The location was good. Restaurants were close by. The staff was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. When I asked if there was a space to put my luggage, I was told there was none. I checked out of my room at 12:00 PM, but my Uber wasn't schedule to arrive until 2:30 PM. The receptionist said there was no place for me to put my luggage so I could get something to eat. So, I had to wait with my luggage in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours. When I asked if I could use a bathroom, the receptionist told me there wasn't a bathroom I could use while I waited. Furthermore, the hallways stunk horribly of marijuana. Also, there was vomit on the stairs and in the elevator that was never cleaned during the entire duration of my stay. The place is dirty and disgusting.

She didn't go look in the first aid kit. She didn't say let me go check. She just assumed a first aid kit, that will have the most basic of first aid supplies, including a band aid, didn't have it. My guess, she was just too lazy to go get one for me. All I asked for was a bandaid. Terrible customer service.

I really liked that it was very quiet. I think everything was fine; I have no complaints.
- 2/5
The area The room was not clean very well. The bedding was smelling bad. The bathroom sink did not work and water stayed in. I let the front desk know but nothing happened to fix it. Also the lady at the reception was distracted at the registration. She said that I booked 3 days but it isn’t. The breakfast was just a snack. I requested cup and coffee maker but she said I should use disposable and heat in microwave.

I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something.

The towel rack was pulled out of the wall and the hotel is in a general state of disrepair. Generally clean room, no issues in that front, and it was the cheapest place to stay within the area. I don't mind staying at these types of places, but they have to act like they care.

It was spacious and had a nice bathroom. There were no glasses or anything to make a drink. I did try to call reception but noone responded. The door key didnt work and the price avertized didn't reflect what I paid. The charging USB didn't work.

No amenities supplies except for towels in the room. Not even coffee machine was provided needed to ask for it. Even that doesn't work. Also, no coffee packets were provided.

Better breakfast. Perhaps strep it up on weekends

Place smells so bad as soon as you arrived. Refrigerator all bent and damage. Inside the room stinks I went to the store to get me a few spray to he the room to smell decent. Few angry dogs from folks who are leaving in the hotel.

House keepers are excellent

It's dirty. If you don't want to have a bad time, I recommend finding another place. The elevator is dirty, the rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time, they smell bad, the bathroom isn't clean, and the whole place smells damp. It was a bad experience. I had to go find another place to spend the night because I couldn't stand the smell and the dirt.
- 5/5
Hotel looked nice, but if you took a closer look at details, it needed repair and upkeep. It's a fine stay. It's very affordable. Great for a solo traveler.
- 3/5
Stay was serviceable. "Free breakfast" was a small table in the lobby with coffee dispenser, and some cheap, packaged pastries. Front desk personnel was perfunctory, not friendly. Often not present. Bedspread had a blood stain. WiFi was fine. Bathroom was clean enough.
- 3/5
Lots of mold in bathrooms, staff was nice, good parking, nice big bathtubs, nice water pressure, not very clean, rather run down

Traveling from PA for a wedding booked rooms month advance once arrived rooms were not ready Elevator not working no rooms available on 1 flr staff rude felt like a homeless shelter Inconvenience not booking ever again with the them.
- 1/5
This hotel is like one star and it is not worth the price. The bathroom water was not shutting off completely. The room was smelly, the front desk was not available and took long to check in. Breakfast is not really full breakfast. The windows don’t lock, the fridge makes a lot of noise. The quality is very low and overpriced.
- 1/5
Awful experience, the elevator was not working and they gave us the top floor despite us having two family members who could not go up the stairs due to health issues. Disappointed with Expedia as well to not help us get a refund because they “can’t get through” to the property… further homage to extended of not being helpful at all to their customers. Miserable experience and utter disappointment with the service from extended. Additionally room was not ready even though we were there 1.5hrs after check in, dirty floors and lobby and seemed do be one of those homeless shelters. Will never book here again.

The property was clean and I got bedbugs in my room and 333. I woke up every morning with new bites all over my body.

Although the manager took care of it made us uneasy a.d should not have been charged the $ that we were. It will not let me upl9ad the pictures
- 3/5
Place is very basic, no frills. Clean, quiet, good shower and AC. Elevator not working. No towel racks in bathroom. Reading lamp and nightstand on only one side of bed. Pillows FLAT! Only 5 hangers in closet. Asked for kitchen ware, could only give us one fork. Breakfast was coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal and Nutragrain bars in lobby, nowhere to even sit. But, like I said, if all you care about is clean and quiet, a good place. Restaurants in walking distance.

