Overall a good option close to the airport. Pool could have a lower temperature water.

They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life and will be telling everyone I can about it. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I urge you not to book this hotel. There are some wonderful ones in the area

Everything was good except for the shuttle driver. I am 78, so loading my luggage into the van was a little difficult. The driver asked if I needed help after seeing me struggle. He was equally lazy when we arrived at the airport.

The air conditioning in our room barely worked so it was pretty hot but there was air moving (didn’t cool by morning but since there was circulation it was tolerable) and there were multiple bugs (small roaches) observed mostly in the bathroom. We did use the gym and everything was suitably clean and functional and multiple families were enjoying the indoor pool and it looked maintained as well. Check in/out was easy, ample parking, very easy access to airport.

If you're not a Marriott member, the breakfast on-site was expensive...$55 for breakfast for 3 adults. And that was after a discount we had to beg for because the staff brought the wrong dish out to one of us. The staff on a Saturday morning was quite poorly experienced or not well trained. I will say though that the food was very good

This is a convenient and lovely hotel with easy access to the airport via shuttle. The decor is beautiful as well. Fairly priced and thus a stop I will make on my next visit to Greensboro.

I stayed 2 nights. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, hot , hot shower … all A+. I felt safe. The areas for improvement…coffee is only out from 5-7 am, I couldn’t get any one to take my dinner order at the restaurant/bar ( no staff?) and had to Door Dash dinner. The pool needs a refresh but was heated. I would stay again but only for a sleep and shower.

Great choice

There was a kids soccer team staying there while we were there. They ran up and down the halls during the night , banging on room doors for over an hour before someone stopped them.

Decent stay. But the hotel felt dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast was blah. I had to beg for room to be serviced. Stated 4 nights serviced once. The ice machine area on the 3rd floor was dirty. The pool was nice. The only microwave was old and dirty.

I have stayed before and it is a well maintained property, friendly staff, quite rooms. The location with its treed lot makes you feel like you are in the country when in reality you are just a stones throw from the airport.

For the price room was too small No space in the room for the price .No signs regarding times of the breakfast schedule. Also they charge for parking was no one explained to me at the desk when I checked in.

I also do not like that you have to join Marriott Bonvy in order to access free WiFi. Most places offer free WiFi while staying at their hotel.

Clean bedding. Clean floors. Friendly staff. Found 3 different types of hair on nightstand, shower & behind toilet, so that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Cobwebs on ceiling above bathroom mirror. There is a parking fee which I find ridiculous. Overall, I would still stay there again, though.

We’ve stayed here before, and always have had a good experience. However, this time we were looking forward to bringing the kids to the pool, only to find that there was a massive swim lesson taking over the whole pool. Had we been notified by the front desk when we checked in that there was a swim lesson going on, we could have changed the timing of our plans. When we arrived to the pool, we were told by the instructors that we could only utilize a small section of the pool, most of which was the deeper end, and not appropriate for my young children to use. We are local residents, and specifically spent the night here to give the kids a fun hotel-pool getaway. We only stayed in the pool for about 10 minutes before we were so frustrated we left. Very disappointing experience, and I’m not sure we’ll stay again for this reason.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were very accommodating, hospitable, and welcoming! The place was cleaned and I loved how close it was to the airport with shuttle services to and from whenever you need it. They also have a scratch kitchen which means you’re getting cooked and NOT pre-packaged microwaved meals I would truly stay here again.

Spotless rooms, great food and drinks

The staff was courteous and the room was alright. There were a few issues with the room but no deal breakers. There was a broken lamp, the receptacles were too loose to keep anything inserted, and there was a strange noise coming from the wall near the door (possibly pipes or HVAC). I didn't like that I had to sign up for "rewards" to use the WiFi without an additional charge. I believe that should be included with the room rate. The stay was suitable, but I am not sure I would call it a 4 star hotel.

My stay was SUPERB! It was my birthday this past weekend and I needed the time away to myself. I enjoyed it and will definitely be back ✊💯

The only downside is the restaurant I honestly think the food is really bad. But the hotel itself is perfect and I would definitely recommend it.

Sweet staff, clean room, quiet

The lobby and bar area look great but when we got to the room it was disappointing. The roomed smelled like greasy fried chicken, not fresh or clean. The bathroom was dated but also the more you looked the more you realized it was subpar. We checked out early and walking out, in the parking lot next to my car was nasty crusty underwear on the ground. It was a definite ICK.

