Amazing

The room had such poor lighting, one of the lights didn't work. Wasn't much conditioner in the shower, the sliding glass door was so difficult to open, no microwave in the room, the bathroom was nice tho. The staff was nice. Cookies are always good, the pillows were nice and comfy. HOWEVER, what's the deal about charging $17 for parking? Im a paying guest. I felt like I did not get my money's worth and probably could have had a better experience going to the comfort suites spend less money with more amenities. Won't go to another double tree. I didn't feel like a premium customer.

Room was clean and quiet.

Parking is a joke! Pay by phone does not work and hotel staff dies not care to help and just keeps lying to your face and after 3 days still no resolution!
- 5/5
Nice clean place
- 5/5
It was really pretty and clean
- 5/5
Everything was good and proper.

I booked this hotel at the last minute. It was very clean on the inside. My highlight was that there are many sitting areas for the guests to enjoy. Friendly staff. I will be booking there again. Thanks
- 5/5
Only one thing that could have been better was, the elevator on the far end was out of order for our entire stay. This was very inconvenient as we were staying i. That side of the wing. The breakfast was ok, but very expensive for the buffet. Dinner food had better taste. Overall it was pretty good experience at this Doubletree location. Will come back again.

The waitress Gielle was super kind and very attentive. Zinks was so yummy! We enjoyed out stay so much! Thankyou!

It’s a nice hotel. Be...
- 4/5
It wasn’t a bad stay, hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Just the fees for parking you find out about when you get there is the issue. I don’t see why you have to pay to park in a parking lot designated for the hotel.
- 3/5
No microwave inside the room , additional parking charges to park a vehicle way too expensive
- 5/5
Zink restaurant always amazing Staff were beyond helpful
- 4/5
The property seems older, thermostat was falling off the wall, there were spiders in one of the rooms on the bed
- 5/5
The girl at the check in desk was phenomenal, asked our reason for our stay, wished us a good time, offered us refreshments. The hotel actually smelled really good the entire stay. Customized greeting on the tv when we arrived. The room was very spacious. The bed was very soft and comfortable. My daughter used the pull out sofa and that was also comfortable. Location was great, close to our venue. Bathroom was clean. Mini fridge worked great. Everything was awesome. 10/10 would stay again!
- 5/5
I didn't like is that you have to pay for parking😔
- 3/5
1. The bathroom door had one hinge falling off making the door out of alignment. You had to shove the door to get it to close, but it would close. 2. The toilet in the bathroom seemed to have a bad flapper as it was constantly leaking into the bowl making noise and then refilling. No leaking onto the floor or anything, just noisy. 3. Housekeeping seemed to only clean the bathroom, never touched the rest of the room during our stay of 3 nights. I don't know if this is intentional, but wasn't ever communicated if it was. We had fresh towels each day, and I assume the bathroom was cleaned, but that's it. 4. Even though we had 4 people, we were consistently given 3 towels and we had to ask for another each day. 5. I may have missed the info, but I was surprised to learn of the $17 per night parking fee. I don't know why parking at the hotel requires a fee. There is ample parking, it's all self parking, and it's nowhere near downtown. Perhaps there are often events at the Denver Tech Center and parking can be at a premium? It certainly wasn't the case during our stay. 6. The hotel has a strange layout since it's on a hill, but no big deal. We requested maintenance to look into the door and toilet while we were out, but as far as I could tell, nobody ever did. All are pretty minor things, didn't ruin our stay, or even make us request a different room. But added up to a weird stay.

I did not have a credit card with an enough of a balance to cover their deposit and Expedia would not let me add my other travelers name so he could get the car since he had a credit card. Almo was fine with it but Expedia would not do it! So I am out the car rental money and had to rent a car outside of my Expedia package. Resulting in paying twice for a rental car. I will NEVER use Expedia again!
- 5/5
After paying the amount you spend to stay the night, you would expect parking to be included but I had to pay for overnight parking and to make it worse, I didn't see a continental breakfast so I couldn't depart directly home, I had to stop and eat breakfast somewhere before heading out.
- 1/5
Very poor
- 1/5
Balcony Overpriced, charged for parking, breakfast, TV programming and A/C. Room was old and dingy. Wasn’t allowed to use my military discount.

