Reviews
The hotel is generally clean with friendly and helpful staff. However, there are frequent issues with amenities such as elevators, ice machines, and hot water. The rooms are outdated and bathrooms are small, with some guests reporting clogged drains and lack of refrigerators.

Clean, safe and pleasant. Staff was excellent.

Rooms are small. No microwave. Dim lighting. Bathroom is EXTREMELY small & uncomfortable. $20 for breakfast is a bit much considering the price is high per night.

Very loud hotel. Not nice at all.

It was so hard to work the tv I have no idea what was going on with it the tvs just need to be updated it’s 2026 why do we not have smart tvs they are cheap it doesn’t take much no reason to have tvs from 2017

The place is very old dark and dingy looking and eat some serious updating. Kept getting a hint of sewer smell on and off. I think there might be some plumbing problems. Either than that it was pretty good. Enjoyed the breakfast that you have to order on the weekends. It was really good good service very friendly staff.

The hotel looked amazing in pictures, the lobby and other amenities looked like the photos. However there isn’t a picture of a standard room, which since staying I know why. Bathroom was minuscule compared to the room, like almost an afterthought. Bed was lumpy, the pillows were sky high on the bed, but once laid in were nothing. The room smelled old and slight animal scent detected, like dog stayed there right before you entered. No microwave, no mini fridge, water is $5 a small bottle, and the A/C unit ran constantly without ever maintaining a temperature. Heated up to 74 then immediately the unit cooled the room only to heat it up again, never maintained. Restaurant staff had no desire to help, sat a table and they stared at us. It was very uncomfortable, and when approached walked away or turned away. We went to IHOP across the street with better service. Don’t recommend the even 220s rooms as your only view is the building HVAC system. All in all spend your $250 else where.

The breakfast was not great. The eggs were in a big block. There was little choice. I've definitely had better breakfast buffets. More selection would have been nice. There were two ladies taking care of the dining room. They did not approach me while I was there, but did approach several other offering coffee or water.

Awful. Credit card machine was down and the lady wouldn’t restart the computer or merchant machine so we couldn’t pay for our deposit and had to find another hotel after I had already paid for hotel

Room was clean but Needs to be updated. No usb ports to charge anything so would need wall charger and when you dont have that it sucked lol. Customer service guy at front desk was nice and accommodating.

Everything was great, but the bathrooms are a bit small.
- 4/5
Could be cleaner.
- 3/5
The staff was nice and the hotel overall seemed pretty decent. We traveled with our dog… however It was hard to feel good about the hotel when our floor smelled of heavy mildew. Our room was comfortable and pretty nice. Everything seemed to be clean and in good condition but the heavy mildew smell in the room was bad. Couldn’t hang clothes in the armoire as it seemed to have a strong mildew Oder as well. Glad we gone most of the day.

I am a Marriot rewards member that stays here pretty often. It would hurt them to honor my request for a higher floor preference, but they will often site excuses like the "top floor is reserved" all 5 floors are reserved, usually putting me on the 5th.
- 3.5/5
Cleanliness was pretty spot on So the Sheraton is a pretty high value hotel around the world. It had honestly been a dream come true to stay at a Sheraton but it was disappointing that the rooms were out dated technologically. No usb ports to charge things which caught me by surprise.

Property is very outdated and in need of some serious renovations.

Good one

The room was clean, bed was good. Wifi was bad, 1mb down, 1 mb up. Called to have them fix it and despite saying they did, it was not fixed. Called again, still no fix. Could see the repeater on the wall malfunctioning, gave up. Bathrooms were small and water pressure was light.

While the people working at the front desk were very attentive and helpful that didn’t make up for the condition of the property. The restaurant looks like something out of the 1970s the menu was absolutely pathetic. The cleanliness of the hotel was nonexistent not only inside but outside the property itself. The property looks as if it’s in the middle of a renovation. I’ve stayed at many Sheridan properties before and I have to say this one was absolutely horrible. The elevators were filthy dirty. And I stated before the restaurant was absolutely pathetic and incredibly horrible menu in a restaurant that was dirty. The tables were sticky from years and years of use and cleaning products.

Everything else.
- 1.5/5
There were workers staying there long term. They were all very polite but not what I expected. Everything was a little dirty and rundown. There was also no operating Starbucks as advertised.
- 0.5/5
Mostly everything else. The false advertising. The somewhat rude staff. The lies and price gouging. They didn’t have poop bags. And they lied about things to pocket money.
- 3/5
Definitely gives old school, restroom are very small the best part was the view
- 2/5
Not liked expense not offer nothing ..they not clean my room and was very smelly

- 5/5
Excellent hotel at the Denver tech center.
- 3/5
The carpets were filthy throughout the hotel. The lobby was the only place that was semi updated the pictures online were nothing like the hotel. The bed was saggy and old and had dog or cat scratches on the leather headboard, which told us animals were in that room before us. The tub and sink drains were very slow draining. The hairdryer was broken (didn’t find out til I was done washing my hair). Overall disappointed in the condition of this hotel.
- 1/5
Terrible tv channels to choose from, no attendee at the bar and looked run down, which is unfortunate..
- 3/5
Room smelled musty. Fixtures were old and linens were severely frayed. But the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was overall clean but worn.

