The room was tiny. The heating unit was old and dirty. It was so bad that I was hesitant to get in the bed for fear of bed bugs although I didn't see any.

No breakfast( should have), No chair, no hot water/coffee, no tower, no shampoo , no garbage cans, , bad toilet flush, dirty bed sets etc.

Wifi was free though unsecured, and enough outlets for our needs. Small fridge and microwave worked great. Property was close to RIT for our needs. No breakfast was provided, not even grab-n-go. I asked for more washcloths on my third day and the clean supply storage had only one threadbare washcloth in stock, so I got a face-towel instead. I was told the laundry had not been done. Room smelled faintly of stale cigarette smoke. Terrible colors in our room: puke-colored walls, burnt brown curtains, blood-red rug. Parking lot was very cracked with paving fallen into many holes. Some potholes were 2 feet wide and 5 inches deep! The random-looking lawn was overgrown and, even after someone tried to mow the area, it appeared as if they had run out of gas or money and left it half-undone. Whole sections of the cabins were empty and in disrepair; very often there was no attendant in the front office in the middle of the day - yet the supply garage was left open with overflowing bins of laundry. The whole place had a creepy Hotel California vibe - I will not return unless there is a full renovation and sparkling reviews. M-mhm.

The room was dirty and not well maintained. The bed looked clean, but the rest seemed dirty. Felt dirt on the floor as I walked in. Opened the drawer of night stand (I was trying to find the TV remote which I never found) and the inside was stained and dirty. Just gross. Bathroom seemed relatively clean but paint all over mirror and in the tub. Not taken care of at all. Stains in the toilet. Just not maintained. I didn't want to touch anything because I wasn't sure what might be on it. Also the air conditioner was very old so it was rattling and extremely loud.

The people at the place were great when I told them we didnt want to stay, they said to call expedia to get my refund they were nice about it, it was expedia that were awful, I called to cancel and get a refund, they told me front desk had to do that. They wouldnt refund me my money. I paid for something that I didnt stay at, I would not suggest booking anything from expedia, if they cant take care of there customers. DO NOT BOOK ANY THING FROM EXPEDIA.

There was only one bath towel in the room. No handtowels, no washcloths. The one towel was dirty and used. Went to the desk to ask for more towels and was told they would bring them to my room. They didn't, it says online breakfast is included. Was not

I liked the convenience of this property's location. It was reasonably clean and affordable. I was disappointed there wasn't any breakfast service, even coffee wasn't provided

Basically a converted motel, door looked like it had been kicked more than once. Bathroom dirty. Im not a princess but this was just plain gross. Basically slept on top of the sheets waiting for morning and tried not to touch anything

I’m pretty easy to please, just give me a clean room, fresh towels and a comfortable bed and I’m okay. This place had none of them. Dirty towels left in the bathroom, bugs in the shower, pretty much the whole package of “never stay here again.

Nothing. No breakfast, the sink moved, fan hanging from ceiling in bathroom. Everything. Look above. I wouldn't stay again if offered a free night and dinner somewhere for two.

Property looked like is was once a very nice place to stay. You could tell that it lacked care or concern for the customers. Very worn out. On a good note the bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was good. I would not spend more than one night.

The room had mold on the floor and the drain in the shower was clogged. I checked and there was s stick in the drain. When I pulled out the string there was a lot of stuff on it so it had been there for quite some time. Beneath that was hair on the drain. I did not remove that. A property can be dated but it needs to be clean and functional.

The room smelled like smoke, the carpet was very dirty. Got switched to another room smelled a little better but the sheets had lots of blood stains and another stain that i don't know what it was. I couldn't stay there i had to leave. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on that bed if i had one. The place was just dirty and nasty overall. Thankfully i received a refund.

This "hotel" should be bulldozed. The first clue was the exhaust fan completely covered in dust and not working. The light switches where unscrewed and not working. The floor was uneven, the chair broken, the sink was tilted. the shelf in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall over. The room stank of smoke, the entrance door was repaired poorly several time and had no working security lock. Well I lasted until 4 am and gave up.

