    Staff were polite. The room was kind of dingy, there appeared to be a shoe print on the ceiling?! Cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom and the back of the bathroom door was dirty. Sheets were extremely thin and see through, also dingy. It worked for one night.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for what I was doing. I like that it has fridge and microwave. No pool that was in pictures. The location is older and it needs repairs but for the price point it was fine.

    It was close to where we needed to be. I booked non smoking rooms and the were clearly smoking rooms. Smelled really bad, toilets weren’t clean, and walls were dirty. Did not sleep much at all because I slept with a light on and I need it dark. Just not comfortable at all.

    The lady at the front desk when we got there was very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable. All night while trying to sleep we heard lots of yelling and people were running back and forth in front of our door. When I went to checkout the guy at the front desk was doing someone’s hair.

    The only positive part of our experience was that we received a full refund without issue. The front desk/check-in area itself looked somewhat presentable. The overall condition of the property was concerning. The exterior appeared poorly maintained. The ice machine looked damaged, and the grassy area had a strong urine odor with visible fecal matter. When walking upstairs, the hallway/walkway smelled strongly of marijuana and urine. Inside the room, it smelled heavily of bleach but was very outdated. The air conditioning unit looked old and unreliable, and the mattress did not properly fit the bed frame. When I pulled back the sheets to inspect the mattress, there was no mattress encasement. I noticed small dark particles, and a dead bed bug fell out from the bedding (photos provided). We were shown a second room, but it also did not appear properly cleaned (clump of dog hair found), and the AC again looked questionable. Due to cleanliness, pest concerns, and the overall environment, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying and chose to leave.

    The room was dirty. Tv didn’t work. Only good thing was the night person who very friendly and did what he could to make out stay better. We had two rooms. The room my mother in law flooded the very first morning. We had to make accommodations for her at another hotel. Was told we would be refunded for her room for the two nights didn’t stay. We are still waiting for the refund.

    The sliding door to the bathroom was functional, but partly disabled, with raw wood and exposed screws, and slid along an uneven sliding rail. Patches in the walls needed paint work, and the location of the room was noisy (right beside employee quarters). Would I stay there again? Yes, but I'd see the room first. This room was cramped, therefore I question if a handicapped person could even use it.

    The person at the front desk was nice, they asked me if I had already paid which was the first red flag. They sent me to room 205 where the key did not work. I went back to the clerk and they said there might be someone in there already. They put me in room 104 instead. I went in the room the bed was stained, there was no comforter just a top sheet, there was a half used bottle of conditioner, no body wash or shampoo, the lotion by the sink was also half used, there was a cockroach in the bathroom that ran under the bed, and there was an odor in the room when i came in that I had to let air out. A lady called me at midnight which woke me up asking me if I was still coming to the property to get the room, being already in the room. Terrible experience, not worth $85, I am now staying at Comfort Inn across the street it is miles better for almost the same price. Nasty hotel needs to be shut down.

    We didn't even stay an entire hour, it was pretty gross. Their were public hairs in the shower, the faucet in the tub was about to fall out and it was spraying water everywhere. Room smelled like dirty water. We ended up going to another hotel.

    They booked us a room at 3am in the morning after traveling and flying one whole day without notifying us that the property has no hot water to shower for over a week then when contacted the front desk shortly after to check out we were advised we cannot be refunded and there are persons that live at the property that has to just use the food water to shower and they were very rude plus disrespectful.

    This hotel was so sketchy that my husband and two grown sons left at 0400 to drive home after driving from NC to Atlanta for the NASCAR race. It was dirty, there were no towels or even tissues. The base of the lamp were the chargers were was grimy. The bathroom door was barely finished and dirty. There was rust on every faucet in the bathroom. The AC had an order which filled the room

    Horrible hotel! No stars at all! The worst I have ever stayed in. First, we paid for the room with king bed, we got a room with two double beds. Upon questioning, the receptionist rudely answered that they do not have any rooms available with king beds, and if we wanted one, we should have called in advance. Secondly, the toilet was broken and leaked all night, everything in the room was old and ran down. Thirdly, the receptionist pointed to a young lady in the lobby and told us that she was a call girl working here at the hotel, like we need to know that. Finally, because of the experience with this hotel, we will avoid staying in Red Roof hotel chain from now on.