The staff was attentive and extremely helpful for myself and the kiddos: we used the pool which is open all year. Just great time

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the season and felt warm and inviting. It was clean, smelled amazing, and the staff was very friendly and professional. They even had a staff gingerbread house contest going which was super fun to judge. We didn’t make it to the hotel bar/ restaurant but can’t wait to go back and grab a bite there.

Everything and everyone were wonderful! This was my first time at this location, and although I wasn’t aware of the distance initially, it was absolutely worth it. I look forward to staying here again.

The coffee maker in the room did not work and I called the front desk to get them to bring me a cup of coffee since my machine would not work and they did bring a cup of coffee and charged me almost $11 for it.

we stayed one night and was happy to get a room during homecoming. It is Marriott so of course it was clean! it’s at the airport nothing else is around.

The staff were friendly. It is super close to the airport and they have a shuttle. Our room wasn’t the cleanest- hair in the shower and stained bedsheets. That being said, the beds are very comfortable. It was also pretty remote and not walkable to any restaurants.

The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and resourceful. I did find it to be a bit noisy at night and was awakened by loud thumps. The elevators and hallway could use some housekeeping, there are stains on the walls and floors and a stale odor.

Nice hotel, convenient and clean. I only have one adverse comment: it would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. I’ve noticed a lot of hotel no longer install them, but they should.

The room is overly perfumed. The hotel is depressing. The room is depressing. The decor is substandard . I don’t know how business people can stand staying at a depressing hotel and at these prices. Will never stay at a Marriott again .

My room had a malfunctioning mini fridge that I had to remove due to noise, but other than that, bed was comfortable abd bathroom clean and comfortable. Could use better quality coffee station in room if I am being constructive

We have booked this location for many years and loved the location, staff and cleanliness. This time was a huge disappoint. The room, floors, bedding, bathroom and tub were filthy. The tubs in both rooms didn’t properly drain. The sheets were torn and covered in hair. The staff is quite responsive, so after a couple sleepless nights and an unanswered request to housekeeping to change the sheets, they moved us to rooms on another floor. That experience was better, although quite noisy.

friends) has food from a pizzeria and take out Chinese and they're eating in there. We where told you have to leave with your food. Upon questioning the staff. It was becoming a situation were I was clearly not going to win our conversation. Even hearing one of the employees friends. Say y'all can put out for complaining. I /we were truly upset about the issue. I left a complaint with the morning staff for the general manager.. 2 follow ups No reply 2 week later. I can understand bring food from outside during regular business hours. But once the restaurant closes. Then it should not be a problem@ 11:25 at night. Also if staff is allowed to bring outside food. Also there friends and their food. I can't see the harm people just sitting and trying to eat.

Marriott Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking into our room, we found a box of beer cans left in the fridge. This discovery raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and thoroughness of the room's preparation. If such an obvious oversight was made, it makes me question whether the room was cleaned properly at all. I even called down to the front desk in hopes someone would come retrieve the box left in the fridge and nobody ever came. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail from a hotel of your caliber. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the overall hygiene of your establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Good for a quick overnight for travel

It was overall a good stay. The rooms were smaller and the furniture was a bit plain. But room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was fine and clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I had to change rooms because the toilet would not flush. They made it easy. Just a note the rooms do not have microwaves or safes.

My stay was very good! On my last day in town, I dislocated my hip...playing golf. I appreciated the availability of a wheelchair! Also, I loved the gingerbread context in the lobby. The various departments created their entries. Liked that guests got to vote for their favorite. The staff was helpful and kind. I was surprised the restaurant and bar were not availing Christmas Eve evening or in christmas night. Had hoped there would've been some options for their guests on those two nights.

It was very nice and convenient for airport travel. I’m not sure why we got a handicap room since the hotel was not full. It was a little hard to navigate the shower, but otherwise excellent.

Also they charged $18 per person for some scramble eggs and bacon buffet this was very disappointing. At least give me a breakfast from the menu for such price.

Staff, breakfast, beauty of grounds, were wonderful. The only questionable thing was that we wondered why there was a charge for a WiFi connection that is free in most other hotels. We didn’t buy into that in any case as cell phone reception was good.

At first glance I was all "uh no" what did I get myself into. I could not have been more wrong. While my room was a bit dim in terms of lighting, it was clean and comfortable. But the best part was they put me on the concierge level and I got to meet Tina! For two nights she welcomed me with open arms and heart. LOVED HER GOTTA GIVE HER A RAISE. For a solo traveler she was amazing!
