Nothing Room was filthy and smelled like smoke. There were holes in the wall. The bed was dirty. It was nonrefundable. This place needs to be closed permanently.

Then finally got checked in after 20 minutes then went to the room the hall way was full of trash and dirt. Looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The got to the room the tv wouldn’t come on. Also the shower was molded. It was just an horrible experience.

Did not stay at the property after checking into the first room. It smelled like smoke and the smoke detector was not even hooked to the wall. When given a key to the second room to try, we walked in and the beds were not made. The room was not cleaned. When taken to our third room to try and we walked in. It smelled like marijuana. So we chose to leave

The staff was courteous and friendly. Did not get king size bed but the 2 queens were fine. Ice machine on 1st floor was briken but the 2nd level had a working machine. Checkout was easy.

There was no hot tub.. the rooms were not clean, there were things left in my dresser from a previous booking, hair in the bed and toilets, food stains on covers, dead and alive bugs on sinks and counters. Bad smells in certain areas

The front desk woman was sleeping for about 20 minutes while I was trying to get her to allow us into the pool. There was Poo on the back of the toilet food all over the floors, dirty, dirty headboards, dirty, dirty. Sheets, and every time I would ask for new things. So I could change the beds myself never got them. Just a horrible stay to the point that we only stayed one night and left and we only stayed the one night because it was midnight.. We switched rooms, and it did not matter.. Was like, they never even cleaned these rooms and the staff was again like I said sleeping when we needed help

After 3 room changes of clogged toilets, ( guest should not be up at 3am plunging toilets, we are guest NOT plumbers ) room too stank to sleep in from old stained dirty disgusting carpet, heater not working and it’s 50 degrees outside. I’m from Miami and NOT use to that type of cold. Let’s not forget the dirty stained sheets with hair follicles all over them. VERY DISGUSTING made my stay very UNCOMFORTABLE ‼️

ROACHES!! rude staff and not very clean

When we arrived, it took repeated rings of a bell to get someone to check us in. While the room appeared clean, it reeked of weed) in a supposed non-smoking facility). The hallway was littered with trash. Breakfast was so unappealing we didn't bother. We won't be back.

I let the front desk know that there was mold in the bathroom. They claims it was corrected but once I return to the room it was still there. I also took pictures and show them but nothing.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The Country Inn & Suites in Georgia was an absolute disgrace. The first room they gave us was FILTHY—dirt behind the bed, floors dirty, hair everywhere. We switched rooms, and unbelievably, the next one was just as nasty. There were BUGS on the walls that my boyfriend had to kill. The whole place was dirty and had hair on it too. It was like no one cleaned anything. The entire place reeked of marijuana the whole time. The hallways were filthy. The bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained—completely unacceptable. And the TV didn’t even work. When we called the front desk, the best they could say was “unplug it and plug it back in.” Still nothing. So we had NO working TV our entire stay. We had nowhere else to go, and it was so disgusting we had to go out and BUY OUR OWN SHEETS just to feel remotely comfortable sleeping there. What a complete nightmare. I will NEVER stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately the hallway was not clean there was garbage by the vending machines dirt marks on the floors. In the rooms the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and duct tape, the mirror was taken off the door, the bedding was dirty (stains all over the blankets) the floor was sticky it was not safe for my health and well being. I moved two rooms and both with the same condition. The looks of this hotel is not what was advertised on Expedia very very disappointing and deceitful.

One of the two rooms booked wasn’t clean( trash not emptied, bed rumpled, light bulb missing). Both rooms were advertised as accessible but neither was, making it impossible for my 94 year old aunt to step over the side of the tub to access the shower. In the breakfast room, a mop and pail of water stood near the entrance where it had been when we arrived and still there for breakfast next day. No hot coffee and when I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, he asked if I would like some. He made Decaf but didn’t check other pots.

It was a clean basic room which is what I was looking for since we weren't going to be spending that much time in the room anyway.

The staff was all business, no greeting when you walked in. Was supposed to have nonsmoking room, it reeked of smoke! Didn’t feel or look that clean. Won’t be staying there again!

