The staff was helpful in certain ways. As for the hotel, it doesn't look like the photos on the website at all. It wasn't safe to walk to your room at night. The room phone didn't work at all, which is a safety hazard for me; there wasn't a remote control for the TV, and the TV didn't work either, nor did the air conditioner. The room smelled really bad, it looked dirty, and the whole setting wasn't up to par. It looked very damaged. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any travelers.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel I've ever seen. VERY sketchy people hanging around outside the door. We checked in and saw the room, walked around in disbelief and left IMMEDIATELY.. went to front desk and demanded refund as we were not staying. There were 3 other people in line ahead of us all with serious complaints. Showed manager photos of problems. Room was absolutely nasty and the strong smell hit you immediately when you walked in the door. Still fighting with them a week later. I had booked 2 additional rooms for family but cancelled those as well. The sofa/loveseat was filthy, fridge was filthy, bathtub and toilet were filthy. Ice bucket was filthy. The AC unit had wiring that was loosely rigged up bare wires-to bare wires with electrical tape .. definitely NOT up to code and a HUGE fire hazard. Handrails outside were badly rusted and looked horrible. Swimming pool had not been functional in a very very long time and was a green slimy swamp. Stairwell to second level had trashcan that smelled very very strongly like a county landfill/dump. This hotel was unbelievable.

The room a good size, very clean, A/C was cold. Location was great. Let us get into the room at 2pm, which was awesome. Water pressure was very weak, when using the shower. The tub needs updated, stains from "age". The fridge wasn't getting cold at all, with the setting, set at the coldest temperature. Breakfast was weak. Not worth paying extra for. They charge me a $50 deposit for the room. Hopefully I will get that back as promised. Again for the price of the room, it's not a big deal.

Nothing Everything!

Too much Drug Sales, Prostitution, Guests Yelling and Fist Fighting everywhere on the Property. The Room was Dirty, Nasty and Run Down, the Bathroom and Bath Tub was So Old and Dirty I couldn't even take a Shower. This is a O Zero Star Hotel that Needs to be Closed Immediately by the Police and the Department of Health and Human Services. I checked in at 2:30 pm and Check Out at 7:15 pm.

Don’t waste your money, terrible hotel, nasty, disgusting so dirty it seems the hotel has not been cleaned in ages. The pool wasn’t even working , was empty. Be ware dubious people wondering on the property parking asking for money. The pictures on the website I think are from 15 years ago so deceiving. I had to cancel and go to another hotel.

The room had not been cleaned and there were dirty and wet towels laying around the room. There were drops of (assuming) urine on the floor in front of the toilet. Half empty McCafe cup on the counter. The worst part, about 6 police cars and several officers (sheriff and police from the label on their vests) were actively dealing with some kind of situation in another of the guest rooms. I checked out within an hour of checking in and went somewhere else.

Nothing but the location . 3 of our 4 nights we we're made to stay in a room with only power in the bathroom. Promised it would be fixed if he didn't change rooms. After 2 days the breaker was fixed, then about 4 hours after it was fixed, our walk sockets blew again. No TV, no lamps, no lights and all my food went bad

HOWEVER, the shower was broken the electric outlets were dangling from the wall, the lights worked intermittently. And I forgot to mention the pimp annual convention going on outside when we arrived at 11pm. We decided against staying another night in fear of catching some kind of infection. Expedia should strongly reconsider working with such a low class establishment. We will NEVER book a stay at a days inn.

The people

Water bugs in the room, mold in the bathroom, NO milk at breakfast and morning staff was NOT helpful AT ALL was not allowed to cancel once I arrived at this hell hole! Every day, I had to go to the front desk to reactivate the room key because---so they said---something is wrong with the system. There was no water in the pool. There were a group of Latinos grilling in the parking lot!!!!!! I was here for a one-week work assignment. DO NOT be fooled by the beautiful pics that this hotel shows online

The room smelled bad. I notified two staff members at the front desk. Neither one even acknowledged it or apologized for the room condition. Breakfast was poor.

