Services people came into the room without us checking out first. A liitle surprise for us. Music on the next building was a liiltle loud for us.

I love this comfort inn. It is clean, quiet and absolutely love the buffet breakfast that is included. It is close to shopping stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Location, restraunts and shopping near by, not far from the hoover dam... Bed was hard and not very comfortable, heard walking above our head most of night, and breakfast was fair, scrabble eggs were very rubbery and sausage breakfast gravy was very bland!

We took advantage of the Happy Hour, which ended at 7:30pm. Coors beer, non descriptive red and white wine and soda. One night had crunchy snack mix, another night had cheese and crackers. Staff was efficient. Breakfast staff was top notch. Free parking was super easy. Quiet at night.

Very clean, pretty hotel. Good shower! Nice breakfast. No exhaust fan in bathroom, it was very hot and stuffy after the great shower. Pillows were lumpy.

The room and staff were ok. We didn’t try the breakfast since the area, chairs ext looked a little dirty. The online photos showed a little waterfall at the pool which was not on so that was a bit of a disappointment. There’s a new hotel next door that we probably try next time.

They let us park our RV trailer for the night in the back. Thankfully the hotel wasn’t too busy or fully booked that there were spaces available.

However, the jacuzzi wasn't very warm, the jets weren't very powerful and just basically went straight up against the wall instead of out into the middle of the hot tub, and there weren't any towels out on the pool deck so we had to go get more at the front desk. The pillows were very soft (luckily, my wife brought her own and she used that one). The A/C, while powerful, was pretty loud.

Very clean room. The morning of checking out we found our car with a flat tire. The woman at the front desk Was wonderful she had a compressor in her trunk and offered it to us. She was so helpful. The breakfast area was out of 2% milk. They had whole milk which is too heavy. I watched people try to get milk For their cereal but put it back.

Didn't eat the breakfast as I wanted to avail myself of the many breakfast places nearby Also, there was some renovations being done to where the breafast was served, so the area was changed

The bed was very firm but it worked for me. The room was indeed quiet. The staff was great. It looks old and dated. The wood in the rooms was very chipped; it was kind of grimy, even though I knew it wasn’t. The tv is really bad. Dark patches. It needs to be replaced.

Take note-We were VERY disappointed because we could hear the people in the next room very clearly. We could also hear the people above us walking around. It sounded like they were stomping but clearly the construction of the hotel was poorly done! If only the walls were as thick as the entry door to our room and the bathroom. So if you’re expecting a good nights rest you may want to consider a different hotel!!

Our room showed it would have a pull out couch.. but when we got to the room it didn’t have one. The room also smelled like weed. We asked to switch rooms and they had us pay $56 more. The elevator started closing on my daughter’s arm and gave her a big bruise. The beds weren’t very comfortable. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I wasn’t very happy with our stay.

The manager woman was improper and inappropriate to suspend my stay by Henderson police officer directive on Feb 7th to be out (evicted ) by next morning 10am !! All due to an inexecusable $150 unknown charge to my bank account I saw that morning! Which when I called about what the charge was she agreed to refund the charge yet she would not renew my rental agreement on Feb 11th! She went ballistic for no rationale reason and was not willing to discuss anything else! This manager was totally unreasonable and not anything an 72 yr old handicap man no ability to walk without his apperatis handicap scooter device to pack up and physically move without his assistant who was out of town in if such short notice . I had called the Henderson Police myself to make it recorded and known of this event and she commits perjury with the police and said outlandish things which did not exist and was clear with our Fire Dept crew called due to one of 3 falls id endure while moving and pushing heavy cart of my things. I will admit the 7 ,firemen crew and I all had a very great moment which clearly deputs against her claims I'm an horrible person she wanted out ! This woman has some very personal emotional issues which she placed on me as physical disabled diabetic with severe nerve damage in both lower limb incapabilities . Thank You D Terry

The air conditioner made a lot of noise. One of the lights didn’t work and the showerhead was all over the place.

We hardly got any sleep. The air handler unit made an awful lot of noise. The bearings were out of the air handler. breakfast has depreciated a lot.

I didn’t enjoy the bed and pillows but the water pressure is great.

