Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Romm was clean and spacious. Pool area was great and their were lots of sitting areas. Very clean property.

Everything was pretty good for a La Quinta the only problem was that the air conditioning had no chance of keeping up with the heat and it wasn't even that hot of a day. They really need to get better units in their rooms for that

I thought the amenities on the property were nice and the location the property was at. It was a nice kept running hotel with friendly staff. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned completely, some of the towels in the bathroom were torn, and there was no body wash in the shower.

Everything was awesome besides one thing. Room service didn't come during our 3 night stay. I had to ask the front desk for towels two days in a row. Not a big deal for me but I'm sure others wouldn't be okay with that. The breakfast was subpar. They do have an IHOP behind the hotel which was really good. What really impressed me was that they had an ice and filter water machine that was amazing.

The room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve been in nor was the property maintained well. The staff was great and so was the breakfast.However, the bed was quite saggy and unsupportive, and our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. La Quinta, you can and should strive to do better. Not likely to return.

Check in time is 3:00pm but our room was not ready until almost 7:00pm.

Hotel and room were nice enough and clean. The beds were not comfortable. Mattresses seem to have lost their spring and one was completely torn on the side. Never received any info about breakfast. Went down to grab a bite at 9 AM, but all the main food was gone.

Throughout our 5 day stay the smell of Marijuana smoke lingered in hallways, elevator, courtyard. Even though No smoking signs were posted everywhere, this didn’t stop those particular tenants from smoking door. We addressed the issue with management but the problem was not resolved. Management has to do a better job of identifying the tenants smoking dope and immediately expel them. Just follow your nose! It’s not that hard to find them. I felt management didn’t want to bother with it. I feel sorry for those families with kids that have to put up with that.

I am not sure who is giving this property 4+ stars, but I can only guess it is because they have not been here in a while. The only decent part of this hotel was the lobby, which is probably why it is in so many pictures online. The room was dirty, the AC made strange noises all night, and the beds were horrifically uncomfortable. Each place we went in the hotel smelled different, none of it pleasing. The third floor smelled like mold, the first floor smelled like urine, and the elevator smelled like weed. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the front desk staff were very nice, and it is not their fault they work in a hotel that is in desperate need of major upgrades and building improvements. There is absolutely no way I would ever stay in this hotel again, and I am seriously considering NEVER staying in a La Quinta again either!

Friend looked at hotels. The pictures for gym seemed to show one gym with free weights and one without. So he called and asked. Answer was vague: “We might have one.” He ended up going to a more expensive hotel nearby. Less convenient for our stay. I sent him a pic of weights available and they would’ve been fine for his purposes. Apparently there are two La Quinta’s close to each other in that area. Management should update photos to accurately depict specific location’s amenities. Management should also train staff on amenities specific to location.

The day was very enjoyable. I wish they would add bacon to the breakfast.

Perfect hours for the breakfast, and the food was very decent. Also like that check out isn't till noon. Makes it very easy to pack when you don't have to rush.

The location is great for passing thru Denver on i25 which we frequently do every couple months or so. This time was better than our last stay as the cleaning staff didn’t bang on the door before check out time this time. The room was clean and bathroom was clean too. We had a lot of luggage & bags so we didn’t leave anything in the car as the people lingering in the parking lot seem questionable sometimes. (But that’s Denver these days?!) Anyway, the room size is very big so we didn’t feel crowded with all of our belongings in there with us. We walked over to the View House sports bar /restaurant next door again and had a good time there. I wouldn’t leave anything in the car like we did when we lived in Japan for 25 years. It’s not scary but to us, it doesn’t feel totally safe like it did in Japan. Obviously downtown Denver is much worse. Once again it smelled like weed in the elevator and in the hallway but I guess they can’t control that. We stayed in a room on the i25 side this time and it was really noisy to us. We didn’t feel like moving all of our belongings so we didn’t say anything. Hopefully we won’t get the i25 facing rooms again in June.

Not much, grateful the shower worked. Almost everything. Staff was not helpful, internet was down for several days before I got a text notice. I had to call regularly to get updates and it would be delayed to another day. Amenities were dated and didn’t help make up for the other parts of the experience.

