Outstanding hotel and perfect if you want to catch a baseball game at Flour Field.

Breakfast was also very good and the spread was quite large. Lots of options. We will definitely look to be staying there again soon

Was really close to the event we were attending, staff was kind and friendly! The room was much bigger than I expected, the beds and pillows were AWESOME. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Wasn’t a fan of paying to park but not that big of a deal.

The only thing that I did not like wer the sheets. The material was unpleasant and they did not smell fresh.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff was bright and pleasant and seeking ways to help. The room was clean and comfortable and the temperature of the room was so nice. Not too hot. They had it set to cool so when you walked in it was pleasant. 2 ply TP too 😁.

Room was a good size, very clean, nicely appointed and towels were thick and soft. Parking in the garage was convenient. No issues with bringing the dog. Very accommodating putting us near a stairwell so we didn’t have to use the elevator or go through the lobby. We were only there for one night so we didn’t use a lot of services/amenities.

The only criticism would be, the breakfast choice was very limited if you like a cooked breakfast, and the sausage “patties” were not edible. If cereals and waffles are your preference, you’ll be fine!

Nice place. The rooms were very large. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a meal in. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel meals I've had and the options changed every day. Greenville is a beautiful city and this hotel is conveniently located.

The coffee wasn’t good but everything else was great. Really really nice people. There was a glass coffee cup on a table on the third floor when the elevator door opened the entire time I stayed there which drove me nuts. I couldn’t believe no staff cleaned it up.

I was on vacation, I didn't even check the hotels gym area. The staff was very friendly and there was staff visibly cleaning all the time. The morning buffet was average and the employees staffing buffet were very attentive and closely monitoring the food and breakfast seating area. The room was great, comfy bed, nice linens, and nicely sized room. I literally have one improvement that I asked a manager and that was they need to mount the tv on the wall with a swivel mount because it was sitting on a tv console that didnt face the bed or the couch. The only way to face the tv towards either was to pull the console away from wall which is a safety hazard (There was visible screws where it was previously attached to the wall and console, to be fair to Hilton mgmt) and someone is going to break a tv or topple the tv console. For $200 or so just hang the tv please. Very clean and very new feeling hotel that has my well travelled approval...I will be back for sure...

We thought the hotel had been recently renovated it was so well maintained. Siobhan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. And all the staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room immaculate. The location was very convenient. There was a little Happy Hour the one night we stayed. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would stay again.

Okay, here we go. Overall, the stay was good, the room was clean and breakfast was good. Negatives were the following. Parking was not free. The bathroom sink is right next to the bedbed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Siobhan at reception was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

The room was lovely. It was large and very clean. The bed was very hard and pillows too soft. It was a terrible nights sleep. The shower had very little pressure. It was not enough pressure to wash my wife’s hair. I had to bring her many cups of water to help rinse the soap out of her hair. We had thought about staying an extra night but we could not under these circumstances stay another night.

The first day, we had no hot water. It was a major inconvenience since I could not shower before work and cold water shave was very painful. But they made good on their promise credit that night back. I do think they could’ve been more timely and getting the boiler repaired since it went down in the late evening of the day that I checked in and the service man didn’t come until mid morning the next day.

The heat in the room was not working, we stood without heat throughout our stay and the phone in the room was also non-functional. We contacted the front desk, and someone was sent to check the heat; however, the issue was not resolved. The maintance person mentioned they would follow up with us, but we have not received any further updates.

Hotel is relatively new, well lit and well appointed, good staff. Typical hot breakfast, better than Hampton Inn, but not as good as Embassy Suites or Springhill Suites.

Our room was amazing and very spacious. Super clean and cozy. We had one issue of a TV not working, but staff was on it within minutes and fixed a remote and all worked well. Every single staff member we came in contact with were so kind, courteous, and professional.. we will stay here again over and over.

Hotel was super communicative. They called before check-in, checked in with a survey during our stay, and even called us before we left the parking lot to tell us we had left something behind. Highly recommend!