The staff gave bad information about parking a truck with trailer. Was advised to have longer vehicle parking but didn't. Had to hike through a big ditch to get back to the hotel. Got a warning ticket from the casino where the hotel staff said we could park. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was clean however we weren’t told that the room wouldn’t be serviced everyday. That was a problem because there was no place to hang towels. The breakfast was ok. Hot eggs, meat, biscuits, waffles and bagels or bread for the toaster. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Free parking. The bed wasn’t comfortable but there were lots of pillows. We chose our room for extra sitting area but it wasn’t quite what we had hoped for.

Beds are not good. They’re bad. Hard and uncomfortable; and it wasn’t just me saying this. Everyone in 6 rooms we had said these were the worst beds they’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was meh. Pretty subpar honestly. Rooms were clean and fine.

The breakfast was sub par as they kept running out of things and staff was just sitting in the back not paying attention. The only way things would get brought out was if guests would walk into the room staff was in and ask.

Beds are very old and not comfortable. The heater in our room didn’t regulate the temperature stayed very hot in there no matter what temperature we set it at finally just turned it off refrigerator made a noise so we turned it off no way to pull the black out curtains shut so had Casino light in are room

The bed was very hard. The free breakfast is not a buffet and is was really bad. Holes in wall patched incorrectly and shows anb shower wall of granet were poorly instaled and gaps ab sharp edges

One thing I wish they would update is the AC. It is a wall unit that worked well but was a tad bit loud. Central AC would be great but not a deal breaker at all. We will definitely make our reservations here from now on.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very nice. Check in was so easy. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and I had a great stay, IN my room. When I went down for breakfast, the woman “in charge” seemed to be policing the buffet area. She stood over me as I got food. It felt like she didn’t want anyone getting too much. All I got was a waffle, an egg and 2 sausages. If she wants to police the area, breakfast should be a separate charge. She even yelled at a child and had a completely unprofessional yelling match with the kid and his mom. The manager yelled at the child because he was getting breakfast. I was so uncomfortable about this and I have to take away a star for her behavior. I doubt I will be coming back to this hotel.

The room/ staff / breakfast and AC were excellent. Very clean. Only put of they was the swimming pool. The pool and jacuzzi were so cold my kids and I were disappointed and had to find other ways to keep them occupied in the evenings.

Hot tub not working AGAIN. Elevator broke again second time it has happen to us staying here. No change for the laundry amenities. Stayed here 6 times and only ever had one successful multi day stay with nothing broken. Love the location but will not risk staying there again. Key cards had to be redone twice again too. Very frustrating

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good, but they need a couple more toasters and a couple more waffle makers. The room is a good size, could use new beds (not horrible but not great either). Also the fitted sheet on one bed had a large stain on the side where it gets fitted under. That bedding is NOT ok, I’m sure it’s been washed many times, however that’s just gross to see and sleep on. The air conditioner was not working properly, we were freezing and could not even turn it off. We did not notice the bedding because we got in late. That’s why we didn’t call the front desk for either of the issues. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property in the future. Convenient to restaurants, fast food, the Sunset Casino, Walmart, Costco and more. After going out on a Saturday night, coming back and trying to find a parking spot was a bit challenging. Finally after driving around the hotel, the 3rd time someone was pulling out.

This is the second time in a week we stayed at this hotel. Due to a death in the family, The staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good for quick service.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. Slightly dated but very, very clean all around. Glad it turned out to be much better than expected. The breakfast is the usual egg and sausage with plenty of healthy options, coffee, waffles etc. Would definitely stay again. 20% off everything at The PKWY Tavern right next to the room. Worked out well overall.

Stayed here several times over period of 6 years. The property is aging but still in nice shape. Always enjoy the "happy hour" with complimentary beer, wine, and piano playing. Centrally located. Check in was easy. Room comfortable.

Room had a horrible smell, the refrigerator smelled rotten, the entire room smelled like food, there was a hole in the wall, and the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned.

