I don't know how the facilities were because when I got there at 9pm...the rate went up 25$..I did not have funds readily available. They said Lobby closes at 11pm. I was directed to walk around the corner and sit on the cement stairs. I'm 62 yrs old with a titanium hip. I got in the lobby again at 6am. Morning lady was very kind. My 60$ pending..no refund yet

The hotel is old, run down, and did not feel safe during my stay. Several areas were poorly maintained, the lighting around the property was inadequate, and the overall condition made it uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. Stated it was pet friendly, then charges an extra $25 per night. Breakfast is a joke. This was bad inside and out. The night staff was nice.

The Night Auditor KeKe was so kind and patient! I booked through Hotels.com and Afterpay and it took them awhile to get the virtual card to process. KeKe put my mind to ease. She was quick, efficient and empathetic! The room was better than I envisioned. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find! Was deeply with people beating on our door in middle of night, white Van sitting outside our room all night with people smoking weed. Had to call front desk for them to come show us how to turn shower on (basically put ur foot on wall and pull hard as you can), electric outlets didn’t work, no coffee left for coffee pot, no hangers. The beds were harder than a concrete slab with no blankets

Great room for the price. Perfect for a date night with Uncle Bobby's wings and bar right next door. Had a bit of an issue with the door but we were able to get it to work.

Bed slept great. Only problem was I had booked with hotels.com and already paid and the clerk tried to charge me again because he said I had not paid even though I tried to show him my email.

The room was okay. We were in town for a family reunion. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool had been closed. I think it may have been condemned. The room was adequate. We didn't have the breakfast. The room was clean and the room was non-smoking and didn't smell like smoke. I would stay there again.

My family took a trip to Griffin to see some of the filming sites from the TV show The Walking Dead. The Enono Lodge was a great choice for us. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. All the appliances worked perfectly, everything was nice and clean, the beds were super comfy, and the addition of the microwave and mini fridge in the room was a great touch. All our special requests were met quickly. The free breakfast was a big money-saver, and the attendant Scott was fantastic! He was very helpful and kind. When we return to Griffin in the future, this will be our pick to stay at.

They are changing over to Economy Inn, and had marked out the Best Western signs, making it hard to find. The clerk was fine on check inathe midnight, yet at 7 am, she was sitting on the couch in the lobby obviously ready to leave. Couldn't sleep because of roaches crawling around. Not palmetto bugs, roaches.

had a great stay and will most likely always look for a best Western hotel to stay in

Front desk was very kind and helpful. The hotel served its purpose.

The staff were very nice. We were allowed to check in early. Made things even better. They were very informative about the area and where to eat.

This is a very dated property, but the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in (even for luxury hotels for which I paid more than 4x this rate!) and the bathroom was immaculately clean. There was a wet-dog type odor in the room, but we were too tired to move upon arrival. I was surprised that it was outdoor access. The front desk service was excellent - very friendly and very helpful with directions to area locations.

Excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Other staff as well. Hotel room was very clean as well as the surrounding area. Hotel was very close to all kinds of ammenities

Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Some light fixtures did not work.

The first room I was shown, smelled and had not been cleaned. I was moved to a different room, which was better. First impression was not good at all. Fitness room had no water in cooler, had to plug in treadmill. The breakfast was sorely lacking. My daughter had to ask for eggs, which were put in the server frozen, had no forks to eat with (they were out of forks), also had to ask for coffee.

Stayed 3 nights. Good location for our visit to the area.

The heat did not work at all... The TV only had 1 channel that did not come in clear.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and efficient. The beds were comfortable. I was not impressed with the breakfast options. I would prefer a continental breakfast done well over a sad attempt at a hot breakfast. Other than that, I was surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price. It was good value for money. There are plenty restaurants in every direction (fast food or sit-down) if a meal is required.

sked for a non-smoking room and got one that had just been smoked in. The butt was still in the toilet. Front desk changed my room with no hassle. Best thing about this hotel was that Arby's was right next door and I was too tired to go anywhere else.

It was an excellent experience. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Their breakfast bar was really nice compared to what other hotels offer. I loved the location and convenience of the hotel to surrounding areas. We will definitely stay there when we visit again.
