The night I stayed, very rude loud obnoxious tenants slammed doors, yelled a lot. Next door to me. It took a while for the staff to get rid of them. This occurred over 1 hour in time. By 9 pm I think ot got solved.

Worst place ever. Honestly, it would’ve been better to spend a little more and stay somewhere else. I regret choosing this place.

Only thing is they need to replace the mattresses otherwise it was great.

Filthy and dilapidated room. Illegal activity observed on property and illicit drug use in parking lot. Left the property immediately and checked out after 15 minutes on the property. See above. Disgusting rooms. Health and safety concerns.

Would totally stay here again. Breakfast was great, staff was excellent, security cameras everywhere, parking easy. A lot of “riff-raff” guests but again, cameras everywhere. No a/c in our room so it was a bit stuffy. For the price and location it was worth it.

I wasn’t able to stay. There was a fire only several doors down from the room they had given us and upon arrival. They didn’t disclose the fire and the smoke smell was as if it was in our room. Their was know way I could have my 6mo old baby in those conditions. Very disappointed as I had to find other arrangements and didn’t receive a full refund.,

Beds are hard as hell, rooms stink, There was a fire day before glass and debris covering floor ways, not handicap accessible at all. Management called to ask rudely if I had extra guest ( my family staying in another room in town for funeral) day time hours and was extremely rude.

Limited bfast options, coffee disgusting colored water, limited English speaking staff, alot of smokers who don't abide by the 25ft rule, inconsiderate and sketchy clients/customers 🙄some loud interactions, room AC had tobacco odor constantly since vented to sidewalk and people smoking in close proximity, no ceiling fans, spacious rooms with ironing board and tub shower, beds pretty comfy clean linens, functional ice machine, lobby overwhelmingly smells like curry

Checking in was excellent thanks to owners whom were very generous changing my room to bottom floor which I have hard time walking left knee injured . I was extremely pleased exhausted took cool shower the heat came from left field yesterday . I slept well. Up until the morning the cleaning lady came 10 minutes before check out I was getting dressed I replied HOLD ON I HAVE INJURED KNEE . She kept knocking then she opened the door as I’m dressing . Morning situation . Horrible . The 5 star goes out to the family / owners whom accommodated me . Much appreciated. Thank you so much . Also huge thanks to young man whom rode the scooter to my room to help with the AC UNIT. Your appreciated. The room clean bed spread few stains but I was pleased with the room having the AC in working condition along roof over head to sleep well .

Bathroom door wouldn’t close, sheets seemed clean , but I didn’t want to touch anything. Dusty , tv didn’t work. No plugs near bed.

Good location, not bad price, nothing fancy. Room ok, service ok, breakfast ok - but the ethic/spice smell/odour in the reception area and the breakfast area, was very strong that it made me very uncomfortable. I wish they can open the front door or get rid of the odour - then I would give this place 4 - 5 stars. As mentioned - it's not fancy, the price the location, the service were acceptable - just the smell.

I like the benefit and convenience of having a continental, complimentary breakfast. Rooms need renovation and deep cleaning. Location is convenient to walking distance to Safeway grocery store, eateries. Staff is helpful. Renovation of rooms and deep cleaning in them. But overall well managed and gracious hospitality. I was booked and paid the entire price you guys stated on my card. Once I got to Sheraton the same person that spoke to me yesterday knowing I wanted to pay cash ask for an additional $200 today. She knew she could of taken the cash for wasting my time.

PROS:We reserved a basic room that was close to the senior care home of relatives we were visiting.The staff & mgt were friendly & courteous.The room was spacious & comfortable with a large lighted closet & two suitcase racks!.We loved the real deep bathroom sink & nightlight that was part of the electrical plug.Louvered shutters were great!They blocked out more light than traditional black out curtains.The parking lot, with nearly all regular size spaces is a huge plus! Be aware it sits on a significant incline with spaced single accesses to the walkway. We are a senior couple & asked not to navigate stairs.Mgmt gave us a room where we could park up the hill but walk straight onto the walkway to our room which we appreciated.There are exterior trash cans every few feet outside rooms which was great when the room ones were full.For the room type we reserved the only coffee option is in the breakfast room 6A-9A. With no coffee pots, having coffee in the lobby would make good sense. While they are pretty sound resistant between rooms to each side, between floors not so much. A heavy-footed person upstairs walked back & forth from the door to the bathroom as if pacing for several hours. IMPROVE:There was no hair dryer as was listed & not available when I went down to the office to ask for one. An iron is in the closet but no ironing board. Baseboards & along the entire room accept the closet need some serious cleaning. Continental breakfast had cereal but no milk all 3 days.

There are very reckless people coming to the hotel working very hard all through the night in the wee hours of the early morning and slamming doors. That is weird and immature. If they know anything that I'm doing inside my room they are definitely weird.

