Was disappointed with the breakfast. Every morning they were out of different things, sausages, eggs, coffee, fruit, yogurt. Not enough tables for everyone to eat. Also it would be courteous if the cleaning staff would let customers on the elevator first and not have to either wait for an empty one or have to squeeze in with their carts.

Very clean and comfortable!

Went to the restaurant/bar and the guy working never stepped foot over to take our order. Turned his head as if he didn’t see us everytime I tried to get his attention. I could’ve went to the bar but I played his game with him , just sat there long enough for him to recognize that I recognized.

Room was very spacious. There were a few things that were definitely looking dated and worn.

Also if SENSITIVE to sound, the hearing accessible rooms are located closest to the stage. Expedia misinterprets misophonia as deaf.

It was good

The room we were in was really large and roomy, and really affordable. The location is convenient to I-25 without being so close you have to listen to traffic. The walls are a little thin so you heat the neighbors or people in the hall, but that was really the only downside.

The staff was short with answers and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about when I asked questions about the bar and restaurant. The bar isn’t really a bar and no one is working. There is no restaurant. Other reviews raved about the breakfast but what I found was the opposite of what they said. I went down several times both mornings during our stay and not once was there everything put out on the buffet, there was crumbs and food chucks everywhere on the counter, not clean or sanitary at all. I never saw a breakfast worker and like I said I went down several times each morning. Our room was great and clean. The pool was also nice and large! Parking is easy and there are lots of places to eat near by.

Everything about this Hyatt Hotel was Great. Our room was very spacious and clean with everything you may need. The staff checking in and out was Great. The Breakfast was more than I expected plenty of options to choose from whatever your diet may be. It was just a great stay all around.

Everything excellent only the person who makes the breakfast every morning is angry doing her job, with a very bad face she was always looking at us in a bad way I think she should be kind!

Room was very clean, sheets very soft. Overall a nice stay at a good hotel. Very weird that the towels are stored IN the shower, but the room was spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast at 7am on a Saturday was surprisingly busy. Very workable spot for an overnight.

The property was easy to find, and highly accessible for my grandmother. It was clean and very professional. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods, and the parking was in the back of the hotel. We had a nice time, and we would stay here again.

We got a good deal on this hotel before the war in Iran. The parking is charged $15/day per car. The breakfast is decent. However, there is limited number of tables for having breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Denver Tech Center. Very comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. In a very nice area with walking trails, and lots of restaurants. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This was our first time staying there. It is a very nice hotel and honestly don’t have any complaints about it. The staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was good and hot with lots to choose from. Not like you ordinary, continental breakfasts. Our room was nice and spacious. We stayed for 4 Nights. Everything we did during our stay was within a 30 minute drive. For the Denver area that’s not bad. We will definitely stay here again.

The beds were pretty terrible. We sunk into the holes on each side of the bed. The breakfast space was so full, our family sat in the reception area. The food was spilled all over the counters - the poor staff couldn't keep anything stocked. We waited at least 5 min for someone to find spoons. It was alright overall, but there are other hotels for the same price that are a bit better.

My family travels a lot and we regularly send each other ratings of places we stay. Too many hotels/motels seem to have decided that fashion and form are more important than function. They think a "clean and uncluttered" look means you can't have anything useful. This place was just about perfect, though, on our scale. Many places urge you to reuse towels for the sake of the environment, but provide no place to hang them up from day to day. This place has them. Places seem to think you like a hand towel that has to lie wet on the vanity top without a handy rack next to the sink. Nope, this place has one. We've stayed at places where you nearly had to get up and walk to reach the faraway toilet paper. Nope, this place has two rolls right next to the toilet. The toiletry products are wall-mounted instead of individual bottles, but if you prefer your own, here you don't have to put them on the floor, where your soap will dissolve into a gooey mess. There are roomy wire racks in the shower high enough to keep your things dry. Robe hook on the back of the door. Many closets these days are only half-length. This place has full-length hanging space and lots of shelves and drawers besides. Each side of the bed has its own reading light and charging station; roomy desk with charging station; fridge/microwave/coffee maker with good tea selection. Comfy sofa. Very helpful staff. "Going out the door" stand for keys, sunglasses, etc. Included breakfast was unusually good. I give A+.

Parking was charged at $15 a day, but they have their own parking lot. The cell phone service was intruded while in the hotel even with excellent signal. 1 block away cell phones work fine. They sell WiFi, funny how that works. Breakfast was good with options, rooms dont get cleaned daily while staying. Overall, ok, but probably would find something cheaper for overall experience. Least favorite thing were loud hallways. Sincerely, A Mid-Dude and Beautiful wife.

