Fairly decent good selection of actual breakfast items however the hot tray items were cold and I was there pretty early when they were first put out. Coffee ☕️ was pretty good from the carafe downstairs *Suggestion: Please put better Coffee in the Rooms- along with creamer Not everyone wants to come downstairs first thing in the morning Tub was a bit dirty In room Coffee could be better along with creamer

Close to family The biggest advantage of this hotel for me is its convenient location, especially if you need to be in the Hayward Hills area. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the walls are quite thin. Conversations in the hallway could be heard clearly from inside the room, and noise from people running up and down the halls carried easily. The beds were another drawback…they CREAKED noticeably with ANY movement and didn’t feel particularly sturdy or comfortable. Overall, the location worked well for my visit, but I hope the hotel considers improvements to soundproofing and bed quality.

Good location near the college. This is my second time staying there. Overall, pretty good. I stayed in room 113, and it looked like there was mold on top of the shower. Almost like the person cleaning isn't ta enough to clean it.

Wonderful service for my family and I

Patty doesn't understand what a get away is. Her staff are young girls who just don't understand the standards of a hotel. They didn't let me check out early. Or return my deposit. I left my medicine behind because of the commotion. The over night girl was playing disruptive music all through out the evening. And yelling profanities. People were leaving because of staff that night. 5/5/26 never booking with them. Ever.

The room and towels are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Parking & location is very convenience. The amenitiesthe un satifacticla is the water press not enough. it take more time for shower and clean the hair if you havea long hair.

1. Food quality is going down for the breakfast. 2. I booked a King but was given a Double because they were sold out. 3. The shower took 15 minutes to heat up! 4.Some guy had a bad drug trip and was running around the hotel trying to get into other folks rooms. He then ran outside yelling and this was all in the rain around 1am! Hotel should have locked him out and called the cops but he was still able to get back in until later detained. This is usually my clutch spot but I might have to try another place next time I fly in.

Staff was very nice and the stay was okay. Unfortunately there was a sewer back-up in our barhroom sink. It was pretty gross. Staff was able to relocate us to a different room.

Everything has been great. Check-in was fast & friendly, the room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The common area was clean and has plenty of tables, we were able to enjoy dinner with our whole family.

It was a decent stay. The water pressure and temperature on the third floor was lacking. It was a tepid shower despite turning the dial to full hot and the pressure was weak. The complimentary breakfast is decent. It’s a fine place for the cost

Great customer service, beds were comfortable, breakfast was small but good. The only complaint is the water pressure and the drains didn’t drain.

Great Stay as always this the second time we’ve stayed at this one.

There were some misses though - shower water pressure was a bit weak, no place to hang a couple of hand towels near the sink, no makeup mirror, our couch had a tear, a couple of light bulbs flickered (I didn’t call that in), after one room service there was only one tissue in the tissue box. None of these issues are bad enough that would prevent me from staying there again, if the price continues to be competitive.

The breakfast was nice but didn't have much of a selection. Daily they had some sort of eggs and a meat selection. They had a good waffle bar, oatmeal and a selection of breads, pastries, and cereals. Overall, I would stay here again.

I was placed on a do not rent list and the received an email stating that my reservation was cancelled however, wouldn’t refund me. It took 2 days of non stop back and forth to get my full refund. Prior to my knowledge of being placed on the do not rent list, my last stay I woke up late at around 12:10/12:15. I immediately called the front desk and asked if I could get a late check out for 1pm. Mind you, I’m half asleep. The front desk receptionist says the latest she could do is 12:30pm because house maids were leaving early that day. No biggie. I just said ok 12:30 is in a few minutes I’m going to jump in the shower and hurry as quick as possible. The receptionist was rude as hell and told me no that I needed to be out at 12:30 or she was going to charge me for another night etc etc . I hung up the phone so that I could hurry and get in the shower. She called back and was yelling and being rude so I hung up the phone again and then left it off the ringer. As I’m getting in the shower, the receptionist starts banging on my hotel room for like the damn police. I said I’m in the shower stop beating on the door & it wasn’t even 12:30 yet! I wish I knew her name! She’s fat though. Dark hair just rude and placed me on a do not rent list because of this. This place is ridiculous DO NOT RENT HERE

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. carpet in the main hall could us an update but it didnt effect our stay at all. The shower didnt work but we were only there for 1 night so it worked out.

Been here many times. Staff is great. Breakfast wasn’t up to the usual standards. Drink machine out. Yesterday had water or OJ. Today only water. Sparse offerings. Disappointing. I always looked forward to the breakfast. Not sure why the decline. Room was good though.

This was an affordable, clean and comfortable spot in Hayward. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

This was by far a good stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our room number was 214 and it was located right above the laundry room. We smelt "gas" the whole time. When I asked the front desk, they were aware of it. Although they offered us to move to another room, it was just extra work for us. Unless the hotel was full (which I do not think so) when we checked in, why they put us in this room at the first place?

Convenient and one of the nicer places to stay locally. Comfortable and clean rooms. Would be nice if there was a hot tub. Have not used the pool, but have used the gym in the past which was nice. Service is very good. Have stayed here a few times and will likely stay here again without worry.

Great stay! Great breakfast! Love the free parking! Would have loved to be offered free waters upon check in. I had to pay $3 for each water from the gift shop fridge. I saw big box of water in the back of the front desk. I was hoping those were for guests, but since we weren't offered water, I guess not. One other slight disappointment was the smell of marijuana pouring through our hallway on the third floor on the late evening of our stay.

Stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping came daily which was appreciated. The quality of the breakfast is fair at best but I managed to find something every day. Just the hot foods are poor quality foods. Front desk staff is great.

I was surprised that hot water in the shower took a very long time to get warm.

I checked in pretty late/early. I had just gotten off work and didnt check in till 330am. Both the girl i had talked to on the phone when i made the reservation AND the night audit guy were extremely nice. My room was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. I wish i could have stayed longer. But i will definitely be back

Hotel is ok. Front desk greeting clerk was not friendly, They charged us $75 pet fee for one night stay for our emotional dog as a surprise after we left a perfectly cleaned room. There was no statement, invoice, bill for this charge. We even checked with front desk on way out and she said no other charge and we are all set. However, we found out after we see the credit card charge. With this fee, it would be more bargain to stay at Club Quarter Hotel in San Francisco.

Ok stay. Hotel and room were clean. Mattress had seen better days and was not as comfortable as would liked or expected. Free breakfast was marginal. Had stayed here before and it was better. Still quite convenient and priced ok for the area and alternatives.

I booked a King non smoking but when I came check in they said they sold out. The room was really noisy that make it hard for me to sleep .

2nd stay at this location. Easy parking, close to everything that I needed access to. Busy center was good for printing out some work documents. Breakfast was good...menu basic, but offerings changed everyday. Front desk staff were great.

Charged me $30 for the ice bucket. I called and told them what room it was left in (I was in 111, but it was left in 104). Spoke to two people who promised a manager would call me back..NEVER DID! Charge is still on my bill! Don’t trust these people!! AC was broken, drug addicts walking into the premises…ALL BAD!!

Overall good. My partner came down for coffee and a quick breakfast bite at 10:45a. He said lady employee snapped at him and said it was closed. He came back with an old banana. lol. I told him coffee should be available. He said he didn’t want to get yelled at again. I wasn’t there. Thought I would share his impression. Overall staff was nice to me.
