and they saw our reservation was with a double sofa sleeper. We had to split our family in two rooms on two different floors. Too much to go through after a long drive,tired with a family of 5. Wouldn't stay there again.

Stay was good. Renovations are being done so air circulation in hallway areas was poor. Rooms was nice. Breakfast could have had better selection. But overall great stay.

I don't often rate hotels this poorly, but this was not a great place to stay. Our key constantly had to get reprogrammed for not working and every time we went to the desk the gentleman would let us know it was our fault for keeping it near our cell phones, which was never the case. He acted annoyed that it kept happeneing. Also our room was not cleaned the first day and we had no clean towels, so back to the front desk to be treated like an annoyance. The last day of our trip we woke up to no hot water at 6am in the morning. We were catching our flight that morning so we had to leave and couldn't wait around to see if it would get fixed. Will not be a return customer.

We first received a first floor room which was a good size but the bath tub didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. The front desk apologized and gave us a room on the second floor that was pretty much brand new as they were doing renovations. Has a cute pool and good hotel breakfast. Was definitely a good choice for the cost and location. Will return again in the future.

We were here for an AAU Volleyball Tournament over at the coliseum. The lady at the front office was one of the nicest people ever, excellent customer service. She even remembered my name the next morning! You dont see this often these days. The 3rd shift lady was just as nice. We got in late from the tourney and had to get some extra sheets for the trundle....super kind and attentive. The only complaint I would have would be the breakfast on Sunday morning. The bacon was very undercooked, there was no hot water for hot chocolate or hot tea, and everyone was asking for it, but the attendant never brought any out. The juice machine was broken, so they put OJ in the fridge for people to get...well, it was OJ concentrate that the attendant did not mix with water...YIKES. We stay at Marriott brands often, with SpringHill Suites being our favorite to stay at. The breakfast was definitely not typical of what we are used to seeing at SpringHill Suites so maybe it was just an off day in the dining room....other than that, everything was perfect.

On top of that, the hotel completely ran out of towels. Several of us had to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk just so they could be washed and returned for us to use again. After a long day of games, having basic amenities like clean towels should not be an issue. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what we expected when booking our stay.

I like how close it was to food Upon entry to the room i immediately noticed it was nothing like the pictures online. They were missing stuff that was supposed to be included and no one had cleans before we checked in as there were potato chips all over the couch and floor. Decided to let that go because stuff happens whatever, had to use the restroom after we unpacked and noticed the toilet started rising and then overflowed. We cleaned it up, notified the front desk and got at most an apology and told us we could switch rooms in the middle of the night while my one year old was in there sleeping. Wasn’t about to wake him up so I looked online and found out how to flush it with a bucket of water so I didn’t have to repack and wake my child and move everything all over again. On top of everything they put us in the middle of construction (working on rooms with drills and hammers etc) so we couldn’t put our child down for midday naps. To make it simple, things could’ve been a lot better if a walk through was completed. Very disappointing and won’t be back

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to switch rooms at the last minute when we ended up with having two kids that weren't part of our original plan when we booked the room. There was no wait time and our room was clean and fresh. The breakfast bar could use a few more items for variation...more fruits and some kind of non pork options for breakfast... would of made the start of the day awesome

I have had to stay here twice due to my mother being hospitalized in the area. The young lady at the front desk assisted me both times. She is a very sweet and caring person. Being tired and nervous both times, her smile and willingness to help made things a little easier. The beds are awesome, very clean.

The hotel was under renovation. The hot water wasn’t hot until my third day. Lukewarm showers are not the way I like to begin my day…😳

Lots of construction, barely any parking. I almost got hit by construction vehicle. Had white powder all over my newly washed vehicle from the construction. Also my kids were playing at 6pm. We got told that the person below us was trying to sleep. Quiet hour is not until 11 pm.

Wry nice as usual our check in person was very sweet! She was working that night at check in.

