Great hotel! Convenient to the airport and a really interesting and entertaining place to stay. Whoever designed this place did an awesome job.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Loved that the train is right in the back of the hotel and 2 stops to DFW. Everything was perfect!

Afterwards we enjoyed food from the Harvest hall. The choices are almost overwhelming but we managed. The live music outside was very entertaining also. The room was so comfortable and well apportioned. I slept fitful. The checkout was efficient and quick. The valet was very warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return and will be singing the praises of the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay

This is an amazing hotel, beautiful to say the least, well appointed and the decor is wonderful! Very classy, luxurious and comfortable, and social. Had my wife and I stayed for leisure instead of a place to relax for the night, I would have been very impressed. We love boutique hotels and amenities. However, I must say the room was disappointing. At the price point, I’m used to a room I don’t want to leave. The room was… functional. Well appointed, but just functional. Smaller, no real sitting/lounge area (a chaise under a window is not a sitting area), bathroom was smaller (although the under vanity motion lights are a nice touch), and the room was loud. We could hear everything from outside, in the halls… sounded like thin walls. I digress. As a weekend getaway destination I would think this would be an excellent spot for wine drinking couples to retreat to in a nice part of town. If you are more of a “room” person… ehhhh.

This hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to shops, wineries, coffee spots, and restaurants. There’s also plenty of entertainment on-site if you prefer to stay in. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

This was one of the best stays that we have ever been too. I recommend 100%

The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations.

Hotel was clean the bartenders were great and the food was great. Everyone was very nice I will stay there again.

Location Room wasn’t prepared when we arrived. I called ahead with some requests and those were not ready. Also the room was not as described. I was told there was a sitting area, etc and it was a standard queen room with no frills. Request early arrival and had confirmation for approval. We arrived later due to flight and room was still not ready.

Excellent all around. A wonderful property that is well cared for and clean. But most important, the ENTIRE staff was so friendly and helpful. We travel a lot and this folks were the most supportive and welcoming we have seen. ALL of them. Thank you.

Overall everything was perfect! It was a great experience to stay there as a local. Rooms were amazing, clean and comfy.

It was a great 1 time experience but I probably would not go back. Beautiful hotel with beautiful decorations but definitely very expensive and it seems certain amenities are not amenities just additions things you can purchase.

It is a perfect location and well maintained. It is a bit expensive but it was our anniversary. It was a splurge. I wouldn’t stay there while traveling or if I needed more than one night.

it's a beautiful vintage hotel! the initial greeting from the host. She initially was a little rude but gladly came around. I do need to get my refund resolved. I am being charged for a two night stay and we were only there for half of one night.

The room was spacious, functional and well kept. The staff from the front desk, valet and housekeeping were fantastic. It was probably one of my favorite stays.

The staff was super inviting and welcoming! I love that we did not have to leave the hotel to have fun!! We went to the pub downstairs and seen a live band outside all on the grounds and the food was super yummy!!

Wow! What an unexpected surprise! This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel A LOT! Great staff, great food and an incredible rooftop bar! Would make another trip to Grapevine just to stay in this hotel!

Beautiful facility! Lots of amenities!Very friendly staff! Amy and Lauren from the check-in sent up a complementary cheese board and wonderful wine for our 50th anniversary! Really loud in the evenings because of very large bar areas! Older folks don’t enjoy so much!

The staff at Hotel Vin is exceptional. They go above and beyond for their guest and pay attention to even the smallest details.

Visited with 3 of my grandkids. We had an amazing time. Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. Quick responses from our room for additional blankets and cutlery for ice cream we brought back to room from Kilwins.

All was great except the room temp. It was freezing. All attempts to get warmer didn’t work. We finally had to turn it off. And, this worked.

Stayed to attend the Grapevine Parade. Really wished they had a place for us to be seated to watch the parade instead of having to navigate through the crowds. They had an ice skating ring, multiple photo ops and the carousel right next door. Easy access to the train as well. It is beautifully decorated souring the holidays!

The Hotel itself was great with many things to do both on premise and within short walking distance. We tried to eat at the main restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and it was not such a pleasant experience as we could not get anyone to wait on us after being set down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Vin never disappoints! Always beautiful and love every bit of the experience there! We did the Winter Wonder Bubbles this year and that was amazing as well!

The property was clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Beautiful room very central to everything. The bed was a bit too firm but still comfy I was able to bring my service dog and they had a fenced area that was nice with chairs for a little doggie down time. Overall it's a gorgeous hotel.