Property is clean but personal relationship with the receptionist on the day of arrival was so rude
- 5/5
Just spent a week in Silverthorn, & 1 night in Denver. Would have been a better trip if it was the other way around
- 4/5
Staff and property were tip top. Staff were very polite and helpful. No WiFi internet was inconvenient as well as the TV not having access to stuff like Netflix and Amazon. Had to buy a Roku and stream it through my phone. Overall a good stay!
- 4/5
An older hotel is under renovation on some floors. Not a bad stay.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and nice.
- 3/5
Room seemed to be outdated and bathroom was not clean very well.
- 4/5
I expected alot more out of a Sheraton because they are always so pricey. Nothing was terrible but nothing was great either. The beds were very uncomfortable and seemed to be old as they squeaked badly. There wasn't a microwave in the room nor a mini fridge which I found weird especially the microwave. The bathroom was extremely small and the rooms looked very outdated. Then to top it all off, they have an 11:00 check out not even a 12:00 noon one! Again, none of this was terrible and really didn't have any effect on our stay except for the lousy beds, I just thought that for charging so much more than other hotels that are just as equal if not better, the Sheraton would be more impressive that's all.
- 5/5
I really liked the free parking and the executive chef was really awesome in the mornings at breakfast!
- 5/5
They worked with me on my checkout time while I was there for a chess tournament. I will definitely book again with them in the future!
- 5/5
Just a personal getaway. I loved that my room was very quiet and clean!
- 3/5
The ice machine was removed from my floor and I was told I'd have to go to another floor for it. No place to plug in USB cables. Had to unplug a light to plug in my laptop so I could plug in my hearing aids .
- 3/5
This hotel is old and outdated. We had to move rooms because of a running toilet, and both bathrooms had toothpaste splattered everywhere on the walls. Gross. Most of the employees were great. One guy was very rude.
- 4/5
El personal muy amable!!
- 3/5
No USB plug-ins. No ice bucket in room and no ice or vending on same floor. I know, first world problems. However, keep up... That's why competition is good!
- 1/5
No hot water for a day and a half Worst experience ever Will never stay there again
- 2/5
Busy hotel because of the chess convention that was going on. Rooms weren't great. Just normal room
- 5/5
Very nice property
- 4/5
The bed on the first night was popping and making noises, but management moved us to different room and the rest of our stay was great
- 4/5
Hotel was nice and clean with large rooms. Bar tender who also handled the dining room was awesome! Food prices for hotel were fairly reasonable and food was great! Only complaint is the bed was very bad, had body imprints and wasnt comfortable. They need to replace them!
- 4/5
We only needed to stay one night and this was an excellent choice for us.
- 2/5
Way to expensive for nice room.no free anything!!!! Food breakfast phone calls water etc.what a ripoff!

- 5/5

All good except the ice machine was broken the trash next to the ice machine smelled so horrible and the elevators were down for a while and we were on the 8th floor 😒

Comfortable clean quiet easy access
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Everything is close by.
- 4/5
The room was very basic. Did not include a fridge but would charge if you wanted a bottle of water.

This property is very old and outdated. Bed was uncomfortable and no fridge in room. Very noisy location right by I25 so noisy I couldn’t sleep. Will not return

Overall stay good . But I as downgraded from a king size to a double bed with a conjoined room. Neighbors were loud.