The lock on the inside of the door was broken. The sink did not work since there was no knob on it. The drain was missing in the bathtub. However, the room was clean. When checking in they did not even ask for an ID and barley looked at me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked in last night around 12 am and checked out at 12:15 am, but it seems the attendant did not check me out when I went back to him to leave. The attendant wasn't very helpful or friendly. The room I was given was absolutely disgusting. I could see the lamp shade was crushed through the window, and when I got inside, there were what looked to be blood spray stains on two of the walls. It looks like they didn't attempt to clean it off. When I went to the attendant, he asked me if it was really blood, like I would make it up. The stains were a dark brown and looked to have been on the walls for a while. I didn't even get fully in the room before I left. I went back to the attendant and told him I would find somewhere else to stay, and he didn't check me out, which, to me, is another red flag.

The room was stinky, it had holes in the walls, the Air conditioning did not work for the first 3 days of me staying there. I had told the front desk on 3 different occasions about it, and finally I had to demand a room change. The refrigerator did not work as well in the room. Stay away from this property! It says it is a Wyndham property, but I have never seen such filth at a property in all my stays at that brand.

The lobby smelled like sewage and weed. People were hanging out in the lobby and outside the lobby in dirty pajamas. It took an entire 20 minutes for me to even be greeted! There wasn’t anyone in front of me waiting. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and still checked in only to check out minutes after getting the room key due to how disgusting the room was. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Curtains were stained and had water marks as if they had previously been sitting in water. There was dirt on the floor. The shower had mold. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. It also reeked of smoke (I reserved a nontobacco room), and tuna. When I checked out the front desk girl was not apologetic at all and offered no solution. Just told me to speak to Expedia. I’ve been through this before with 3rd party booking and they just told me it was the hotels responsibility to resolve considering the issue was with the hotel. Lesson learned to only directly book with the resort/location!

Checked in fine, checked out before breakfast. Had a room, bed, shower and toilet. All I needed all I expected.

First when we got room, somebody from another room smoking weed started following us, and inside the room every electronic items were off except lights and then when we changed room but it had broken A/C only Fan mode works, and refrigerator was off but we managed because we needed but its horrible place and not safe with children!!!!!!

I was allowed to place the booking online got all the way to the property when the man informed me that my name was on some list he couldn’t even tell me what list that it was on, but I know where it is Demi from because I complained about blood being on the sheets when me and My Son had come to stay last summer sometimes so for that for me complaining about it to you guys, he would not allow me to stay there it was almost 1 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s as you see and he told me that the cops told him I couldn’t stay there first of all with my line of work that I do. There’s no way to cop told you that about me cause I can’t have any charges. I don’t hang around anybody that does malicious or or criminal activity so I don’t even know why he would even come to that or say that to me, but that’s neither you know there I was prevented from staying and it was very hard to find somewhere to stay that night

the room smelled terrible like death, the refrigerator didn't work and also smelled so bad it made me gag. the pillows were 1/2 size and wrapped in full size pillow cases. There were obviously people staying in the rooms to do drugs and prostitution. The heater made a crazy humming noise all night and someone tried to get into my room at 2am.

This place was as hood as it gets. I was put in a room that was very dirty and when I went to go take a shower the water would not drain out of the shower. They ended up putting us in another room that was just as bad. I would never stay at this location again.

It has been far too long without receiving my deposit back, I have stayed at other days inns since and have already received my deposit back from them so it’s not my bank. They are refusing to pick up the phone, one person said the next day right when I checked out and someone else has just said 3 to 7 business days.

Paper was in the floor. I couldn't watch TV because it said the signal was weak. Also, a piece of the wall where the toilet is was off the wall. People yelling and honking horns almost midnight. I felt like I was in the Bates Motel. The timer on the waffle maker didn't work or the juice machine. They only had waffles and cereal. I won't stay there again

Property and the room was run down and dirty. Room key didn’t work after being out of the room all day both nights we stayed there. Stained mattress, stained chairs that were unusable. TV wasn’t plugged in or even mounted on the wall when we got there. Staff was nice and helpful getting the room key working. Would not recommend staying at this property.