Parking was safe and easy. The premises were immaculate and I felt very safe staying there. Breakfast options were good. Room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pump bottles in the shower.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was delicious - however, there was no where to sit and eat it. Both mornings of our stay, our entire family of 5 stood in the "dining area" holding our plates and ate standing up. People were sitting on the couches in the entry way eating. Both mornings they ran out of coffee and we had to wait for them to make more. We were down there 15-20 minutes after they started serving both days. The second day, after someone asked the front desk worker if there was somewhere there small children could sit, the worker opened their meeting room for people to sit in and eat. The hotel was very busy and all 3 days, we would have to wait 2-3 rounds of full elevator loads to get on the elevator.

Breakfast was good and so was parking

Lighting was very good. There was a bar sink and bar fridge, with porcelain coffee mugs. There was a desk, but the chair was way too low. I think it was to accommodate a wheelchair. There were multiplug ins by the bed side tables and desk. Towels were large and heavy, and right by the tub. There was carpet at the bed side, but the rest of the room had vinyl tile, again, to care for people in wheelchairs. Great shower gel and shampoo in the tub, on the wall. Tub had a fold down chair. Room 604.

The parking was $15.00, the elevators didn't work almost missed a wedding having to take the stairs from the 4th floor. And the worst was the noise Friday night loud music and yelling we couldn't sleep. I reported to staff but they had no clue. I had expected a lot more from a Hyatt property but I guess that the Place is just out of Place.

Everything was great, but the heating is so outdated. The usual “window type” heater but controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Blew all nite with hot then cold air. Fan never turned off. The rest of the stay was fantastic.

We loved this place! It was 5-star in every way! The kids were in awe of our room. They kept thanking me. I loved that it spelt 6. I had a bed to myself!

The refrigerator did not work the first night. It was replaced the second day. The heater did not work at all. We froze at night and couldn’t figure out why.

Yes, the room was fine. Two things not great. The toilet paper holders are very difficult to use. It breaks off one sheet at a time because of the angle of the roller bar, etc. Your workout room has no TV. It should have a TV somewhere. Shannon

Room had some defects like the door handle being broke and the trim being broken. Bed and pillows were very comfortable though and breakfast is always nice. The pool was large and warm.

Very poor room,loud, cold ...heater kept shutting off, no trashcans tried to cancel they said i needed to contact Expedia, i did and they said the hotel wanted to charge a fee to cancel. i travel here each month and will never stay at this place ever again,,im a confirmed Marriott guy after dealing with this inept management..

We found some sugar ants in the room on the bed and the breakfast was OK. We heard people getting upset about the food. It’s the same every morning. We were there for five days. We only ate there two warnings that was it.

We have stayed here, probably six times before and like the location, the room is usually fine. The first time we were here the breakfast was much better. This time the food that was supposed to be hot, was cold and not refreshed in a timely manner. Well, I like this hotel, this last visit I will have to say the breakfast was very disappointing.

Room was really nice, but I stayed 4 nights and never got any room service. They say that they do the rooms every 3 nights, I never got it. I was also not happy with having to pay $15 each day for parking. This fee should be disclosed when making the reservation, not when you are there checking in.

The location is great. Queen beds are a plus! Indoor pool is very nice to have. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Breakfast is a bit limited: no milks or yogurts in the mini fridge, and no pastries. Some of the staff are great. One night shift lady was not! The hotel is aging: bathroom ceiling is peeling from moisture; only 1 of 2 elevators work. Huge disappointment to be charged $15/night for an open air parking lot!

It's fine if you just need a place to sleep, but definitely lower your expectations. It turns out that housekeeping doesn't come every day, which is fine. But they didn't tell us that when we checked in and also didn't come at all during our multi day stay. We had to ask for more toilet paper. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in and even after two maintenance requests, nobody came to fix it. Not sure I'd stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay here! We love the location, the comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this hotel! Bfast is very good, with many options available and coffee is ready at 6:15am. Also like that ice cream is available ( for a cost) at the reception area! My only complaint is that parking costs $12 more per day.

Stains in carpet and filthy carpets in the lobby and elevator. i couldn’t control the temperature in the room and was freezing the entire time. Room key keep getting deactivated.

