The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the shower, coffee stains in the sink, and there was dog drool on the floor between the bathroom and the room.

Couple-stayed 2 nights, good value for money, hot/serve yourself breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage patty & cold items), quiet and most importantly did not smell like smoke or pot

The fitness room has minimal and nonfunctional equipment .

B/fast menu was fresh, did have to ask staff to re plenish a couple items a couple of times. Felt safe, it was quiet, conveniently located. Bed was comfortable. Floors were not spotless but ok. Was my third time staying there

Location. We stayed there for 4 nights and have no complaints.

Parking was easy and safe. Host at check in was soooo very nice.

When I checked in, the girl was so preoccupied with her phone that she ignored me for about 90 seconds until I said hello

Clean but not behind furniture - someone had unplugged the clock so I moved the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy behind it. Gross! Beds were fresh clean and comfortable. I figured out why they unplugged the clock no matter what you had it set on it made a humming static noise - annoying! The hairdryer didn't work and the plumbing struggled. Breakfast was basic but often not stocked - staff responsive when presented with the issue. Clearly and old in need of remodeling hotel. Also the flashing or siding on the outside of the building smashed against the window/side and made a horrendous noise on a very windy night - freaked us out initially until we figured out what it was but set us up for a bad nights sleep.

This is simply a nice hotel. It is completely non smoking. The inly bad thing was the fact that i was mischarged for 4 night under somone else name. They said it was refunded but it hit my bank account. Waiting in the refund. The young lady checking me in had a kit going on at the time and made the error. Just need the refund to hit

While the pricing wasn’t horrible for a one-night stay, I feel that the room should have been more clean. There was a unflushed toilet with toilet paper in it, hair in the bathroom floors and shower. The towels were stained. Additionally, there was a space for a hairdryer mounted on the wall but no actual hairdryer, which made it super inconvenient for me the next morning when I needed to get ready for work. I did not eat the breakfast so I could not tell you my thoughts on that. I will say the check in was smooth and no other issues other than the cleanliness. I would recommend taking your own cleaning supplies if you stay there. Luckily I had some in my car.

Checked in at 2:ish am (NYE) but it states it’s a 24 hr desk, sooo windows were rolled down and desk was closed, luckily a guy was checking in ahead of me and had to beat on the roll down aluminum window, knocked but they didn’t answer so he did what he needed to do to get them to answer , saying hello a few times didn’t seem to get them to open either.

I was given a room without a shower curtain. Bathroom mirror has toothpaste spattered on it. Pet hair is visible. They should do better

Property rooms are not a 5, but a 3., meaning that flooring, fridges etc are not as nice as other hotels with same rating. Some of the wood flooring was uneven/sunken in areas. They do not have hair dryers in every room, make sure to request.

The breakfast was OK. The hotel was really nice. The housekeeping was not good at all garbage not being removed and towels not being supplied out of a seven nights stay we had our room cleaned twice.

Hotel needs updates. The bathrooms are very old.

When arriving to check on charge was more than what reservation was for. Clerk told us to reach out to Expedia and there was nothing they can do. Room wasn’t cleaned properly with dirty floors and Hair conditioner was out. The room was handicap and sink had no counter. Tub had several chips at tj bottom.

Overall this establishment was great. Our room was clean, however; the bathroom could use some updates/repairs. Toilet paper holder was broken and just stuck back into the vanity hole, patched spots on the ceiling from repairs and lighting was dim.

No blankets on beds. No blankets available. Bathroom not clean. very grungy. Shower want broke and leaking. Foul smell in bathroom. Gone all day Sunday and came back to room not cleaned. No clean towels. Went to desk and asked why. Was told we had put our Do Not Disturb card on door. Not true. Staff extremely lazy and will do whatever to get out of work.

The room was clean but needs updating. A/C didnt work too well. Breakfast was the same for 3 days. Need some variety at breakfast and not stocked up. Only had 2 yogurts on the first day for customers staying at hotel. Just need all around renovation.

The only reason I gave it a four was because the housekeeping staff and the Indian girl who worked the desk were not so friendly. The Indian girl had her earphones in and would barely look up from her laptop to hear my request for a hair dryer. There wasn’t one in my room. So, housekeeping and this girl shouted at each other about it back and forth, mind you it was a long hallway. Finally, I got a hair dryer, but it was like pulling teeth.

When we arrived around 4pm the front desk attendant was slumped over i had to ring the bell to get her to wake up. Once in our room we noticed it was quite dated and had some water damage on the ceiling, cracks on the ceiling. We decided to give it a try any way and stay the night. One of my kids went to the bathroom and clogged the toilet. We tried to call to the feont desk but the room phone didn't work. We walked down to the desk a d told the attendant and she told me she would get a plunger and we could plunge it ourself. I also asked for some extra blankets and was told they only had one we could use even though i had asked for 2. We later discovered that the toilet had to be plunged EVERY time we used it. The front desk attendant didn't seem to care when she was told about it. We had to cut our trip short since all other hotels in the area were booked and we were not staying there another night.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, but the hotel as a whole needed a MAJOR update. The curtains in the room were frayed and there were little chips out of the flooring and the door knob on the bathroom door was loose and there was a weird smell in the room. The hotel accepts pets, so that was probably the smell. The breakfast was lackluster. It was alright, but for $180 a night I expected no frills, but a little tidier and better maintenance than what was there. I wouldn't stay there again, especially for that price.

