We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful.

We would have liked to have the type of room we booked. Cob webs in the ceiling and poor lighting in the room. Our room keys didn't work when we came back to the hotel today.

I received a call from Hampton 4 hours before check-in saying their hotel did not have any rooms and I they had already transferred my reservations to another hotel. One that I would’ve never stayed or booked. I was not given the option to choose my own hotel or get a refund because I had booked through a third party. The elevator at the transferred hotel was broken the night of our concert so my wheelchair bound companion had to wait for assistance down the stairs. We were running late for the concert. Very disappointed in how that was handled.

The check in experience was initially good. Bed was comfortable. The check in experience was good however, i was charged additionally in error, after I already paid through Booking. The rooms and building were dated. They didn't have cheese for eggs.

Not happy to have to pay $ 75.00 for a pet fee, all other hotels we stayed at only charge $ 25.00. Won’t be staying at any Hampton Inn for future travel. The pet fee was almost as much as what we paid for the room.

Hotel was under renovation. Main entrance was closed and we had to go around to the other side after parking in 30⁰ weather. More signage would help to avoid parking on the wrong side of the hotel.

The hotel did not inform us that it was under renovation. The lobby floor was completely torn up and unsafe to walk on. There are many hotels to choose from in the area, and this oversight and informing tenants before we made a reservation was unprofessional and unfair.

The hotel has been recently renovated, and our room was the best Hampton Inn room we've ever stayed in. The public areas were lovely. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate (though it didn't include MY favorite beverage, hot chocolate). My husband was in surprised raptures over the sausage biscuit I assembled for him.

The service was excellent. However the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I definitely read the reviews and was looking forward to a different situation. The shower had mold in it and the room needed a deep clean. Also our car got side swiped in the parking lot and there were no camera in that particular area.

Extremely friendly, and very clean. The only snag I had was some trouble fixing the location.

The location was excellent for the business I was there for and then it was very convenient to the airport for my departure.

Also disappointed to see the pool was closed and it is overlooked by the parking lit and entrance to the hotel.

The young lady, Lex, who was at the fromt desk was extremely pleasant at check in. The room was average. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, but the room was clean.

This hotel is clean & convenient to the Greensboro airport. Desk staff are extremely friendly and professional. They arranged our courtesy Lyft ride to the airport for a very EARLY morning flight and their shuttle came promptly to pick us up at the airport upon our return.

The staff were friendly. This hotel had an excellent breakfast with delicious potatoes. The beds were extra comfy. The toilet was too low but the showers have great pressure and the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion smelled nice.

Elevator issues but they finally were fixed, great staff and breakfast was good. Room stayed fairly warm never really cooled off well but the temps outside were 100 degrees. I would stay again if needed.

I loved the gift beds ands pillows, the showers and toiletries. The staff was great as well as the breakfast options. The only dislike I had was how low the toilet seat was. It was difficult for me to get off because it was sitting so low. Keep up the great work but fix the toilet seat please.

Room was in need of maintenance-missing grout, mold in shower caulk, etc - but was fairly clean and quiet. A/c could have been colder too.

This Hampton location is by far the best from among all others I have stayed at during the last few months. The room is clean, quiet, and they have super friendly staff.

The ladies at check in were very accommodating and knowledgeable.

The lighting was minimal. They ran out of breakfast by 9:00am.

Front d sk lady was so accommodating for us My husband is handicapped.Somehow we didn't have a handicapped room. She looked until she found us a room that would work

The room smelled of mildew. I did not request a handicapped room but was assigned to a handicapped room and was not happy. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The room was in need of a thorough cleaning and vacuuming. I have pictures and will share on another website. The staff really tried to assist to no avail. The property was sold out so they were not able to relocate me to another room. I am extremely unhappy.
