Only issue is this hotel uses an older building access system and constantly being deactivated. Multiple trips to front desk for reactivation. Common at HI but still annoying

Not much Probably the worst la Quinta ever. Room layout sucked. Bathroom tiny. One bar of soap, two towels for three people. We stumbled around in the dark because we couldn't find the light switches. One turned out to be a button in the floor you had to step on. Tiniest closet I've ever seen in a motel room. No shampoo. No toiletries other than that single bar of soap.

Room was clean; bed and pillows comfortable. King size room was good size. The safe didn’t work nor the fan in the bathroom. Wish they had filtered water avail. Tap from the bath only.

The room was clean and the breakfast had a lot of variety. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at all times. The staff was very nice

Check in and out was quick and simple. I liked the layout of the room.

The room, staff, parking and breakfast was all great. The only issue we had was the noise. We literally could hear people talking all night long, and at different volumes and number of people talking. We figured out where it was coming from and it was the lobby. We had a room over looking the lobby and it was open like a loft. Don't get rooms in this area.

Free parking, nearby shops, cafes, tri-met and new seasons supermarket. Some gym equipment didn’t work. Basic - but ok- included breakfast.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn when I travel for work and can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home.

i enjoyed the yogurt the room was fair. The AC didn't work well. There was a small sofa next to the beds that had stains on it and it made the room look ugly.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn when I travel for work and can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home.

Third stay and will definitely stay again in the future. Clean and comfortable with the nicest staff!!!!

All I was looking for was a bed, shower and breakfast. The Holiday Inn Express in Hillsboro fulfilled these requirements. The neighborhood was quiet, parking adequate, room was clean and breakfast okay. The only bit that displeased me was the soaps in the room was the type in bottles with pumps and the bottles were attached to the wall. Rather inconvenient.

Excellent staff! Room was spacious and clean. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Freshly ground coffee available around the clock. This was the best Holiday Inn Express experience I have had.

All amenities offered by the hotel were exactly what we needed for this trip: convenient location, continental breakfast, gym, easy parking, and daily cleaning. Kudos to the staff member in charge of coordinating the continental breakfast. He and his team were amazing.

This hotel is close to Orenco Station so tons of really good dining options. It is also within 2 miles from the Tanasbourne shopping area, great for spending time.

tucked back in a well taken care of location, this was quiet location and very clean. no homeless hanging around. lots of dinning & shopping close by.

A friend of mine and I stay here every year when we are on our way to Bandon for a tournament. We play a round up in Hillsboro and always enjoy our visit.

Ongoing problems with key cards. Housekeeping didn't clean for two days. Gluten free bread encased with gluten products. Receptionist went above and beyond to fix issues but these were not her problem to fix.

Very good value. This hotel has many good dining and shopping options in the area within walking distance or a short drive. It's located in a nice area. Hotel was clean, with large rooms, and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful, with good-sized parking spaces. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, which housed a family that was a little on the noisy side for part of the evening we stayed. Otherwise our experience was very positive. While we didn't end up partaking of the breakfast services, one of the contributing factors for us selecting this hotel was the consistently positive reviews about the good quality of the breakfast food. It appeared there were plenty of hot and cold options in the breakfast area. Overall, this hotel is a great value for the cost and we would stay here again.

Breakfast was great! They had potato, gravy, omelets, sausage, bacon, pancake, lots more stuff and for the first time I saw rice, soy sauce packets and sealed half avocado at the breakfast!! It was awesome!! Second night, we came back late from volleyball game and we were getting ready to sleep and we heard this really loud machine or fan sound from next door and there was no way I could sleep through that so front lady gave us a key for another room for us to sleep in while keeping our stuff in our original room so we didn’t have to switching rooms at 12am! I loved they had all the Dove products in their bathrooms! Location is great. Very quiet! And felt safe! Parking is well lit especially the back parking lot!! Rooms were clean and no smells. Comfy beds. Older building but it is well kept. If this hotel had a pool and hot tub, it is a perfect hotel! But enjoyed staying here very much even without pool! Thank you for excellent service!

Wonderful place to stay in the Hillsboro area!

The manager Jennifer was amazing!!! She was so kind and generous and really cared about us. We were staying there because my husband had to have surgery at a near by hospital. They were so accommodating!!!

Great customer service from staff. Original assigned room didn’t have a working heater and there was a huge stain on the shade over the window. Staff was great and switched me to a different room that had a working heater and felt cleaner. Disappointed by stains on furniture and carpet and a few pillows had an odor so they weren’t used but overall okay and I would stay there again.

530am breakfast on the day after Thanksgiving for us early travelers was a blessing, especially when the usual breakfast start time was 630am.

The women’s bathroom on the first floor was in terrible condition. Toilet seats were very disgusting and old and should be replaced. Toilet paper was not installed correctly. Had to pull a whole roll out of dispenser to even access it.

We don’t have any comments at all because the staff are friendly and our room is always clean. My family we will recommend to everybody to stay in to that hotel ( holiday inn express.

We did not get the rooms we booked. They said that by booking through expedia we are not promised the room we asked for only a "room" we had kids with us and no beds for them. When we asked for blankets for them to sleep on the floor it took intil 11 pm to get them....

I wanted to give a shout out to whoever was working the front desk between 9:30 and 10:00 on 4/27. There was a loud and rowdy family playing with legos in our hallway and making a commotion, and the staff was so polite and helpful to everybody in our hallway for kindly asking them to go somewhere else. I could not believe the were out there doing that so late at night when the walls at the hotel are on the thin side. I didn’t blame the hotel at all because walls are walls, but they took care of it right away so we could all sleep!! We appreciate you guys so much!!! The lady with glasses up front at check in was super cool too and when we checked out everybody was so kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and in the end I was so happy to have stayed here.

The young girl with dark hair and glasses up front was so sweet! We talked about different spots to see around town, she was quick with check in and the room is immaculate 💕

I thought the hotel was very nicely maintained. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was mostly clean, the tun was a bit grubby and didnt drain very well. The breakfast was good as well.