The lady Kathy at the front desk was super pleasant and nice. The room however, not so much. Dirty say the least. I had to ask for a broom to sweep so my kids could walk and crawl around on the floor. That wasn't a big deal to me but we dealt with it. Next was the holes in i. The cabinets all over. Terrible paint job and peeling everywhere. The worst part was the bugs. Roaches everywhere. We seen at least 10 of them. No telling how many we didn't see. TV didn't work at all either. Told man that was working checkouts and he didn't seem to care at all. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Pay the few extra dollars and get a room at the Comfort Inn next door.

The staff was wonderful and friendly however, the room was horrible. It was in very poor condition but I thought it was relatively clean. I saw a few tiny bugs in the bathroom but thought a couple of nights I could deal with it. THEN when I arrived at home to unpack my bags had numerous tiny roaches that hidden in my suitcase as well as my snack basket. NO food was unsealed, but was thrown away anyway. Do MOT recomend this hotel and will NOT return. I have stayed at this lodge for several years for this event but this year noticed a terrible decline.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU WILL GET ROBBED! I got rob by the cleaning lady who is the mother of the man working the front desk. I did not know that was his mother until another person working there told me. I had a do not disturb sign on my door which I had booked for two days then the cleaning lady goes in sees my suitcases in the room and decide to take things from my room. My medicine, expensive perfume and expensive lotion and even food I had in the fridge for my kids to eat were all taken. The hotel doesn't want to take responsibility for my things going missing. There are roaches everywhere, the bedroom sheets have stains on them. I am now waiting on Hotel.com to call me they said they were going to reach back in 3 days so I can press charges on that thief of a lady. After all this when we were told the lady thought we were checking out they left the same sheets on the bed. THEY ARE DIRTY AND THIEFS. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

It looked clean but There were roaches in the room

When we went in, there was a bug on the front door that I smashed with the card. Then there were *several* more similar ones by the air conditioner. They looked like baby roaches, but wasn’t totally for sure. I went down stairs and asked if they had another room VERY FAR from this one that wouldn’t have bugs. She gave me one on the first floor and another side of the hotel that was a bit of an upgrade. I checked the room deeply and saw 1 long dead roach in the bottom of the pull out bed from the couch. It was now 3:30ish am and we had to be up early, plus my husband had already paid for the room. We will NEVER stay here again. Oh, and when I went back up stairs to get my big girls from the first room, there were two very grown adult German roaches in the shower.

This place seriously needs some tlc, I stayed for a week and I couldn’t tell you how gross it was. For starters they’re elevator isn’t working so be prepared to walk up stairs, the hotel itself after the kitchen and the lobby is dark and dingey w a smell, and they also don’t have do not disturb tags so you will be startled by what it seems like one housekeeping lady about to break your door down. She will not make your bed, just takes the trash and gives you more towels and cloths. She was rude overall and I don’t think I will be going back, however the one African American lady and taller Indian man who works at nice were lovely and very kind. Also there is a lot of people who like to hangout around the lot, so lock your car nd take valuables!

Very nice very quiet. Front desk was amazing checking me in and for any other questions that I had or help matter fact the whole staff was very friendly and very close to town.

No power for tv, fridge or freezer

I woke up in the night and little roaches running around in the bathroom and on the dresser . Made it very hard to go back to sleep, luckily for me I only stayed 1 night but never again. Not to mention the elevator was out of order . Bathroom was gross and poorly maintained

I booked the Country Inn Suites during my home renovations t and was treated very poorly by the staff. The tvs didnt work the entire stay and I was rudely told they didnt want “my kind” in the hotel when questioned about my children using the pool as well as my room intruded and told it was for “mandatory” cleaning. So I took my children to breakfast and returned to nothing cleaned in my room. I keep a orderly room because it was me and 4 children staying so I didn't request or need housekeeping but it felt like they used that as a reason to come into my room to inspect because of my ethnicity.