My husband and I checked in and were promptly told that there wasn’t a room for us. We were told that since we went through Expedia, they don’t book the rooms right away so anyone else who was booking on the hotels direct website got the room first. They were willing to give my husband and I a room with full size beds on a higher floor or an accessible king room. I told them I didn’t need an accessible room and it was inappropriate to offer me one if anyone else came along and needed it. After ten minutes, they finally found a room that we had booked. The couch was stained, the refrigerator wasn’t even on, the pillows were very small and so uncomfortable, and the bed was awful! One of the nights we went down to the restaurant and try to order and there was only one person working in the front desk and the restaurant at the same time. She told us it would be an hour before we would get our food. She also told us that we could order through GrubHub or one of those other sites that deliver food if we wanted it and it would get to our room sooner. The whole experience was awful! The coffee was ok.

Parking fee a $12 per night seemed unreasonable given the location. Multi night stay, but room freshened only onceand only after we requested. No mention made at checkin that policy was only periodic cleaning, towels,etc. one of two elevators was out of order entire 4day/3 night stay.

The room was nice. The spout at the sink faucet for the bathroom was loose and wobbly. Low flow regulators on the shower head and bath sink are a pain. It takes twice as long as it normally would to shower. Not saving water, but that's Denver for you. The breakfast was lacking in variety and replenishment of food. Eggs and sausage were almost gone when we got there. They replaced the eggs but not the sausage. Coffee was also empty. Not much to choose from for breakfast. But the room was clean and quiet and the heat worked well.

Property was safe, clean, and had a good breakfast spread. However I do have a few things I didn’t like, one elevator was broke only allowing one for usage and it stopped at every single floor so it took a long time to get up or down, breakfast was not kept warm one morning, and the mattress in my room had indentation due to usage making it hard to stay comfortable throughout the night.

I complained to the front desk several times, but the noise and smoke kept going late into the night. It honestly felt more like a party hotel than a Hyatt. The smell of marijuana was everywhere, even in the hallways and elevators. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to rest, this is not it. I expected much better from Hyatt , this experience was stressful, noisy, and completely sleepless. Definitely not worth the price.

Staff are great. Hotel needs to fix both elevators. In the morning our room has a septic smell, kind of made me nauseous. Breakfast needs to offer more variety. Eggs are a great protein, but not when breakfast burritos have pork, for those who don’t eat meat. Not sure I will return, but location is awesome.

the food is te terrible

I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Our hotel room was literally spotless and smelled fresh. The staff were warm and welcoming. This is a great location and an easy drive into Denver. Many restaurants are nearby in walking distance. The only downside to the hotel is the continental breakfast was awful. But I think that’s the nature of hotel continental breakfast in general.

Booked for one overnight because this hotel was next to the surgery center where i was having a procedure the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, but the woman working check in was horribly rude and disrespectful to both myself and my partner.

The staff was kind, air conditioning was crisp. The bed was comfortable, and clean. The water pressure in my room was wonky but nothing bad. Breakfast was quaint. Smaller hotel but was a nice one night stay overall.

I think one of the things I didn’t like was the fact one of the elevators were not as reactive and yet stop at different floors even though there isn’t anyone standing by for the elevator at those floors. Also I find it somewhat troubling that there not a whole lot of tables available during the complementary breakfast. I do noticed that they had the conference rooms open for that reason.

This was a great hotel! The breakfast was good, the facility was nice. The service was a little slower, we asked for some towels to be brought up and they were never delivered. We went and asked the front desk after several hours and they were able to give us some. I don't think there should be a charge for parking as it is not in a gated area, it's just in the parking lot behind the hotel and is accessible from 2 different streets. Other than that, it was great. Nice, quiet area with shopping and food close by.

The staff and facility was very nice, we enjoyed the pool! Street noise was very loud even up on the fourth floor at night. Overall great place!

Location is safe and pleasant

The room was great! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I will say that the mini fridge in the room didn’t seem to work but we didn’t really need to use it. The breakfast was good, had the same few things the 3 morning we partook so if you’re looking for variety don’t hold your breath but was a good breakfast nonetheless. Wish parking was included too but it’s not bad for a short trip.

The stay was great. There was one issue with the restroom. The design of the restroom was a bit odd. The toilet was too close to the door and it just seemed like the restroom was a bit small. Sort of a weird layout.

The beds were not comfortable, one elevator was out of service so with six floors and a full hotel, one had to wait a long time or take five flights of stairs. Breakfast did not include any meat, and the food was almost always out, or not fresh.

