The attendant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. As a solo woman traveling alone I felt safe. The hotel was clean and the area had fast food restaurants, coffee shop and Walmart next to the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. Check in was easy. The breakfast was subpar. There weren’t any gluten free options except apples and oranges and a premade omelet with a piece of cheese in the middle. The sausage was covered in syrup so that wasn’t even a good option for someone who is health conscious. So for someone who is gluten free or dairy free you will have to plan on eating breakfast elsewhere.

It was clean, staff was friendly. Location was good for a concert in Clemson. I didn't like that I did not get the room I paid for on booking.com. Too many holes to jump through to get the price difference back. I booked a room for 6. I got a room for 2. Luckily 2 of our friends couldn't come. But I was still charged for the bigger room even though I got a smaller room.

Very clean and nice property. Was there for a wedding in Taylors. Great location. Water pressure in shower was good, comfy bed and nice frig and microwave (although didn’t use the microwave). Breakfast was good and the hot cinnamon rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had! Wish they would have had some scrambled eggs but other than that no complaints!

Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend

The room cleaning schedule baffles me. When our room was not refreshed after our first night, I called the desk to ask that housekeeping come by. They took away dirty towels but did not make bed. The next day, I had to call the front desk again to request housekeeping. The staff member who came to our room was lovely and did a great job making bed, taking out trash and bringing towels. But why did I have to call to get these basic services?

Room was very clean. Highway side is noisy than the back half. Beds are very comfortable. My lamp was out and the sink was backed up. Breakfast is convenient! Everything you would expect and more. Fire alarm went off. No announcement was made so we started to leave. Someone was smoking in the bathroom apparently.

The hotel itself was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. On our second night of our stay, there was a high school soccer team staying the night and group of them was very disrespectful yelling, jumping up and down above us and keeping us up all night long. I called the desk at 2:30am and they stated they would go tell them to settle down. At 3:44am, I called the desk again and it was obvious that the guy at the desk never went to tell them to respect those around them. There was no sleeping at this hotel with all of the disruptions from the other group. Too bad the employees didn't care about the other people staying the night that they were keeping up all night. No discount given after complaining during checkout. I was given a card for a free appetizer with purchase at Texas Roadhouse that was only good for the Greenville, SC location. A lot of good that will do being that I'm not from around there and checking out to go home.

I would like to give thanks to the Front Desk night attendant he was very helpful with the check in process.

Later that evening, we requested a toothbrush and had some difficulty getting through to the front desk via the room phone. Ultimately, we were able to go back to the front desk to get the toothbrush. Good location; conveniently located near mid-priced restaurants.

My room was quiet, even though it was near the elevator and ice machine area. Showers were great. The couches could be more comfortable, very clean, hallways and lobby and room.

When I tried to discuss the matter with the General Manager before checkout, he was extremely rude and dismissive toward both me and my mother. The front desk associate, Amy, was also hostile—she threatened to call the police when I said I’d leave an honest review and claimed it was “hotel policy” to cancel third-party reservations at their discretion. The elevator was out of order from Friday night through Saturday morning, which caused me pain due to a physical limitation, and housekeeping never serviced our room during the entire stay.

We these hotels, they always offer a great stay, this one was very nice, just what we expected.

This was the first time staying here. We were in the area for a few days for a concert and baseball game and decided to stay here. I have zero complaints. The hotel was very clean, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was always delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from. The self serve coffee station was nice and the coffee was delicious. I felt like for the quality of hotel it is, it was a decent price for 3 nights. I liked that it was close to a few different restaurants, gas station and grocery store. I felt safe in the area and it was always quite and not rowdy. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

For the price we paid we could have stayed at a motel 6. TV was out all night. The internet came back on about 3am because the phone rang, one coffee machine was down because they did not have filter paper the other coffee machine barely worked. I don’t know I just expected better for $152 for the night.

The room smelled bad, the mini fridge even worse. There was lipstick on the sink, the trash bags were hanging from the trash cans so I had to put them in. Just sloppy. Breakfast was good, and bed was very nice.

Requested a double queen room...was told they did not have any...was given a king room but later moved to a double queen so the service was good. Only one coffee pod for the room with multiple coffee drinkers.

The lady that checked us in (Shamaya)was wonderful. She made sure to give recommendations for the area and was very attentive to the customers. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing. I will stay here again when in the area.

This property was surprisingly quiet for being near such a busy road. Also, I appreciated the turkey sausage at the breakfast.

