    The stay was amazing however after check out I had 3 pending charges for the cost of the room. I prepaid the room using my debit card and paid the incidentals on my credit card. After check out, my debit card was ran 3 times for the amount of the room. AGM was great in assisting an issue that she did not create however I'm unsure why it occurred therefore I'm very skeptical about staying at this location again.

    We finally got checked in 5:15 and then we were told that the cleaning staff was still putting sheets on our beds and we needed to wait 10 minutes before heading up to our room. I said check in is at 3 o’clock we have an event that starts at 7 PM. We need to be able to get to our room and get ready when we got to the room. There was toothpaste smeared all over our bathroom door, but we didn’t have time to deal with it because we had to get ready for our event. They have a weird set up in the room like the bathroom is right in front of the beds and they have a separation wall from the two beds and a sofa area. The TV is not even very conveniently located. The bed is pushed up to the wall and you can’t even get out comfortably. Breakfast was horrible. One of the waffle irons wasn’t even working.

    The staff was great. Very pleasant. I had 2 small issues that were immediately resolved by the staff. They really worked as a team and paid attention to guests. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was great as well. If I had to completely split hairs and gripe about something, I would love a better gym. This is personal preference and was easily overcome. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and attention.

    My family and I had a great time. Every staff member was polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because the bathroom plumbing randomly made a loud high pitch sound that scared the day lights out of me (lol) but besides that we would book here again.

    The public space of the property was nice. I stayed in a double room. The bathroom was extremely small and was hard to get out, without the door hitting you. It could definitely use some upgrades. The shower head would not move and was spraying toward the wall. All the pillows were not full size, and they were all flat and useless. A microwave would have been nice to have, instead of having to go to the lobby to warm food. I did appreciate the wood like floors in the room. I'm not a fan of hotel carpet and I think that's a great touch and they aced it. The hotel is located in an area with many stores and restaurants. Would I go back...probably not. I'm a stickler for certain things. If the things I mentioned isn't a problem for you, then you would enjoy your stay.

    Room was great! Clean, crisp and detailed. Bathrm was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Staff was super nice. I booked a nightmare Airbnb - checked out and luckily got 2 rooms at this Hyatt. Beds & Pillows were clean and super comfy, room was extremely clean and new. My only advice is - I am a light sleeper & traffic outside can be noisy. I recommend using earplugs or your phone "white noise". I slept great using that method (without hearing anything). Coffee was good and I had eggs for breakfast.

    We heard everything from outside our window and in the halls. Pipes squealed when neighbors used the shower. We never got our room cleaned for the five days we were there. Pool was dirty. Our air conditioning went out on our 3rd day and they couldn’t get it fixed. There was no urgency to get it fixed either. We ended up leaving the last night for a different hotel due to the AC being out.

    My weekend stay at this Hyatt Place property was disappointing. I signed up for a king room days earlier and was notified hours before check in that no kings were available and they would have to put me in a room with two doubles. I wasn't thrilled with that since I'm only one person. I didn't want to take up a room with two beds. Most places the king room would be more. I don't recall the pricing here, but I asked if there would be a small discount. So far I haven't seen anything on my account, but they said they would leave a note for the manager. When I went to check in around 4:30p the room wasn't ready. No rooms were ready. I was told it should be ready in 30 mins. I didn't get a room until an hour later. Several other people were waiting for rooms as well. I was give a free bottle of water and a free drink voucher which I appreciated, but I was tired and wanted to relax. I ended up going to bed earlier and then it was just door slamming after midnight for the next several hours. My fellow hotel occupants were extremely rude. I dreaded leaving my ear plugs at home. I was exhausted from driving and spending the day sightseeing. I didn't feel like leaving the bed. The best things about the hotel was the separate living area and the free breakfast. The spinach quiche and homemade fries were delicious. Maybe the hotel had major staffing issues and no one was available to clean the rooms. Maybe I picked a bad weekend to go. I can't say I will stay there again.

    Room was clean however there was not a microwave in the room. I should have checked the amenities in the room however I have never seen a hotel that didn't have microwaves. The TV was not a smart TV so we couldn't connect our phones to watch Netflix. Other higher end hotels have had those. We were getting ready to check out 30min before checkout time and one of the housekeepers came into our room without knocking and walked in while my youngest daughter was getting dressed. I will NEVER be staying here again! Highly disappointed about this stay!

    I gave 3 stars as a neutral review. The room was very clean. To start, there was the bar of soap, opened and on top of the box it came out of. It was sticking to it as if it was used. And there was one of the washcloths on top of the sink like hands were dried after washing. Idk if someone came win and didn’t like the room. But I told hskp that and she gave me another bar. Being on the first floor, rms 113-115 have to be the worse ever. That side door slams shut and it’s so loud. The needs to be fixed. People were on and out all night, making so much noise. It was ridiculous. And the door opens when pulled. No room card or anything to unlock it. It’s already unlock. I definitely didn’t like that. Hotel is too nice for that. Yeah it’s going to be noise being near a door, but fixing to where it doesn’t just slam or having to use your card would help a lot. So PLEASE, get maintenance on that.

    When we arrived, we were told the room we had booked (2 twins and pull out sofa) was not actually available and our only option was a king and pull out sofa or we could get a refund and go somewhere else. We didn’t want the hassle of finding a new place last minute, so we took what was available but it did not fit our needs. Also, the air unit was excessively loud as well as the ice machine above our room that repeatedly woke us up.

    Air was dripping water ended up having a puddle next to my bed and had to use towels to cover up since maintence never went to fix the problem. Showed up at night back to the hotel to see my bed had no sheets no comforter had to go to lobby and receive bed items and then go back to room and set up the bed myself ! Also they took all my towels had to go back to lobby to get some more.

