This was two days after I checked out. I even gave them a confirmation number from a copy of my bill that they generated and they still had no record of my stay. This is outrageous.

It was clean and conveniently located close to the airport. We were excited to be on the ground floor next to an exit for our early morning departure, but that excitement definitely dried up when we heard the door slamming shut regularly until about 12:00 a.m.

We had a roomy king suite with separate sitting area. Clean room and great comfy bed. Everything worked. From 5-7 free beer or wine. We didn't go, but at 7 pm we went down for free cookies. Breakfast had a nice assortment.

The breakfast was hot and delicious. The pool was warm and they have a Jacuzzi. The hotel and room were very clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were great. The beds were comfortable too. The staff was friendly and very helpful. At 7pm they have warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby and water with orange slices. I really loved that. The area is perfect. There are many restaurants, a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Sunset Station Casio, and Sunset mall all near there!

We arrived a short time after check in time and our room was not ready. We waited 10 minutes for the room to be finished. My husband and I are in our 70’s and our room was on the third floor. The problem with that was the elevator was not working and we had to make multiple trips to get everything carried up to our room. When we went to breakfast the next morning, the elevator was working. The TV kept freezing up while watching. It was a cable issue since it was on all channels. That happened our entire stay.

It's a nice hotel with good rooms and comfortable beds. The location is good, seemed like a very safe part of the town. The hotel had issues with wi-fi which can happen. But, returning back to the hotel at night to find out that it's still not fixed was frustrating which I mentioned to the young guy at the reception. Then I experienced something that never happend to me in any accommodation during my long time travel experience. The receptionist lost his attitide and startedd screaming at me because he was in stress since the whole hotel was out of internet and I guess other guests were frustrated as well. As the young receptionist said 'just becaise of wi-fi' - well, dear receptionist, it is because of money as in Europe the business day just started and it was time for me to check the situation on the account of the company, check with the stuff if all is ok, check and send some emails - without wifi it cost me quite an amount of money and time. Not to lose tempere and staying professional towards guests even in difficult situation is somethjng the management must learn it's staf, or at least the young nervous night receptionist and teach him not to shout at guests and wawing with hands shouting 'go to your room' as chasing a dog. I have recorded a part of it and nowadays smile by listening to it, but while this was happening I was far from smiling. Pitty, this 'phenomenon' ruined my good experience with the hotel and during my whole trip in west USA it was the only negative issue with any of many hotel staff I met.

The breakfast bar was exceptional very well taken care of and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a bit plain that’s about the only thing that gave me a bad vibe. For being in Nevada close to Vegas I expected a few more slot machines at least..

Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were terrible. We booked a double queen room at least 2 months in advance. When we got up to our room, it was a King with a pull out couch. We have 5 people so this was not going to work. I went back down to the desk and was told sorry, a big group of people came in before us and took up all of their double queen rooms. I told him I had reserved the double queen room and that we have 5 people and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. We ended up sleeping with 3 people in the King and 2 on a extremely cheap and uncomfortable pull out couch bed. Also, the night shade would only pull down half way so the sunset casino lights flashed in our room all night. They said they would discount our room however because its booked through a 3rd party they will have to get a hold of booking.com. Not at all pleased and will not be staying there again.

One elevator which took forever to get up and down

The breakfast experience was disappointing, as the food quality left much to be desired. Regarding the room, the walls offered little sound insulation. The AC unit was extremely loud, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

Our stay was an absolute delight. The room was perfect as was the staff. Very comfortable, simple and clean. Breakfast was absolutely superb. And the added bonus, which was a surprise, was the manager’s reception from 5-7pm…..an array of different foods along with beer and wine. What a treat!

This was our first time staying here and it was great. The room was large and very clean. It was quiet despite being pretty full. It was close to all the places we were going and to all the places we later decided to check out.

Toilet was dirty. Didn’t bother to ask to have it cleaned so I just cleaned it quick myself.

Dirty floor and shower in bathroom. Due to later check in, there was no one to clean. Front desk offered to switch rooms but we needed the 1st floor with upfront parking. Someone parked in the designated spot and another guest took the nearby handicap space.