They advertised breakfast as extending until 9:30. We came down at 9:00 and found everything was depleted. No omelettes, no pastries, no orange juice, ... It took me 10 minutes to find the woman in charge. I pointed out that everything was depleted and asked whether the buffet was going to be restocked. She gave me an emphatic "NO". She said that if she started cooking then, it wouldn't be done until about 9:30. Of course, if she had started at 8:30, she would have been done by the time we arrived. When she saw I was about to blow a gasket, she offered to make me whatever I wanted. But two couples came down after us, saw that there was nothing left and departed. They didn't get the special treatment I did. FALSE ADVERTISING. They were offering breakfast only until 9:00. They shouldn't advertise breakfast until 9:30

Wonderful stay! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in quite a while.

It was a comfortable stay, but not enjoyable. There was a kids soccer tournament staying at the hotel and we really wish they enforced quiet hours. We tried to call the front desk because it got out of hand, but we never got an answer. Had to walk out of the room around 1 am to ask them to hush. They had no parents in sight, so we were not happy. Bathroom was nasty, hairs of all kinds everywhere. They also did not put trash bags in the cans, just draped them over the sides so you could do it yourself. Check in was meh. The gentleman checking us out was lovely, so it was hard to complain to him. Also odd that I called earlier in the week about early check in and they said it was possible so call back on the day of. I called and she said “literally everyone is checking out right now.” I’m not sure why they would say they offer early check in if they don’t. That’s how every hotel works, having everyone check out at the same time? Whatever. Anyways, take my review with a grain of salt.

A dirty shirt was left in the closet. We had to take it up to the service desk. The cleaners need to be more vigilant when cleaning.

Check-in was pushed back to 3:30 pm so we left to get food earlier than planned. Staff was knocking on the door at 11:02 am and did not allow any options for late checkout.

Check in went very smooth, Room reasonably clean, bathroom not so much. The bed was extremely hard. The next morning breakfast was a joke very few selections and it seemed that they had no help keeping everything stocked. I have had much better rooms and breakfast for the price we paid will not be returning to this hotel.

There is a homeless camp right beside us. It was when the start of hurricane but it was a disgusting room. I had to go and spend 77 to clean the shower that had pubic hairs in it. I took pictures. Staff besides Tyler rude. Don’t stay.

While the power went out and I was worried our stay would be cancelled it wasn’t. I wa staying for furman family weekend and even though it ended up being cancelled due to the hurricane and Greenville was experiencing quite a bit of chaos this hotel still had my reservation. The room was fantastic. We’ll definitely be staying for our next visit. Not only was everything clean and inviting (even when the power was out) the staff was friendly, funny, and helpful. They worked super hard to keep everyone safe and even with the power out they had a hot breakfast in the morning on Saturday. The power did come back on and it was ended being a great stay and an adventure we won’t soon forget. The hotel was the safe place I. The middle of a chaotic moment. Looking forward to our next stay.

Drove all the way from Tampa, FL over night arrived at the hotel and the room that I had reserved was given away and the hotel was sold out and could not accommodate me when I arrived. Front desk was very much rude. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

The hotel is usually a very nice stay but unfortunately this time it wasn’t! When checking in the lady up front seemed to be stand offish because of my sexuality choices as she noticed I was with my partner which we both share the same gender. To my knowledge you’re not supposed to say out loud what room the guest is on but she did and make it quite uncomfortable. AS I RECALL HOTELS SAY THE FLOOR NUMBER AND OR NOTHING AT ALL! The room has stains on the bedding and 1 clean towel that was it, the soaps were low, and the room didn’t seem very clean. That next morning, The maids knocked on my door @ 6:30am, @8:30am, and @9am when check out was not until 11am! I called the front desk and the man working there was very nice, he reassured me he would get it taken care of and he did! The maids didn’t return till after leaving! While leaving the lady was scouting out my room to see when I was done and just on her cellphone which I think is quite unprofessional ! Overall I just wish things were ran professional and not based off opinion as well.

This hotel is updated, attractive and well-located. There is dining and shopping nearby. Our king room was spacious with good storage and plug ins for devices. We did not stay in for breakfast, but observed a variety of hot and cold choices. There is ample seating in the lobby for breakfast and guest seating.

There’s many but one of the highlights of my stay was the hot breakfast! Everything was flavorful and seasoned perfectly, constantly being attended by friendly staff. Overall, I cannot recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express enough. It is a top-notch “Express” hotel that offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Although the room looked clean. I spilled some water in the tiled entryway. When I wiped it up the towel was filthy. Clearly, the room was vacuumed but the tile floor had now been washed recently.