    The pool was green and slimy. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the elevator shook like it was broken (never ever experienced anything like that before), the air conditioning leaked water all over the floor. Will not be back. Plenty of better options in the area. Staff was fine but the hotel is old and in need of serious maintenance.

    Stayed the night just to sleep before continuing our rd trip. Hotel was fine for that the only downfall was the curtain to the window didn’t go down so all the lights from the street were coming in not ideal when we just came to sleep but once we fell asleep no other issues. I would stay again family did have breakfast they said it was good oh and super close to a Walmart if you were staying longer and needed to do a store run.

    The place was understaffed and very busy. I sat on hold forever just trying to get pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa. I called 4x and put on extended holds. I had to walk down and ask for it. The guy brought me the pillows and blanket immediately but did not provide pillow cases. I asked for those in-person and they never came back. The breakfast area was dirty, not replenished and they ran out of clean cups and mugs - even the to-go .I had to ask for those. Overall it was an unpleasant stay with very little attention or care for cleanliness or client experience.

    I started feeling ill with a scratchy throat, sinus and headache during my stay. Upon further inspecting the bedding in my room, I discovered that the comforter I had been sleeping under was extensively stained and harbored visible mold and mildew—issues that were not noticeable under normal lighting. Presenting significant health and hygiene concern and suggests a serious lapse in laundering and room inspection protocols. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk agent. I left the comforter with a desk agent and they gave me a new set of sheets. I slept on the couch in the room on my last night. Despite promptly notifying the on-site team, it has now been nearly two weeks without appropriate resolution. The hotel manager has been difficult to reach and slow to take meaningful action. I have followed up multiple times via phone and email, only to be told a partial refund might be processed—while he continues to dismiss the presence of mold and mildew on my bedding.

    It is a solid place to stay when you have plans in the area, but the hotel is not itself in a great area to visit. You will need a car or be able to use Lyft/Uber. But the staff is nice and the hotel is clean.

    No toilet paper in the ladies room downstairs when I arrived, and handicap stall not available due to needing repairs. Checked into room that already had people in it. People smoking pot outside back doors. Downgraded to a different room and not compensated as they had no other king rooms left and then was put on the interstate side of the building which was super loud all night. Will not stay here again.

    The heating unit went out of our room. However, the Clerk at the Desk managed to get us a space heater so we would not get too cold during the night. I request a room discount refund because we cannot change our room. The Hyatt was fully booked the night of our stay.

    The area was great for shopping and dining. Rooms were clean but we had 2 rooms in which the heating/cooling units did not work and a bag over the smoke detector. Staff relocated us for one of our rooms, but the our other party did not want to relocate so room became very cold. The cord for the unit was unplugged with exposed wires.

    Good staff. Pleasant room. Cold breakfast was excellent; hot, not appetizing (eggs appeared to be "freeze dried"). Toilet malfunctioned but the hotel took care of it promptly. Very loud door slamming on one night, but that is nothing the hotel can deter.

    Very nice hotel for the price called. Breakfast was very good. Appreciate the fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was not appetizing. The rooms are very nice but mine was very close to the highway and there was pronounced noise at night. The staff is very helpful.

    The staff were extremely polite and pleasant. This property is close to an interstate and very little has been done to minimize outside noise. It was very noisy through midnight. There was MOLD in our shower. The bathroom is way too small and the sink cabinet was only big enough for one. The shower spray was harsh. Probably won’t stay at this location again.

    First let me say my child relocated to Greensboro, so I have been traveling there often! This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at! Brianna or Brionna was the friendliest and very attentive to my needs, everything I needed she brought to my room! I recently stayed not far from Hyatt and the service was ok at best ! I am planning my next visit I will be staying at the Hyatt ! Please give Bri a shout out for 4 star service!

    I’ve never stayed at such a rowdy hotel. People were up banging on doors and screaming past 230am. In the morning hallways were littered with trash and to go boxes. No linens were provided. I paid for a suite with a sofa bed and provided no sheets, when I went to the front desk to ask for sheets and towels I was told I was alloted one towel per person (like a prison) and given dirty sheets to put on my child’s bed. Cars were parked illegally in the drop off loop at night. It all the hotels were not booked in town we would have left. It was horrible. The place smelled like trash and weed. My kids could not sleep. Complete waste of money and will never stay at a Hyatt again.

    The surrounding area was nice with plenty of dining options. Upon arrival there were minor problems with check in. Once we got to our room there was a horrible smell coming from the refrigerator as well as in the hallways. We asked to switch rooms but were told that they were booked for the night to which they gave us two fabric softener sheets to put in the air conditioner vent. When we laid down to go to sleep and turned on the air conditioner to cool off the room the air conditioner sounded light a train was running through the room which made it hard to sleep. I’m not one for writing bad reviews but the resolutions that I was given were horrible to which I was told I would receive points added to my account which amounts to much of nothing. So the $170 I paid for one night was money wasted.

    Traffic from highway way too loud to sleep. A/c also too loud and stopped working. Had to switch rooms at 11:00 pm with kids after multiple attempts to fix. Tile in shower was stained. Wall by a/c unit falling apart. Tv was impossible. We finally found a channel at 87-2?? No channel lists or info in room. Bar was out of wine. Nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Would not stay there again.

    The staff at the front desk were all very helpful. We had a few issues with the room but never said anything because it was full, and we knew we wouldn't get a new room. The shower head and towel rack had a lot of rust on them. We had NO cold water in the sink. The bathroom and room smelt very musty and there was never a bartender so we couldnt get a drink at night