Room was okay. Price too high for the amount of nights we stayed. Breakfast was poor and they closed it down before breakfast ended a couple of times, or they ran out of something.

Great choice for a 1-2 night stay, close to freeway and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, shopping centers and everyday needs.

Beware what is Advertised as Queen beds were only Full. Measured ONLY 53inches in Width. Normal Queen is 60. As a couple who like to share one Bed we were crowded & uncomfortable. It really ruined our night stay & sleep. Also Beds could use pillow top covering on mattress, besides being small, Bed was hard.

When we arrived to our room, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder installed, and the toilet paper roll was simply sitting on the counter. Several of the towels in the room also appeared stained, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. Another major disappointment was the pool being closed during our stay with no notice posted online or communicated ahead of time. This was something we were looking forward to using, so it was frustrating to find out only after arriving. On top of that, the room stayed uncomfortably hot because the window AC unit did not cool properly, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Again, the staff were kind during our interactions, and I appreciate their professionalism, but overall the condition of the hotel and lack of communication left us disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this location again.

We had a good stay overall. Room was spacious and clean. A few minor issues were that the room seemed to be not very well insulated from sound. We could easily hear the guests in the next room over through the lock-off door, and their TV too. Not great for privacy. Also the seals on the room door were visibly falling off. The water pressure was a bit low, especially on the sink. The hotel seemed mostly renovated, except for a few things. The elevator looked a bit beat up, and was out of order on one of the days we stayed. The windows looked pretty old compared to the rest of the room, and did not block out the highway noise very well. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I just wish it ran until 10am everyday, and not just only on weekends. All the staff were nice to us. It'd be nice if there was another towel rack or hooks for hanging more items in the bathroom.

I paid for early check-in it was not ready, the bedding was dirty on one of the beds when I got there and I was told that cleaning would be every third day. However a female employee named Kirsten who was not management expertly addressed all my concerns and made sure all of these problems were rectified. Kirsten was extremely professional and acted on all of these issues promptly. In my opinion a person like that is an asset to any company, I am not sure what her situation is like everyday but the fact that she handled all of this problems so rapidly was very impressive. Thank you, I will be staying there again. I think whoever's in charge of housekeeping should have taken a little more time to look at the rooms, when pulling back the sheets to find that the quilt was dirty right there at the pillow gives an immediate impression of filthiness. I also realize that things are overlooked in the age of everyday business. It is concerning though that when you pay for an early check-in and one room is not available when it should be. Again this is not my business but it seems like a communication breakdown between the front desk and the head of housekeeping, and once again if it was not for Kirsten I would have left and not come back, however she with little or no Management authority was able to politely address her co-workers and get this done. I was sincerely impressed with her acumen and skill coupled with a sincere attitude to get all of this accomplished.

We have stayed there on several occasions before and this time it seems things are slipping. The room itself was fine. Just needs some TLC. We were originally booked in a room by the elevator and needed to be moved. This was taken care of easily and the staff person was very accommodating. Do not accept a room near an elevator. Breakfast was okay. The coffee in the lobby is a nice touch but we found it was luke warm. Like I say, it's slipping but it's not totally bad. Just needs some TLC.

Room is big and clean. This is my first ever negative feedback in this (or any) platform for that matters This place is a definite 'stay off' hotel. The cleaning staff is so 'good and efficient' that they actually 'cleaned' some of my personal items (clothes). To be clear, this hotel cleaning stuff practically stole my clothes! Only 4 hours After check out when I discovered I did not empty one drawer with clothes, I called the hotel front desk, reporting about my stuff that had been left behind accidently when leaving, I was expecting prompt response and that my stuff was retrieved and is kept safe for me. Instead the staff never called back, and 3 hours later when I called again they said the housekeeping ("unfortunately") did not find anything in the room, bla bla... I was astonished, asking to speak with the manager, Ms. Lenka, which I did the following day, and she mainly kindly explained that there is very little she could do, that was the hotel manager's response. She didn't seem to care too much about the case, by that acknowledging the fact that her stuff in part consists of petty thieves. I felt I was dealing with a 3rd world country hostel staff. To be fair, I warned the lady manager that unless she will demonstrate more suitable and appropriate approach, this kind of feedback awaits down the road. She didn't seem to care too much, my guess is that this is not a first timer at this hotel. If you are the kind of guest that never forgets anything behind, this hotel could be a reasonable choice, to all others, I would keep away from this joint. I would definitely never set foot in any of the chain's hotels, and if you value your personal items and privacy, I would strongly suggest you did the same. Funny enough, had that not happened, this hotel would have been received quite a positive feedback, amazing they do not perceive the severe impact of such conduct over customer overwhole satisfaction and rating.