Clean room but has no hot water the next morning to shower and the tub was clogged.i ran the water waiting for it to get hot and it never did which is how we found out the tub was clogged. The room smelled about musty.
- 3/5
The hotel is old and outdated. The ice machine was on my floor was overflowing ice at night which was extremely loud, the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, the room was dark and the water pressure was very low.
- 3/5
The check in staff was great but the room didn't have a microwave. The lady at the bar + kitchen was kinda rude.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Two negatives I have would be that we had to ask to have someone come and make up the room and provide towels, and that you have to pay for parking.
- 3/5
Most of the place was good but the bed was hard.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the room was nice but we also had to pay $17 a night for parking in the hotel lot. What? Parking was paid to a third party vendor and we had to pay daily. I thought I booked the room with a checkout of Monday morning but they had us checking out Sunday so had to do another night. Restaurant and Dazbog coffee shop didn’t open until 7 am over the weekend so we walked over to the gas station every morning to get coffee as we get up early. There was a coffee maker in the room but we never use them.
- 2/5
I went to see if we could get another room at the front desk When I finally found it, because the place was a maze and didn’t have good signage, I asked for a new room and explained that i booked a room with a balcony. After we got our new key everything was fine we will not be returning to this hotel.
- 3/5
Room definitely needed more cleaning. Found a crusty gummy candy by the bed. AC was terrible
- 4/5
It’s kinda old but the cleanliness and customer service made up for it
- 4/5
Staff was great. Heat and AC was loud.
- 5/5
Love this hotel! We originally were supposed to stay at a different hotel and it was awful. We left very quickly and booked for DoubleTree and were so happy. It was like a breath of fresh air going into our room and it had a balcony!
- 3/5
It's OK, it feels tired and worn out. It was very clean and the staff was nice
- 4/5
Clean inviting room with a good shower we use this property as a pitstop heading south to Texas. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything but one night stop.

Clean throughout. The only issue was the towels were like sandpaper!
- 2.5/5
Staff was not friendly. No one was at the front desk when I went to check out. There was not a clear sign on where to leave room keys upon checkout. I got in late and was confused about where to go due to lack of signage.

Sink was cracked in bathroom. Very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Thought it was ridiculous that they charge for parking. It has a huge lot in a convention type area way outside of town so no reason to up charge. They should also include breakfast but that also is an upcharge as is th water in the room, though I don’t know if it ended up being deducted from my deposit.
- 5/5
Immediately upon check in, my son and I were given warm cookies and water. The front desk clerk was extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many options for fruit, protein, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and pancakes. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Clean and we had an awesome stay! No issues!

Saturday evening was LOUD in our room. The hotel should have listed a note before booking (even 3rd party sites), and also alerted me before fully checking in. I was looking for a quiet stay, but informed after checking in. My guest spoke with the front desk around 8pm Saturday. We were offered a different room, but packing and unpacking would have just been another inconvenience without a guarantee the room would be quiet. I have left MULTIPLE messages for the front desk manager in the last week. No returned calls, no apology. Hoping this review catches someone’s attention to address things since voicemails go unanswered.
- 3/5
They charge for parking and the rooms were just ok definitely not Hilton status. Popcorn ceilings rooms could use an update. Chlorine smell from pool. Reminds you of staying at a friend apartment instead of hotel.
- 3/5
Hotel was fine. We didn’t know there was a Mardi Gras party until we checked in on Friday. It was the next day, Saturday. Not really ideal because the kitchen and bar closed at 7pm, and after being in the mountains and snow all day, we wanted to order room service and couldn’t. We also have an 11 year old so not ideal. The two closest elevators to our room were broken, so we had a long walk to get to an elevator. Also, having 1-2 elevators down with a huge Mardi Gras party isn’t ideal, either. Any time we left we had to go to the elevator - we had to go by the ballroom, which is where the party was. Half naked people and a huge line to get on the elevator wasn’t the best. Cookies were trash. Not warm or soft, definitely not what I’m used to at the double tree. Also, lame that they have a company charging for parking now. I avoided getting a hotel down town for this reason, because previously they didn’t charge for parking here. I booked this hotel since I had been here before and had a good experience. Can’t say the same this time around.

Check in was smooth, rooms are clean and Tony the bartender/comedian was an absolute riot. Great!

- 5/5
Excellent staff. Clean hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Room was clean. Everything was fine except the parking. Not sure why there is a third party charging for parking on top of what I paid for the room. This is not a downtown property that is short on land. I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
This location has an indoor pool- fully heated- sometimes it is not open- the other tech center location has the unheated pool. Pool is in the center of the hotel- very visible. Beautiful shared spaces. Great, friendly staff. Cookies are good but not warm!
- 4/5
Pool is not "Indoor" it is in a greenhouse style, covered space and is UNHEATED. Staff was absolutely lovely at check in and the bar/ restaurant.