Yes the room has roaches and other bugs and it was smelly ceiling was falling tub dirty and a bunch of other things that I didn’t like

This place is gross and I asked for a refund because I just couldn't stay I didn't care about the the cheap affordable I prefer to pay somewhere that's clean and the inside and outside it is really yucky and they gave me a hard time actually did not refund my money so I had to make a small claims through my bank. I'm sorry even if you are broke or short on cash please do not go there you will be disappointed. This place is super dirty I would definitely not recommend that no one there those pictures on booking are not the real picture it is gross and the rooms are super small.

There was also a previous goers‘s hair all over the bed. I decided to book somewhere else and would rather lose lose $100 instead of staying in somewhere very disgusting. Health and cleanliness standards are horrible.

I did not like whatever the cleaners used for the bathroom this last visit. Some of the workers are working my nerves. People throw trash when there are garbage cans right there. Nowadays everybody got an issue with somebody. I need my rest.

Man at the front desk was warm and friendly. Switched me from a room at the back of the property to one very close to where my car was parked at check in. The room had everything I needed. Would definitely come back in the future.

It needs to bemore clean. The rooms have a smell to it the bathrooms need deep cleaning.

Lots of smoking. Noisy prostitute fighting with mates. Noisy long term tenants playing loud music. Cleaning crew are very pleasant.

Lots of pot smokers smoke in the rooms during the night time and smoke in their car in the day. Hotel staff don't seem to care. Folks living there are noisy.

The area the hotel is located in is shady and the parking lot is not well lit. The building is thrown together, poorly planned, confusing to navigate, and not handicapped accessible. The key card was very difficult and inconvenient to use and only worked once. The staff on-site was not friendly or helpful. The room smelled like stale smoke and bleach fumes and the bathroom showed signs of water damage. Walls were paper thin and the TV did not work unless you wanted to stream from your own electronics. It was fine for my needs but not up to standard.

Unsafe and Dirty motel not hotel! Dont be tricked by this bait a switch like I was! The property has no lobby just a locked window to pass stuff through so they dont get robbed because it's in a bad area of town. There are homeless people who are in the parking lot, so be careful of your vehicle. Then the room they gave us smelled awful, like an overwhelming cinnamon and chemical smell, the door has been clearly damaged from the room being broken into , there were stains on the sheets, the mattress is covered in covered plastic, even the walls were filthy. I immediately checked out and they were not interested in the slightest as to why I was unhappy or leaving. We were in the room for exactly 27mins because it felt unsafe to be there! Then they lied about it to Expedia and said we were in the room for over an hour so we couldnt get a refund. If you're a female traveling alone for your own safety DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was musty, and smelled of mold. I woke up sick the next day with a cough and a weezing sound. The air did not help at all as it seemed to be making things worse. I left rhe next day and ate the cost of the second night because i was not staying another night.

I spent two nights here on a business trip. Other than the fact that the building is rather old and has been painted multiple times inside and out. It was very clean and very safe. I will stay here again.

There was trash in our room when we checked in. Blankets had cigarette burns. Smelled old. I let the guy at front desk know to only be told tell management in the morning. The people next to use stood outside their door smoking. Signs everywhere that say no smoking sitting so many feet. This place had gone down hill.

Just about everything seemed okay until the couple next to me began fighting. It literally sounded like the man was beating up the woman. Several people opened their doors and stepped out. I couldn’t take it anymore. At 2 am I packed my things and left. That’s what time I checked out.

The lady in the front was very friendly; however, I am not sure if there were families living in the hotel rooms next to us but they were so loud. I had an important meeting the next day and they were up screaming, yelling, kids crying, all until 3 am. I could not sleep.

Staff is mean and unfriendly. Doesn't allow late check out. All other places allow late check out at least at 11:30 am the next day.

I want my money back… there was roaches in the bed. There was roaches in the bathtub. There was a black, widow spider had to kill like it was really disgusting like I really just want my money back that hotel it was just like out-of-pocket.

Not a bad hotel and a good price. This was my second time staying there. The first time was 5 days prior and I left a sweatshirt there. I called the next day, and they said they had it. When I came back, they suddenly didn’t have it. They said someone else came to pick up a black sweatshirt just like the one I had left. I’m surprised they did not ask for ID to make sure they were giving it to the right person. I highly suggest triple checking and leave nothing behind because you will likely not get it back.

A non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and had a few cigarette burns around. Its basically a motel thats affordable so you dont sleep in the street. People at the front are very nice though. And yo need a $100 deposit.

I was super itchy not worth a dime I left at 7 because I never got to sleep due to sitting alone was itchy as if bed bugs.

The guy at front desk was extremely rude. No greeting hello welcome. The alarm was beeping ( low battery) I called front desk the guy said he will come take a look. After few mins there was a loud knock on the door very unpleasant.. the hotel was pretty empty. Maybe this is why cause of the bad attitude towards guest .
