It's descent for the price.

Carpet was very dirty, guests were smoking pot in their rooms and the hallway and the smell came through the crack in the door, and guests were noisy until very late hours. Staff was friendly though.

They’re expensive and they have roaches there. Some of the front staff are very rude!! The only good thing is that the housekeepers are nice!

Roaches in the rooms, was attacked by guys hanging around the property (not staying there), terrible unsafe area.

Good staff, but the hotel, carpets, and facilities are old.

Overall just an average motel, but the fridge was unplugged. My partner and I didn’t notice—who on earth would check to make sure a hotel refrigerator is plugged in?!—and got food poisoning from food we had stored without realizing the fridge was off. Also, the pillows are awful.

I give this Property 4 1/2 stars. The receptionist was so nice, friendly and helpful. She allowed us an early check in. The room was clean. The building is a little older but well maintained. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because the area was a little busy, and few homeless folks about

The bed frame in my room was broken …. The mattress was sunken inward and moved from side to side. The color on the TV was odd …. Everything looked purple.

Cinnamon. It wasn’t an overpowering stench, smell or overpowering detergent. It was smelt like cinnamon and I was grateful for that and my dog appreciated it.

There were several bugs. Found 1 in the bed. Found another in the bathroom. I felt icky being there.

Pretty noisy until 3am.....People bouncing a ball or something in the room above us. Also, there were people outside of our room talking way into the night.

I had screaming women fighting in the parking lot. I had originally booked Saturday and Sunday night a few days later I booked Friday night when checking at the desk I asked if they could combine the times I would not have to check out they said sure apparently that did not happen and it was an easy fix. I just had to have my key reset, but if they have communication at the front desk between shifts that would’ve made my stay easier. We also had screaming kids running up and down the hall Saturday night with a dog barking.

Kind of a seedy part of town. I was dropped off by a friend before my camper van rental and I had a lot of stuff to move into the room. But did they have a Rollie cart?

Place was OK place was OK. Had some strange characters staying there one lady was walking barefoot up and down the hallway. I didn’t feel as safe as I could’ve and the rooms need to be renovated. I will say the room was not dirty and the bathroom was clean though

The Hotel was ok They advertise breakfast on the internet and there was no breakfast. No pool, no gym . They make it look so much nice than it is on the internet I would not stay here again .

Waited for over an hour to have someone check me in. No one was at the front desk for a long time. I had already reserved a room so i couldnt leave. Horrible service.

The staff was nice but the room was so filthy

Professional and pleasant staff. Decent motel. The only complaint would be the carpet in my room. I was walking on grit and debris in an area that obviously had not been vacuumed. Hopefully just a one time mistake. The motel is well lit. It is quiet and there are many amenities in the area.

The building is pretty old and I did see a tiny bug crawling on the bathroom walls but other than that it wasn’t horrible. Not bad if you just need a cheap place to sleep and shower for a night or two.

Great value for the price and the quality. I’d definitely stay here again if needed.

Smell of mildew carpet

I think it was a great value and pleasantly surprised how well maintained and clean it was. It was much cleaner than other properties I have stayed at in the area, that were $20 - $30 more per night. And their pet fee was only $10. Staff was great, even finding and loaning me a wall charger for my phone, which I had forgotten to bring. Clearly, nothing fancy about this place, but I was comfortable. The bed was comfy, decent pillows. My negatives were no hangers provided in the closet area and the hot water was "really warm", but not hot enough for a steamy show. But I'd stay again.

It was okay area.

I told the front desk people that the television had bad color settings, and they couldn't adjust it. They offered me to move into another room, and I had too much stuff to move it was end of the day, I was so exhausted. I told them, to give me a discount. They said, "Well, we will see, what they can do."

A clean and pleasant oasis in an area that isn't always such. Stay itself is very pleasant and staff is friendly and helpful.

Construction all day long right outside my window. Dump truck, jackhammer, endless beeping from vechiles backing up, etc.

The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to show excellent customer service. I would hope to see her again if I ever stay at this property again. But, I expect that she’ll be promoted to manager by that time.

Disappointed there was no elevator. Average older property. The toilet made a loud banging noise when flushed.

Probably not good if you're looking for a fancy place but staff was polite and accommodating and the place was clean. There were some roaches but it was alot less than many places in this price range and didn't bother me. There's also no elevator so if that's a deal breaker make sure to get a 1st floor room, they will accommodate you.

Just ok. They got me on the ground floor as requested, but the luggage cart was nowhere to be found. They do not have an elevator to the upper floors so I had to be on the ground floor to bring my stuff in. I finally found the luggage cart after an hour and is this wobbly decrepit thing but it worked I guess. At least the room was clean and spacious the bed was comfortable and the TV was excellent. It would have been nice to have a plug for the bathtub so I could have taken a bath but the shower was hot

Clean, only issue is there are no signs posted on the checkout process. Also, no table in the room to sit and eat something which was unusual. Otherwise was a quiet, nice stay overnight.

Stayed twice. Was happy with arrangement, ty to the staff!

After about five minutes, a woman finally appeared. I later asked for her name, and she said it was Kris (or something similar). Unfortunately, she did not greet us or offer any apology for the delay. Instead, she immediately asked, "Why are you here?"—a question that seemed quite unnecessary, considering we were clearly there to check in. Throughout the entire interaction, Kris was rude and unprofessional, handing us the paperwork as if we were inconveniencing her. Her demeanor suggested she might have been annoyed that we disturbed her from what seemed like a nap. When I asked her name at the end, like stated above, she responded with her chin raised, saying "Kris". To the owner of this establishment, if you're reading this, I urge you to address this issue with your staff. Kris’s attitude was not only unpleasant but also uncalled for. We paid for our stay upfront and deserved to be treated with basic courtesy, which we did not receive. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The location was ideal for my needs and from the reviews I figured the place would suffice. I didnt expect to wake up in the morning and have to kill roaches the bathroom. I let the front desk know as I checked out. I won't be staying there again.

Easy check in clean facility

Very good customer service when check in. We like this hotel, is also PET FRIENDLY! We love that. However the sheets had mascara and blood stains we ended up not using any and turn on the heater to keep the room warm instead, and the restroom wasnt't that clean either. Other than that we really like this hotel.

this general area is not great, but average hotel, dated rooms, lacks elevator (charges more for lower floor), experienced random noise from other rooms, weed odor late night so they need to be much more strict on non-smoking policy. hotel advertises breakfast on website but they offer none. they need to make it clear the hotel lacks an elevator and not charge extra to be on ground floor.

Considering the area and price point it did more than the job needed. A night here and there is what this place is for

Neighborhood not so good but expected for the price. Was worried about car break-in but all was good. Stayed with my kid on the top floor and we felt safe enough. Stayed 2 nights, 1st night woken up by very loud guests. Traffic noise is not too bad. Room was clean. We got one with a fridge and microwave. Close to lots of stores, restaurants, parks etc. Not bad for the price.

It has become my home away from home, it's one of my favorite spots to stay, the price is very reasonable, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the onlything is that the vending machine don't work

Just amazing!

A front desk clerk named Patricia tried to claim that my small puppy was too loud walking in the halls but allowed other dogs ro bark well into the night. She also left her post for about a half hour at midnight to go get snacks from a convenience store.

Room not clean, trash everywhere and bed not made. Says no smoking but all you smell is smoke. The appliances in the room buzz loudly all night, the bedding looks unclean. Will never stay at a vegabond motel again.