The room was spacious, clean & comfy beds. Really fat/fluffy pillows though. My neck hurt when I woke up.
- 3/5
Will not return. Parking is too expensive.
- 5/5
Clean, great value, friendly staff
- 4/5
The facility was very nice, the room spotless and comfortable. When the HVAC came on it was a bit noisy, and parking was confusing regarding best spots. I initially parked on the street pulling into the hotel and had to pull luggage up an incline without a sidewalk. Only when I was in my room and looked out did I see a large open parking lot with walk in to the Hotel. I even asked the check in staff person if street parking was best and he said it was fine. It was also frustrating that despite a veru open parking lot that there was a charge to park.
- 5/5
Always enjpy my stay with Double Tree by Hilton!
- 2/5
Outdated, poorly maintained. The mattress was ok, but the room was worn down, as the sliding glass door lock was broken and the A/C was weak and inadequate. Also, the fridge was off when I arrived, so it took several hours to get cold.
- 2/5
Staff was nice, but the room was kind of run down, had bugs (roaches and gnats), definitely old blood stains on sheets, inadequate heating for rooms with outside doors, not a nice neighborhood.
- 1/5
Room wss dirty building dirty did not stay
- 3/5
The room is in good condition. The staff was friendly but when you start your stay when you have to pay for parking, that is pretty lame thing to do especially for people that stay a lot of hotels. The only response is from one staff member when they said you would pay $60 downtown And I’ll just not stay at the Hilton downtown because I’ve stayed at other hotels downtown and did not pay $60 or $17 for the one night.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Clean and convenient.
- 5/5
Staff was attentive! Loved the warm cookies
- 1/5
The water pressure in the shower was horrendous. The water trickled out and it would not drain. The rolling chair had holes in the seat. The TV had no channel menu and very few channels to choose from. There was only one microwave available——three floors down! 😡It felt like a cheap motel from the 60’s!! Even the cookies were sub-par——not the hot, soft & chewy variety I had become accustomed too. Sad to say, it was miserable stay.
- 4/5
John the shuttle driver was awesome!
- 1/5
There was no microwave inside the room, which made staying very inconvenient, the elevator was broke, so we had to constantly walk up and down the stairs, the shower pressure was extremely weak, and there’s not very many restaurants within walking distance
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, parking was easy and safe, easy to get to the Orchard light rail station.
- 2/5
It felt as if I was staying at a Motel 6.
- 5/5
2 night stay that was fantastic. Quite & room was nice, clean & no orders of any find. The bar was great and food at the restaurant could be better but was not bad. Would stay here again.

I think it's ridiculous that after paying over $150/ night, i still had to pay $17 for parking!! Also, i reserved a room with a balcony and was not given one. The indoor pool was closed. It was for my daughter's birthday. Not getting the balcony and the pool being closed was definitely a disappointment. We went be staying here again. Also no free internet??
- 3/5
Checked in late and went to my room in which I immediately left due to black stuff all over the tub and a very musty moldy smell in the room. It felt like I was in a damp basement. The staff was kind when I went back to the desk and asked to be moved to a new room and explained why. I was put in the room across from the first one which was better but still not great. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly
- 1/5
Checked in after a whole day flights and looking forward to catch some rest but the whole building suddenly blackout for about half an hour. Returned to the room with very noisy air conditioner with blackout thermostat. Shower was broken too. I booked King room with balcony, non smoking and was downgraded to Double Queen with much smaller square footage room as they were fully booked. Since it was close to midnight I just want to rest right away. Next day called the front desk for management. No return call. Have Expedia assist, DoubleTree do not respond again. Finally, Expedia assist again, the manager responded guest accepted the change, no apologies, no refund of the room difference in price... A non smoking room was booked but it had smoking smell. Note: bottle water is $3/bottle unless you sign up membership. Likewise, Wi-Fi is available to membership too. Doubletree once was our top list hotel to book, with this experienced, it will not even in our list for future bookings.
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay
- 3/5
The room was clean, and it was a quiet night. The location was nice with a gas station very close.
- 5/5
Well kept property, comfortable bed, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
great customer service!
- 3/5
Great staff, but a broken elevator on our wing made things very challenging
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Nice place to stay and walkable to Fiddlers Green. I could tell that the front desk needed additional training on guest check in. Somewhat of a delay, but they were very nice and comped me free parking.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved the double tree.
- 5/5

