Very modern and spacious room with excellent amenities, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and TV. Parking directly in front of the room was very convenient. The property felt safe and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We requested an extra blanket and received it immediately. Nothing significant to mention. We had a very pleasant stay.

It is probably not a dream hotel in LA, but let's say nice budget friendly motel with a great location. Only 2 nights, NO issues, cool receptionist from Fiji (thank you for a nice talk) :o) NO issue with parking during our stay, but it could be a problem since parking lot looks smaller than a number of rooms. Pefect connections to highway, airport, Ralph's in a walking distance, some restaurants also. Comfy room and beds, enough space.. recommend it if the price is not so high!

I’ve been trying to save money by staying in low cost Los Angeles hotels. By far, this has been the best one. It was about $20 more than the others and so worth it. The room was big and the decoration was really nice and modern. The bed was comfortable and clean. Don’t look at the outside of the building. It is not much to see this is my number one choice for low cost stays in Los Angeles.

Very quiet clean nice place to stay at

Upon arrival, this hotel has a HUGE sign in the lobby welcoming service animals. I booked my stay for 2 nights. After the first day, we were kicked out for having our miniature schnauzer. Management and cleaning staff were waiting for us outside our room door like criminals. I explained to them I had proof of our service animals which they didn't care to see. They just wanted us out. They also refused to refund our deposit. Instead of worrying about service animals, they should worry about the bugs in the room. Definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

I got charles the room by Hotels.com and I could not check in. I showef up and they never have me the doom but they did charge a Deposit and I had to stop for the return of the deposit. The computer system was down and they never gave me the Key to get in the room because they could not finish my check in, even if they had my driver license passport and payment. I tried to get my money back and they say to claim to Hotels.com so far no money back. Hotels.com does not offer a way to claim when this happens not a choice on the web site.

IT'S A COOL SPOT, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, AND A QUIET LOCATION. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS MY KEY CARD NEEDED TO BE RESET TWICE. I DIDN'T CARE FOR THAT AT ALL, BUT THEY WERE NICE ABOUT IT.

It was close to where I needed to be. My air conditioner never worked. The solution offered was to move but I had unpacked and had my Service Dog (which was questions after I had discussed her with another desk clerk/manager. I was even told there was a complaint about her)with me the inconvenience was not worth it. Just Made my stay uncomfortable.

Clean rooms

The room was clean, check in was easy, parking was easy, No loud noise. There was Hot water and price was low. Only thing the toilet was somehow messed up and Made noise all night but I would definitely still give this place a high rating and would recommend.

My first night check in was slow because there was something wrong with the reservation that guy in front had. He took about 1/2 to check in, but when it came to my turn, it was quick. The problem is there is only one person working the front desk. The room was nice with a fridge, microwave, and a clock on the night stand. Plenty of parking.

I arrived around around 8pm but the neon sign of the hotel was off and the taxi driver missed finding the hotel. The hotel staff was not friendly while checking in. The most upsetting was the room, which had really thin wall and could hear everything in the next room and squeeking sound from the above room whenever someone was walking. Somehow this place has good reviews but I strongly recommend finding a more decent place even if you have to pay double.

Super close to places to eat and stores, walking distance! 15min to downtown l.a. cheap but clean and super nice staff, with free parking. Not far from the free way at all either!

Clean Rooms And Very Helpful

Higher shower head. It was very short for my 5”9 husband. Microwave needs replaced. Staff was kind! Sheets and blankets smelled clean.

Dated facilities but clean and safe streets and neighborhood. The mall across the street has long been closed and abandoned. The pillows are flat and provides no cushion to be honest. Bedsheets and linen + towel are clean but the bed does not feel very comfortable. Overall still a good experience staying at this hotel because it's good value for money. I won't spend $200 for an overnight stay. This one was still a good choice at the end of the day.

Clean room doesn’t make sense asking for housekeeping at office if you need bad service

On website it says free parking but charged me 10 dollars for extra car. Air conditioning wasn't that great and bed was uncomfortable. Shower was hard to turn on and they only had shampoo no conditioner.

We stayed one night. The room was clean with basic inclusions. We were travelling from overseas and intended to rely on the Motel’s Wi-Fi to gain information etc to assist in our trip and movements. The Wi-Fi was very, very poor. If you intend to stay here, the staff are excellent and the room is more than adequate for a basic motel. If you need Wi-Fi support for your holiday, look elsewhere.

The place was very quiet, and had plenty of parking, i would stay here again.

i hd no issues with front desk, but the room wasn’t so clean. i found a roach in the tub, dried out contacts stuck to the sink, the drain wouldn’t stay up when i needed to shower, and the floor boards were falling apart. i didn’t bring a car, but they do have a sign saying it’s daily paid parking.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice! The bed was very comfortable as well.

What more could I ask for a quick layover from LAX? No frills. Just clean room and amenities. TV worked flawlessly. WiFi was usable for basic needs but don’t expect streaming or gaming.