    The Indian owner told me that expiedia only paid $30 towards my room so i was charged $40 in cash. The whole amount was taken out of my account from Expedia plus the additional $40. I booked my room online and they gave it away so i took the only room available and because it has a jacuzzi tub i was over charged even though it wasn't my fault my room was given away

    Do not stay here. Room was disgusting. Had a non-smoking room but it smelt like an ash-tray. There was actually an ash-tray in the room. Also the whole place smelled like weed. It was very sketchy. We woke up to a fight down below us and cops were called. Never again will we stay here especially with our kids. The bathroom looked as if someone had been murdered in it. If it hadn't had been so late getting back after supercross and going out to eat we would have made the 5 hr drive back home that night.

    Do you not stay here! We were in town for and booked the red roof inn we had a late check in upon check in the front desk they told us when we got to the room to call for the Wi-Fi password when we reached that point the room phone did not work trying to fix the phone for several minutes we grab dirty towels and headed down to the office the replacement towels was even worse when we got ready for bed we pull down the bedding and you could see that it was askew like a 4 yr old made it. dirty marks on the sheets and pillows we could not believe we were in that situation because of our retail therapy we were able to lay out all of our clothing and such across the bed so that we could lay down. We brought with us our own pillow and throw blanket thank goodness the later in the evening it got the livelier the neighbors outside became not only were children running around there were loud noises coming from rooms beside us all night long children were heard until 3:45AM at 4:15AM someone jerked the door handle And I became concerned. People were sitting in their cars and traffic was in and out all night. Two women from out of town put into what clearly was a place to find everything a drug addict could possibly need for the nights worth of bad decision making.

    The room was missing face plates on the outlet and on off switch for the bathroom light, the vent was missing the vent plate in the bathroom, there was graffiti all over the walls, on the toilet, on the sink, and inside of the shower. There were no towels in the room when we checked in, so we needed to ask for those things before we got them, in order to check in to hours early we had to pay an additional $20 which is unheard of! Especially for the shabby condition of the room. The mirror that was on the wall wound up falling off of the wall because it was so poorly hung, thank goodness it did not break otherwise I could see getting charged for something that was not within our control. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    I would never go back to this place. I felt unsafe. I left to go to work and the manager sold my room to someone else. Then lies and said I left the door open and that he tried to call me. Which he did not even try! So when I returned from work they turned my key off and there was a man in my room after I got them to turn it back on! Instead of just giving me my money back they gave me another room. Well, great! Nope, the shower didn’t even work in that one. I told the manager that he was completely ridiculous and I’d never come back! Horrible place. Not for anyone but folks who LIVE there. Definitely not for a quick cheap business stay. Hey, I got what I paid for though. I still would not recommend staying there if you’re not trying to live there.

    The biggest concern was the surroundings. While the hotel is on a main road, it was evident many transients frequented the hotel. The vehicle parked next to us changed at least 3 times over night and some of the people we observed in the parking lot seemed to be on illicit substances.

    Bathroom floor not level, tripping hazards. Floor dirty. After walking on the floor after a shower, I had to rewash my feet. The smell of cigarette and Marijuana smoke was overpowertng. Taco bed. Pillows were in very poor shape. Shower / tub was very slippery and there were no hand holds.

    I didn’t like how my stay was not peaceful. My child nor I could get any rest. The people next to my room was terribly loud all day and night. I have recordings of it and I also called and complained. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to stay if you need rest or something peaceful. I’d say my stay was a 3/10.

    Drug dealers Guns Noise Weed smoke in ur room from everyone who smokes right next to ur door. In front of ur door, they just don’t care. People live there so just know the comfort level isn’t good for people who are just staying for a few nights. Just not comforting. Front lobby is nice tho amd ur pets stay for free.