There was no positive to this property. As a business traveler I have never stayed in such a dirty and badly maintained hotel. The truck stop outside my room was terrible, noise all night. I am shocked Expedia has this property on there site.

The room was in poor shape. The bed linens were atrocious. I slept with my clothes on.

Bedding was horrific. Room was dirty. The guy at truckstpp next door even said bad choice. Wyndham you are crazy for allowing your name on this dirty motel. Had to go get our own clean blanket out of our truck. We asked for new sheets and pillowcases. Thankful for hot water. $70 and not even coffee.

I didn't like that the internet said breakfast was included on your website for the stay and when I got here I was told there was no breakfast included that option should b removed

STAY AWAY!!! Burned-on food in microwave, gaping holes in bathroom wall, black mold in shower, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, no blankets AT ALL to start and cigarette burns in the paper-thin cotton blanket that was finally provided, etc., etc. Bed hard as a rock, pillows smelled. A total DUMP. Demanding a full refund. Really a horrible place. Don't make my mistake.

The hotel was horrible. Unsafe and dangerous. There were homeless people yelling at the hotel employee when I was checking in. We decided it was unsafe to stay there and left. I will be calling hotels.com for a full refund

We reserved two rooms. They were both at dirty and smelled. The bed sheets in one room was dirty. Bed spreads had burn marks on them. There was a smell to each room.

No hairdryer in room. Very convenient to RIT is why we stayed anyway. Staff friendly and housekeeping very nice. No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Had coffee and juice machine was broken.

Smelly trashy and threadbare. Floors in the hall weren’t vacuumed recently and everything in the room is shabby with sloppy patches peeling drywall tape and blotches of caulk. Lowbrow and icky. Couldn’t wait to turn the lights out. Stank of pot smoke when we walked in. Light is broken on the sign and the place looks abandoned when arriving at night. Wasn’t even the cheapest choice on hotelscom

The property shown in the picture is on the website is not the actual property. It is run down on the outside. The lobby and room were nice. But as a woman traveling alone it would not have been a choice. It does look like they are making repairs and updates as fast as possible and my room was nice for a place to sleep while visiting my daughter at school.

The motel looked like it was closed. It had no customers except us. The room was like something from a horror movie. Dirty, insect ridden, and a disgusting odor. We walked in and 30 seconds later walked out. We drove another 50 minutes and found. Lovely Microtel.

Place was very outdated and run down. Toilet, phone, and bathroom door did not work. Front lobby still had March 2020 calendar posted as of July 2022. It felt like a ghost town. Questionable decor inside hotel room. Lots of mold in the mini-fridge.

Needs a lot of improvement. Sure it was a bed to sleep on, but sleep didn't happen because it was not comfortable, the smell in the whole building was very musty. Do they even clean the rooms? Wash the bedding? Vacuum? It was actually disgusting. The fridge wasn't on the AC wasn't on. It was a super hot day. The bathroom sink, toilet and shower could use a scrub. I was very disappointed. However the staff was very kind and I had no complaints there. But for the love of God, clean the rooms and hallways. My door didn't even latch right, I had to push the door shut hard.

This hotel should be condemned. Our room door/lock jammed and then wouldn’t shut all the way, the floor/carpet was wet everywhere, the bedding smelled like someone had been sleeping in it for weeks, the entire room smelled like something had died and the bathroom smelled rotten. The lamps were broken with blown bulbs, the refrigerator didn’t work. No one answered the front desk phone and then there was a sign in the lobby desk saying they would be right back. It’s so sketchy that I ended up leaving the keys in the room, booking a different hotel and I left 15 minutes after I checked in. Absolutely do not go here.