Was in need of a quick stay for the night and was able to book quickly online which was a bonus. When I arrived to the room it was late and upon going in the bathroom I noticed the bathroom light switch was missing out of the socket...leading me to shower in the dark. Whenever I turned on the shower it started spraying everywhere due to a leak. There was also a leak in the floor causing water to come through the hardwood in the hallway. The room got the job done and the service from the staff was quick/easy.

Check in was very fast and informative. Elevator was out of service. Entry doors at the end of the buildimg need a little work. They get stuck when you go to open them, usually about a foot after opening, resulting in you eating the door. Sraff that cleans the rooms are awesome. Its a older type of hotel, but worth the $.

Inside the hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and booze. Broken elevator. Dirty carpet in room, would not recommend walking barefoot. Bed very uncomfortable and squeaky with every small movement. Air Conditioning unit randomly made quite loud noises. There is no way this place should be charging $130/night and I would never have paid that except I was there in Griffin for a wedding.

It was a decent hotel

So, I got my key went to the room. Sheets had stains on them. Had to walk back down the stairs because the elevator was out of order.While I was waiting in line. She was at the desk talking about another customer to a customer. Saying they don’t have to stay here and what she is not going to do. I requested some clean sheets. Jennifer volunteered to get the sheets and she made the beds up for us. Thank you Jennifer. We cancel our 2nd night and went to a different hotel.

Hotel is very outdated, has a musty smell. The rooms are not thoroughly clean. No housekeeping done while you stay there.

This property is in dire need of upgrades! This is the worst Country Inn property that I have ever stayed at. The staff wasn't completely poor in service but they wasn't exactly good either. The hallways was hot like the outside and parking is not made for today's trucks.

Kids kept being hit with pool noodles and couldnt enjoy the pool, area smelled strong of weed. The 3 ladys that i was able to meet that worked front deck was kind and loving towards my family. But even the room it self was nasty my kids couldnt sleep on the pull out sofa due to it being dirty and stick. The table was stick with black stuff and list goes on. Will not stay again due to the issues but hope it gets better!

Everything smelled as soon as you walked into lobby throughout the hallways and the room was even more smelley. Bathroom outlets didnt work, couldn't dry hair or curl my hair in the bathroom, TV was in a different language and didn't work-had no signal, chair was broken where someone before leaning back so far I fell out of it, when I tried to get some work done at the desk...couldn't. Told three people who worked there...they didnt care. Spent $185...for what? Ridiculous.

This place is in need of a remodel.

After checking in and attempting to get into my room, I was unable to use the side door closest to my room because it was broken “from a party that had been thrown” over the weekend. Once inside I get in my room and there was a 5gal bucket of paint. That room was under construction. They rightfully move us to a different room. Upon approaching that room I could hear people inside. I went to tell the front desk and they did not believe me and walked with me to the room and yes there were people in that room. They then gave me a different room. At this point I just wanted somewhere to sleep. So I just accepted the room. But I paid for deluxe king room and ended up with a standard two queen room with mold on the curtains with huge holes in them. Terrible experience.

It’s was alright, it had a musty smell and the smoke alarm was not even attached to the wires. There was mold on the curtains and some mold on the baseboards behind the toilet. And it was like not really clean especially on the floors had to wear socks and sandals while staying

Cons: Several guys tailgating drinking and sitting in the parking lot upon arrival. Staff said they were aware and they are fine and there are cameras in that area if anything happens. Not five minutes after entering the room of roach ran across my bathroom floor. Black mold under the bottom soap holder in the bathroom. Back of top of nightstand dusty. Tons of marks on doors and door frames in hallways and on the elevators, wear and tear not kept up with

This hotel was filthy, run down, and felt unsafe. There was blood on the sheets, the lights switch had something drip down the wall, sink, shower, and fridge were filthy like they’ve never been cleaned, and there were hookers hanging out around the front and in the lobby. Walked right back out and left. Had to get a room at the holiday inn an hour away….still waiting to hear back from Expedia about a refund.