This hotel was a complete disaster. There room smells horrible so I was relocated to another room which also smelled horrible. The new room had roached in it, mold, was dirty, and the furniture was falling apart.The tub in the bathroom backed and the walls were crumbling from water damage.

ROACHES everywhere. Stayed at a Days Inn in Virginia last weekend and it was infested with roaches. This will be my last stay at any Days Inn.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel is directly under the approach for the airport so the noice of planes is quite loud, as well as a train nearby. The condition of the room was tired with some molding falling down. The bathroom sink had no stopper (neither did the tub) and the handle was loose so you couldn’t adjust the water temperature.

We got to the hotel and it already seemed sketchy, but we had our kids and it was late. We checked in and the minute we got to the room it was crawling with roaches EVERYWHERE. Roaches and bedbugs. We had to grab our kids up and get out of there quickly. They were understanding and immediately refunded our deposit, but I have never been more disgusted.

Housekeeping needs to step their cleaning game up a bit. There was buildup around all edges of the walls and bed. The bathroom was in the same condition. The tub looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite a bit.

Do NOT stay here. This place is run down. AC does not work, lights are out in the rooms, black stains on the bed sheets. The lobby stood busy with guests trying to cancel or change rooms. The staff actually got into an argument with a guest and threatened to beat him up in front of a group of guests. There was water thrown at the guest trying to get their money back from the staff. Guests almost called the cops on the staff. There are sketchy people and used needles around the building from addicts. They have a bunch of hidden fees you have to pay after you get there. They say they are pet friendly and don't charge online but when you get there they force you to pay a deposit and per night per pet. I wouldn't even want my dog to stay there to be honest because they would probably end up sick or worse from the conditions.

It’s comfortable

Roaches everywhere. Couldn’t sleep after a six hour drive because of roaches. They were on the bed too. Very dirty room, restroom and floors.

Felt like everybody was genuinely nice and kind. The rooms were very clean. Need some work and some room rooms but other rooms are very very nice on the inside now the outside could use a good little cleanup, maybe paint but all in all I rate this place a four star and have the best prices around thanks for the day days in

Breakfast was disappointing. I came at 7:45 AM and there really wasn't much of a selection. There was no tea. No eggs. Only, bagels, bread and waffle and cereal but the counter was a mess.

I understand it is a cheaper hotel, but there were Roaches and other insects in room, Shower didn’t drain properly, Commode continued running after flush, Breakfast items were very sparse and almost all of the appliances in the breakfast area were either out of order completely or in serious need of repair.

Deposit is charged and not listed on the website. Had i known i would not have stayed. This is a below average hotel, room is clean enough, old bldg, updates are patchy. So, far no roaches. When i asked about the deposit, the manager said it is up to the property..mmm. on the bright side pool looks nice

Very good room for the price

The outside of the hotel and the surrounding area was a little on the ghetto side but the room was in better shape than I expected. My fault for not considering that the hotel was in such close proximity to the airport. The planes overhead made for a challenge in getting good sleep.

Stayed for 3 nights. I was told that I needed to wait for my room to be cleaned when I arrived (no problem). Came back 30 mins later to be told I'm not getting the room I reserved because the prior occupants were not leaving??? Once I got into the room, it was very dirty. I couldn't walk around barefoot without having to wash my feet. At one point I asked for extra towels, I did not receive them. I wasn't very happy with my stay.

Looked like black mold in the tub. The room was updated and nice otherwise. The exterior needs a lot of work. Chipped paint was noted on the stairs. The staff were very nice.

You get what you pay for, I guess. I left after 2-3hr because this place was just unbearable. Moved 3 different times, 1. The room had no microwave or fridge, 2. Maintenance worker called the onsite manager to have me moved to a pet friendly room(seemed racially motivated). I was told by staff he “laughed” as he was reporting me. 3. Photos uploaded explains why I left the property with a full refund :)

This property was very bare-bones. It is a hotel so entry is from the parking lot to all the rooms. It was relatively cheap so I cannot complain too much.