Very old carpet, chipped and spackled paint. Woke up at 4am, discovered ants all over the bathroom and on the walls where the desk was. We packed up and left. We were only staying for 1 night to break up the drive back but we left earlier than expected. Called the hotel to tell them about the ant issue and she didnt seem shocked or to care. Definitely do not recommend this hotel!

The doors get stuck which doesn't help when trying to open them when you have to put almost all of your weight to get it opened

Days In should not allow them to use Days Inn as part of the name of this motel. The first room gave to us was terrible. It smelled mold, the refrigerator not working, the bad smelled bad. So we asked to change a room. The second room was ok. On Hotels.com, this motel was overrated. I felt very strange and why this motel has reasonably high guest review score? It was not work the money.

Arrived Sunday night and the front desk guy was very friendly and chatty, a great welcome. Room was adequate but bed was extremely comfortable, a nice surprise.

I paid online and lost my money because when I saw the room I booked another hotel. We ended up staying at double tree. The room appeared clean but it had a smell in the room and hallway. The security lock to the entrance door has been ripped out. The staff was friendly but it did not feel safe and I didn’t want to deal with the smell. Perhaps they should rip out the carpets or at least shampoo them

I usually send reviews because I am usually satisfied. BUT we had to change rooms and the second was not much better. Very unsanitary. Crumbs under, surfaces not wiped down. Bathroom had poop smears on the bathroom door. Bathroom ceiling yellowed an water stains. All sheets had stains. Not bleached clean. Only had 2 towl sets in a 2 bed room for 3 people in the room. It advertised a breakfast but they did not serve anything.

The refrigerator did not work.

No soaps provided. Noisy from the lounge. No continental breakfast as described.

It looks nothing like the picture. It looks like a hooker motel. Inside the bathroom was one small bottle of shampoo and two towels. We left without using the room we paid for. We drove two towns away and paid for another room. It was such an improvement we didn't mind that we had to pay a toll to get there and drive further.

This place looked nothing like the pictures.. picture were of a different place. Windows were boarded up. There was hay in the hallway. The place smelled like wet animals. Dirt flew off the bed when placed down purse. I ended up sleeping in my car because it was safer and they refused to refund me. Expedia also provided no help with the situation.

Definitely needs upgrades. Ceiling cracks, there was hair on the shower walls, the bathroom stank of smoke, the walls n ceiling were yellow! Baseboards were caked in dust. Bed was uncomfortable. I’m usually easy to please.

Filthy. Literally disgusting dirty carpet, bathroom, walls. Old broken down furniture, uncomfortable bed. The heat didn't work right. The room smelled. The man next door to us was literally standing outside doing drugs. Ok...from the outside, it absolutely looked abandoned. Seriously. At first glance you would think it was a defunct broken down hotel no longer in use. No one cuts the grass or keeps the grounds nice. The whole place looks terrible inside and out. On top of that. There is a bar on the property attached to the hotel that was so incredibly packed when we returned to our room at 10pm that we could not even park anywhere near where we were staying!! The patrons of the bar were all hanging out in the parking lot and they were a ROUGH looking crowd. The whole experience was horrible. NEVER AGAIN.

Facility was very run down - did not have fitted sheets on bed, many places on the walls were scrapped and worn and patched - window curtains with holes and not hung on rods correctly - desk chair missing a castor - sit in it and tip badly- bathroom faucet was loose.

The odor in the lobby was noxious and the property looked unkempt. The room was dark, the furniture and fixtures were outdated. But the worst thing was there were multiple holes in the blanket on the bed and it was thin and threadbare. I could not stay there and i promptly checked out and stayed at another hotel. This was definitely worst hotel experience i ever had.

This property was not for for rental. I am aghast that you put it on your site. I would not use your services. The room was filthy... the corridor was filthy and there was not security in the door... the room smelled...mildew on the shower curtain...lamp shades all broken...toilet wouldn't flush.....curtain broken...hair in the tub....no fitted sheet (2 top)....iron burn on a FILTHY carpet...paint peeling on the walls...no phone.. no coffee maker. We rented this from the road and were exhausted or we would ve demanded our money back at the moment. but we have just returned from our trip and I am telling you now that i want arefund. We took several pictures.

