I need my money back. I they give me a room. When I open the room door. There was a man. Inside the room. They give me a different room. The shower wasn’t working. They give me a next room no hot water. And two bed in the room. That not what I pay for.

I mean you get what you pay for had to do a 2 night stay room is tight but can he grateful to have had beds kitchen (stove microwave) bathroom shower is not tall ppl friendly lol mold in the corners and tile stripped off. Definitely if you want the extra mile of comfort plan to clean the floors yourself do not recommend walking barefoot at all tho. Front desk was very nice though easy check in. Again nothing fancy or beyond but if you can tolerate an overnight or 2 last resort

The parking lot was sketchy. People hanging out by the car. Kids looked like grade 5 to 7 were running around. I think they lived there or were with people who worked there. About 6 of them ran around u til 10pm around the walkways and up and down stairs. The room was clean. There were two sinks and a stove, no refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable. There was a very chill.cat. I named him Barry.

Would not recommend saying at this property I reserved a room when I got there I went and looked at the room. It was not clean. The TV did not work. Just a complete nightmare.

Check was simple. Bed was comfy and that's about it. NO trash can in the room. No shampoo. 2 tvs, no remotes! Some drunk fool in the hallway, yelling and crying for over an hour. Only had 1 towel for the shower.

They were drunk people everywhere hanging over the balconies yelling down to us the room had no curtain in a plexiglass window that went out into the hallway. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. That place is suitable for prostitutes not for me

This is the most trifling nasty ass motor. I have stayed in my whole entire life. The first room that I was at upon arrival the sheets were dirty. There was hair all in the bed. The bathroom was dirty. It had stains in the shower. The floors were nasty and black. I went and requested new sheets, which I was gave sheets. I ordered disinfectant wipes, and rope sprout I’ve seen a roach in the bathroom. I thought it was an aunt at first cause it was so small. My son woke me up stayed in a he saw roaches. I told him they may be ants, but I should’ve listened the first time we came back to the room there were roaches crawling on the bed. I went to the front desk. The front desk person was very professional. I showed her the video. She moved me to another room. The room was a little upgrade from the first room, but still, the bathroom was dirty. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is the two young black females that work there that’s about it but this place needs to be closed now I will be reporting this to the health department and I left before my reservations was up, cause I couldn’t take it

German cockroaches in the building. Lots of water damage and what appears to be painted over mold. Broken cabinets. Only plus side beds were comfy and the staff was nice.

They were so kind to me!! They actually gave me a meall and some canned goods because I was hungry at check-in.. a n real blessing I must say...

Room was not as advertised at all and the whole property was in terrible condition. Our room was supposed to have a television, but someone either stole or destroyed it, so there was only the tv mount and a hole in the wall. The sheets had stains all over them, we were told the sheets were clean and they just couldn't get the stains out. Other guests were smoking cigarettes and other substances, the whole property smelled bad. An employee even warned us the property was bad and the low price attracted a horrible clientele.

Upon checking out and requesting a refund, a middle aged white lady was nice and understanding. Until (I assume was the manager) a younger black lady showed up. Apparently it was my job to request fresh sheets and sleeping in someone’s else’s filth is par for the course when you stay at a motel 6. This hotel is the biggest dumpster I’ve ever encountered and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

The key that I was given would not open my door. After the manager onsite went to the room to let me in himself, it turned out there was someone already occupying the room. They tried to put me in an already occupied room! Then I was moved to another room where you could hear loud rap music and a lot of sexual talk between the walls. So I just left. I ended up not even going back to the front desk. I walked out, booked another room in another part of town and left.

It was a good stay as usual. The staff is amazing and so is the house keepers. Thank you all

Such a disappointment this time. The room was nothing like the pictures posted. We rented a smoking room because my husband smokes a pipe, even though he smokes it outside, I didn’t want anything said if the tobacco smell from his clothes smelled the room up. It never does but we are always concerned with others property. He got a room that had two cigarettes in the toilet, a bed with only one sheet, not clean looking even. No comforter, No remote for tv. Was told to change the channels himself. And no other rooms available, which they clearly were, because they were not booked. He asked again about another room, they did not want to give him one, they said they had one with no heat but it was against the policy to rent that one. He said he’d gladly taken it since it was hit if it were clean, but they didn’t which we understand that policy. They finally moved him after about four trips to their office to a room which of course had no toilet paper whatsoever. Whomever is cleaning these rooms should be fired and needs to find another job maybe flipping hamburgers. They surely do not need to be cleaning rooms. We’re taking this motel off our list of ones to rent and we rent over 100 a year in our business. Don’t fall for the pictures posted.