None Sunken mattress of the queen bed near the window. Shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. I informed this problems to the staff at front desk on the second day in the morning at around 7：15 am. The staff of front desk promised to change the room for me. But when I returned to the hotel at around 6 pm on the same day, I found the staff did nothing on my complaint. They did not change the room or fix the sunken mattress. They even did not fill up the shower gel and shampoo bottles. The bottles were still empty. I talked to the staff （Mr. Francisco）this situation but he replied me that he could do nothing. He even asked me to cancel the 2nd day booking and refund partial payment. I had no choice because it was 7 pm. I stayed at this hotel for one more day. This experience was terrible for me and I would never recommend my friends to choose this hotel.

I used this hotel to recover from surgery, it was great. They got me a first-floor room and I was able to get snacks at weird hours of the night, which helped when the post-anesthesia munches kicked in at 11pm.

We have stayed at this location several times. We have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel smells good. The amenities are great and the staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is okay. I always enjoy the waffles. Parking is great. We come to town for medical appointments and La Quinta has provided the most comfortable stay compared to other hotels in the area. The price is great, too.

Back parking lot is VERY sketch. More broken down cars with people staying in them, coming and going than in Downtown Denver it felt like. Was not a safe environment. Bed sheets were also all pilled up, which always feels old and dirty. Not sure why those weren't thrown away.

the tv didn't work. staff came in to fix the problem which he kind of fixed and then the tv went back out. unable to watch tv. the soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work so the cleaning service provided us with soap. there were dogs on our floor barking early in the morning. when I checked in, I asked if there were animals permitted in the hotels, we were told that upper floors dogs were not allowed they could only be on the first floor which it was not true.

It was by surprise that my reservation was for this location, as the hotel with the same name where i normally stay, was also in the same vacinity. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean, nicely decorated, and safe this hotel was. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfy bed, plenty of space in the room, free and convenient parking, easy access off and on I25, and close to restaurants and filling stations. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The free breakfast was very nice and appreciated by guests. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Weird door slamming noises all night long

The staff was friendly & helpful. Most areas were clean. I liked the mature trees around the property. The elevators weren't as clean as the rest of the property. And the hotel could use an upgrade. Some woodwork, etc. was worn. The sheets didn't fit the beds very well. Free breakfast was not tasty (I tried tge eggs & sausage), so I had breakfast at the IHop.

Word of advice. DO NOT take a room on the I-25 side of the hotel unless very loud interstate noise does not bother you. It was very loud still at midnight.

Do NOT stay at this location! Police passing through parking lot as we were unloading told us it was unsafe. Too late to cancel. Nothing bad happened, but the stay was terrible. Loud, dirty and the breakfast is not with showing up for.

My stay was great everything was simple & easy. The breakfast was great had a lot of options. The only annoying thing was my last night the fire alarm went off at 3 am so we all had to go outside HELLA COLD !! Wasn’t the hotels fault but it was not fun.

I do not know how this La Quinta received such high ratings on various travel platforms, but the rating should definitely be more along the lines of a 2-3 rating out of 10. The service is the absolute worst or non-existent. We stayed for 4 nights, and there was no in-room cleaning service for 4 continuous nights. We even requested for in-room cleaning service directly from the front desk on the 2nd night and they made a note in our room. Even after the request, no in-room cleaning service was provided. Basically the hotel just ignored our request. The room upon checkin was fairly unclean as there was dirt and trash in the closet. The plugs in the bathroom did not work at all. They do not refill or restock breakfast items (such as eggs, sausage, yogurt) when those items ran out. Good luck to those who want to eat breakfast towards the later hours as you'll be eating bread. The hotel is kind of dark and looks old and outdated, even though they supposedly went through a refresh in 2019. The rooms look like they were updated, but the elevator definitely looks like it is at least 15+ years old. The outside parking is shady and unsafe at night. When we arrived, there were 3 police cars in front of the hotel, but we could not tell what was going on. Previous guests also mentioned the parking lot to be unsafe and future guests should definitely heed that advice. Upon checkout, I asked to talk to the manager regarding the lack of service and cleaning. The manager was not there, but I was promised several times repeatedly and assured that the manager would call me back regarding my concerns and problems. This is a TOTAL LIE. The manager never even attempted to call me back. I will never stay at this La Quinta ever again and neither should any future guests if you value cleanliness and safety. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LA QUINTA.