There was a yelling, screaming woman and a guy screaming, and it went on for hours and it seemed like nothing was being done. Finally, I heard a knock on one of the doors and it might’ve been the police or it might’ve been the staff I don’t know, but I didn’t get any sleep

There were no signs of bedbugs or other pests. The room was clean, overall, including the furniture. The t.v. was great. The biggest problem by far was that there was no place to hang the towels, except across a large metal bar that was for hanging clothes and that didn't seem to be that clean. The second-biggest problem was that there was only one trash bin, and it was small. Everything else was fine though.

THis was an unfortunate choice even though the average reviews were 8.0. Our room was dirty, with hair in the bathroom and tub, the furniture is more likely to be found in a prison cell than hotel and the sheets had holes. THis is a low budget motel at best.

It was good, updated building.

It was uncomfortable because there were ants in the sink area. and I didn't like that curtain was only single, so I couldn't open in the morning.

Everything was good except for the position of the tv. The tv was located on the left side of the room and it doesn’t rotate. They have a big wall right in front of the bed. I think that if the tv doesn’t rotate they should have it on that wall instead. I think it would be better. More convenient.

Nice lil weekend getaway place to stay.

Close to the airport so super convenient. It only took me 10 minutes at 6am to drive to Fox Car Rental to return my car. I ended up being close to an hour early at the airport lol I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Are was a little run down, allot of closed business but sheriff building down the street. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our two day stay. Loved famous dinner Chips down the street.

Bathtub did not drain water (the water came up to mid calf during a shower), toilet did not flush properly, no room service (no new toilet paper rolls we had to use our own, no fresh towels, trash wasn’t taken out)

fortunately, the room was better than the outside, which could be described as sketchy/crappy appearing at best. The photo shown on hotels.com and at left here would appear to have been taken many years ago. Room was just ok. Bed good enough, room aging but clean enough for a one-night pit stop.

The room we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It had free Wi-fi, microwave, small refrigerator, small coffee pot. small toiletries, nice clean shower and good location.Only thing I didn't like was we had to pay for parking. However, overall, we are pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is old but somewhat has a face lift with old materials. Pillows were flat and the bathroom tub shower was moldy. The ice machine was broken and on top of that that charge $5 a day for parking

Clean and safe environment

I booked this hotel due an overnight layover in LA. The room is clean and have everything you basically need. The shower is great, the toiletries are good. The front desk is nice, even help me carry my luggage to the second floor. Location is very quiet.

Near the airport, booked due to a flight early next day. Had a snack area, but only took cash which is annoying. Door dash found it easily. Bit dated but it did the job. Walls are thin.

Not bad as long as you only want the bare minimum. No hand towels, couldn't understand the man at the check-in desk... he wouldn't open the window so we could hear. The man that checked us out was very nice. Not in the best neighborhood.

Upon arrival you have to pay for parking. I only give you one room key which is super weird. Ice machine was out of order. The room smelled of mold. TV was not get internet channels or anything other than basic local. I was only there for 4 days. The area did have a lot of stores and restaurants close by that was a plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately it was a little lacking so not sure if we would return.

When I first arrived to the property to check in the worker was on his phone and wasn’t paying attention. I had to wait 5minutes before being helped because he was on his phone.

Older property but well kept. Reasonable clean for the age of the place. Don’t complain about it if you’re booking it for the cost. Cost = what you get ! Pretty close to airport and 5min walk to Chips restaurant which is decent place to get food. Factor in the time to get to there as Ride share is PITA from LAX. Hotel w shuttle service I’d say is faster if you’re only doing a layover.

Check in staff was friendly but took a long time. Room is somewhat updated and nice for the price. Parking is an extra $5 which is not bad for the area. All in all decent for the price.

Pretty good stay for the price. Room and bed were clean. Then tub had some mold and damage but not a deal breaker.

The property seemed nice on the pamphlet but when we arrived there were soap bars from previous guest, soap dispensers in the shower didn't work. As well as there being mold all in the lining of the bath. Incredibly unsanitary for what we paid for.

Place is always nice and staff is welcoming. This time around i love it because there was not a lot of people staying there so we got to choose what floor we wanted to be on. The only thing now is that you have to pay for parking which is not expensive

I really didnt like having to pay for parking here.when i was going at 745 to put my van in long term airport parking. He still made me pat to park for 3 hours. No shuttle. So fot the extra cost pay for a better hotel. With a shuttle. It will be cheaper in the long run. A dude was outside my room working on his motorcycle using chemicals that i could smell. And banging tools around. Cops were call there. For another person. But yet i got hassled about my van parked for e hours after i paid for the room. Plus a room deposit.

It's a fairly good room for the price.

Because of the price, you get a fairly maintained motel with a musty room smell and very basic features. Room has some outdated items. In my room, the ironing board was stained and no bar soap was included in the room. I also only got half a roll of toilet paper. So, you get what you pay for at this location.

I found a bed bug in the bed room 131 and when I told them that they offered me a bottle of water. I’ve been going to this place for a while. The sheets are always clean. The room is clean. This is the first time I found the bedbug in the bed that’s not acceptable.
