The pool was closed the whole time we were there- my son was really looking forward to swimming the whole time, and this is the reason we booked another day. No refrigerator in the room, which we weren't expecting. No elevator either, I would hag looked into somewhere else had it known since my husband has leg issues

The room was nasty. The cover on the bed had burn holes, and the tub in the bathroom was nasty. The only reason I didn't leave was because I couldn't get my money back. The room was very disappointing.

The room smell like pure tobacco smoke smell making me sick in the hallway ice-maker do not work. There’s no refrigerator in the room so I can’t even put my water bottle in the fridge. I would not stay here ever again. You get what you pay for.

It was a very nice place for an overnight getaway. Every one was friendly, the room was very clean and it was quiet.

needs just a little attention in the maintenence and cleaning of bathroom (faucet splashes, back of door dirty, bottom of shower curtain not clean). Otherwise, quiet and comfortable. Would stay again

I checked in on Friday night. I wish I remembered the man's name who checked me in he's there every time I have stayed at this Motel 6. He is so nice and makes my night every time. The room on the other hand was another story.

The place smelled liked pot. You have to pay for shampoo. A local pimp walks the parking lot. A person was passed out in the yard when we left the next morning

MR Dan was really nice , respectful like the last time & when I came the next day he let me know he canceled my stay since I wasn’t able too make it . I did stay Saturday-Sunday . Was very quiet & decent area .

This was by far the worst 2 days in a hotel. They discriminate against handicapped people. And will make u pay extra to be on the 1st floor when theres no elevator here. Im contacting a lawyer tomorrow regarding my civil rights being violated. Im disabled and get a check for disability and to MAKE ME HAVE TO CRAWL UPSTAIRS IS CRAZY!

I am handicapped and need a 1st floor room and a small fridge to put my meds in. I was put on the wnd floor and told by Dan the manager to "figure it out" or pay the extra $14. He was extremely rude and would not accomodate me due to be handicapped. I feel like he was discriminating against me bc i am disabled and gay. Needless to say i will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Not a very well-run property

No elevator! No ice machine on the second floor! And you know how long of a walk it is down to the first floor!

When I first got there I didn’t notice it. I fell asleep and my brother came to see me. The room was infested with roaches and the guy at the desk, Tony was rude about everything

I like the size of the room and the friendliness of the staff when I checked in. The room was clean and smelled really good. I've stayed here several times when I've come into Greensboro. I've never had any issues.

I am extremely picky when it comes to Hotels. It’s always a debate of what I can afford vs what I am comfortable in. This Motel 6 is percectly decent if you need to keep costs low. Not perfect but nothing threw me off so bad that I lost sleep. could use some better pillows but thats all of the Motel 6’s. Front Desk staff was personable and cool.

just on the old side needs to update bathtub, my house I grew up in the 70s had the same faucet and it did not work that great.

There were baby roaches everywhere

I can’t do anything until the charge processes but wanted to notify the hotel of this error. Also the shower didn’t drain so a few inches of water accumulated quickly. The ice bucket had a hair in it.

Staff was very accommodating and great making sure my check in was smooth even when had trouble booking there was no rush they were patient with me and made sure everything went smooth especially the ladies at the front desk! The night shift fromt desk guy is very well dressed and accommodating as well

Traveling to Cherry Point and stayed overnight. Rooms were great.

Other staff was great the general manager Dan was a total jerk, very disrespectful and rude to myself and my children all because he felt like he could.

The problem is the walls are too thin. I heard the next room very clearly while they on the phone and in the bathroom. The ceiling constantly creaked loudly when people were just walking around in the unit above us. It was just normal behavior, not loud people. Place was very clean but the noise from the other units is a problem. I would not stay there again.

The Lady at the deck tried to kick me out because I have a registered Service Dog. The Police were called. I did not stay there and I will never go back. The manager said the lady was Fired. I hope she was.

The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, and I think it’s a nice place to stay for the price. It’s peaceful. And there’s a gas station and a 24 hr. McDonald’s close by. Plus, it’s not too far to drive to the airport. 😊

Dried pet urine all over the floor. Room smelled like ammonia. Had to go buy product to clean the floors. Bed covers stained and full of holes, we took them off and sat outside room because of the smell. Night clerk very rude and sarcastic. Hung up on me when i reported that housekeeping didn't replace my towels or toilet paper. Me and my husband had to go buy bath towels and tissue for the bathroom. Will never stay here again. You have the nerve to charge 80 dollars a night for this garbage.

You get what you pay for. Pretty decent

It's the first hotel in long time that has been very nice and staff very on top of check in and coming to room to help we needed.

Pros. Great bang for buck, clean room friendly check in. Rooster dressed in black in parking lot. with cowboy hat. Loud stomping and crying late at night, earpulugs a must.

Homelessness present outside and across from hotel. Abandoned business next door and across the street. Terrible location. Microwave plate was not clean and had dried food on it. Floors were not swept but sheets smelled really clean. Hotel could use an update but looks like surrounding business have given up on the area. I stayed because I prepaid and didn't want to pay for another hotel room.