READ THE REVIEWS. The people working the front when you check in are amazing. From the outside looks a little run down but had high hopes because of the room pictures online. The room smelled amazing when you walk in. The room looked so run down. Big hole in the wall, broken grounding piece in outlet, freezer overrun with ice, towel rack falling off wall literally, sinks and showers took forever to drain, the tub had all kinds of cracks in it, the bed was so so so so hard, the pillows were so tiny, there were 3 on the bed and those 3 together still could not have formed one normal size. The chairs in the room were so stained, I used the camping chairs in my car. I did notify the front about the water not draining and the towel rack but they never came. We were only there one night. The pool was beautiful. We had someone banging hard on our door the next morning saying they needed towels and my husband was like how is that our problem and the guy said well u work here dont you so yeah that was confusing. I just wish they would post the real pictures of the rooms online, holes, stains, water clogs, mattress hardness, pillow size, and all. I have tried to add photos but it won't let me for some reason, you click the button to add and nothing happens. Just read the reviews.

Professional preparation of the rooms

They kept our security deposit because of hair color on the pillow cases. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He went and checked our room and determined that the hair color was damage and refused to return our security deposit. Stating because I booked through Expedia that it’s ok for him to do so.

Id give it a 2.5 -3 rating. Was okay, but a place to rest the head, after a long day of travels.

It was clean, friendly service and quiet

Upon arrival, we were a little setback. Not many customers it appeared and building looked dated. We did arrive on a Thursday so more people arrived the next day. Staff were some of best staff we have ever had at a hotel. Room was very dated. Commode was running loudly upon arrival but they were prompt in fixing it. Room needs painting. There were stains on wall/floor. Bathroom very small and needs painting.

Well the sheets had blood on them. So the sheets where not clean. The bath tub was nasty. No light bulb in the lamp so the room was dark. Unless I opened the curtains and let everyone look in the room. The bed was uncomfortable.

This is an older hotel in need of updates. I was in a pet friendly room so other rooms might be better. The bathroom was especially in need of a refresh. There was no remote for the tv which was ok for me as I don’t watch tv but others might be disappointed more. Bed was comfortable and the girl who checked me in was helpful and friendly.

Broken wall, stains in bathroom ceiling, damaged bathroom door never replaced but patched poorly, electrical hazard in the broken wall right near and under electrical socket, got shocked every time I tried to touch the light switch in the hall next to bathroom, the front desk girl Yana refused to come with me at check out, I wanted to point out to her all these issues including the broken tub, you can cut your feet easily in that broken enamel surface, so we simply did not take a shower to avoid that hazard. Deplorable state, mattress dirty, mattress skirt dirty, bad pillows just could not use either one, overall you book a room showing different pictures in website than the room you actually get, which is I believe called false advertising and they could be actually sued for this since you pay something and you get the opposite, bad rooms bad smells, you ask for non smoking room and you get a bad smelling one. Guests be aware, I won’t book that place again for sure

The first night which was Friday I stayed the night it was a bug and then I seen another one the next morning which was Saturday on the floor I immediately check out and requested half my money back and took pictures as well so I will have proof it was big infested I’m still waiting on my refund and still have nobody from the hotel contacted me and I’m still waiting on my refund my whole stay was horrible I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay there at all

Newly renovated, has some additional improvements to be accomplished. Well worth a place to stay for overnight rest. Even offers breakfast in the morning. Plan to stay in the future for a stopover.

It was terrible I called ahead because I was coming into town and I was told I would not have to make a deposit due to the fact that I reserved online and because I booked a smoking room when I arrived I waited 2 hours because they wanted me to pay a deposit and I just didn’t have the funds and I wanted a refund but that would take 7-10 business days and I needed somewhere to settle that night so I had to pay the deposit…the room smelled like freshly smoked cigarettes the vent was nasty noisy and partly covered with a towel the shower half worked couldn’t get it hot like it was just nasty no towels I was just over it

The bed was very comfortable. Sheets were clean. I slept very soundly while there.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to and the photos online are falsely advertising another hotel. Certainly a scam.

