We checked out a day early and the front desk person stated that we would receive a credit as long as we contacted Hotels.com. (third party) This is the only place I could find to send an email to request the refund. We checked in on Monday, Dec. 22 and checked out on Sunday, Dec. 29. 2025. I have all emails of our booking and photos of the refrigerator if requested. Wishing you all a Happy New Year. Please notify us as to when we will receive our one day refund. Thank you.

Check in was a breeze and every single shift was helpful, whether it was 9am or 9pm, they were kind and informative. I was upstairs near one of the side roads and the traffic noise wasn’t too bad. I was also able to use this new technology called closed windows, to further dampen the sound from outside. (highly recommend to those complaining about noise) The laundromat was super clean as were the common areas even during a small seasonal renovation. Everything you could need (grocery, pharmacy, storage, public transit) to stay or settle in Hillsboro is about 5 minutes away from this location. The room I was in had a full kitchen including induction stovetop, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, full sized fridge, as well as mugs, glasses, wine glasses, set of plates, bowls, and utensils for four. Plenty of room storage for your items and a firm but comfy couch to lounge (I didn’t sleep on the pullout). Bed was comfy and had two options to choose from for pillow density. Housecleaning did a great job and were very respectful of the DND sign (no early knocking) Plenty of towels and water stayed hot enough for a bath. I didn’t test the toiletries as I’m an adult human who has travelled before so I know to bring my own. I’ve stayed in 49 of 50 US states and this is definitely a hidden gem. I will be recommending it to friends and family when they come visit. Cheers.

I did not expect to have to walk around the building to get into my room. I could barely find the lobby. You were short staffed so is everybody now so no problem. But it said free internet and it is not you have to join a club or do something I don't have all night to sit on the computer trying to figure out how to turn on the damn television. I was really unhappy and will not stay again

The comp breakfast was terrible. The sausage was like shoe leather. Broccoli, carrots and cauliflower haven't EVER been served to me for breakfast before and the eggs still resembled the poweder they were reconstituted from.

Checking in was fast and easy. Spent the entire night and morning listening to cars and got no sleep. We had a 2nd floor road facing room and it was loud. It was like the walls and windows were paper thin. But hey, room was clean and bed was comfy. But no sleep or relaxing.

This is an adequate suite hotel. The staff is great and the breakfast good. It’s a short walk to New Seasons Market and other stores and offices in the Orenco Station area. Close to the MAX too. The particular room we had was more of a studio suite advertised as a traditional suite. It was a bit small for three people - and the room said it could sleep four.

While the rooms were nice, we had several other issues. We showed up to check in around 3:30 and the rooms were not ready. The cabinet above the microwave containing the toaster was filthy! The shampoo dispenser was empty. When I asked where the ice machine was, it was like a foreign concept. We were given a small cup of ice to take to our rooms, which were found to have empty ice makers. On top of all of this, I woke up to an emailed invoice on the day of check out for $10 to park in the hotel parking lot! This is apparently a routine charge. I personally have never paid for parking at a hotel and will never do so again. I’m hearing friends say they’ve seen this before, but not me except when using valets, and I have driven all over this country.

Safe location, good room size. Breakfast was simple but good. The shampoo dispenser was empty; there was soap residue on the sink counter from previous guests. When we checked in at 8pm, huge back of house keeping stuff was lying in front of the stairs. Despite not being a busy downtown location, was charged for parking. Air conditioning was inconsistent - a part of the room was too cold, the other part too hot.

Was across the street from our daughter's apartment. Quiet. Was supposed to have cleaning every other day - did not happen, even after complaining afternoon of day 5 did not come until day 6 - hours before we checked out. Buildings, grounds, fence were very dirty (see pics). Staff had no idea when management was working, I was given 3 different times. Upon reviewing our bill, we were charged for parking even though we told them at check-in that we had no car and would not need a parking pass. Until we talked to the manager no one could explain our bill.

Since I checked in receptionist was not friendly at all. When I got to my suite I noticed I had a queen bed instead of a king & that’s what I was mainly looking for to stay at a hotel with a king bed! The main reason why I even booked at this location. I called the front desk & receptionist informed me that they were all out of king bedroom so then why did the online website say otherwise Nd like I said main reason why I even book that location. Why didn’t she inform me of this at my check in, would she had told me anything at all if I had not called. Also wanted money back for getting a queen she also stated the rooms where all the same price it does not say any of this when booking FYI would of been nice to have all this information at check in that way I could have left immediately. Other than that the pool Nd hot but where nice breakfast the next day was ok not much food was being stocked up Nd only one waffle maker for everyone was very inconvenient

The location was great and the grounds were amazing! The hotel is set up more like a village in a peaceful setting than a busy hotel. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was listed as a continental, but there were a few hot items as well. However, the staffing was inadequate for the number of guests and they kept running out of some items. Also one waffle maker didn’t cut it. Other than that, it was a great place and the staff member at checkin was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice place to stay. Some rooms are smaller than others - I was expecting a larger room. Not all are like the ones you see on the internet pictures.
