over the weekend. The staff was friendly; the room was clean and comfortable; and the breakfast was adequate. I appreciated all the lighting in the self-parking parking lot. I will choose Super 8 if my travels bring me back to Grapevine, Texas.

The staff was friendly but I do feel like the pictures and descriptions are very misleading. For a quick stay not bad at all but for the price not bad

We live 30 minutes away and stayed here in November to catch a 5am shuttle to airport. We paid $20 more than last time and walked in the door at 8pm to a sign that says no shuttles until further notice. It need to be taken off website! We could have booked another hotel or too uber from home. Not coming back.

The first room had a strong smell of cigarettes. The scent continued to get worse until I became nauseous and my clothes began to smell. I asked to move rooms. The second room smelling like urine. There are cheap hotels in the area that will not do this to you. DO NOT STAY HERE!

There was no airport shuttle wven though it was one of the amenities listed. The refrigerator did not work. On the second day, the water went out. I will not stay at that hotel again.

Is what it is, folks. It's a worn old style budget hotel near the airport. Nuff said. No frills, but very convenient to DFW airport. You can leave your car there and shuttle to the airport for $8. Staff is friendly enough and room was tidy and clean. It's my low budget 'go-to' for an early flight out.

I thought for the star rating and for the price, this place was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was minimal, but that's to be expected. Shuttle worked great, front desk staff was friendly, room was spotless. I think some other review mentioned the reading chair that was completely falling apart, which was kind of hilarious. But I didn't need a reading chair, and everything I needed was perfect. Oh, and another comment, which applies to a lot of hotels. It's okay to keep the parking lot as bright as daylight during the night, I suppose, but maybe the lights could face down so that they don't shine in the third floor windows. No but really, I loved this hotel!

Room was clean and attended to daily. Despite the water saving suggestion in the bathroom, when I hung up towels to reuse, they were always replaced. The gym definitely needs some attention, but was serviceable. Despite the non-smoking rooms, somebody was definitely smoking pot on my floor. I notified the front desk, but they indicated they couldn't do anything unless i knew the exact room, which I could not verify. Generally the staff was very responsive and friendly.

The room was not very clean and they no longer offer the shuttle within a mile of hotel. The staff kept calling and knocking on the door when I put in for a late checkout.

I have used this location many times and the shuttle service within a mile of the hotel was one of the main reasons I used it. They no longer offer that so I will be using the Hilton across the street now.

Front staff were great and good shuttle service, though the hotel smelled strongly of smoke even in non-smoking rooms and the fridge in our room made a horrific noise every 10 minutes so I had to unplug it, also the toilet overflowed from the top basin, but the staff make it a good choice for staying near the airport

The staff were actually friendly. This was a 4 night trip for us. The first room we moved into, 210, was ok, but the TV remote did not work, and the faucet in the shower broke off so we could not adjust the water temperature. Our request for another room was granted so we moved down the hall to room 216. We were rarely in the room, so not bad. Check out day was Dec 9. While packing up to leave, we spotted a ROACH walking across the ceiling. We killed it and placed in a paper cup. I gave the cup with the roach to the front desk clerk, Robert. He didn't know what to say. I should have gotten at least one night reimbursement as I was praying I did not take any roaches home in my luggage. I will never stay here again.

I pick this hotel because it says that they have hotel airpor transportation and í find out that they don’t have it in between 1 and 6 pm, so I had to pay a cab for 26 dollars to bring me to the hotel

The staff at the Front Desk is helpful any time of day or night. Clean and walking distance to several good restaurants (Olive Garden, Saltgrass Steakhouse and Boomer Jacks.

Room was hot during the night. Walls are thin. I could hear neighbors talking constantly and doors slamming shut. Room was clean and outside noise was nonexistent

Property does not respond to inquiries sent to them from Expedia email system. Overnight guy was nice, but manager in the morning has his head up his butt. I came downstairs to get coffee, he ignored me even though I was sitting feet away and he was playing on his phone or computer. Total Dump. Actually the Ugliest property I've ever stayed at. Left 2 days early because it was so scary and gross. TOTAL DUMP. SHAME ON WYNDHAM HOTELS.

It has been many many years since I stayed at such a rundown, horrible hotel. I was under the previous impression that Super 8s were basic but fine if you just needed a bed because your flight got bumped, but the lack of pride in this hotel's facilities really shows. Walls in the rooms haven't been painted in decades, a seat with cracked and peeling "leather", OLD, dingy curtains, a "blanket" the thinness of a sheet (with no spare stored anywhere)...no updates of any kind at all. I know, you get what you pay for and all I needed was a bed for a night given my flight was delayed until morning. But really, I was astonished at the shamelessness of the run-down room. Also, when I arrived at the meeting point for the shuttle van at the airport I called them and they told me the shuttle would be 15 minutes. It was 25. The guy at the front desk was completely indifferent about it--said to talk to the shuttle driver...WHO WASN'T THERE. The hotel is 5 min away so why did the shuttle take 25 min to get to me? I was the only one in the shuttle so it wasn't picking up others...