The list is long about what I did not like. First of all the elevator did not work and our room was on the third floor, and we are 80 years old. Second of all when I did attempt to climb the stairs the second level was occupied by what looked like a vagrant in the stairway. Third they were police everywhere. At least two cars were outside the hotel and three policeman were in and out of the lobby, presumably in pursuit of someone in the area, they made several trips into the hotel lobby to speak to the manager. Last even though I understood this was not a refundable stay. I did ask for my money back because I could not stay there. I never entered the room I returned the keys back to the manager and he promptly re-rented that room, so it was no loss to the hotel or rather they got paid twice for the same room a totally unacceptable experience.

You get what you pay for. Could be economical but low staffing and sketchy guests abound. Breakfast is bare minimum and facilities are barely cleaned. While I was there, elevator did not work. And parking lot was over crowded with cars that were not linked to hotel guests.

Its more of an apartment for long term guests. Lots of dogs that bark alot. The room and bed was clean and comfortable but it shows a small kitchen - ZERO plates, cups, utensils or pans. Breakfast is to go muffins. Very disappointed.

Lobby doors need to be fixed
- 3/5
I arrived after midnight, there was no one at the desk for check in. I had to bang on the employee break room to get someone to come out, then the rep seemed annoyed. There is no one at the front desk on most days which is weird. The lobby itself is dated and at times not welcoming - the place definitely needs some updating - the rooms are outdated as well. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, this would be it-nothing else really stands out.
- 4/5
When I first checked in, I was charged extra for a room which was large larger than what I had initially booked ahead of time. Basically at the time check-in, the type of room my book was sold out, and I was charged extra for reasons of having to stay in a different room. The staff member who checked me in, was not so great at her job. But luckily, some other staff member the next day, helped me out and further resolved matters for me. Also, I contacted an Expedia agent regarding getting a refund for the extra payment I had to make, and they all turned out well in the end.

The building and rooms smell so bad the elevator does'nt work i have a back problems and i have to use the escalators the sheets and room smell so bad

When it was time for me to check in, the front desk clerk named Musa, did not have the best attitude. When he asked me if I was checking in, I was trying to talk to him but, he cut me off and asked for my I.D. I handed him my I.D. in his hand. When I got it back, he placed the I.D. on the counter. I did not appreciate that at all. I mentioned to him that he should not put it on the counter . If I have given him my id in his hand, why not return the favor and place it respectfully back into my hand? That is something very confidential and personal. He didn’t see that it was wrong to do that. He was not friendly at all. I also was upset that the elevator was broken. It was such an inconvenience, due to the fact that I had a small child and had to carry my luggage all the way up to the 3rd floor.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes to do the check-in until one of the clients went to look for the person who was in charge, who apparently was outside in the park.
- 1/5
I arrived at 10 pm from the airport and the person behind the front desk had no record of my reservation. She had no suggestions for me but did say she had a room still available. She charged me for a night's stay but said I had to contact Hotels.com to settle.
- 5/5
I like the fact that iI was able to park in the back And was able to access the building to go to my room fairly easy through the back entrance. Very convenient
- 4/5
Bed was comfy, hvac worked well, quiet neighborhood but conveniently adjacent to a main thoroughfare. A bag of Trash in the parking area near the entrance was left there the entire time, no one seemed to care. Personnel were a little off-putting and unprofessional. When we checked in, there was a man in suit who we assumed was the manager, sitting in the only chair in the lobby 10 feet away, having a loud conversation with lots of extremely foul language. We made several trips to the car, walking past him, and he continued with no regard for customer presence or courtesy. When we asked for receipt at the end of our stay, we had to insist on a printout, because the clerk wanted to save paper. "Breakfast" is a packaged muffin or cereal bar plus coffee, to go. Period.
- 3/5
It was close to the job that I was working at
- 3/5
What was harder though was hearing someone in an adjacent room that sounded like he was sick all night, so there’s not much sound insulation. There is also zero eating utensils, pots, pans, or anything else. Just a sink, two-burner hot plate, and the fridge. We were on the third floor and the shower water pressure was very low. The breakfast was coffee, hot cocoa, nutrigrain bars, and some sort of individually wrapped muffin. This is a very low-budget option. I think we’ll try another place next time.
- 2/5
Sticky floors, crappy breakfast.
- 3/5
I stayed here because of the price but next time I'll pay the extra $ to stay somewhere else. Although the place was clean, it felt like a cheap motel..(not to disrespect all motels because there are some nice ones out there) but this one just had that "feel". Young adults walking around and loudly talking about drinking tequila and getting messed up tonight and that was in the tiny lobby...Fri night i guess they did because my bathroom wreaked off weed so much so i had to put a towel at the bottom of the door so it wouldn't come into the room!! It was late so calling the desk would've been useless. The location was great but my room comfort was the only thing i wanted from this place. Stay here if you want a cheap stay for the night/weekend and don't mind the childish antics around you...sorry but i expected way more from a holiday inn! Oh and when they say breakfast (manager said muffins and such) it's coffee, hot water for oatmeal (no bowels) and that's it...smh! Yeah pay extra to stay at the Marriot or Westin..(right down the street 2 lights)
- 5/5
Extended Stay Restin was reasonably close to the Metro stop. Also so I had many options for dining. The room was clean and all the appliances were in good working order. The bathroom was clean and the water was piping hot. The front desk agent was not always at the desk. So when I checked out ai just left the key on the desk. This was fine, cause when I called later, I was charged for the appropriate number of days and time. I recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing price
- 3/5
Hotel staff is friendly. However, the room smelled bad, not sure if it was humidity or what. It was so late I didn’t bother to ask for another room. “Breakfast” was a muffin, fruit bar and coffee. The kitchen cabinets had spots that hadn’t been cleaned. The rooms are dated.
- 4/5
Missed having a coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was pretty scarce and coffee pot was empty. Desk person was nice enough to give a cup while the coffee was being made. Front desk staff was very helpful especially with a problem with my check-in.
- 1/5
Hotel was overbooked, didn't get to stay there. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They had no interest in being there or pleasant towards customers. I would never ever stay here again.