Where do I even begin? A refrigerator was listed as an ammenity in the kitchenette that I paid extra for so I bought some food. When I got there, the fridge was removed so my food spoiled. The room phone had no cord hooking it to the wall so it was unusable, what was I supposwd to do in an emergency and if my cell was dead? The tv remote had no batteries, so I had to actually unplug the TV to turn it off. There was no working ice machine at the hotel. There were roaches crawling across the floor. Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at.

Paid for a kitchenette room was given a room with no refrigerator had no way to keep food or drinks cold. No remote control for the television had ro go to office and ask for one and it barely works.

It was adequate. It had a kitchenette, but not a single utensil, plate, or paper towel. If you want to cook in the stove top, bring your own pot or pan because it is completely 100% empty. It was cheap and the location was convenient. Very strong musty cigarette smell and the floor was very sticky. Also bring your own shampoo, etc. There was a bar of soap. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but you can get it in the office. Except it was closed/locked one of the days we went to get some. There is also a vending machine in the office that you can access when it isn’t locked. You get what you pay for.

Room. Our refrigerator didnt work or toilet didnt flush the whole 3 weeks we were therethe ceiling is falling in and no ice machine....it was terrible..... BUT the young lady that runs the desk and her mother in laundry and Jordon i think is his name young man on second shift and housekeeper Ann are truly awesome they went above and beyond and aleays smiling they did make us feel welcome

But upon arriving and checking the room out, I was pleasantly pleased. It comes with a small kitchen area which most do not, especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The staff are very nice and helpful and that’s a rarity as well. My wife keeps a log on the good, bad and ugly of the rooms we stay in for a future reference and this will most assuredly go into the good list.

The manager is a very heartless person. She put me out because of issues that only her Motel 6 was supposedly facing with your company & Super.com. I am currently homeless, & she knows that. I found out yesterday from one of the only 2 kind staff members that she is living on the property herself, & today I am filing a corporate complaint. I won't stop until something is done about her

I was kept awake most nights by loud neighbors. Trash overflowed most days, as the outside trash wasn't emptied. Room had many bugs. It was very dirty overall, and the other guests were most unsavory characters.

The kitchen was spotless. Refrigerator spotless. The entire room was spotless.

they were having trouble with their reservations not working. had to pay with my debit card. a lot of the rooms didnt have a working tv. microwave...or refrigerator. the room i had didnt have curtain over window so i had to just put it up hoping it would stay up. noisy outside due to druggies drunks going in and out. loud music/talking. law was there multiple times

Hard to check in for no reason

The people above my room would not stop banging on the floors all freaking night, banging, running back and forth, moving furniture drove me nuts. Great place. Kinda sketchy area, room was nice otherwise. Very clean.

The manager was happy to upgrade my room were the television worked properly. I have visited this motel a couple of weeks ago and travel for work. This is now were i will continue to stay when im traveling to the area. The room was very clean and the newly installed mattress was very comfortable. If your coming to Greenville in the future, i do recommend this motel.

The room was dirty and stunk the TV did not work. It says there’s microwaves in every room. I’ve stayed twice now and the other time has there been a microwave in either of the room I was in.

The room itself was clean when we arrived. The price was very good. The kitchenette was decent. We arrived early and were told to check back at 3pm. We returned at three, but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. There was no housekeeping done between days we stayed, so no clean towels and we ran out of toilet paper. Felt like it would take an hour or two two get some, so we bought our own. I think also that we received a smoker's room when we asked for non-smoking.

There were black mold in the fridge, shower and cabinets. Microwave caked with grim and grease. Rotten cabinets. Heavily rusted handles. Stains in the floor. Floor was sticky and with soil streaks. Toiler had stale urine marks on it.

Good stay if you’re tight on budget or want a place to sleep for the night while traveling. It’s 3 floors so being on the bottom, you can hear loud footsteps and noise outside from the parking. Tv was good and sheets and bedding were clean and satisfactory. The sink was aggressive with the water pressure and shower was walk in but not tub style so I didn’t use it. Like I said, good for a quick 1 night stay type of place. Safe enough and clean enough, you know how it is.