The rooms are nice and seem updated which is great! But, the hallways and lobby seem very dated and blah. The breakfast wasn't great either. I went to get food at 8 AM and there was a single egg, no meats, the cereal dispenser was broken. The apple juice was TASTY! Overall it was a fine stay. Not sure I'd be back.

Check in and visit was good. Floors, to include room & bathroom were very dirty, they were in dire need of cleaning/mopping. Bathroom door Handel was very loose and to get toilet to fill l, had to jiggle the handle.

Internet access is tedious to start but then works well. The food options are limited and not to my taste but others enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable but continually slid across the platform leaving about a 5 inch gap of metal to avoid. Housekeeping was quite hit or miss. I don't need daily service but did not receive that service a few times after I carefully removed the do not disturb sign. Perhaps one was a timing mistake. The coffee supply was never refreshed until my last night and it was only to leave cups - not coffee. The front desk gave me coffee and condiments when I asked. After 12 days I had to request the sheets be changed. The towels dried like using a well loved stuffed toy - meaning not at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. My stay was nice with just the few glitches mentioned here.

Only stay here if you absolutely need to save the $50. Otherwise splurge for a neighboring property. Staff is wonderful, site is SUPER underwhelming.

It was easy to get on the interstate highway.My husband smoked outside because of this the smell of smoke was on his clothes so when we checked out and they checked the room and came back and said it smell like smoke we didn't get the deposit back even though they knew that my husband went out to smoke every time for they saw him going out evertime i felted like they didn't believe us

Price was good and the place was clean. The toilet barely worked and housekeeping didn't do much, including things like refilling the body wash in the shower.

Staff was helpful and friendly when we asked for a new room because of a horrible moldy odor. Twice. The 3rd room lacked the offensive odor, so we stayed there. However, the underside of the toilet seat had not been cleaned.

Location was easy to locate. Room was nice, seemed updated in some spots. Had room 201, had vinyl flooring/tile. Our floor had break or crack from floor underneath, which could be a trip hazard for some guests. Bath tile needs better cleaning. Would recommend hotel to install vent/light in bathrooms. Drywall had several damaged areas bc of moisture. Overall, good stay for price. Breakfast was nice. Would stay again.

The room smelt right out of the 1970’s including the old smelly chair in the corner. The cigarette smell in room was so overpowering and was just as bad after 3 nights.

Although showing age with well worn areas, the room was clean and the King bed was excellent. The refrigerator was already cold, the large TV had multiple channels, and the included breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly.

Staff was very nice and very helpful in my situation. My daughter was having surgery and ran over past 11:00 a.m. the hotel worked with me and let me pay for the room when I got back.

Everything was great except the towels were very small. Had to use two towels to dry off. Never seen that small of bath towels before. Front desk person went out of her way to help me.

The staff here is excellent! I didn’t get the gals name that checked us in but she went above and beyond with a specific situation to make it easy for us. And then we had to check out a day early and head back home. Even though I had booked through Expedia, Sue helped me get a refund from them for the final night. I didn’t even know that was possible and was SO GRATEFUL!! It was a quick, stressful trip and both ladies made it so much more pleasant.

Overall, this was a great stay for reasons of staying in a budget hotel, but a lot of times certain electric plug points, and wall outlets were not working, and I was often unable to charge certain devices, including my phone.

1. It had features that were, I.e., the seat and many grab bars. 2. It also had important flaws. Most prominent were that it was built around a tub, requiring your handicapped guest to climb in. Not all can. Once over that barrier, all the grab bars were too low to assist a guest with impaired balance to stand while showering. I appreciate the attempt, but while extensive, it falls short of meeting the needs of many handicapped guests.

It was perfect for my husband and I. We were visiting my elderly MIL. The hotel was quiet at night, well lighted for our after dark returns. Check in was easy as well as check out. They had a lovely breakfast each morning which was helpful.

I didn't feel very safe outside due to the activities by people outside. Dog fee of $20 per dog per night was ridiculous. I won't stay here again or at Ramadas in the future.

Friendly staff and overall a good place to stay

First room they gave me, you had to go up two steps once you got to the second floor. This was impossible when you are handicapped and have a luggage cart full of items. When I told the attendant, he made me feel like I was bothering him in order to change the room. The AC/heat unit made a lot of noise all the time so much you couldn't hear the TV, so we turned it off and ran it while we were out. Everything was old and chipped, and the bed was uncomfortable. The free breakfast food was poor, so we went to a restaurant for the remaining days.