Must be under new management, this was my 3rd time staying so I expected the same great stay. The mattress was hard not soft anymore so they were changed out since last time, wifi had slow poor signal couldnt get any work done on my laptop, AC was very loud coming on/off all night had trouble sleeping ended up sick with stuffy nose, fountains at pool were shut off 2 days in a row & pool was dirty with leaves & items floating. Was disappointed this time. Worse of all, I was charged for checking out a day early even though I had already payed for a full 5 day stay!

I have stayed at this particular hotel a few times, usually very happy with room. this last stay our toilet tank overflowed after every flush and went straight on the floor, used most towels to dry and had to ask for maintenance to repair. we returned to the room to find the issue resolve but new towels were just tossed on the bed. not very customer friendly service this trip.

Nice out of busy downtown, but also near a big hotel and casino, if you are in. Nice and friendly staff. The shower at the pool had only hot water, other than that, pool and jacuzzi was very good. As well as the breakfast.

Great place to stay with family and kids at a decent price. There was a small pool as well, and a hot tub but the hot tub was broken during our visit, it only had cold water. The room was spacious and clean, we stayed in a room with two queen beds. The bathroom was decent size, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was OK, but it had options for everyone (some potatoes would have been nice with the eggs and sausage). The only thing missing was that it would have been nice to have a gym on site. We would stay here again.

Discount hotels like this, who rely heavily on the "feets in the sheets," and "butts in the beds" mantras, need to make sure that [pinching pennies never interfere with the overall guest expexperience. The lobby floor is very nice and housekeeping does a terrific job maintaining it all throughout the day and night. As for the guest rooms, ⁷they seem to be about two years behind on a tm remodel

The property was "Okay" nothing to write home about. No AC in the hallways and bathroom stayed consistently hot unless propped open. Don't bother reaching out to management regarding a question on your bill. You won't get a response.

This is by far the nicest Comfort Inn that I have ever stayed at. Clean room. Nice lobby. Great cafe area for breakfast in the morning. Amazing pool. I could not recommend this hotel more.

All was excellent, however I rated it only GOOD in one category because the rooms are "dated". I am not a fan of having Doors for the bathroom that would not stay open and the same for the closet. Had to block the bathroom door with a trash can. If you don't when you shower, you cannot not see to shave due to fogged up mirror.

This is my second time staying at this location. The service, room, parking and cleanliness are something that will keep me coming back to this same hotel anytime I am in this area.

The staff was very attentive and extremely nice! The breakfast was a plus and very good. The staff made sure the buffet stayed stocked and clean. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and the staff made her feel very special by acknowledging her and congratulating her every time they seen her! Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool and breakfast another day at least l. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting. P.S. the Walmart being directly across the street was very nice to have! We walked and got things needed including snacks!

The staff is friendly and the property is clean and quiet. There seemed to be mostly families staying here so no loud nighttime traffic inside or outside of hotel.

This is a good location and was great for an overnight. It was close to everything we needed and the pool was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was definitely lacking; few not terribly good choices

One night stay. It was in a nice part of town. Probably in better shape than some Vegas hotels but a little run down. Good breakfast though!

My family and I just returned from a stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Henderson - Las Vegas, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. As a parent, finding a hotel that is both budget-friendly and accommodating for families can be a challenge, but our expectations were met handsomely. The front desk clerk was polite and efficiently checked us in. The room itself was clean and neat - the housekeeping team does great work. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold items to satisfy even the pickiest eaters in our group. The breakfast staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, promptly addressing concerns if they arose. The waffles were a particular hit with the kids! After fueling up, we spent the afternoon splashing around in the outdoor pool. Just kidding. If we had, we'd have all died from hypothermia. It was ice-water cold. The hot tub was nice, though! The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the rate we secured through an online deal. The nightly cost was incredibly affordable, especially given the quality of the accommodations and amenities. We feel we received exceptional value for our money.

The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The bed mattresses felt a little worn. You can feel a couple of springs. Overall, an OK place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head for the night. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

The staff was welcoming and respectful. The view from my room was amazing, I overlooked the pool,casino, and Mt. Charleston covered in snow. The happy hour was a Hugh hit! Terrific piano player along with complementary wine ,beer or non alcoholic choices. Cookies were also offered along with a place to purchase water, snacks etc. 24 hours.