This building should be condemned. At $60 a night you are paying to live in a crack house, it's probably insulting to even crack heads. I found 3 dead roaches and one still alive. I can't even write about all the problems, it would take hours. Don't waste your money here stay in your car if you have to it'll be cleaner and more comfortable.

Horrible, unsafe, lots of narcotics activity, loud music and people screaming loudly constantly, room service is more concerned with other things then keeping the hotel clean and has no manners whatsoever. Oh and if you ask for a manager or supervisor they are nowhere to be found, not there, and no way of contacting them. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Clean, safe and good hotel if you are passing through, needing a good nights sleep and in our case traveling with pets. (Stay free) I like the location, near everything but not too busy. The price is affordable if you are budgeting. Having a kitchen is a plus.

I arrived for my check in and the women at the counter was rude and disrespectful. I couldn’t even check in to get rest because I was told there systems where down. And I had to pay my unber drive to take me some where else costing me more money in the end. I’ll never try and stay at a motel 6 again.

We had quick easy check in. I'm on a budget and have a poodle so finding a hotel in the area that didn't want a huge fee was difficult. They put us on a lower floor when we asked which im very thankful for, my mom has a knee injury that goes out at times, it's very painful when it happens. The room was decent, clean and the hotel in general appears well managed. The large refrigerator was a plus and a kitchenette was useful. Walmart is directly across the road which is convenient, as i always forget something. I felt safe and slept well. Thank you!

I booked through here when we was staying in Greenville, go to check in and they said they haven’t had anybody leave and they didn’t have any rooms available. So I had to rush and try to find another motel at last minute when I was supposed to be enjoying my time out.

It was completely terrible the pictures online do it no justice to exactly how the place looks. I should have known before I even checked in how it was going to be considering the fact that there were streetwalkers and drug dealers standing outside on the sidewalk. Then we get up to the room and there is old dog puke and so many roaches that they don't even run when the lights come on just hang out saying what's up y'all. I would never ever ever recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Do not stay here!

This place was filthy! I booked it last minute due to travel plans changing. The door barely shut. The ceiling had mold. The paint was peeling off the walls. There were roaches everywhere! There drug addicts hanging out all over the place. I recommend this place be shut down and completely gutted and renovated before being open again.

I didn’t get the room I paid for. I paid for a full kitchen room. NON SMOKING. Upon entering our room, we noticed an ashtray. We were given a smoking room. It reaked of smoke which triggered my asthma. The room was completely all to pieces. The battery on the door lock was taped to the door, the walls were peeling paint and stained, the floors were sticky and had drink poured on them. There was bugs. And bug traps in the corners. Holes in the wall, cigarette burns on the sheets, we got 3 totally flat pillows, there were no trash bags in the single can by the front door, no trash can at all in the bathroom, the cold water was turned off so I almost burned my hands washing them. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they refused. They said “We don’t really do that here. The housekeepers don’t like going in peoples room because they’ve been accused of stealing before”. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves and we were given one rag and a bottle of bleach. 90% of the folks at this hotel live here and we’re beating and banging the walls all night our first night. Had I paid for such a cheap stay I wouldn’t be as mad but the pictures showed a NICE room. And it was supposed to have a kitchen. It didn’t. This was the nastiest stay. The bed was hard as rock too. It was miserable.

I had a guaranteed reservation at this property I was traveling across the country and would be arriving late. When I arrived to check in at 430am the lady told me my reservation was no more because it was the calendar day of the 20th

I checked in to this hotel only to check out minutes later after seeing the condition of the property. Upon turning on the light in the room, roaches scattered. The room was in terrible condition and the amount of people fighting / loitering outside the rooms and in the parking lot made me feel unsafe.

Scheduled to stay for a week, however I was in and out in only 5 minutes. Never have I ever felt scared to walk around, sit, or even lay my bags down and I live far from a luxurious lifestyle. This place was extremely dirty, which I wasn’t a big deal at the time because I was so tired, then I saw multiple bugs, after that I left. Plus I waited hours to get in because the time for check in on the app I reserved it at is different from the time for check in at the actual place.

Not as requested - got there early in day before rooms were ready and was told I would have a ground level room as soon as cleaning was completed. Went back 3 hours later and was told there was only 2nd floor rooms "but we have an elevator" which is not as requested. the worst was there bugs - I killed 6 to 8 in bathroom later in the night. the hall ways are wet and dirty with trash littering the area. worst I have stayed in in over 50 years .