Breakfast was typical. The location is good for us when visiting our Son and family. The only negative we had was a barking dog a few doors down from our room.

The facilities were well maintained and clean. The staff were excellent at check in and maintained a decent breakfast. The location was easy to find from the interstate. Also, a good value for that area. Only issue we had was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and having to wait outside until it was cleared. We were not really sure what happened, but it seemed that the staff handled it correctly.

This hotel is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The room was nice. The staff is great, helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and good, they even had biscuits and gravy on some days I will stay there whenever we are in Denver. I highly recommend this hotel

After being put in a room that had crusty lotion stuck on the bottle, urine and toilet paper in the toilet which had a black ring of scum around the bowl, and a bathrub coated in scum, we were moved to a slightly cleaner room which stil had soap scum. We did not eat breakfast because of our initial experience for fear of food poisoning. Gas station food seemed more appealing, the coffee ran out and there didnt seem to be anyone cleaning up the area. Do not stay here.

I arrived close to midnight. The check-in was quick and easy. The area appeared to be decent. I was informed my room was at the back of the hotel and there is parking back there. I drove to the back and it was a whole different world, people living in their cars, shattered glass near one parking spot as if someone's window had been broken, one person rummaging through the back of their truck, next to a rundown RV, people walking around.

Every time I interacted with Francisco he was always so kind and friendly, he even made sure I got the room I wanted on my last weekend that I stayed there! 1. The TV in the room has built in Chromecast, but the instructions are no good. It tells you the wifi network to be on to connect to the Chromecast, but that network isn't an available option to sign your phone or other device onto. 2. The TV in the room appears to have a volume limiter set on it which I couldn't change. I understand why they would do this to keep you from disturbing other guests, but I was trying to watch a movie and some of the speaking scenes were so quiet I couldn't hear what they were saying even at the max volume limit the hotel set. That was extremely annoying! Just let guests use their own judgement with volume and if it's an issue for other guests then your staff can deal with it then. 3. I was visiting from Canada and I had a show I was watching through Netflix, but it was only available on the Canadian Netflix. I thought I'll just use a VPN right? Wrong, the hotel has put some sort of security on their wifi to prevent the use of VPNs. It seems like they just really want to control guests entertainment. I wasn't very impressed about that. 4. It was really nice to have the option to have a free breakfast and there were several options for food. The only problem is most of it didn't taste all that great.

First things first, the staff was awesome and friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels/toiletries/etc. The breakfast was fine, your average hotel breakfast. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but the exercise room looked good for a hotel gym. The only issue we had was the ridiculous prices at the market. I understand they're going to be more expensive than anywhere else, but $10 for a 12 pack of Tums is beyond. Everything else was lovely!

My room key stopped working after 1 day, the toilet clogged with nothing in it, the shower drain was backed up, and housekeeping didn’t come once in 3 days, not even to make the bed or take out the trash. Also, I was in a room on the first floor that had two doors and the safety latches on both doors were loose, like they’d been broken through.

the lobby was nice. Breakfast with lots of good options. The hotel was crowded- likely because it is the least pricey in the area. The halls all smelled like food. Room was clean, but bed was sunken in in the center- I still slept fine. Lots of highway noise, but that is what you get for being right on i-25. I was not bothered by the noise necessarily. The room had a stale odor as well- like dirty socks. I was coughing for a good portion of the night- so there was likely allergens in the room. I'm not too fussy and typically stay in average hotel/motels, but I would spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else next time.

We had planned to stay four nights to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, but decided to find another hotel after finding animal feces smeared in the bedroom closet. The smell alerted our attention and when the staff could not arrange for another room, we requested a refund and were forced to fund another hotel after our midnight arrival.