The room had a mildew smell the house keepers life my room door open went out and was gone for about 9 hrs came back to my room door wide open thank god I had nothing of value in the room the front desk staff and kitchen staff was great

No towels were in the room when we arrived. There was trash in the trash cans and someone’s stuff in the fridge. The bathroom light did not work and the building smelled like marijuana.

This hotel is a work in progress. They are in the process of updating everything, but should focus on the rooms and make sure they are clean and secure before making them available to the public. Housekeeping seems to be seriously lacking. There needs to be some serious cleaning done with attention to corners and public spaces. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate us as best they could. Breakfast area has been updated, but the food items need to be expanded with more protein items offered with more variety.

The comfort suites af Radisson did not exceed the expectations. We ask for non smoking room, did not received one. The room was not clean, neither the linen . Would not recommend this holel to no one.

Just went for the pool, which was freezing. Hot tub was dirty and looked like it hasnt been on in years. Ordered a King and got 2 queens, broken thermostat, holes in the sheets, they need serious help. We swam for a few hours and left. Get it together guys, staff was cool though

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Late night check in went without a hitch. This hotel is in the middle of renovating, so there was a neatly organized stack of new flooring in the breakfast area. The common areas were clean. Hotel staff kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. Linens were clean and passed the UV light check. The bathroom.could have used a little more attention, but it was probably a room pending renovation. This hotel is conveniently located. You can tell the hotel staff take pride in what they do! If you're in the area, it's well worth it to stay here!

The room reserved was on 2nd floor. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevator smelled like marijuana of which i am very allergic to both. Lady changed roons to first floor. It was ok but needed some maintenance. Sheet had what looked like a poop stain. Tv didn’t have Halmark. I had no toilet paper which i asked for and received. Could have been cleaner. People were nice though

Small town feel and friendly staff. Housekeeping didn't clean room 1/3 days and I understand their laundry person quit that day...but staff did everything to try to make it right. Front desk welcomed me each day.

Room was filthy. Had pills and pill packages on the floor in room. One mattress was completely split open and you could see the box frame. There was an earring hanging from the ceiling. The pool door is broken. The hot tub is broken. The shelves in our bathroom had broken toilet parts on top of it. The picture had fell off of the wall. Spoke spoke an employee about issues and the dirtiness in the rooms and he told me all he could do is leave the manager a note. Finally, he gave us a new room after we went back up there again. New room was just as dirty. There was also a piece of dried up fruit in my floor. They workers were not very helpful. There is a toilet in the woods behind the hotel. Hotel appears to be unsafe. Very disappointed. Will never come back. Also, our smoke detectors in our rooms were chirping when we entered. Noted to have no batteries in which is a fire safety violation. Also, the toilet seat was loose and the shower knob was loose. Apparently apparently they don’t have maintenance or housekeeping or any customer service at this building.

Staff is very sweet. The rooms are nasty though. Stains on the drapes, the carpet is rank, and we had to clean it ourselves. Also there was one coffee pod for two adults, limited wash cloths, and again in deep need of cleaning. Super disappointed

Our room was dirty like someone had just left. The bed was messy, had hairs in the pillows, urine stained sheets/bed. The toilet was dirty.and the bathroom wasnt cleaned.

We stayed here during NASCAR race weekend for one night and the stay wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid for the room. Our room smelled like smoke and the towels, comforter, and curtains were all stained. The breakfast and coffee were good and all the staff we interacted with were very nice. I understand up-charging for events but didn’t like feeling like we weren’t getting the quality we paid for.

Door wouldn’t lock they did offer us another room but I was in pain and didn’t want to move. In middle of night heat stop working. Glad it didn’t get too cold in room. We didn’t report it, we were just too tired and wanted to sleep.

Even though they were remodeling the place was still kept very clean quiet the construction crew didn't bother you the staff there's excellent very courteous and kind

When we walked in the front lobby smelled like weed as well as walking down the halls. There was sticky areas in our floor and the room chair was falling apart. Tub was severely stained and there was debris and stains on the comforters. Some parts of the comforters were ripped. Breakfast was cold.

The toilet had a broken seat the shower had mildew and black mold.