Great service, but we found a few bugs, dirty floors and there was definitely a fight that broke out with a pregnant lady and some other woman. It was kinda crazy.

We got there and the girl working the desk told us we couldnt check in early, so we waited until 3. The same girl was still on duty and said we couldnt check in until the person relieving her arrived. She played on her phone and acted like she couldnt be bothered. I went back in at 3:30, and the person relieving her hadn't arrived. She played on her phone for 20 more minutes, and them huffily checked us in. We had asked for a 1st floor non smoking room. We were given a 2nd floor smoking room. The stench was awful. The room was dirty, but we were so tired we tried to stick it out. The remote didnt work, the place was a pig sty. We attempted to make the best of it, but people were shouting and screaming all night. We started to drift off to sleep around 7, only to be awakened by a worker opening our door (the saftey latch was broken) and claimed we were squatting since she had no one listed on the chart for our room. We gathered our things and checked out. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. We couldn't take it after the night we'd had. The lady that was working that morning refunded our 2nd night. If you are looking for clean and quiet, this is NOT the place for you! I have photos of our room, but the app won't let me upload them.

The garbarge cans outside were overflowing with garbarge. There was no place to put the toilet paper expect on the lid of the toilet. Wood had been broken off the frame in the bathroom an the broken wood was laying angainst the wall. I didnt get the room that i paid for because the clerck said it wasnt avaible.

The front desk staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. We were directed to a fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the motel. The atmosphere was warm n friendly and the food was fresh and delicious and budget kind. Will return to both motel and eatery on our next trip.

room was a mess. no blankets dirt coming out shower head. fridge wouldn’t get cold.

The picture of this motel on the website do NOT match the actual property. The door to my room was beat all to hell and wouldn't close or lock properly. There were holes in the walls that need repair. I had to figure out how to turn the AC unit on, as it was turned off at the wall plug. I found two dead roaches in the bathroom and one live one crawling on the vanity. There was garbage piling up in the hallways that hadn't been tended to in what appeared to be days. The service of the staff in the office was horrible. I couldn't check in for about 20 minutes after my arrival because they were doing a shift change. This place is in bad need of maintenance, and the staff needs a major pep talk about customer service. I'll never stay here again.

I challenge you to go to this motel and stay more than 2 hours

I don’t know how this hotel is staying in business still with such a bad shape? Filthy, dirty, smelly, etc. Very strong smoking odor in non-smoking "unit", missing tv remote, holes in the doors and walls, no fans in filthy bathroom, etc

The agent was unaccommodating I asked for a room located on the main floor due to a mobility impairment and she ignored me. Then my encounter with housekeeping which was also due to the response and tone of the worker, when asked for more towels and washcloth she yelled that I had to take the used ones downstairs and hopefully they have some clean ones to exchange. My bathroom was dirty and their was no back to the remote. Overall I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

When we unexpectedly had to check into a motel for the night we chose this one. The room was large and everything worked ie. Tv, light fixtures ac/heater. However, i must have killed 15 roaches during our overnight stay. Creeped me out. Time to call Orkin man. Ugh!

The place is decrepit. I would be embarrassed if I were Motel 6 to have my name on it. The first room had somebody in it. The second room had only sheets on the bed. I had to request a blanket which arrived about 15 minutes later. It was thin and had cigarette burn holes in it. It was 36 degrees outside… The toilet was unusable, stopped up with toilet paper and excrement! The third room was barely functional, but at 3 o’clock in the morning I did not feel like trying to find another place. The clerk accompanied me to each room, partly because she wanted to make sure that the room was unoccupied, as well as she didn’t like traveling the walkways alone… she had pointed out to a maintenance man that I was a “lady”, I guess versus a prostitute. There was no public bathroom in the lobby The rooms are stripped. No lamps and no toiletries or pleasantries. I killed a roach, climbing the wall. If I were hotels.com, I would not want to be associated with this place at all. I want a refund.

The room was the worst i have ever stayed at. Booked doubles and they didnt have any left so got stuck with a King. No locks on doors. Sprinkler had a piece of paper hanging from it. The thing that holds the toliet paper was broke. Saw 2 roaches. Just overall bad!

Tv didnt work. Hair on bed, covers and in shower. Moved to another room in a hallway. Pet area had syringes laying around so couldnt let our dogs use the area at all. Not a safe area or place. Couldnt sleep due to constant loud people up and down the hall.