Room was a little old. You can here the highway all night. Then the room next came back an had ppl over to party till lile 2am went quiet but them was woken up by the guy next pounding on the door so loud loke he was gonna break it down once he got in started throwing things and yelling at him girlfriend they argued for amloat 2 hoursm finally call the desk but took them awhile to throw them out!! Once we got to sleep around 6am. Then around 8am ppl in the hallway were loud and doors slamming. Needles to say got no rest!!!

Staff is very courteous. The wall insulation is not too good can here noise from neighbor rooms and also traffic from the freeway.

Staff were very courteous. I got in late and jetlagged. The sheets seemed very worn out. I would be embarrassed to have them on a guest bedroom at home. I mentioned them to the lady at the front desk and she said they hoped to get new ones in the next year. I will take a sleeping bag if I stay there again.

There was no body wash in the shower. I was charged $50 for one dog. I was under the pression it was $25 . The breakfast area the orange juice was like water and there wasn't a lot of hot food.

Room was very spacious, which made for a more comfortable stay. We had a room with a King bed and were surprised to have a recliner. The bathroom is spacious and accommodated with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelled nice. The staff were very nice and accommodating if we needed something. The breakfast area is open so it doesn’t feel crowded like other places.

This is by far one of THE best hotels in this area. The breakfast is great; it's clean and quiet and SAFE! And the price is pretty darn good!!! You CANNOT go wrong staying here!!! My first floor room has an outside door to a centralized gazebo so if you have a fur baby, you can easily take them out!!!!! It's almost like a mini apartment!

There was no housekeeping. Our trash was full and needed more towels. It was also really dirty under our beds. Area was good and breakfast and the lady there was nice.

This was my second night staying here but in a different room. This room was not as clean as the first one, the seal on the window needs to be fixed (too much cold air coming through) and there is a leak under the tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and staff is friendly.

Our room was well equipped, had a comfortable king-size, and large / clean bathroom with a big walk in shower. Really nice accommodation. :) Ample parking as you'd generally expect it to be in the States. Reception very modern with nice decoration, nice seating / relaxing area. Shared as the breakfast area too, so quite large, with plenty of tables & chairs. Outdoor pool of course was closed with it being the end of October when we stayed, but it looked to be a superb recreation area. Certainly will be worth a return visit one summer.

I appreciated the pet friendly policy. I do think they needed a dedicated area away from the hotels front entrance for pets to relieve themselves.

We usually love staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites, but this time was different. Upon getting the bed ready for a good night sleep I noticed that the pillow was filthy, and I mean disgustingly dirty. The pillow cover wasn't changed and it had some bloody boogers. Another pillow had some oily stains. We had to call the reception at 10pm and ask for pillows change. Still it was not comfortable to sleep there. How do we know if any of the bedsheets had been changed? We will think twice before reserving at LQ again and if we do, we will always check the bedsheets upon entering the room.

Room was clean but mattress was worn, saggy, creaky had a ridge around edge and dip in middle. The pillows were awful, worthless really. They had zero aupport and the fethers were clumped together. Was disappointed to find the hot tub closed. Description said pool was seasonal May-Sept but didn't say the hot tub would also be closed on an 80° day in Oct.

This time around I was given a room towards the back which faced the highway, it was a bit noisy, plus people were smoking near the door and elevator was slow. Not the best of experiences but the hotel, the room and area are all nice, safe and comfortable.

Pool, hot tub, breakfast..all wonderful. The hotel is in great condition. All hotels must be diligent regarding bed bugs. I found welts all over me just as my stay was ending. That starts a whole new nightmare regarding them hitch hiking.

The place seemed great for the price. Big room. Nice breakfast. But we dealt with someone not staying in the stairway, eating the breakfast, smoking, throwing trash around. While they took care of the person. The food trash was still in the stairwell when we left 2 days later. I don’t have confidence in the safety or cleanliness of this location.

We stay all the time it is clean and employees are very kind and helpful. The outside of the property needs a little better up keep but the rest makes up for it. Also very pet friendly.