Booking this place was deceiving. The pictures did not look the same in person. Establishment is not well maintained. It felt unsafe since locks were lose. Price per room is not a great value. I would not stay here again.

It was okay

Paid and booked a smoking room. Was told that their wasn't one available, after i paid ahead. Why make a reservation if you dont get what you paid for? There was also a problem with the key lock. The man quicked fixed that, and was nice and helpful. The room was great. The area was quite and clean. Breakfast was very limited.

The location and the place itself was dirty and unsanitary. There were roaches stains on the sheets. The hot water was not working properly. It barely got warm. There were holes on the floor and walls. The shower knobs itself were separating from the shower panel and kept pulling out completely, the bathroom sink vanity was broken in multiple places and looked unsecured. The floor itself had a trip hazard of where there was a gaping hole. And as soon as you walk in, there is a horrid smell that no matter how much air freshener and sanitizing products used to clean around that room it still smelled. If you have allergies this is absolutely the worst place for your health.

Bathroom on the other hand had old and broken flooring. The shower/tub had cracks and repairs, and poor repairs done. Water facets in tub were broken or missing. I feel like they just placed me in there because I asked for a king size first floor room, and it was "good enough".

This is a dirty motel with roaches in the rooms. Smells like smoke.

Not what I expected for the price of the room. Rooms were dark. Only had two lamps.

My stay was surprisingly comfortable

My stay was ok. The room was decent for sleeping. The lock on the inside of the door was broken. The bathroom was small and the vent was hanging off. You couldn't really close the bathroom door without almost having to get in the tub. The sink would back up after using it. There was hair all around the sink. There was a roach and gnats in my room. I had to go buy some Raid. Housekeeping never came to clean my room. The beds were nice and the towels seemed to be new.

Our shower didn't work properly, you could not turn off the bath water, so you take a shower bath! but staff was very nice! And I was bit cold due to no blankets

I would come back but only for a single night stay.

Staff was friendly, one of the beds had no sheets. asked for sheets but was told housekeeping was closed, didn’t receive anything the next day. breakfast was lacking. you get what you pay for i guess.

The check in you couldn’t understand what was being said. Then they asked for a deposit. I gave them my card that I had already pre checked in with for the deposit. They asked if I had the funds or my card was locked I said no. They said it’s not going through. Checked my bank account they ran my card for the room that was pre paid for. More than what I pre paid for it. When I showed them what they did they refused to look at it and said it wasn’t them who did the transaction it was the deposit which was only 50 bucks that I gave cash. Then I went to the room and it was nasty. Smelled like old smoke in a non smoking room. Red tape holding the ac unit together. Ice box had bugs crawling on it and mold on the tops. Bath tube had burn marks on it and brown. Toilet paper was brown. Block burn marks on the wall in bathroom. Roachs in the lamp and all around it. Took pictures. Went to the front desk told them I will not be staying. They said no I get you another room. I said no if one looks like that I can already tell what they all look like. I said and you can refund me the money you swiped for. They said that’s the online booking not us. Well I got on here and spoke to someone that helped me out immediately and even said I should have never been charged that amount. They were quick to get them to refund me money they took at check in and also helped me out getting some of a refund with my non refunded room due to the pictures and how I was treated. But I wouldn’t waste your time

The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. In the third day I asked for housekeeping after being told they come every three days. Shower selector didn’t work so water was coming from both the tub and shower.

Meh. Kinda dirty. Staff was nice and no real problems with safety. But everything was run down and half a$$ed when it came to repairs.

The floor was dirty, stains on bedding and towels, light fixtures broken or missing, phone cord missing, beds were positioned wrong to where air conditioner blocked, making the room hot. The door latch was dangling off the frame, to where I pushed all the extra furniture against the door, due to my window view was a strip club and the constant smell of weed and people hanging around the exterior was weird. But, my stay was quite and the fellow occupants nice! Overall no problem occurred, but I think upkeep and sanitation improvements needed!