- 5/5
They were very accommodating when extending my stay. They were very kind and handled technical difficulties with the system being down while being busy gracefully.
- 5/5
Great location friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff were so friendly.
- 5/5
Staff is excellent our niece and grand nieces met us there that evening and we were not back from earlier commitments. We are extremely appreciative for how well they were greeted. Had late night snacks and drinks also and very happy with both.
- 5/5
Beatuiful views and balcony , will be staying here any time i visit pagosa or anywhere in the area , cant beat the price and the room PASSED my expectations , didnt even wanna leave !! Was so comforting after a 12 hour drive from fort worth texas !!
- 5/5
I enjoy going to Double Tree because of all the wonderful things surrounding it . The hotel staff is respectful and responds quickly to any situation. I feel at home when visiting.
- 1/5
I'm reporting the staff (receptionist lobby) being rude and way below standard. At the checking-in time
- 5/5
Would stay here again

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and will continue to choose it when I’m in town. Bee at the front desk is amazing! She is friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. Rooms are nice and clean. Room service is good.

This hotel is located surrounded by wonderful restaurants, great mall, and sight seeing. You can’t go wrong. The hotel is very old, but super clean. I have very high standards and would stay here again. Restaurant inside, pool, awesome fire pit area outside to hang out and great bar. Staff super friendly. Service was wonderful. They did a fantastic job every day cleaning our rooms. If stay again.
- 5/5
Happy
- 2/5
Not friendly didn’t care, gave no info about where the room was or anything . She was more concerns that I pay for parking. In a regular lot on top of paying for room. Never asked if we were Hilton members which we are. I asked if there was drinking water in the room and she said yes. Then I got charged for the water. The old needing updated room was right over the pool. It was stuffy smelly and felt like i walked into 1965. I opened the door to the patio. And we were inside over the pool so no fresh air.
- 4/5
The 1 ply toilet paper is really bad - gas stations have better tp.
- 3/5
Well. I thought i had booked a king suite but was put in a double queen. The people down the hall were loud and annoying early in the morning. The elevator was hard to find with few to no signs to help. I walked all around the place to find them. It was also not clear which floor to take to get back to the service desk and ended up needing to take the stairs again. I am 7 months pregnant so it was a bit difficult. For the price they didn't have any complentary water. They wanted another $3. That seems like a bit too much dor what i paid for just one night.
- 4/5
Very nice stay.
- 5/5
So nice thanks
- 4/5
Friendly check-in. Very dated rooms and decor. Bathroom sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain but they sent someone out to fix it.
- 4/5
Good hotel for the room rate.
- 5/5
No problems! Great cookies
- 3/5
Older hotel showing its age in the rooms. There is a 15.00 charge to park. They advertise warm cookies but there were none.
- 4/5
When I reserved the room, there was no mention of security deposit or park fee so I was a little surprised when my 139.00 with taxes because an extra 67.00. I understand my $50.00 will be returned however not being told upfront, could have left me unprepared with no where to go
- 3/5
Pictures were not accurate when looking for hotel descriptions. Bathrooms looked bigger

Love the doubletree! Always makes me feel like I’m home!

- 5/5
I'm satisfied with this property, everyone was courteous and polite. Will come back near future. Thank you.
- 3/5
My only complaint is that I called the hotel on 5-6 occasions in an attempt to have some champagne and strawberries delivered to the room before we arrived. I was transferred everytime and nobody ever answered. For some reason they were simply unable to make it happen. For which was a fairly small, and typical request.
- 4/5
It needs to be updated in some areas.
- 3/5
Our stay was just like any ol' hotel stay, the one thing I really didn't like about this hotel was we had to pay for parking.
- 5/5
I have stayed here multiple times. Every time has been a great experience. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Great parking.
- 5/5
It was great and awesome service was excellent
- 5/5
Great hotel. Planning on going back.
- 5/5
Although the hotel room was a little outdated, it was super clean. In fact, it was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen (even surpassing some 5 star hotels). I liked that there was multiple food options as well. A sit in restaurant with a grab and go option, coffee bar and of course the mini store. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean, comfy. Corner King room was great
- 5/5
Check in was smooth and friendly, didn't take long. The room is nicely appointed and clean. Very welcoming.
- 3/5
The front desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful. The parking fee was disappointing and although the rooms were exceptionally clean, the bathrooms were outdated.
- 5/5
Comfy bed and quiet hotel The only thing is that you have to pay to park there
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay...unhappy with extra charges like this parking. We weren't told breakfast wasn't included. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed.
- 3/5
Check-in host was unfriendly, rooms were outdated and the heating system was very noisy. Otherwise all was okay.