The door had a crack between the door and doorframe. Shower head needs the hard water buildup removed so it will function in all modes. Waffles, yogurt & coffee does not make a continental breakfast. Hall carpet needs cleaning or replacement very dated looking.

The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, not running noise but rattles and banging noise.

When i entered the room for the first time, it roon was extremely musky like the oder of wet socks from sweaty feet. I had to ask a near by housekeeper for some fragrance spray in attempt to freshen up the room a bit. For four days, it was the worst nights sleep i have had in a long time. The mattress was cheap, queen size and probably 299 and at least 10 years past is usability date. When i first brought it up, the kid behind the desk referred me to speak to someone else about it on the next day, in which i did. Fortunately, accommodation was made and i was transferred rooms where the mattress was at least a little bit better.

This hotel was OK for the price. Comfortable bed & very clean. However, the continental breakfast was minimal...no tea, only options waffles, cereal, & yogurt. Also shuttle service is very limited...only operates 5 am-1 pm, then 6 pm-11 pm. I had to book an Uber to get to the airport for my early flight & relied on family to pick me up when I arrived. I would not stay there again.

The airport shuttle and $8/day parking, however, were absolutely awesome. I will definitely consider staying again if I can be assured of a room with a working shower and need to fly out of DFW early in the morning or fly in late at night.

Overall the room condition was good. Bathroom tub/shower was clean but was not slip resistant and had no handrails to hold on to while bathing.

this super eight provided just what I needed clean close to the location of my dinner and meeting events in the nearby vicinity as well as easy access to DFW. Staff members were courteous and professional. The room is clean and comfortable.

I felt safe getting out of my car and going into the hotel at night because the lighting in the parking area is excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping.

There were bed bugs in the room!!! It was completely infested. To make matters worse they wouldn’t refund my money because of the type of booking I had. What a horrible hotel!

This is my second stay at this location and I have been completely satisfied both times. It’s very convenient to everything. Very clean and when we arrived it was too early for check in but he had a room available and let us check in early so we could get to our festival. Loved it!

Had a really great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was clean and the other guests were quiet. WiFi was a little on the weak side and there wasn’t a ton of walkable restaurants but overall a good place to stay!

The Hotel is very outdated, it was one the Worst Hotel I've stayed in Quite Some time, it was nothing like the Online Pictures, the Hotel had a foul odor from the from of the Hotel & the Inside of Hotel Floors, Im so glad that I had some Air Freshener , it still didn't help that was on the floors and the smell was coming underneath my room door, room 220. It had a gap underneath the door, I almost left the hotel, the only reason I stayed, I had a long day, and I was very tired , I needed some rest, and I didn't want to try that locate another hotel at the Last Minute of the Day, I really feel I need to be reimbursed my Hotel Stay, you guys need to stop with all the fake Reviews that's online and a long with the redacted photos that's online. If I could give a lower rating I would Have. Oh yeah the Bathroom had cracked tile on the bathroom floor , really, I paid almost a $100. For a Dump Hotel

This hotel served its purpose, while I will say though it was very outdated. Hallways were hot, king bed room was tiny. Breakfast was VERY minimal. Basically two cereal types and waffles, yogurt and coffee. Location was great for us. Could use major upgrades

Front desk check-in was fine, but the hotel itself is got awful. The hotel itself is very dark and outdated. I wasn’t real sure the elevator was gonna get me up to the third floor. Then when I stepped off the elevator, the smell of weed was so strong that I got dizzy. Made it to my room and turned the light on and was worried that roaches were gonna scatter. Looked around the bedding was stained. This hotel is definitely you get what you pay for. I sat there for a few minutes and then went downstairs and left and stayed somewhere else. Also, none of the doors are in their frames. You can see out into the hallway.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean, but the building and it's systems are wearing down. The place needs some refurbishing.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times have been with family. It is affordable and clean. Very quiet also. The pool area could use a bit of shade but the pool is clean an a nice size for a refreshing swim. The breakfast is not varied but greatly appreciated. Overall an excellent place to stay if you are traveling on a budget. Would definitely stay again.

It was ok. I stayed for three nights but never had my room cleaned once. I had to ask for towels and coffee to restock my room. I had a small issue with little ants not bad but just annoying ... the blow dryer in my room also did not work.

Front desk and housekeepers were great, room was clean, shower had amazing water pressure and good price. Would definitely stay again!

The property is getting very wore out.

no one was in the lobby upon arrival. waited and eventually someone showed up. said maybe 3 words max. place is run down and smells old. got in the room and there was a pubic hair in the sink

Older hotel that seems to have been updated a little. Very noisy walking down the small halls. Ice machine on our floor never worked

Nice, clean, close to everything

After 20 hours of flight cancelations, you hotel was a welcome safe place to rest and recoup. The bonus is if I were to be stranded at DFW again and I have my disabled husband with me I now know the handicap rooms are wonderful.

The hotel is old and a run down. Its clean but its old and feels old.

Was up most of the night due to the a/c would work here and there and when it finally did, it sounded like a vacuum

This hotel was great. The coyote on property almost chased my dog but that just added to the adventures.

The hotel really looks old, the shuttle took 40 min to pick me up at the airport and the clerk was not nice