I was advise that this is a recently remodel floor. Room was not vacuumed, public hair on toilet. Bath tub was dirty...and a slew of other issues. Front desk was notified. I later got moved to room 408. This room has group all over unfinished work, bathroom has public hair and tub drain missing parts...does nor drain as drain stop valve was missing. Several area again has grout and glue and also missing parts...counters has glue from install. Room was not final clean. Main entrance security lock or dead bolt doesn't work.

This property was not up to the usual Springhill Suites standard we have come to know and expect. The place was old, cramped, stopped up toilet, and terrible breakfast. I wonder how this one slipped in as a Springhill?? Not your best choice in that area.

Property is undergoing renovations. My refrigerator didn't work and they replaced it with a unit that was even less functional. Shower/bathtub didn't drain and resulted in standing in dirty water above your ankles. Bathroom door didn't latch/lock. A light bulb didn't work. One tissue in box. Toilet seat falling off. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. To their credit the staff is very helpful and friendly. They're doing the best they can with the challenging property situation they're dealing with.

Front desk staff came to assess- agreed burning smell was noted. Offered to change my room. New room felt icky as well. Bathtub water was stopped up and did not drain which was extra Icky!! As I was preparing for checkout, the fire alarm went off and stopped and started a few times. I looked in the hallway for signs of smoke and housekeeping was walking by nonchalantly, continuing to work. Therefore, I believed it was a false alarm and took a few mins to pack up for check out. Upon checking out- I noted the fire department was there to investigate something- that was not communicated to me as a guest, who could have potentially been in danger!

The gentleman at the reception was a bit rude when I asked what the charges were during our stay. The rest of the night he would not make eye contact or say hello as we passed by. However the morning after we were greeted by a new receptionist lady that was really friendly and polite. The room had a musky smell and definitely needs some upgrading for the price. Beds were not big enough or comfortable. The pool was heated and must of had a lot of chlorine. My kids eyes burned afterwards. The area around the hotel was pretty nice though lots of shops and restaurants. Won’t be booking here again for us.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We asked the desk to ensure that we would have running water the next morning, in light of a notice we saw the front desk. We were assured there would be water at the time we needed it. What we didn’t know was that there was no hot water in the tub or shower. We were moved to another room and there was no difference. Tragic!! We will never return and deserve a REFUND for the gross inconvenience.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. They were friendly and eager to accommodate our needs. However, on the first night we noticed there was dirt and some unidentifiable particles in our tub. We called the front desk and they immediately made arrangements for us to move to another room. We were satisfied with the new room and did not have any more problems during our stay.

The staff were wonderful!!! They made us feel so welcomed. We will be back.

Very friendly staff

My mother and I were guests at this hotel for my niece's graduation. We both got food poisoning at an area restaurant and the staff at the hotel took great care of us. They were so helpful with extending our stay and checking in on us. THANK YOU!! We really appreciate the friendly customer service from the minute we arrived until we left.

Nice hotel, relatively convenient. Check location but lots of shopping opportunities. Staff was lovely and breakfast was good. Husband was disappointed no more biscuits and gravy second morning, lol. Room was clean with all amenities you needed except makings for only 1 cup of coffee (!). No service to room for second night. All in all a good stay!

Front desk service checking in was a ZERO! Lady was so nasty , I end up paying a total different deposit than what I was told over the phone the day before check in, lady was so nasty I had to reach out to Expedia myself to have them call the hotel about the deposit she told me I had to pay. Check out the ladies were a pleasure I did notify them about the nasty services I received at check in I won’t be returning back.

The motel is in need of an update. Furnishings are old and in need of replacement. Ice machines were out of order. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will look for other accommodations should i travel to Greensboro. I saw that renovations were underway. Unfortunately, mine hadn't been updated

Well kept property.