Theres nothing i didnt like i give it 5 stars staff very friendly and the managers expecially amanda f u need anything she will help u with no hestitation. I will be staying again

The first night I had to take someone off of my room. Still, up until the last day, they not only kept this person on many room, but they kept him with an alias to his last name and they kept giving him a key to my room. This is a huge safety issue. Then, even though I had such an issue with this, I had no choice but to stay because I was on a budget. I had been communicating with the office the whole time so I didn’t see this as an issue. Of course, in the end, even though I had been told that they would just make him leave, they also put me in a DNR too. So, not only did they give “a random” (his name was inaccurate) person a key over and over, when he was supposed to be removed 3 times, they put me in a position where I was stuck outside in the rain with all my stuff, but without a place to go right in the exact place he was for hours.

No reservation at hotel. Had to pay higher rate for a room.

I was very disappointed at first seeing paint peeling off the walls. But after looking around I can see they just remodeled the Bathroom and it looks like they are making other upgrades. But overall it was well worth what I paid

The lady at the desk was very nice and very friendly there were a lot of shady people lingering around the motel and some of them look like they didn't even belong there like they were staying there they were just lingering around as well as there was large cockroaches and baby cockroaches in the room so we only checked in for 30 minutes until we realize it was cockroaches in there when I left I called and tried to get my money back and nobody would give me my money back I would think twice about using Expedia or staying at this motel 6

The pictures on Expedia makes this hotel look very clean and decent but when arrive at the hotel and walk into the room you would be disgusted immediately upon how horrible the hotels rooms look on the inside.The price of these room are very good prices but the condition of the rooms is terrible!!

Wouldn't recommend! It will do and get you by but that's about everything!

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Roaches crawling all over walls. Awful smell in room. People growing stuff outside of the room next door. Door wouldn't close all the way. People dealing drugs in parking lot. Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had

Horrible motel dirty from floor to ceiling urine stains on the mattress. Refrigerator had left over moldy food in it. AC barely kept the room cool. Only left is 2 towels when I went to ask for me they told me they didn’t have any and were very rude about it. I will never stay there again.

The first room they gave us was not clean pillows were on the floor. The phone was ripped out of wall. The door was broken had been broken into before. They gave us another room the mirror was broken no smoke detectors hooked up They were laying on a stand. The room was very dirty.

Not so good stay. Bed was uncomfortable and only had a thin blanket and sheet, and the hotel didn’t have any extra blankets, floor was sticky and didn’t feel clean, did not have all essentials to make coffee.

After the fiasco of getting a room at the price I contracted with Hotels.com for, the stay was uneventful. They originally said I booked through a third party and they didn't have a room left that I had reserved. Other than having to go outside to smoke, this wasnt a problem. Their Dish Network had several channels that were non-working and the guide didn't show what was actually playing on the channels. The shower pressure was almost non-existent and was what I would call a bird bath, but it worked. As I was trying to check in at 4 am, another guest checked out complaining that there were roaches all over her room. I only saw one roach in my room. I guess you get what you pay for and it was tolerable even if disappointing.

Terrible stay. It smelled everywhere, my room wasn't serviced when i went into it. The shower head shot water out the side. My lock on my door didn't work

Room I ordered was nonsmoking. As soon as I entered room I could tell people had been smoking in there for years. My work clothes smelled of it as well. Misc unidentifiable smears and sprays all over walls. Paint peeling or just missing from every wall. Constantly people trying to hustle me for money outside of motel. I wouldn’t have felt safe but I always keep a firearm with me. Random people walking all around and through complex whom obviously did not have a room there and in plain view of office and staff yet nothing done about it. Marijuana being smoked everywhere in plain sight so I couldn’t leave without smelling and seeing everywhere. By far the shadiest motel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are not even of the same room. Its behind a mexican restaurant. It should be shut down and condemned in my opinion. The only bright spot was that staff was reasonably kind.

First thing, we saw a roach on the wall. Beds only had sheets and no comforter. Shower dripped all night. Neighbors were loud all night. Drug paraphrenalia in parking not. Building was bad need of repair. Worst stay ever.

Absolute trash. Booked a non-smoking room and took one step inside and could barely breathe. Walked right out and never looked back.

I definitely would not be staying here again…people just begging for stuff. The beds didn’t have blankets, the sheet had a cigarette burn, the TV remote did not work and overall the hotel just wasn’t very nice. The beds were comfortable and the TV worked and had a button where you could change the channel. I definitely won’t be staying here again though. The check in staff were also nice.