Property was very poorly maintained, bugs in bed and on the wall in the room, no personal amenities. Mold smell in the room. Bathroom had dirt marks in tub and sink . Disregard from front desk about concerns of room and property. Very disappointed would have rather checked out and stayed elsewhere

Room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed! Wish I knew there was no hair dryer before I washed my hair! My only complaint was that the gentleman that checked me in when I arrived was straight up rude and condescending. I was actually shocked at his terrible attitude given the fact that I was very friendly to him. Def not the right job for him.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Not only was the guy upfront very inappropriate but it was a very unsafe area/place. The comforter had blood on them (I have pictures). And the room had multiple cockroaches. We stayed for 3 hours total and since it was 3 hours and not 10 minutes, they would not refund us. If the clock roach would have came out sooner I would have left within 10 minutes! Very unprofessional and very very dirty.

Service was better than expected. Staff was excellent! Very helpful and respectful. Room was clean. A few addicts around, but given the location that wasn't a surprise. Room was clean and warm when we entered late at night. We would stay there again.

Don't stay here!! We knew we were taking a chance, mixed reviews, but we were not impressed. Dirt in the bed (but no bedbugs) stains on the pillowcase, the microwave was very dirty, broken glass in bathroom, room was non smoking but we could smell it!! UGH. Noisy in hallways. we had a really early flight and just didn't want to mess with changing rooms. Stay nextdoor at the Red Roof if you want to stay in a cheap hotel near GSO!

The administrator was excellent, very professional courteous and concerned!! Made a great impression!!🙏

After our flight was delayed we had to find a place to stay last minute. For the price of the stay there are no complaints. Slept like a baby.

The first room I was given was filled with a strong tobacco odor, where aa the second room was ok, but the water was no where near hot. There were not wnough outlets for my electronics, and when I returned home, the left side of my back waa littered with insect bites. I believe this hotel has a Bed Bug infestation.

The AC did not work properly. Was told to wait and it would kick in. It never did.

The outside is nice, The inside is filthy and run down. The rooms are not clean. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in several weeks. Things were broken or missing in the room. No refrigerator, microwave or even a clock. No toilet paper. Burns in the bedding of our non smoking room. No soap, shampoo or toilet paper. Entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. Blasted music at 2 am. Hotel has creepy feel. Dirty, unsafe, unsavory. Not even a basic hotel.

I was in 3 rooms.. first room towels were dirty.. 2nd there was a shower curtain and rod on the floor… the third the lock wouldn’t go back in so even though the card worked we were locked out.. once the staff(black bald dude) opened the door we went in then the door wouldn’t lock back. He has an attitude as if I don’t know how to use a door. The hotel is raggedy and people hanging all around it. Not a safe nor friendly place. Not to mention the vending was sketchy it took my money twice in 2 different machines. I HATED it here.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. There was scum on the floor around the bath, the ripped off top of soap packaging was on the floor, and I saw 3 pennies on the floor in different parts of the room.

When I first showed up around 9pm it seemed that they weren't very happy that I was there. The place seemed a little sketchy & I felt uncertain if my vehicle would be ok for the night. The lady let me know they had security cameras and it should be fine where I parked... It was a bit of a patience test for me as simple questions to the guy who relieved the lady from her shift were treated as if they weren't welcome. Worked thru getting my room... I had to get up early and was hoping to get some sleep. Unfortunately the whole place smelled like smoke & I was supposed to get a non smoking room but that also smelled like smoke. If I felt like I had time to find another place I would have. Definitely would not stay here again. I wouldn't have subjected my wife & kids to staying here. Sorry to leave a bad review but that's my experience. :(

Couldn’t check in until 7pm got there @3:00..said short of staff then charged 81.00 when it was supposed to be 63.00

Its a $50 hotel room. Tv was broke, no hot water, roach crawled out of the tub drain while i was crapping. It has plenty of potential, it was clean in the room, hallway was dirty. Owner/manager? Seemed more concerned that i didnt declare my dog than anything, if pets need to be declared ask on check in or write it on the huge poster at your front desk that says "Service and well mannered dogs welcome".

Staff was very nice! And our room was ok BUT it was supposed to be handicap accessible.. we did not have a wheel chair so walking in the room and bathroom was fine but not big enough for a wheelchair?? The tub/shower was not accessible to a wheel chair but my husband and I have leg issues so it was very high to get in the tub. AND most importantly is that there were no grab bars. This is not in accordance to ADA. Other than that it was clean and nice.

The motel was what i expected for the price

What is unacceptable is inconsideratly loud patrons and nothing being done about it. Some at midnight, others at 2 AM, others at 6 AM. Note to management- 1. In addition to the security cameras, consider adding audio in the hallways and stairwells. Have someone patrol and enforce your own stated policy of quiet hours. 2. Any non-smoking room, near the exits, even on the second floor, reaks of smoke from the guests smoking outside.