If you are attending any event at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. This is a great hotel. It was easy with parking, great location and very clean. The 10 floor has great views also.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing!!!
- 5/5
Everything perfect
- 5/5
Veri nice
- 3/5
Nice staff but needs some updating, and maybe some new elevators
- 3/5
The room itself was decently nice. Only complaint there was that the fridge wasn’t all that cold. Main bone to pick would be with front desk staff. The woman I spoke too was a bit confrontational and hard to work with. Kept creating issues such as my age and check in time, that her manager seemed to have no legitimate issues with or policies against. Location was also less than ideal.
- 4/5
Staff was great !
- 3/5
It is a very old hotel, it needs maintenance, room was not clean and bathroom is very small.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Professional staff. Very nice building and room.
- 2/5
This was our second stay, and we experienced poor customer service and unfriendly staff. The bathrooms were small. Despite requesting a sheet change for the second time, it wasn't done. The vending machine for drinks was closed both days, and while there are ice machines on every floor, we had to go to the next floor to get ice. The elevator was slow and busy, with one of them not working at all. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service and will not be returning in the future.
- 5/5
The pool was open and was able to be used. Family friendly and event friendly. The room was quiet and staff were very pleasant.
- 5/5
First time in Colorado and had no complaints, you guys were great!
- 5/5
Felt very safe on the property, rooms were not exactly what we paid for but they said that was because i booked with expedia. Everything was clean but dated and the roll up curtains were not fully functioning in the only room we did get right. Overall fairly comfortable stay and the front staff and housekeeping were very timely and accommodating to what we needed to get everyone situated.
- 5/5
Needed a room while passing through. Was a great option. Spacious and clean room.
- 1/5
Make sure you check your bank statements if you drink at the bar. They asked My boyfriend if he wanted to charge it to the room he said no and paid with his card. They ended up charging my room still. I did call and am waiting on a refunded. The other issue I had was bedding. I could not get clean sheets. I asked at 1pm, again at 6pm and again 1am when I was going to bed. They told me they were overbooked and all the sheets were dirty. Said in a few hours I could get clean sheets. 2am I received damp stained sheets better than sleeping on the pee stained mattress. Next day came back from a hike all of my bedding was gone besides the same stained dirty sheets. Found a maid in the hallway and asked her for new bedding. Top it all off Someone also pooped in the pool my first day there!
- 2/5
There was no mini fridge. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The air conditioner was loud. The pillows were not comfortable. The coffee shop was not open on the weekend.
- 2/5
The room wasn’t ready until a hour after check in which was annoying. Customers would take a luggage cart and just sit with it and staff did nothing even tho other people obviously needed it. Door didn’t close properly even tho I let staff know they didn’t do anything about it. I could literally push my door open when you thought it was closed. Didn’t even stay there the 2nd night because I did not feel safe.
- 5/5
After hotel staff took care of the loud guest - it was a pleasant stay.
- 1/5
Well Check In was at 4:00 and we got there at 5:30 and our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes until it was ready. Room was nice and roomy except the bathroom way tiny. Barley enough room to use the toilet. Hotel was in a good location as far as meeting up with the family.
- 1/5
We arrived at 4pm, which was check in time. I was told that they haven't finished cleaning the rooms yet so we will have to wait. However, every other person in line was able to get their rooms right away, whereas we waited almost an hour extra for our rooms. The room doors don't lock unless you slam the door, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the corner of one of our rooms, & the water pressure was non existent in the bathrooms. Randomly the drains in the bathroom make noises like the drain is draining, even when the water isn't on & hasn't been on in a while. When showering, the temperature of the water randomly goes cold for a while & then comes back to the desired temperature. Despite it being summer and a holiday week, their pool needed to be shocked & was out of service for most of a Saturday when their hotel was completely booked. Finally, after being gone for 5 hours we walked into our room to find a pool of water forming right on the front door area of the room because of an issue with some equipment in the room next to ours (ice machine?) I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. After waiting a while, I went down and spoke to the same person as I had on the phone and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about so I filed a complaint again & he was very vague about when someone would be by to take a look until I said I would contact corporate if they couldn't get it done soon. We got a fan from a maint. worker & that was it
- 3/5
The property was very dated & underwhelming.
- 3/5
Was unable to check in at check in time at 4pm. There were no rooms clean at the time. Did not offer to upgrade or compensate for that. The room was mid. No closet, no refrigerator, and nothing to hang stuff on. Housekeeping was yelling in the hallways in the morning. Did not enjoy our stay there.
- 4/5
Shower is like a Prison Shower. Water goes cold
- 5/5
Very comfortable room. Pool was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean and a great view
- 5/5
Great outdoor pool for kids. Lots of restaurants available and easy access.
- 2/5
Had to walk a long ways for parking, small rooms coffe maker had parts missing and didn’t work. On top of paying $260 for two nights you had to pay $18/ea for breakfast. Bathroom was so small the door almost hits the toilet when opening. Not a bad hotel overall. But not worth the price one bit
- 1/5
Did like property at all, dirty and needs major remodeling. Will never stay their. Left and went to different hotel.
- 5/5
Overall a good stay. Clean hotel and friendly staff. It’s a very large hotel though it is somewhat outdated and could use some updates. Especially adding more outlets in the room would be helpful.
- 2/5
Over a month ago we reserved a king sized bed. Front desk staff told us to wait and they will give us a king sized bed room and that it was still getting cleaned. Waited 20 minutes and they gave out all the king sized beds so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds in a 2 double bed room. Mold was all over the ceiling walls in the shower and dripping down. So much for a honeymoon. A budget hotel would have been of better quality than this place.
- 1/5
When we arrived and tried to check in at 4, the room wasn’t ready but we didn’t mind waiting. After 30 minutes went by we went to go check and see if they had an update on when our room would be ready and the key was sitting there for us they just never called us. Other than that, the room is clean and quiet and the common areas in the hotel are clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff!!
- 3/5
The rooms were very basic. No microwave and no refrigerator. The staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Nice and clean but not a 4 star
