The place was nice and everything was really nice and 100% clean. This is way I always go there.and the staff is really nice as well and really helpful.

Microwave and fridge in the room was clean, bedding and shower was clean. Front desk lady was annoyed with work and didn't provide the information and made me call a 800 # to get the answer to my question. The tenant across the hall from me literally slammed the door at least twice a hour for her "clients" constantly for a full 24hrs!

This was the worst experience!!! We slept in our clothes it was so nasty! It smelled like pot and the neighbors were loud and yelling all night and morning until they left! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Location was great. The lighting in the room did not work, the shower was abysmal and stained dirty as well as the toilet seat. Upon arrival, another guest was arguing with the check-in attendant due to her rooms toilet not working. The bed was uncomfortable and unclean, and although we stayed in the non-smoking section the entire hallway smelled so heavily of marijuana it leaked into our hotel room as well.

Very shocked and surprised with my stay. Wasn’t expecting it to be a great stay and it was everything was great.

Breakfast was subpar, nothing fanciful. Parking was excellent. Staffs were friendly. Room was ok, bathroom floors could use a deep cleaning. My sleep was frequently disturbed by people walking upstairs.

Staff was amazing. But in terms of cleanliness, left a lot to be desired. There was what looked like mold in the shower and a mysterious red/dark pink splatter on one of the comforters. When we asked for a new one the woman at the front desk said their weren't any extras.

It served my purpose The smell is horrible!!!!!!!!! The carpet needs to be pulled up it really has a musty smell and poo smell early in the morning

Location was close and it was affordable but for a negative reason… I was uncomfortable with the staff and facility. Blood stains in the carpets? Lots of mold in the tub, terrible smoke smell (I requested non smoker room). I tried to get a new room and was denied the accommodation or refund. Was treated rudely.

Hallways had an odour that was likely due to the smoking. It appeared some rooms were permitted to smoke and a lot of smoking immediately outside the building. Toilet in the room didn't function properly and would not fill with water unless you lifted the top and pressed the valve. Every time. Staff was helpful and did what they can but likely will never stay in a Microtel again given this brief experience

Rooms were very tired , need new carpet, Bathroom very dated !!!! Mattress was comfortable. Would not stay there again and would not recommend. Room was very, very small. Only one desk chair. Commode seat loose . Very disappointing even for an economy hotel.

The romantic couple next to us had a great night sleep after their main event, we did not.

Checked in on Thursday night and waited almost 30 min for someone to come to the front desk. Once they did the associate acted as if she had an attitude about us checking in. The rooms were okay, but the hotel definitely needs to be updated. The hallways and elevator seemed dirty, and I had an issue with the faucet in my bathroom that I reported but no one fixed it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Parking was fine, breakfast was fine, everything was fine except that the guy in the room above me was very noisy, shouting, slamming the door, playing loud music after I had gone to bed and was trying to get some sleep. While I realize the motel can't do much about that, you might institute mandatory quiet time after 10 or 11 PM. I was by myself, but if you had youngsters that have to go down by 8:30 or 9:00, good luck!

However when we first walked into the hotel the smell of weed was extremely strong throughout the building it was overwhelming and made a very bad first impression the odor lingered in the common areas and made the environment feel overall uncomfortable and poorly managed cleanliness and overall upkeep also seemed lacking which added to the frustration Overall I would not choose to stay here again based on this experience.

The staff are very nice. The rooms are clean and welcoming. Many attractions around to keep you entertained. Many restaurants nearby to appeal to whatever your appetite may be. When we come to Greensboro it's the only place we'll stay.

Not really air conditioning unit wasn’t really effective

The area seemed to be fairly safe and quiet to be in a large area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one down side was the weed smell. You could smell it in the lobby area and outside in the parking lot. But all things considered, it was a good place to stay overnight for a quick weekend get away.

Location was convenient to the interstate. The hotel is well lit and quiet. The building smells like smoke and the rooms don’t have any bathroom hooks for towels. Also noticed that the outlets (usb port) did not work.

Not a recommended place. I couldn't sleep. There was a lot of noise from the room next door. The bed was too small for a queen-size bed. The bathroom was dirty and poorly cleaned. The smell of marijuana was strong throughout. I didn't like it; I don't recommend it.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and had a great sense of humor.

Hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked. Breakfast was just a grab and go - waffles if you wanted them. The shower pressure left little to be desired, but we slept soundly and woke well rested after a long day of travel.

Overall the property was great. The morning of the 2nd day I went to the front desk to report the tub/shower drain was partially clogged. Issue was never taken care of.

Made it to our (first) room, it’s 90 plus degrees inside, fridge doesn’t work. We’re traveling with a toddler who wants juice and milk nonstop. Ask the front desk and I’m asked “do you need a working fridge”? My understanding is that it comes with the room. Anyways, we were given a new room. The ac is blasting, feels nice and the fridge works. Our toddler comes walking over with a handful of green something, it’s Marjuana she has found on the floor. Not cool and would not recommend with children.

It wasn’t to my liking

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel room just simply wasn’t cleaned well. There were stains and what looked to be mold on the mattress cover. Black mold and or rust lined the shower, hairs were all over the bathroom upon arrival. It just overall needing more attention to detail.. or even the obvious.

Clerk upon entry was rude & standoffish. She acted frustrated with every question I asked. There was an ice machine on the floor but when I asked for an ice bucket was told they don’t have any. It’s a basic, $2 fix per room. My room smelled of mildew and old rug. Had to use a scented plug in to make it bearable. The no smoking policy must refer to nicotine because marijuana permeated through the entire place! Not sure if transients were at breakfast or not but my guess is yes. Disappointed at this Wyndham location. Would not return or recommend.

You can't beat this place for the price. The rooms are well maintained and nicely cleaned. We had a microwave + mini fridge, a television with basic cable, and a bedside alarm clock. Plenty of outlets in the room as well, plus, a cute little window nook. Like, that's so cute? I had a place to sit with my morning coffee and check my emails, made me feel like a Disney princess. The breakfast was excellent (where else am I getting waffles + a double chocolate muffin for breakfast?? I love that) and the front desk staff were amazing. We checked in at practically midnight and the delightful woman that helped us was the highlight of our entire night. Everyone was friendly and service was prompt. I like that the doors lock at night (with access via room key) and the front desk being staffed every time I came down. If I ever need to stay in the area again, I know where I'll be staying!

Nice quiet and comfy. Sweet lady out front. Immediately helped out with more pillows. Beds were comfy. There was gunk on the floor and the curtains and the one side chair, but the poor lady at reception had gone through some difficulty with another guest so we didnt want to bug her. Decent breakfast bar offerings. Window seat is a cute idea.

The staff was very friendly and courteous! The rooms were ok our room had a sewer smell and you could tell that water had been leaking from above. People staying there were very loud and the hallways smelled like marijuana! Which sucked because we had our track team there for the Adidas Nationals track meet! Also no pool. Like I said the staff was great! It would be ok for a quick in and out!

I will say that the staff was friendly, but that is the only good part of the stay. The room smelled like mildew and was tore the hell up. If I wouldn't have been so tired I would have requested a refund and left. I did take a few pictures but it looks even worse in person. The bathroom door had patch work and didn't close or lock. It seemed as if the ceiling had been patched up, the tollet was grout was thick and dirty, sink cracked and patched, and the pipes looked as if they would fall out the wall at anytime. Last but not least thay coffee looked like water I didnt even try it it came out the machine lighter than tea and I had chosen dark!! I was very disappointed!!! Maybe a hurricane hit and they just tried to get things up and running, I don't know but I do know I will NEVER booked with this hotel ever again.

Love it here. Clean, staff is amazing, breakfast is simple but great options, wifi, only issue is that it is an all non smoking hotel but the halls always smell like smoke.

Main issue was that it was obvious that housekeeping just skimmed over my room, and for a "non smoking" hotel, the hallways always smelled like cigarette smoke. I wipe every hotel room down when l stay at hotels, and when l did, the wipes were black, something sticky on the bathroom floor and sink, food in the microwave, a coffee bag in the machine, big urine stain on mattress pad, something spilled on the sheets on the side of the bed and not changed, windows with sticky fingerprints all over them. The front desk was great, breakfast was great, lobby was clean.