We got a great room on the floor level facing the pool area with two doors, one to the building and another door to the garden surrounding the pool area. Room was spacious and nice. Mattress was a bit soft for me. Other family members didn't complain on that. Location was very convenient, close to highway exit.

I had a very positive initial first impression of the hotel until the musty room smell which seemed to stem from someone disregarding hotel policy and either smoking in the stairwell or right next to the exit door. Coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy the smell, onceyou get past the stale smell of the devils lettuce, the beds were comfortable and the area was nice. The View restaurant next door was fantastic.

Three in the morning, we had another fire alarm again we all run out. We could sleep the whole night you thought something bad was going on At the time of checking out, we asked if we can have some kind of credit for the night because it was beyond scary and couldn’t sleep all night because of her there false alarms. The lady in the front desk said that her manager said no credits to anyone for that night.

I thought the price was really good and paid for 3 nights in FULL before my arrival. The room was smelly when I arrived. I tried to open the windows but one window was stuck and could not be opened. The other window could be opened only 2-3 inches but the 2 levels of drapes ( trying to block the terrible I-25 noise) prevented much air flow. I don't think they air out or sanitize the rooms at all. As the hotel stated, a room cleaning could be requested. I made a room cleaning request early in the next morning. It did not occur until I complained at the front desk about 9 hours later. The front desk person empty the trash and gave me fresh towel BUT he was unable to get any airflow in the room either! I am appreciative that he did that much as it was not his job! A fire alarm went off at 2-3 am my first night, necessitating evacuation. I became physically ill with nasal reaction to the room as easily witnessed by 2 trash cans compacted with used facial tissues EACH day. I asked to speak/discuss with the manager, she only wrote me a note. I would have gone home after the first night but I had paid in FULL for this room for three nights. I can't believe that Expedia would offer a room at such a BAD place. I feel I wasted my money with Expedia. Sorry, but this is the truth!

Also, not the hotel's fault, someone pulled the fire alarm at 3 am.

It was a convenient location for my trip but the door to my room looked like it had been prwviously kixked in and the lock was put back with uncured silicone putty.

Nice, clean room and kind staff. Breakfast was good and we loved the gym, which included cardio equipment and free weights. The elevator was out of order for part of our stay and the tv was too small for a room that size. Otherwise, it was great.

Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was an afternoon that the elevator wasn't working, but walking around to the other one was no big deal. There was a man sitting in the stairwell that appeared to be intoxicated or high so we didn't take the stairs. The toilet seat was broken and almost falling off the stool, but after a call to the front desk, it was immediately taken care of.

Room was large, very nice outdoor pool area, everything seemed clean, breakfast was fine. The only problem was not much sound proofing. The highway was very noisy 24/7 and the room next door was loud. Maybe because we had a connecting door.

I called the day before our stay to make sure that our rooms would be connecting. They stated that they didn't have connecting rooms but that our rooms would right next to each. When we checked in, our rooms were in different hallways. Our second room was for our kids and I was not comfortable with having them that far away. The front desk then said the only other option was one of the pet friendly room. We accepted this change. We then left the hotel because the pet friendly room they put us in was dirty, with feces still on the floor.

Front desk good people

The very first issue was the condition of the rooms. Both bathrooms were visibly dirty. The showers and toilet seats had what appeared to be light dirt and grime, so we spent 15 minutes cleaning each bathroom ourselves before we could use them. The next morning, we discovered our second inconvenience. We were told at check-in that breakfast was served until 10:00 am, but when we went downstairs at 9:15 am, we were informed that all the breakfast had been cleared away at 8:00 am. While the employee at the front desk was apologetic and tried to find something for us, we ended up having to go out to eat. Things only got worse. When we returned to our rooms later that day, we found that housekeeping had not come. The rooms were not cleaned, and we had no fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk, where the employee apologized and handed me a stack of clean towels to take back to the rooms myself. The final and most frustrating issues occurred with the hotel facilities. The elevator was out of service, which was a significant inconvenience as I was traveling with six other people, including small children and luggage. We had no choice but to take the stairs. The stairwell was not only an eyesore but also smelled strongly of marijuana on every floor.

Soundproof of room was horrible. Electric outlets on nightstand didn’t work. A/C wasn’t great and loud. The remote was defective.