    The room could use a little better cleaning. It was not a very peaceful stay as there was a constant commotion going on with yelling outside the doors as well as some knocking on the doors. The people at the front were a little lacking in the hospitality area. No one wore masks when dealing with customers at the front desk. Breakfast included a few remnants of Cheerios and waffles. The waffle mix tasted sour so I threw away and had to go elsewhere.

    I was totally disappointed by the condition of the front lobby. My room had the following issues: The air condition was loud, bed covers had blue ink spots, toilet kept overflowing, missing top lack on the door and the chair was missing one leg. Also, the room was registered for 2 adults but only 1 set was available. I called the front desk for additional towels, iron and ironing board. I thought someone was going to bring the items to my room. The operator calked back and ask me if I was coming to pick up the items because she was about to sit down. I had reservations for 3 nights but on the second day I transferred to another hotel. I had to eat the cost for the second night because I did not cancel the reservations in time. I will never return to this location. You all have given DaysInn a bad reputation.

    Linoleum was sticky w unmopped spills. Room stunk like sour carpet. Breakfast was bananas & coffee. Coffee maker spewed water out.

    The staff was somewhat helpful however, we had to return because of an emergency back home and MANAGEMENT refused to refund the last day of our stay ... EVEN THOUGH we gave them OVER 24 hours notice!!!! If you don't mind being treated like this then this is your place!

    The room had switches that did not work and outlets that could not be used because the plugs wouldn't fit into them. So we could not use our computer or charge our phones. Everything needs to be cleaned and updated in that hotel. The city of Griffin itself,we were not impressed with. The atmosphere around the hotel area was uncomfortable. We went out for a walk to grab a bite to eat and there was a crazy angry adult male harassing people driving by. We were headed up the sidewalk and he began to advance towards us flailing his arms around and swearing at us. He scared my blind companion and I was also frightened as well. We made our way back as quickly as possible to the front desk where the manager called the police. When they arrived they told us there was nothing they could do because this person didn't commit a crime. We felt that using profanity in public was A crime. We also felt unsafe. The police wouldn't do anything about this man and according to an employee at the hotel, the facility down the street from the hotel houses mentally ill adults. They leave without anybody stopping them and they cause problems out in public. This is very unacceptable and the police wouldn't do a thing about it. We spent the rest of our evening locked up in our room waiting for morning to come so we could leave. We feel badly for the manager of the hotel because this will cause her to lose business.

    Everything was OK as usual , but I left my lunch in the frig being in rush for work and had a hard time getting in contact with the property though your customer service number. I would have had someone come by that day and pick it up, but costumer service asked me a bunch of question and at the end of my conversation with them they told me it was between me and the property... Duh! that was may reason for calling, anyhow I have locked this property's number in my phone so if this ever happens again. Your staff here is great and I never had a bad stay. Im there every other if not every weekend.

    We booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived, the lady at the desk gave us no greeting. She just looked at us as if waiting for us to start the conversation. We were quickly given a room, but upon opening the door I was blown away by the thick and recent smoke stench. When I went down to ask about it, she said it was too bad and that the online booking system couldn't account for their smoking and non-smoking rooms. Once the non-smoking rooms are filled, you will receive a disgusting smoking room even if Orbitz or any other travel site tells you that they have non-smoking rooms available. Also beware that this is an outdoor motel-style Days Inn.

    Room was not very clean at all. Bathroom had water in the floor where the shower had leaked onto the floor. People running through the breezeway ALL NIGHT LONG, being loud and knocking on doors.

    The beds were awful hard. My bathroom was stopped up. The floor was wet from the air conditioner. There was dust everywhere on the ceiling. It was all in all so bad. I will never stay here again.

    I will never ever stay here again the bath room was nasty alone with the staff and management was not as informative period. Plus the unattentive to customers relation per the hotel Accommodations.