Excellent. We ate & coffee nxt 2 the hotel. Everything was wonderful.

My only issue is I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great place for our anniversary and big love to staffer Grace who took care of us and upgraded us. Will be coming back again soon!

This is our go-to favorite for the DFW area. The hotel is beautiful, has so many quality food options, staff is friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to be back again!

Excellent bar, restaurant and entertainment. Poor to no water pressure one day during our visit. Shower water flow actually stopped while taking a shower. Very disappointing in a hotel of this status. Even more disappointing was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience.

For the steep price of $500 a night, I expected a higher standard from this establishment. Despite the convenient location and friendly staff, the state of the room I stayed in was disappointing. The dingy atmosphere and visibly worn furniture fell short of the luxury experience one would anticipate at such a premium price point. While Hotel Vin may have its merits, its failure to meet expectations at this price level leaves much to be desired for discerning guests.

This hotel is nice, but a bit overpriced for what you get. There is no pool or jacuzzi, and there isn't a spa... odd for a highly rated hotel. Also, the maid was banging on the door at 830 AM which I thought was insanely early, but it's nice and there are a lot of things in close proximity

Why hadn’t I stayed here before?!? Of what an amazing stay! Totally worth the price! The staff was the absolute Best!!!! From Check-In to Bartenders to Housekeeping. Just great!!

The bars and resturants all closed at 10:00 Its in the country. The room service breakfast was inststant hollandase sauce for the eggs bendidict. Had trouble esting it. They claim to be a five stair hotel. Not, maybe a 4. Very diapoinnted as my family herritage goes back to be the first to settle in Tarrant county and had the first home in tarrat county which we donanted to the city of Grapevine. My cousin is the Mayor there for many years. Will not recomend nor stay there again. Big disappointment!

Stayed one night for a family Christmas gathering. The hotel was extremely crowded, unenjoyable experience for my entire family. My autistic son was miserable. Flashing light bothered us during the night in our room. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. My son complained of the hotel smelling weird. Will not return.

This is a beautiful upscale boutique hotel. Right in downtown Grapevine within walking distance of ships, wineries and restaurants. The restaurants in this hotel were awesome. We will return here for an couples weekend.

The hotel is beautiful and the dining options are great. Unfortunately the reason we stayed there was for holiday activities and they were canceled while we were from there. It would have been nice to know or perhaps have been offered a free cancellation.

Hotel Vin was beyond our expectations, it was so elegant but also super fun and centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Dallas & Fort Worth. We can’t wait to come back k to TX and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

One star service at four star pricing. The property is very nice, the service not. I checked in wearing a walking boot and using a crutch, they gave me a room at the very end of the hallway, as far from the elevator as possible. No ice machines, we requested ice to the room, never came. Requested extra towels, never came. Bartender in hotel bar acted like we were imposing on her by asking for a drink at an almost empty bar. We left for Harvest Hall and got terrific service.

The rooms were great. The bathrooms were gorgeous. Harvest Hall was a great place to eat with 7 different dinners. The aesthetic and atmosphere was amazing. My husband and I wanted to stay in Dallas for our anniversary and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We think the location is very convenient to access, the building is beautiful, and Grapevine is a fun place to visit.

I love all the different restaurants inside the hotel. I also loved the bars inside as well. It's so clean and quiet. I was happy to even get a reservation because it's usually sold out!

It was our Wedding night and I was told when I made the reservation that that would make the room special and it would be their gift to us. When we got to the room there was nothing. I went down to the front desk desk to advise them and they acted like I was bothering them. A bottle of win was eventually brought to the room.

Very nice staff, clean facility and room was very updated and comfortable feeling. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Also the train is right outside the hotel, take a ride to Ft Worth too!!

Just a quick stay at this hotel but it was wonderful. Greeted with a glass of rosé and an acoustic singer. Great atmosphere. Different restaurants to choose from. Close to the TexRail that took us straight into the airport. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was beautiful! The restaurants in the hotel makes it easy for the guest to stay and not have to leave. Everything was so clean and it smelled great. The good containers were eco friendly and there was a recycle bin in the room!

This hotel is amazing! It’s a little pricey and doesn’t have a pool or hot tub but otherwise it’s perfect! Tons of food and rink options & super close to everything Main Street. Customer service is unmatched!