I attempted to cancel and get a refund on my booking the day before my stay because of a major family emergency, but the management refused because of their policy of the late date. Hotels.com attempted to negotiate on my behalf which I greatly appreciated, but they offered no compassion and no flexibility. I understand the policy under normal circumstances, but there are exceptions that local management should be able to make in extreme cases, and it didn't get much more extreme than mine. A simple refund would have kept me a customer, with my appreciation (and a good review), but I will no longer consider Homewood Suites when I travel.

Everything was first class. Individual attention to special needs and a smiling desk attendant and some flexibility with check in. Guy named Kenny was very helpful. It's nice to see people go the extra mile.

This is a great hotel! The staff is very polite and friendly! We would like to mention Tecora and Lawerence in particular for their outstanding customer service and kindness! The rooms are clean, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was excellent and the location can’t be beat. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Greenville right from the hotel. The parking garage is attached to the hotel and very user friendly too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Greenville!

All was well with the exception of 2 things the pull out was broken but repaired before we left and the bedroom door make a very loud bang when opened. Not fixed before we left. Otherwise it was great.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. From check in to leaving. We stayed for two nights and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was yummy that they provided. It’s located right on Main Street right by great restaurants and activities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. And we will be coming back in the future when visiting to stay here.

It didn't look like a conventional hotel. I actually drove past it twice! The brick building looked like a large cozy bed-and-breakfast! It has a home-like feel. My suite was incredibly spacious! The kitchenette had all the features of a regular kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator and a dish washer. The staff was extremely polite and welcomed me like I was an old friend! I will definitely come again!

This is such a nice hotel! We got there before 3pm, but they had a room available for us. Pet friendly. Clean. Modern. Close to Main St restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Literally our only complaint was that the bed was fairly uncomfortable.

Very good value property in a very good location within walking distance from very nice brewery/sports bar. Fluor Field is across the street to catch a game (which we did). Also very nice gym facility (airy, big windows overlooking the pool, high ceiling). Very nice stop in Greenville.

Although it was a short stay, I will say it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would even say the rating is wrong and that this easily is definitely a 4 star hotel.

We love this hotel and stay here when we are going to a Greenville Drive game as it is literally across the street from Fluor Field. This trip we got quite the surprise at check in. The front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled. It was challenging to navigate Expedia to get a phone number to Expedia for help and then the agent and their supervisor were unable to help since the PROPERTY CANCELLED THE RESERVATION (and no explanation as to why). A room was still available and a manager agreed to the Expedia rate. When I make a reservation via Expedia, how can I have confidence it will be honored by the property?

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites. The place was clean, spacious, and nice. We didn’t hear anyone in the halls or other rooms. We had an excellent stay.

Great hotel and great location! Only complaint is that the fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable.

On our last morning, we wanted to leave right after breakfast which was to start at 6:30. The ladies working that area did not have breakfast ready until 7:06 which put our leave time way behind. Not happy.

Staff was welcoming, property was in top condition! Nearby restaurants and shops behind the property were a welcome addition.

It was an overall great experience. Our room did have a messed up door into the bedroom. This was an issue because we paid for the separate room to give our youngest son the quiet room; but, the door didn’t shut all the way it just stuck and then when you unstuck it, it sounded like you were breaking it off of the hinges, it was so loud. It definitely made things more difficult for us but it’s okay. Room was clean, a/c PUMPS and even though there was a wedding party or two near by, we heard nothing.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Really enjoyed the spaciousness. We also enjoyed being right next to the ball field and lots of restaurants.

The location was perfect to walk along Main Street and immediately be where all the action was! Our room was great and spacious. The only callouts I have were the pillows were incredibly thin and our room did not cool all the way down to our set temperature on the thermostat.

I loved the kindness and friendliness of the staff.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I also found a hair in my eggs at breakfast. Even worse they charged me a mystery fee of $50 for "incidentals" that was of no benefit. This fee makes me feel ripped off. I would only consider staying here again because of the convenience of the location to Fluor Field.