It a shame that this place has the Wyndham name attached to it, Wyndham hotels should not be associates with this place. I stayed at many Days Inns/ other Motels/Inns and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It was warmer sleeping in the car (25degrees) than in the room. It had a bad odor, everything was sticky/filthy, bedsheets/pillows had stains on them (good thing that I travel with my own pillows and blankets. The “one” bath towel had stains on them, washcloths and hand towels as well. Overall decor was shabby, worn, broken and in my opinion should be thrown out and start fresh. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. I don’t usual do these reviews, but felt the need to share.

Everything was dirty and/or dingy. There were no amenities and it's in terrible shape. There was no heat regulation either. There was only a wall heater that was either on or off. I would never even consider staying there again.

Motel was disgustingly dirty and outdated. Very loud bar/restaurant in-site. Party atmosphere. Very limited lighting in parking lots. Terrible signage for locating room in the dark. Bathroom had so many rust areas. Dust on bathroom floor. Ripped office chair in the room that you couldn’t even put under the desk so it just took up room. Bed was ok other than we found a pair of socks, a pen AND a toothbrush in it.

Condition was what I expected for the price I paid. Bedside light either didn’t work or were intermittent. Otherwise I got what I paid for. Was adequate for the few hours rest I needed.

RUN! Don't walk! This place is terrible. Run down and overall a disgrace to the Wyndham name. I cannot believe that they allow this hotel to keep operating. The blocks of rooms resembled cell blocks. There was trash in the hallways and an overwhelming smell of smoke everwhere. The rooms were very old and the carpet needs to be burned. The bathroom had dried blod spots 9n the floor, the tub was grimy and it just was gross. The heater in the room blew out cold air. Didn't even bother complaining as we knew nothing would be done about it. When asking the front desk for assistance in getting a cab to the airport they were not helpful. Told me to do it myself. There is no breakfast, coffee or juice at all available. There are many hotels in the area. If I ever return to the area I will choose another hotel for sure.

The check in and out gentleman was very nice and helpful. However, the place is very run down, smells bad, very dirty. We didn't dare sleep between sheets. We slept fully clothed on top of bed. No breakfast as advertised. Not worth the $101 charged.

I stayed at that Days Inn since I moved away from Rochester, on and off. Over the last 10 years, I enjoyed staying there because of the attached bar/tavern - Nashvilles (formerly the Roost). I have noticed some wear and tear in the rooms as time went on and the slow response to it. The bathroom tub drain was open - the drain cover was not put back. The tv didn't work - albeit, the desk attendant did say I should call them if any problems. I didn't because I was never there. It was a fair stay - but over priced.

The room didn’t feel safe, the door didn’t always lock right. No one cleaned my room or replaced the towels while I was out. There wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom, just one face and body bar and shampoo. Toilet wasn’t working when I arrived. The room was so uncomfortable that I chose to forfeit my money and just drive home instead of stay another night.

The amount i paid to stay here is way out of whac, way too much. The rates on the door says $60 to $75 with breakfast and i paid a little more than $100, do i get a refund for some of the money i doubt it. Very bad place to stay!!!!

Very run down, landscaping neglected. Sheets old, thin, straight sheet on bottom pulled away easily from mattress. Toilet didn't flush well. TV remote dirty and didn't really work. Young man at desk was only bright spot of the stay. Wouldn't recommend or return. Quiet, close to restaurants.

Had to plug in tv cable system through box. Had remote for cable box but not for tv. Wasn’t horribly clean. Bed though was clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door was very good. Access to Highway and gas stations was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very pleasant people. Suppose you get what you pay for, and besides a few glitches, this was fine for me to have an overnight stay to sleep and get back on the road. Want to emphasize the staff was great. Got what I had expected.