Not bad for a budget hotel. Staff was awesome!

No room make up entire stay. Maid knocked on door Friday afternoon assuming she was going to make the room. When I asked she said she was at the end of her shift but would take care of it Saturday. When I returned from business I found everything the same. No bed make up, no towels, trash in trash cans

The pool was nice, standard hotel pool. The staff were friendly enough and the hotel room was exactly what I needed. I would gladly recommend this lodging to anyone

No shower curtain, light above sink not working. Tv needed staff to reprogram and set up for channels. All issues resolved with going to front desk. Trash and cigarette butts all over grounds.

The area around the property is dirty and unsanitary

The office smells bad. The breakfast is all cheap carbs and sugary stuff.

It looks horrible from the outside. You can see they have done some work to the rooms and it was clean. It was close to my expectations for the money.

When we pulled into the parking lot it looked like it needed to be renovated. Desk Manager was extremely nice. Our room was located upstairs and its hard for me to climb steps so he gave us a room down stairs. when we got to the room the mini fridge was outside, the door was open, and there was trash in the floors and on the sink counter. We went back to the office and requested the room upstairs. when we started up the steps there was a man and woman by the why they acted they seemed to be up to no good. When we got to the room it was clean but there was a big gap between the bathroom door and where it latched, you could see right through the gap. check out was easy.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave. Many thanks to housekeeping for cleanless. Everything is in perfect condition. Nice pool.

Television didn’t work. Room was newly painted but baseboard was incomplete. An area behind the toilet had peeling paint. Front desk clerk offered a room change. We did not accept the offer because we were. Tired and already unpacked

Great for the price

The place was an independently owned hotel and you could most definitely tell in the worst way. Will never come back to that location ever. We could not get fresh towels and could not get daily housekeeping. The grounds were very sketchy and the police came on the second night to detain a mentally incompetent guest who lived at the property. The cable and the WiFi went out on multiple days while trying to keep kids entertained while they were trying to complete at the AAU Junior Olympics.

The pool was very clean, staff was nice.

Bathroom sink faucet was not attached, the handle fell off when I first tried to use it. The tub needs a serious cleaning, the seams were dark. The front desk said there was a security deposit even though the room was prepaid. It took forever to find the deposit statement, it was buried on the website "aka the FINE print". The front desk act like any questions were a waste of her time, worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

This hotel was disgusting! It was nothing like the pictures, very dangerous area all of us were there the Junior Olympics while crack heads are walking around a strip club right next door. Rooms were disgusting! There were blood stains on the mattresses and when we tried checking out early because he said it was a non smoking room which he lied and my daughter has bad asthma he wouldn’t give us our money back!

There was mold in our bathroom, potholes in the parking lot that almost made it impossible to get our car into lot, our toilet, sink and shower stopped working, and the ac in the room was barely blowing out cold air. The other room didn’t have any issues but room 130 did.

The hotel room itself was tolerable but the property as a whole looks almost abandoned. Large pot holes will challenge your driving skills when you arrive due to the poorly constructed road. Parking is limited to none , Around the property at night you have many many homeless and suspect individuals walking and sleeping on the property

The property has severe water damage that the staff seems to not care about

The beds were comfortable, pool is huge, and I like that they offer breakfast. Everything was nice except that they got in a new system and when I chose to extend my check out I had to call Wyndham, Expedia, and Canary Technologies to find out where the money that was taken out of my account went so I pretty much felt like the guinea pig for this new system. I’m just glad it finally got resolved. The staff was very patient and kind. The situation was frustrating. I hope it gets worked out.

The first room had a shower head that was loose- everything in the bathroom was drenched in 5 seconds. Water pooled on the floor. All towels, toilet paper and my clothes and I were wet. They offered another room but no help to get there even though I pointed out that I did not have a car and I am a senior. Second room had a sink that never drained. 3 times I asked for repair. The sink was still full when i left.

An aging property, but maintenance efforts seem sincere and the pricing reflects that situation. Great value for money.
