There was no one at the front desk when we got there but we didn’t have to wait too long to check in. We enjoyed the breakfast’s hot options (eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, potatoes) and were glad that it was a lot more than cereal and bagels. The staff was friendly and helpful and wished us safe travel home.

Great room, not cramped. Great shower! (water pressure more than just adequate as found in most hotels) There were Level 2 (240v) EV chargers available, but unlike most hotels, these chargers were not complimentary. The fee for there use rivaled the cost of Tesla superchargers (fast DC chargers) but didn't provide the speed of a fast DC charger. Disappointed.

We didn't want to drive 1.5 hours home after concert, so booked this for 1 night. Room had everything we needed (except directions to the ice machine ;-). We will note that the toilet fixture was unusually low, so much so that someone with knee or hip problems might encounter a "hard landing" and then need help getting up. Also, the floor of the shower was slippery enough to be a problem for someone not careful. The complimentary breakfast was way better than I'm used to seeing.

My overall stay was relaxing until, housekeeping continued to knock on the door despite being told the services were not needed at the time. It may have been a language barrier the attendant was not rude and was just trying to do her job.

Only the over night desk guy was polite this rat were very short. They left empty dirty linens cart in front of the elevator which made a choke point for everyone

The breakfast was as good as expected. Not as good as going out to a restaurant (fast food or sit down). The room could have been cleaner. The entry and bathroom had stains on the floor. The hotel should provide instructions and a guide for operating the television. Our room had 2 televisions. There were several guides available that offered different stations. If you do not know the channel numbers for the guides, you may not be able to access the cable channels available such as HBO. Neither of the televisions in our room was able to get the guide that had HBC. A maintenance worker fixed was able to fix one of the televisions, so we could get HBO. The room safe was locked. A maintenance worker had to unlock the safe so we could use it. Thankfully, we didn't have a long for the safe to be unlocked.

This is a good place to crash for a night or two. We were in the area for a concert and it suited our needs perfect.

Room was clean. Has a microwave and fridge in the room. I had no issues with noise other than that morning I received 2 knocks on my door. There was no one there. That was my only concern. Easy check in and the front desk staff were very nice.

Area was ideal and location appeared safe Kids had a great time and enjoyed being there at this facility. Will return should I need a place to stay when we visit again

Rooms were very clean and well decorated! The hotel looked brand new. Front desk staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the free breakfast. The cheese omlettes tasted bad, but the sausage tasted good. Hotel is right beside CVS which was very convenient.

I reserved 3 rooms. I needed to cancel due to a medical issue. I didn't have an issue with paying a cancellation fee, but the fee was for the full stay for 3 rooms at an elevated "special event" price . This was pretty unreasonable to me. Onsite management refused to make an exception or negotiate a reduced fee....very uncooperative and unprofessional management team. In addition, they charged my card before my cancellation request or check-in. That said, this left me with a very negative view of IHG and I will no longer recommend this hotel in Greensboro, NC or other hotels under the IHG brand.

Only down side was no access to apps on smart tv-was only cable with a terrible access to the "guide"

I came down for Winston-Salem State Homecoming. The property was awesome. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the breakfast and the person responsible for the upkeep..it was spot on. I did not have the spend money on breakfast because the food was good. Great location, room was clean, comfortable and those bed oh wee..I will be back for another stay.

Unfortunately I couldn’t check in early which then led me to getting a handicap room which was ok unless an actual person required a room for handicap purposes. Other than that everything was great. I’ve stayed here many times in the past and haven’t had any issues.

This is the only hotel we stay at when we come to zgreensboro. Now that my daughter has graduated from North Carolina A & T, I guess we will come now during future graduations and GzHOE!

Unable to stay the night due to security issues. Several cars in the hotel parking lot were broken into. This is a known problem from the staff and they don’t seem to worry about it or notify customers. Rather than stay we drove home. Sad to have paid over $200 for check in at one and check out 7 hours later.

I was told by rep at the front desk that due to a I live in Greensboro North Carolina that hotel.com shouldn’t allow me to book a room hotels say due to that I would not be able to stay there so I wasn’t able to get my keys or anything the lady Refused to give me a key and this was for my daughter‘s birthday weekend. It was a disaster due to this I just want my refund back cause this was a totally inconvenience when we had a lot of family that came out of town for this event.

I found a bedbug in bed @12:21a we left went to another hotel for the rest of my stay in NC. But before leaving we clean everything from our luggage and car to make sure we didn’t have any bugs lingering around and the hotel charged my card $25 + $125 talking about they found ashes. Which they probably did see ashes but it was from us cleaning out our stuff

I am a total fan of this hotel chain. This one is just a great as the others. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds/pillows, nice breakfast choices makes this a great family friendly place to stay. I will try to book more from this chain in the future!

They gave us the wrong room. We reserved a king room with a pullout couch. They gave us a regular king room. We had to go back down to the desk and they said there was nothing she could do to help us. I asked for a roll away bed and she said " Oh yeah we do have those."

IT WAS NOT EASY TO FIND OR SEE FROM THE ROAD

My wife and I were nearly turned away even though we had paid in advance. We were told it was because we lived within a 50 mile radius of the hotel. We were just trying to do a romantic getaway. I suppose this hotel chain can’t be bothered to ban guests who damage rooms instead they throw a blanket on everyone. If you have guest’s damage a room, ban them individually.

When we are in Greensboro for swim meets, this is where we stay! It is convenient to GAC and the staff are always kind and helpful!

Stayed one night, big comfortable room

Where do I begin. Check in was 3pm, yet our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. Traveling for 5 hrs with 4 children, they were eager to go swimming, yet we were told that they could not and the desk clerk only suggested we go find something to do while we waited for our room. Then actually charged us for a bottle of water after we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were in a queen suite and only had towels for 4 people. 6 people were in our room and on our reservation, yet I was questioned about the number of people and the number of towels already in the room…like I was trying to steal them. The next day I gave all the wet towels and washcloths to housekeeping and asked for 6 more, but they never brought them. So I had to go to the front desk and ask the same clerk for the towels and once again asked about the number of people and what size room we were in…I DIDN’T WANT TO STEAL YOUR TOWELS. Your staff was rude and could use some customer service training. Stop thinking everyone is trying to take advantage of you. Pool closed to early 8pm. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet and a perfect option for a tournament close by for our kids. Breakfast was great with good options including a few gluten free. Thanks for a great stay!