The room floor was not clean and the breakfast was terrible
- 2/5
Comfortable and decent area, no complaints there. However, there were cockroaches in the kitchen.

Lacking the professionalism of the Extended Stay that I was previously accustomed to traveling around the US. I used to promote ES to colleagues because it was consistently excellent. My 2 star rating is out of kindness, because people to try to work hard. The front desk reception were not rude but they just did not have the professionalism for guest reception. Perhaps, this is changing across ES franchises. Front area dirty and a bit smelly, same as elevator and corridor. It was obvious that it needed thoroughly cleaning. My room was cleaned but had a desk chair with torn fabric that someone attempted to hand stitch. This is my 3rd ES facility that I have stayed in recently and noticed the downward trend (Atlanta, Tallahassee are the other 2). I did not rate the others because I just thought it may have been a “one off”. It is apparent that this is not the case. I will not stay at another ES for now.
- 2/5
There were bugs in the A/C unit when I opened it to turn it on. There was a dead bug on the desk. There was a dead bug on the bathroom counter. The staff was MIA for 20 minutes before coming to get me checked it.
- 2/5
My room smelled like smoke, there were holes in the walls, my key card randomly quit working, the window was cracked, the clock was set for the wrong time. The bed was made nicely, the room looked neat/clean.

This is a roach coach motel. Not worth the money
- 2/5
I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The price was far too high compared to the quality and ratings. The breakfast options were extremely poor, and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. On a positive note, the staff were decent and tried their best to be helpful, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially given the cost.

- 4/5
No rooms were available when I arrived even though it was an hour after the hotel's 3 pm check-in time. The staff's reaction was that this was standard operationg procedure due to the high occupancy. The issue was resolved in a timely manner but be warmed this practice seemed very normal.

The pictures on the app do not show the true condition of the hotel. The hotel is completely worn down, the bed is like cardboard the cabinets are all lopsided. There is nothing close by and the hotel has no concessions. Very disappointed, we were supposed to stay 5 nights but checked out the next morning.

My stay was like any other at Extended Stay America locations across the country. More or less, no matter where I go, the experience is just about the same. At this location, the room I got was spacious and clean. I was very happy with it. As always, I took issue with the laundry being paid, the breakfast being called "breakfast" when they only really offer snacks, and the water pressure. The staff, like with most locations, were excellent and very friendly. The guy who I assume was the manager was incredibly active. Props to him. The location, though, suffers from a lot of the same problems that other locations do, some of which are already mentioned. Not stocking rooms with appliances is frustrating just because it adds an extra step to settling in, but having a full kitchen pretty much made up for that. It is a solid hotel, but I think that its prices are a bit high on average for what you get. At the very least, I wish that they added more breakfast options. Their coffee setup is elaborate, but not everyone just has coffee for breakfast.