I like having access to my room from the outside, however using a walker with wheels, I had to go up a bit of a hill in the gravel and the sidewalk had curbing and steps, so it was getting into my room and getting out of my room from the outside access I also had an issue when I checked out the clerk saw me standing at the desk, waiting to check out. Nobody was at the counter when I got there and I see this woman walking down the hallway towards me and she sees me, but doesn’t say anything. I just figured she was a guest and she walked right by me without saying anything. I’m standing at the counter so I went on out and put my luggage in the car and I was gonna leave, but I needed a receipt so I went back in. I didn’t know that woman was the clerk. I would’ve said something to her. She didn’t address me as a customer. I thought that was rude so I got my receipt from the mail clerk that just showed up for work. This was around well whatever time I checked out six 610 something like that the room was great but very noisy upstairs noise and then it calmed down around 10 and it was OK. I slept good in the bed. The shower was great. The hallways are fairly cramped for my walker. It was difficult to maneuver in and out. I would stay there again if I had to it was convenient to where I was at where I needed to go.

The property was clean, safe, and conveniently-located. My only concern was the limited seating area for breakfast. We had to eat in our rooms because there are not enough seating areas.

It was a great stay, it was my kids and I they had a chance to get into the pool, they had snacks, breakfast was delicious. The biggest plus was the staff, everyone was super friendly and just great attitude. If visiting family or friends it’s def worth it. Not to far out from the strip and had stores and restaurants around the area.

They even offered a complimentary dinner for 2 hours which saved 4 hungry, tired travelers from jumping back into the car to find somewhere to eat. Bonus—there was some food that was gluten free and dairy free for my son to eat!! Then the breakfast was great. Wide variety with lots of hot food. Again, there was gf and df food available for my son. This is a great place to stay and I would come again.

We just stayed one night as we were passing through, but it was perfect. We requested and received a ground floor room that was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the updated shower & vanity too. All of the staff were very nice.

I had an amazing stay. The first night I stayed they provided dinner! I have never stayed at a hotel that gave you dinner! If I'm back in the area again I will for sure be staying here again!

Jackie allow me to check in 3 hours early and went out of her way to make sure the room will be ready at the time she promised. I would stay again next time I’m in Henderson.

Stayed at the property in order to avoid the insane costs on the strip during this trip. Parking was free and there were no resort fees. Free breakfast was good to have. A bit of a long drive to get to the strip but had surrounding shopping easy access

Loved how friendly the staff was in helping meet my kid’s needs! Their patience was amazing! And support for December pool time was so helpful. The heated outdoor pool was the perfect way to start our morning before a long drive.

The sheets and towels had stains on them. The couch and fold out was very uncomfortable. Breakfast had very limited allergy free items. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very average hotel and location. Not enough parking and had to park just off property with long walk to entrance. Room was clean but had a slight odor of cleaning spray left over in room. Asked Expedia for king size bed and they changed the original reservation to a “room” that seemed to try and confuse the user of their website. The desk checkin said any problem “take it up with Expedia.” Room was average and too expensive.

We arrived early and at first the check in agent said our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm even though the parking lot had a handful of cars. About 15 mins later, he let us know that he put a call in for a rush on our room and it would be ready shortly which we appreciated. This was a nice hotel, the breakfast was well kept and clean. I just think the price should be lower as other hotels had better amenities. The biggest downside was the pool was shared and appeared unclean at opening--dirty towels and the pool itself looked unclean.

Hated the forced "Upgrade" to King suite, making me sleep on pullout couch! Other than that rooms were clean and nice.

As far as the suite I had the beds and bedding was so comfortable and the black out shade was the best, no light getting in there.

If you want to skip the casino world and just have a nice room and quiet, with breakfast included, then this is the place for you. Some parts are under renovation, but they did not impact the spaces being used. Ample parking, but not covered (think blazing summer sun). Very close to a number of fast food and other food options.

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. However, the shower was terrible! The low water pressure, which I assume is meant to save water, made it extremely difficult to shower. The renovations happening made some things like stair access very inconvenient. The house keepers were also loud in the morning and they sometimes said unkind things in Spanish, probably not realizing others like me could understand. I liked the convenience of free breakfast and the food variety was pretty good. I would consider staying here again if the showers are changed, with the way they currently are I won't return because it made getting ready difficult. Hopefully you consider making a change to a shower head without limited water pressure.

Broken coffee machine. Broken shower head. Exit door to the parking lot was hard to shut & secure. Property is being renovated so construction sounds started early in the a.m.