- 4/5
The staff were very friendly, I appreciate that. The lobby is beautiful.
- 3/5
Second night- they put an extension cord coming out from wall. 2) bathtub was better 3) window still dirty.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was fine, there was a fee to park overnight. The cleaning crew started using a leaf blower at 6:00 am and kept turning supplies on and off. This woke our entire party up 2 hours early.
- 3/5
Great restaurant but the rooms need updating and things that were fixed were repaired poorly. Layout of the hotel is a little funky and our room wasn’t convenient to get to
- 4/5
Location is right off the interstate highway.
- 5/5
the cleanliness and location.
- 5/5
Convenient and clean. A lot in the area. Not very walkable.
- 3/5
I have stayed at this hotel before, a long time ago and was really sad to see the major difference in quality. Let me say first that the service we received at the front desk and in the bar and restaurant were top notch. Checking in was a breeze but everything beyond that fell short. The elevator at the end of the building closest to our room had a sign pasted on it saying it was inoperable due to "renovations" which left us trekking halfway across the hotel to catch the elevator and head all the way back. If we'd been able to take that elevator, we wouldn't have had to walk back and forth down a stretch of about 8-12 rooms where the hallway smelled strongly of cat urine. The room was clean, but in need of major repair- mini fridge was broken and wouldn't close, showerhead (only sprayed at power wash strength) wasn't attached to the wall, the walls in the too small bathroom were dinged and gouged everywhere and the TV initially functional but then was blinking in and out while trying to watch ANY channel. After getting to our room any time we left thereafter, morning or night, our stretch of hallway was full of the smell of weed, I can only assume it's because we picked a room with a balcony. The food at Zink was actually surprisingly delicious, but painfully overpriced- nobody is going to pay $30 for an 8oz steak and fries in a mid tier hotel! Heads up-you'll need to pay for parking if you bring more than one vehicle, and the breakfast buffet also is not included.
- 4/5
Charging your guest for parking is pretty lame but otherwise a great hotel.
- 3/5
hotel wasn't busy and my room was a mile away. Parking an issue. Staff everywhere was very good
- 5/5
I enjoyed everything except not having a shuttle
- 5/5
Convenient location for the places I visited.

Attended a conference the hotel and stayed for the week. The hotel was so nice and clean! The food at both the restaurant and the catering at the conference by the hotel was AMAZING!!! The hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, banquet staff, IT, coffee shop, and housekeeping were all so genuinely nice and helpful! The complimentary shuttle service and driver was an added bonus! Highly recommend, and I am very particular!

We stayed here twice, a month or so apart. 2nd floor both times. First time the room smelled a little off. Though, we understand cleaning chemicals and what not for maintenance. The second time, by the time we left, everything in our room was wet. I asked the lady at the front desk what the deal was while handing her the keys in paper wallet they gave them to us in, and even she stated with a wide eye expression and confused look “Even this is damp! Some rooms are just that way and some people prefer it because it is so dry in Colorado.” I lived there for 10 years. And we actually looked forward to no humidity coming from where we live now. Proceeds to tell me it’s random and they don’t know how or why but it’s possible with it getting hot and cold through the month. Next time if we ever have a problem with our stay again, ask to change rooms. Even after a 7 hour drive everything we had, concert posters were wet. Our bed, we thought felt weird initially after getting out of the shower the first night. After the second we started to notice the full extent of the humidity in the room. Secondly we were told to call or text for a shuttle back to the hotel. The shuttle dropped us off at a destination, we later requested pickup from that spot through text, no answer. Called, put on hold 5-10 mins. So we took an Uber back. The shuttle driver John was so sweet and was upset for us. Later, we get a text saying the shuttle only works in 5 miles” it dropped us off where we wanted pickup

I booked a king room, but was given a double room instead. Was good otherwise

Beautiful hotel, clean, good service. The mattress was a little firmer than we would have liked. Our second time staying here and it is overall great. Great option if you are attending a show at Fiddlers. Shuttle takes you right to the venue.

Very clean access to all the venues at a bar and a restaurant on site. Everybody was very friendly and I highly recommend taking the shuttle if you get a chance.

Is was nice that it was close to fiddlers but the shuttle was a joke and for the amount we spent the room was average.