Overall the stay was ok - front desk was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was lacking - the hostess said she had to run to the store to buy milk and OJ and most of the stuff was empty most of the time / don’t think they were ready for the concert rush. Shower looked dated, but was clean and water was hot. It is a “noiser” hotel - you can hear any activity in the hallway and you can hear every room door slam closed throughout the night.

The lady at check in was so very kind, hospitable, and went above and beyond to make it such a pleasant experience. I meant to mention her name but I forgot but I remember she has two last names.

Pool was filthy. The ONLY good thing about the property was the phenomenal staff- Britney, Dana and Angie were amazing. They deserve better!!

From the beginning this was a very pleasant stay-a bottle of water at check in, excellent wi fi, a very clean and comfortable room and a breakfast that included all our favorites (even gluten free Udi’s muffins)! We will be back the next time we are traveling through Greensboro!

There was someone smoking in their room across the hall and it set off the fire alarm. Immediately a staff member went up and asked those people to leave. They were asked to check out and leave the hotel for not following directions. Staff member was very professional and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here.

An older build but very roomy and comfortable. The only complaint is that the walls are very thin, so, you can hear your neighbors quite well.

Just stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and they had staff overseeing to make sure the area was tidy. The staff was friendly as well greeting you as you enter the breakfast area. All the apples were wrapped. Multiple choices for breakfast. 👍👍

Everything about our stay was great with the exception of the breakfast. The meats were undercooked and the eggs were dry and overcooked.

I was here for a couple of days, on business. The property was everything I needed and wanted. The staff was over the top at making me feel comfortable and important. It was centrally located to everything I needed to do. Will most definitely look to return, the next time I’m in town.

Wonderful people, great location

No eggs, no sausage, no bengal, no English Muffins, no hot water, no syrup for waffles, ect! At 9am on Sunday, there was nothing left and staff didn’t provide anything more.

They ran out of food during breakfast but replenished It fairly quickly.

The blower in the bathroom way too loud, probably the motor needs to be replaced.

We had to switch rooms three times due to the poor condition of the rooms, water stains on the ceilings, warped floors dirty carpets and stained sofas in all three rooms had to cover with a sheet just to feel safe sitting on them .

Decent place. Cheap price for a 3 star but definitely outdated. Closet door didn’t operate as it should. Heat/air took while to work. Room was clean. Hotel offered free breakfast just the typical basic bland stuff

Front desk service was wonderful. She was very helpful. However, our first room had a roach/bugs. We were given another room but after dinner, we found out our toilet didn't flush. There was no maintenance person available after hours, so we used the toilet in the lobby. The front desk person offered us another room, but our kids were already in bed. Later in the evening, my husband had to call the front desk because the people above us where extremely loud with their voices and jumping/loud on the floor. It was not a pleasant stay.

The lobby looked and smelled very clean but once I entered my room I was not happy. The room just was outdated and could use some remodeling all of the wood objects in the room was chipped like something had been eating on it. The walls could use fresh painting had stains on the walls/ceilings and the bathroom needs to be completely gutted the tub was peeling and had dark spots along the side that could possibly been mold and the floor had cracked tiles. I'm not one that usually complains but I was NOT satisfied with this stay thank goodness it was only for one night because if it was for several nights I definitely would have changed to a different hotel thats how unpleased I was with this room.

The staff was the best part of this hotel. Everything else needs a major update. Mold around old faucets in tub, water leak stains around sprinkler heads, old carpet squares in room, the bathrooms are in need of replacement. With all that being said, the staff were amazing and helpful.

We arrived early in the morning and asked for a late check out and was given it without hesitation. The lady that helped with the breakfast was very accommodating with helping me.

We stayed for 1 night and it was just what we needed. I would stay for a night or 2 but probably would want something a little nicer and updated for a longer stay. The staff was great. The room was clean. No real complaints except a little outdated. I would stay again!

Meh, it was kind of pricey and not worth the amount of money paid. Very noisy, room was musty, and lock on bathroom door got stuck.