There for business and the hotel served its purpose

I did not get the room I booked. I booked a room with two queen beds and was told they only have a room with one king. Front desk lady was not helpful or friendly. Breakfast, I watch the guy wipe the floor with a rag and use that same rag to wipe a table. This place sure went down hill.

easy on/off Hwy25. Breakfast area not large enough and started late on weekends. Room layout was poor - bathroom sink and mirror were right in front of beds. Turning on the light at the sink blinded anyone still in sleeping.

The front lobby smelled like it was having some plumbing problems, and it persisted our whole weekend. Fortunately, it did not extend to the rooms.

Room was nice & clean, bed comfy & I appreciated the kichenette & office space.

When I went to check out the girl told me that the parking fees were waived, but a few days later I was charged on my credit card. The woman who checked us in was miserable. Very unfriendly and only put us in for 1 night instead of the 3 we had reserved. On day 2 our key cards didn’t work and we were locked out of our rooms.

Everything was great although I feel like shuttle service to the airport would be a great service to offer to your guests.

I had an okay experience at this location. Only one elevator works. Pool area was dirty and the pool itself was dirty. Our bedroom shower drain was clogged and also our bathroom faucet was clogged. The staff was friendly though. Great location. Hotel and room was clean

This was a clean and comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the Denver area. The staff was friendly and the hotel felt very safe. The pool was nice. Our room was roomy for the five of us. The hot breakfast was not overly fancy, but no one went hungry. There was something there for everyone to enjoy. One of the elevators was not working and the other was a bit slow. It was not a perfect place, some reviews may bear that out. But for the money, it couldn't be beat. Again the property felt safe and everything was clean and comfortable. I plan on staying here with my family again.

Good size room.

Starting with the elevators, only one of the two worked, and on two occasions, neither worked. The toilet in our room clogged, flooding the room with dirty water. The breakfast was limited and of poor quality. It was the worst hotel and experience I've ever had. I will definitely not return to a Hyatt Place.

First time coming to this hotel, and it was exactly what I was expecting. Cleanliness, nice beds, spacious room. Good breakfast. Everything was great. Totally recommend it!!

The water in the kitchen was not draining properly and bath room’s watet was not flowing well.

Made the reservation, and got a call the day of my stay saying they overbooked themselves and they were cancelling my reservation. On top of that, they told me they already charged me and they weren't issuing a refund, and I would have to go through Expedia to deal with it. Also there is a hidden parking fee each night. They probably could have handled the situation better.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Will be recommending to friends and family.

We where traveling for baseball tournaments and where able to do a last min late check out due to playing another game it went smoothly and without any problems, we were also able to connect our devices to the television, so it was not a problem watching your favorite show in the room, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice and the continental breakfast was delicious We will be back again soon.

Our go to stay when up in Denver

The room was clean, but we booked 2 rooms with 2 queens and got 2 rooms with a king. Was told there was not a cot available, so 3 kids slept in the sofa bed. One elevator was down. The front desk was not very friendly. We were 2 floors apart.

Otherwise this property is elegant, clean, conveniently located, within walking distance of trails, and has great staff.

Every thing was excellent but the elevator

There were a few things not working properly. Our coffe maker in our room broke and burned the coffee. we got a new coffee pot but our room smelled for a while. The pool was indoor but it was freezing. Everyone who got in said the same thing. We were told it was heated but there is no way it was working. We weren’t aware that it is not a full service hotel according the the front desk. We asked why our room was not cleaned and we were told because it isn’t a full service hotel so they only clean room every 3 days! On the Expedia app. however it says daily room service. We also had to pay a daily rate to park in their parking lot. I’ve never had to do that before, but in looking around at other hotels in the Denver Tech area, it seemed a few of the hotels choose to do charge for parking also. Breakfast was good, but sometimes they ran out of food before breakfast was over. sometimes there was no where to sit to eat. The breakfast staff worked very hard and tried to keep the food coming, the demand seemed to be faster than what they could keep up with. I might stay there again in the future as I really liked the access to the park and I liked the room a lot.

The reason for reducing 1 star though is for front desk staff, during check-in, breakfast or any other interaction with them was cold with no enthusiasm nor smile.

Repeat stay. Best place to stay in the DTC as it’s near highways but quiet, lots of dinning options too.

The staff was friendly, and parking was easy. Breakfast was alright, precooked, processed foods similar to what I've seen at Courtyard Marriott. The hotel was a bit noisy, but there was a large softball tournament happening, so that explains the crowds.

This place had the aura. The rooms were sigma, the breakfast buffet slayed and the pool was fresh. Only ick was the single elevator that took far too long… which we can move past because we would stay here again if in the area!
